    Mismatched Talents and Industry Needs of IT Workforce in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)

    Pendahuluan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kebutuhan tenaga kerja TI dan mengusulkan solusi untuk mengatasi masalah ketidaksesuaian keterampilan di Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM). Latar Belakang Masalah: Meningkatnya permintaan akan keterampilan TI spesifik di Indonesia, seperti analis data , pemasar digital, dan pakar keamanan siber, telah menciptakan kesenjangan tenaga kerja yang signifikan. Namun, ketersediaan profesional TI gagal memenuhi permintaan ini. Hal ini memberikan peluang untuk meningkatkan keterampilan TI dan mendukung transformasi digital di UKM. Hal baru: Penelitian yang berfokus pada mengatasi kesenjangan keterampilan TI spesifik di Indonesia dan implikasinya terhadap UKM masih terbatas. Dengan menyoroti meningkatnya permintaan akan tenaga profesional TI dan menekankan kekurangan tenaga kerja yang ada, hal ini dapat menarik perhatian pada masalah inti dan memberikan solusi atas kesenjangan keterampilan TI. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi metodologi kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif melibatkan pelaksanaan survei untuk menganalisis persyaratan keterampilan teknis UKM. Di sisi lain, metodologi kualitatif memerlukan pengumpulan wawasan yang lebih rinci dan komprehensif melalui metode Wawancara Informan Kunci (KII). Temuan/Hasil: badan usaha yang paling banyak membutuhkan tambahan tenaga kerja IT adalah badan usaha multisektor (5 sampai 6 orang) dan jasa elastis (4 orang). Di sisi lain, sektor konstruksi, akomodasi dan makanan, serta sektor jasa pendidikan tertentu memerlukan lebih sedikit personel TI (rata-rata 1 orang). Keterampilan yang saat ini sulit diperoleh perusahaan berbeda-beda di setiap cluster sesuai dengan jenis sektornya, namun secara umum, keahlian dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan perintah JavaScript sangat dibutuhkan. Perusahaan di klaster 2 (Bandung dan Cirebon) memilih kolaborasi pihak ketiga untuk menghemat biaya staf TI. Tantangannya mencakup negosiasi upah yang sulit, kurangnya kebijakan kerja jarak jauh, serta masalah perilaku dan profesionalisme, khususnya bagi lulusan baru. Perusahaan-perusahaan di Cluster 1 (Malang dan Surabaya) kesulitan mendapatkan pekerja yang kompeten untuk menjalankan layanan e-commerce sepanjang waktu. Kesimpulan: Jumlah tenaga kerja IT masih kurang (2 sampai 3 orang). Sektor yang paling banyak membutuhkan tenaga kerja TI adalah bisnis multisektor, jasa, transportasi, pergudangan dan komunikasi, serta kesehatan. Misalnya, bisnis multisektor membutuhkan tambahan 5 hingga 6 pekerja IT, sedangkan sektor jasa membutuhkan 4 pekerja. Di sisi lain, layanan konstruksi, akomodasi dan makanan, serta layanan pendidikan tertentu hanya membutuhkan rata-rata 1 pekerja TI tambahan

    Fenomena Bank Emok saat ini sangat menjamur di kalangan masyarakat desa. Bank Emok banyak diminati oleh masyarakat karena prosesnya yang mudah dan cepat. Faktanya Bank Emok justru memberikan banyak dampak negatif bagi masyarakat. Praktik Bank Emok telah mengubah perilaku masyarakat desa dan mengacaukan tatanan kehidupan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengapa masyarakat desa terlilit pinjaman Bank Emok dilihat dari aspek literasi keuangan dan tekanan ekonomi. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Cisempur Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif asosiatif. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 26 masyarakat Desa Cisempur yang pernah menggunakan pinjaman Bank Emok. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa literasi keuangan bepengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan Bank Emok dan tekanan ekonomi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan Bank Emok. Novelty dari penelitian ini adalah berhasil membuktikan bahwa fenomena maraknya masyarakat desa yang terlilit utang disebabkan karena literasi keuangan yang rendah.     Arah Riset Pembangunan Destinasi Pariwisata Berkelanjutan Berbasis Analisis Bibliometrik

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan tren dan arah riset pembangunan destinasi pariwisata berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis bibliometrik deskriptif. Terdapat 991 artikel dari hasil penelusuran melalui Publish or Perish yang terindeks Google Scholar pada tahun 2012-2022 yang kemudian disimpan dalam format RIS dan diolah melalui VOSviewer. Hasil analisis co-authorship pada topik pembangunan destinasi pariwisata berkelanjutan memiliki tingkat produktivitas tertinggi pada penulis Novianti, E. serta menunjukkan adanya hubungan antar penulis yang terbagi dalam 6 cluster. Sedangkan hasil analisis co-occurance menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 cluster berdasarkan istilah yang saling berhubungan antar penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bibliometrik untuk topik pembangunan destinasi pariwisata berkelanjutan sudah cukup banyak dilakukan, namun, mengenai topik pengembangan destinasi pariwisata berkelanjutan dengan basis lingkungan (environment sustainability) masih jarang untuk dilakukan.&nbsp

    Marketing Communication Strategy Via Instagram In Increasing Brand Awareness Dailysocial.id

