HOW DOES THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR AFFECT THE ECONOMIC GROWTH OF DEMAK REGENCY?
Get PDFThis research is motivated by the phenomenon that the area of agricultural land in Demak Regency has changed the function of the land, from paddy fields to non-rice fields in the form of housing and industry. Changes in land use are thought to be due to rob, abrasion, land acquisition for the Semarang-Demak toll road. The agricultural sector was originally the leading sector/base sector in Demak Regency, then slowly shifted to the industrial sector. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of the agricultural sector in Demak Regency. This research method uses SWOT analysis which has been modified by using the Demak Regency stakeholder questionnaire and spatial data analysis approach using maps processed by GeoDa. The results of the analysis show that from 2017 to 2021, Demak Regency, based on the Klasson Typology, is included in the criteria for a developed but depressed area. This means that the economic growth of Demak Regency is developing in accordance with the existing geographical conditions. The superior agricultural production in Demak Regency is rice, corn, sweet potato, cassava, peanuts, green beans, soybeans, and cassava sorghum. FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY OF FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRY: LESSONS FROM TOFU INDUSTRY IN TRUNAN VILLAGE, MAGELANG
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the financial analysis of the Food Processing Industry in Tofu Center of Trunan Village in an effort to maintain the calculation of operational costs, profit and loss, and investment in minimizing investment losses. In particular, this study aims to calculate the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), and Profitability Index (PI) in the Processed Food Industry in the Tofu Center of Trunan Village. The urgency of this research is to maintain the sustainability of the tofu industry in Trunan Village, which is one of the leading MSME centers in Magelang City and in an effort to maintain food security. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that financially the MSME management in the Tofu Center Food Processing Industry in Trunan Village did not fulfill the feasibility aspect. Net Present Value (Rp 2,147,030,794), Internal Rate of Return shows 2%, Payback Period 2 Years 8 months, and Profitability Index 4.10.

Get PDFKebijakan pengadaan tanah ialah suatu langkah yang dapat diambil pemerintah guna mewujudkan kepentingan umum dan demi kemakmuran rakyat. Seiring bertambahnya jumlah penduduk, semakin banyak tanah-tanah yang dibutuhkan untuk kebutuhan dasar manusia (awam). Rumusan masalah yang coba diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai pengaturan dan mekanisme pengadaan lahan guna kepentingan umum. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaturan mengenai pengadaan lahan guna kepentingan umum, serta mekanisme yang dapat dilakukan Pemerintah dalam hal tersebut. Metode penelitian yuridis normatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yang dilakukan dengan meneliti bahan-bahan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian yaitu pengadaan tanah untuk kepentingan umum harus dikelola dan dilaksanakan secara semestinya, dengan memperhatikan fungsi tanah dalam kehidupan manusia dan prinsip penghormatan terhadap hak-hak atas tanah yang sah. Untuk melaksanakannya, terdiri atas tahapan perencanaan, persiapan, dan pelaksanaan. Dalam penggunaan tanah, kepentingan umum harus didahulukan melebihi kepentingan pribadi. Jika kepentingan umum memerlukan perolehan hak atas tanah pribadi tersebut, maka pemilikinya dapat melepas hak atas tanah tersebut dengan membayar ganti rugi melalui mekanisme pelepasan hak atas tanah. Pemilik hak milik mendapat perlindungan hukum terhadap sengketa ganti rugi. Pemegang hak atas tanah dapat mengajukan keberatannya disertai alasan dan alasan kepada Menteri Dalam Negeri, Gubernur, Bupati, Walikota
Pernikahan Dini dalam Tinjauan Hukum Islam dan Dampaknya
Get PDFPerkawinan dini merupakan suatu fenomena yang sering terjadi di banyak negara, termasuk Indonesia. Berdasarkan data UNICEF tahun 2023 Indonesia menempati peringkat empat dalam perkawinan anak global sejumlah 25,53 juta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perkawinan dini dan dampaknya terhadap individu, keluarga dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini untuk menjawab bagaimana hukum perkawinan dini dalam hukum Islam dan dampaknya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menurut Hukum Islam perkawinan tidak mensyaratkan batasan minimal calon usia mempelai laki-laki dan perempuan, namun lebih menganjurkan usia sudah baligh yang bertujuan supaya kedua calon mempelai siap dalam pembebanan hukum Islam. Dampak perkawinan dini antara lain; potensi kanker leher rahim, kematian ibu atau anak, neuritis depresi, konflik dalam keluarga, kurangnya pengetahuan dan pelatihan rumah tangga, kurang cukupnya ilmu untuk mendidik dan mengajari anak dan kebutuhan ekonomi yang kurang memadai. Di samping itu ada beberapa dampak lain, antara lain; masalah kesehatan mental, memicu tekanan sosial, mengalami kecanduan, peningkatan resiko infeksi menular, resiko KDRT dan resiko tingkat ekonomi rendah. Kesimpulannya, perkawinan dini merupakan masalah serius yang mempengaruhi perkembangan dan kesejahteraan remaja di Indonesia. Diperlukan kerjasama antara peran pemerintah, masyarakat, dan lembaga terkait untuk mengatasi masalah ini melalui pendekatan preventif, edukatif, dan rehabilitatif

