Transformasi Pariwisata Lokal: Evaluasi Efektivitas Wolobobo Ngada Festival 2023 di Kabupaten Ngada
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis efektivitas Program Wolobobo Ngada Festival (WNF) 2023 sebagai strategi pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Ngada. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya program WNF sebagai salah satu strategi pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Ngada. Namun program tersebut belum berhasil meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan domestik pada 2023 dan juga jumlah wisatawan mancanegara yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelum terlaksananya festival. Selain itu, muncul kritik dari sebagian masyarakat di grup Facebook Ngada Bangkit yang menilai WNF hanya sebagai acara seremonial tanpa dampak nyata bagi masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori efektivitas program dari Kettner, Moroney, dan Martin (2008), yang mencakup aspek upaya, efisiensi biaya, hasil, efektivitas biaya, dan dampak. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi nonpartisipatif, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan 24 informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterbatasan dana serta rendahnya tingkat partisipasi menyebabkan pelaksanaan WNF 2023 belum efektif dalam mencapai tujuannya sebagai strategi pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Ngad
Analisis Kinerja Pelayanan Angkutan Umum Bus Ekonomi Antar Kota Antar Provinsi (AKAP) Trayek Kudus- Surabaya
Get PDFThe inter-provincial economy class bus serving the route from Kudus to Surabaya needs to maintain performance and service standards in accordance with the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 29 of 2015 and the World Bank 1986 standards. This research aims to assess the level of service that needs improvement based on public perception. The study was conducted through observation, questionnaires, and interviews with 100 respondents. A survey was also carried out to headway, waiting time, and load factors on the Kudus–Surabaya bus. The method of service performance analysis used the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to assess public perceptions of bus services. The analysis of the Kudus–Surabaya AKAP bus service with the IPA method indicates an average importance level according to Ministerial Regulation No. 29 of 2015 at 4.344 (important) with a performance level of 3.806 (good). According to the World Bank 1986 standards, the importance level reaches 4.558 (very important), with a performance level of 3.445 (good). From the analysis, 3 out of 18 service attributes are identified as top priorities for improvement, including health facilities, passenger waiting time, and headway times
String Tension in Traditional Kite Games as a Physics E-Supplement Design
Get PDFPhysics studies the meaning of how a phenomenon can occur, both natural phenomena, human activities, and other living things. The traditional kite game is one of the human activities that includes the concept of physics, one of which is the tension of string. This study examines how tension in the string occurs in the kite string and the effects of several variables such as differences in the length of the string, the surface area of the kite, and the angle of the puddles on the value of the tension in the string as a descriptive description of the concept of string tension. The method used is a qualitative method with a content analysis approach with stages of unitizing, selecting, recording, reducing, inferring, and narrating. String tension occurs when a lifting force that affects kite also affects the thread so that it is also pulled up and because the thread is extended to a certain length, the tension in the string occurs. The value of string tension will be greater as the length of the thread and the surface area of the kite increase. However, the value of the tension in the rope will decrease with increasing the angle of the swivel used

Get PDFThis research is motivated by shifts in increasingly complex religious values. The widespread news regarding the phenomenon of excessive selfies during the Umrah pilgrimage illustrates a shift in religious values. This research aims to describe the religious values contained in the novel Assalamu\u27alaikum Baitullah by Asma Nadia. The method used is qualitative with descriptive data analysis techniques. This research uses two data collection techniques, namely observation techniques and literature study techniques. Primary data was obtained from the novel Assalamu\u27alaikum Baitullah by Asma Nadia and secondary data was obtained from various relevant sources. The theory used is the Atmosuwito religious value theory. The results of the research show that there are six aspects of religious values in the novel Assalamu\u27alaikum Baitullah by Asma Nadia, namely; 1) surrender, submission, and obedience, 2) a life full of glory, 3) inner feelings of connection with God, 4) feelings of sin, 5) feelings of fear, and 6) recognizing the greatness of God. Novels that contain religious values, if studied, can influence someone to apply religious values in everyday life. This research will be recommended as module type printed teaching material for second semester high school students in class XII
Analisis Kontrastif Pada Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Jawa dalam Cerita Anak Terjemahan: Contrastive Analysis of Indonesian and Javanese in Translated Children\u27s Storybooks