    Technological developments in the digital era mean that media must be able to keep up with the times by switching to social media platforms. Companies must use appropriate marketing communication strategies to survive and compete with their competitors. This research aims to determine marketing communication strategies via Instagram to increase DailySocial.id brand awareness. It used qualitative research methods with a Marketing Communication Mix theory approach, including advertising, personal selling, interactive marketing, public relations and publicity, direct marketing, events and experience, and sales promotion. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the marketing communication strategy carried out by implementing a marketing communication mix via Instagram can increase DailySocial.id brand awareness because users can find information through uploaded content, get education about what the company offers, and interact with the Instagram account profile @dailysocial.id becomes a medium for interaction between users and companies, public relations, and publicity, namely carrying out two-way communication and sales promotion by bringing in new audiences and more participants getting involved, making more people aware of the brand.     Semiotic Analysis on TV Series Industry: Case Study of Criminal Minds Poster

    This research aims to identify and explain the signifiers, signified, denotations, connotations meanings, and myths embedded in the signs of the TV series Criminal Minds poster. In this research, the authors used the descriptive qualitative method to identify, analyze, and explain the signs in the Criminal Minds TV series poster. The authors also employ Ferdinand de Saussure and Roland Barthes\u27 semiotic approach in the research. The primary data of this research is taken from both the verbal and nonverbal signs in Criminal Minds TV Series posters. This research shows that there are nine nonverbal and two verbal signs. Furthermore, after analyzing all of the signs (both verbal and nonverbal) in Saussure and Barthes\u27 semiotic approach, this study found that all of the signs carry specific messages. Its purpose is to give the audience teasers or clues about the story, which tells about the journey of all main characters of Criminal Minds. Moreover, the myth commonly found across the signs in this TV series poster is to attract more potential viewers to watch the series

    The Effect of the Problem-Based Learning Model on The Numeracy Ability of Grade X Students in Solving AKM Problems on Opportunity Material

    This research was conducted on grade X students of a public senior high school in Karangbinangun, Lamongan, Indonesia, on opportunity material by applying Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. This study aims to determine the effect of the PBL model on students\u27 numeracy ability in solving Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) problems on opportunity material. This research is quantitative research using a nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used test instruments, whereas the validity, reliability, differentiating power, and difficulty index have been explained. The data analysis techniques used independent sample t-test and N-gain test. The results showed that applying the PBL model could improve the numeracy ability of students in solving AKM problems on opportunity material. This is evidenced by the difference in the average post-test score obtained by students in the experimental class (88) and in the control class (84). Based on the calculation of the average pretest and post-test in both classes, the percentage of numeracy ability of students in the experimental class was 55.62%, while the percentage of numeracy ability of students in the control class was 51.73%. The calculation of the independent sample t-test also shows significance in the value of sig. (2-tailed) less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).     THE DETERMINANTS OF FIRM VALUE OF PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE COMPANIES IN INDONESIA

    This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and stock prices on the firm value of property and real estate companies in Indonesia. The population in this study consists of 92 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. The sample selection technique in this study uses purposive sampling. The sample used in this research consists of 19 companies over four consecutive years. The data analysis technique used in this study employs multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results conducted on the variables influencing the value of the companies, it can be concluded that liquidity, leverage, and stock prices have a positive effect on firm value. Meanwhile, profitability does not affect the value of the companies

    THE INFLUENCE OF PROFITABILITY ON STOCK PRICES

    This study aims to test and examine how stock prices are affected by return on equity, net profit margin, earnings per share, and return on assets. For the period between 2020 and 2023, 55 food and beverage firms that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) were examined in this study. Purposive sampling methods based on predetermined criteria were utilized in the study. There are 21 firms with 84 data observations made up the study\u27s sample. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The study\u27s findings show that even though earnings per share and return on assets positively impact stock prices, return on equity has a negative effect on stock prices. However, stock prices are unaffected by the net profit margin

    The Effect of Employee Experience and Engagement on Intention to Leave with Innovative Work Behavior as a Mediating Variable

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of employee experience and employee engagement on intention to leave through innovative work behavior as a mediating variable using a sample of 168 employees who worked in startup digital companies in Indonesia. Purposive sampling was used to invite respondent participation. Structual Equation Modelling was employed for data analysis. Then the result shows that employee experience and employee engagement had a direct and negative effect on intention to leave, while employee engagement is not proven to have a direct effect on intention to leave.     THE IMPACT OF E-COMMERCE ON INDONESIA ECONOMIC GROWTH: INTERMEDIATION MODELS WITH FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY CONSTRAINT

    The COVID-19 pandemic triggered economic shocks that adversely affected the global economy. Economic growth contracted significantly. Restrictions on economic activity trigger people\u27s shopping behavior to switch to non-cash and online systems. E-commerce, as one part of digital economic transformation, has experienced a significant increase which impacts the flow of dissemination of ideas, innovations, and information, thus encouraging economic growth. This study analyzes the Impact of e-commerce on economic growth in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic using intermediation models and fixed effect analysis. The results show that e-commerce negatively and significantly impacts economic growth during 2019 and 2021. Because e-commerce stimulates economic growth in a country but needs to be supported by quality infrastructure, quality broadband internet, online security (cyber security), and digital payment systems (e-payment). The variables of online financing, efficiency of government spending, length of schooling, and number of tourists have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, the poverty rate and human development index have a negative and significant effect. In maximizing e-commerce activities in Indonesia, strong support and collaboration from the government, financial institutions, and the Ministry of Communication and information technology are needed