Kewiralembagaan dalam Pengelolaan Pertanian secara Alami menjadi Daya Tarik Wisata di Desa Giritengah, Borobudur
Get PDFPenggunaan pupuk anorganik dalam jangka panjang berdampak pada degradasi kualitas tanah. Hal ini memicu keprihatinan untuk mengurangi penggunaan pupuk anorganik melalui institusi inovatif berbasis masyarakat. Berkah Petani Mandiri merupakan kelompok tani yang bergerak dalam upaya pengurangan penggunaan pupuk anorganik di Desa Giritengah, Borobudur. Menggunakan pendekatan kewiralembagaan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relasi antara aktor dan struktur hingga terbentuknya institusi inovatif Berkah Petani Mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif berpedoman pada pendekatan kewiralembagaan yang ditawarkan Kusworo (2015). Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wiralembagawan berperan penting dalam terciptanya institusi inovatif. Selain itu, sifat wiralembagawan yang selalu merasa tidak puas dengan situasi yang mapan membuatnya selalu berpikir inovatif dengan tujuan baru. Dengan cara memodifikasi formasi dan fungsi dalam institusi, penulis menemukan bahwa dimulai dari kelompok tani yang menerapkan pertanian secara alami, menjadi inspirasi untuk menciptakan daya tarik wisata berbasis pertanian. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa salah satu program kerja dari Berkah Petani Mandiri adalah Kampung Tani. Melalui Kampung Tani terdapat beberapa hal yang ingin dicapai seperti meningkatkan pelestarian alam, meningkatkan nilai sosial, budaya, dan ekonomi masyarakat lokal. Salah satu kegiatan dari Kampung Tani adalah pasar budaya yang diberi nama Peken Tani. Peken Tani menjadi salah satu daya tarik wisata baru di Desa Giritengah yang diselenggarakan 35 hari sekali. Melalui Peken Tani tidak sedikit masyarakat termasuk kelompok rentan dan marginal diajak untuk berbagi peran dalam upaya mewujudkan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Giritengah.

Bioentrepreneurship Learning Implementation: Analysis of Students\u27 Critical Thinking Skills
Get PDFCritical thinking skills are needed by students to solve problems in real life, such as environmental problems related to waste in the environment around students. The purpose of this study is to improve students\u27 critical thinking skills through bioentrepreneurship learning. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), consisting of two cycles, where each cycle includes planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting stages. The subjects involved in this research are students of study program X of Jombang X University class of 2020. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and tests. This study used instruments in the form of observation sheets and critical thinking skills assessments in the form of description questions. The data is analyzed in a qualitative, descriptive way through the calculation of the average score obtained. The conclusion of the research results is that there is an increase in the average critical thinking skills of students through the implementation of bioentrepreneurship learning with project activities from cycle I to cycle II. In cycle I, students\u27 average critical thinking skills were 2.89 with the criteria of "still underdeveloped," and in cycle II, they were 3.33 with the criteria of "well developed"
The Effect Of E-Trust on Acceptance of Customer Service Digital Machine: An Approach to The Technology Acceptance Model
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effect of e-trust on acceptance of digital customer service machine with the Technology Acceptability Modeefl (TAM) approach. The study used purposive sampling with a valid sample of 306 respondents. The respondents were selected on the basis of a specific criterion, namely a customer who has transacted with CS Digital banking at least once in the last 3 months. Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.3.4) was chosen as an analysis method to evaluate the results of the study. The results of the first hypothesis test show that perceived ease of use is proven to have no significant influence on perceived usefulness but has an influence on attitude and intention to use. While perceived usefulness influences attitude, it does not have a significant influence on intention to use. Furthermore, attitude is proven to have a direct influence on intention to use. Then, e-trust has an influence on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, and intention to use. Finally, intention to use succeeded in having an influence on actual system use
Penerapan Media Powtoon dalam Pembelajaran Teks Negosiasi Peserta Didik Kelas X-4 SMA N 5 Semarang

In applying media in learning, teachers are advised to apply media that can make students interested in learning and raise their motivation in learning. As technology develops in the current digital era, there are more and more technology-based learning media. Powtoon media is a technology-based learning media that can attract students to learn and raise their motivation. This is because the media is an animated video that combines audio and visuals which can provide a special attraction in learning negotiation texts for class X-4 students. This research examines the application of Powtoon media in learning negotiation texts for class X-4 students at SMA N 5 Semarang. The main problem is the low interest of students in learning about negotiation text material which is delivered only through the lecture method without interactive learning media. Therefore, researchers apply new innovations in the learning process in the form of applying Powtoon media in learning negotiation texts with the aim of increasing activity so that students are more enthusiastic and active in learning, in addition to making students understand more about the structure of negotiation texts Powtoon media. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through tests and non-tests. The research results show that the application of Powtoon is effective in increasing student participation, this is shown by the test results of students with the highest score of 95 and the lowest score of 85, and non-test results in the form of interviews and observations show that students are active and enthusiastic in learning