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to describe the differences in affixation or affixation in Indonesian and Javanese. This research is a research of contrastive analysis. In this study, the object of the study is suffixes in Indonesian and Javanese. The data in this study was taken from translated children\u27s stories published by the East Java Provincial Language Center. The cultural richness in East Java is reflected in children\u27s stories that contain local wisdom and the values of the people of East Java. The data analysis is focused on the similarities and differences between the two languages. This study explains the similarities and differences between Javanese and Indonesian affixation in translated children\u27s storybooks. This research was conducted using a qualitative method. The result of this study is the discovery of affixations that have similarities, namely (1) the affixes -ng, -n in Javanese and meng-, men-, mem- in the language Indonesian, (2) the affix di- in Javanese and Indonesian which is a passive verbal form that means to do something, as well as the affix di-na in Javanese and di-kan in Indonesian, (3) the affix -an in Javanese and Indonesian which functions to form a derivative noun, and (4) the affix -e and -ne in Javanese and its in Indonesian which means possession, The same goes for Sak-e and Se-nya. Unveiling the Determinants of Primary Consumer Goods Firms\u27 Performance
Get PDFThe study\u27s goal is to unveil the factors affecting financial performance, including liquidity, leverage, firm size, environmental impact, and capital structure. Consumer goods sector companies listed between 2021 and 2023 on PROPER and the Indonesia Stock Exchange served as research samples. Purposive sampling is then used to choose multiple samples that satisfy specific requirements, leaving 29 businesses. Multiple linear regression was used to examine the samples using SPSS version 25. The research results give stakeholders the impression that leverage has a positive effect on financial performance, while company size has a negative effect on financial performance. However, financial performance is unaffected by liquidity, environmental performance, and capital structure. Signaling theory explains how primary consumer goods companies provide financial information and business strategies to reduce information asymmetry and influence market perceptions
Exploring the Use of Integrating Quora Social Media and Canva: A Sequential Explanatory Study in Secondary School
Get PDFThe integration of ICT has positive effects on current education in secondary schools, especially in teaching Analytical Exposition text writing by using Quora social media and Canva applications. The objectives of this study were to examine students\u27 Analytical Exposition text writing performance and to determine the students’ perceptions of the integration of the applications. A survey questionnaire was collected to gain in-depth information about the integration of applications. By using a sequential explanatory mixed-methods design, the data were collected both quantitative and qualitative. The sample was 36 students of eleventh graders of social programs which was divided into the experimental and control groups. The data collection included giving a pretest and a posttest, followed by a survey questionnaire. The findings indicated that participants in the experimental group achieved a statistically significantly higher score in the writing posttest (70), p < .000 compared to the control group. The questionnaire were obtained applying the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) to assess students’ views on technology use: performance expectations, effort expectations, social influences, and facilitating conditions. The results revealed that the integration applications have positively effects on performance expectations, efforts expectations, social influences and facilitating conditions. The facilitating condition was the highest influence (74.3%) on the students’ perceptions of the learning writing performance, followed by social influence (61.12%), effort expectations (60.19%) and performance expectation (58.33%). The applications facilitated the students’ critical thinking, constructing the ideas and creativity in the writing performance. Furthermore, it also made the students more creative and interactive in the classroom

Even though the choice of diction is correct, if the language style used is not interesting, then the diction is useless. This research aims to describe the rhetoric, diction and language style in the Rintik Sedu Podcast "We are Forgotten". The primary data source in this research is the Rintik Sedu podcast episode "Aku Yang Terlupa" which was then listened to and then recorded into a transcript. As for secondary data sources, this research uses books and journals related to rhetoric and those related to research conducted. The method in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique in this research uses documentation techniques, notes, books and transcripts. The results of the first research show that the language styles used by the Rintik Sedu Podcast Host consist of simple language styles and intermediate language styles. This can be proven by seeing the decreasing character of students regarding their use of language and impolite speech. Apart from that, students\u27 interest in reading a text is decreasing, they may not even understand what they are reading. They are more interested in their respective cellphones which are only used for playing games, watching films, and even using social media. On the other hand, teachers\u27 lack of language skills is a factor in slowing the transfer of knowledge to students. Therefore, the role of school teachers is needed to straighten students\u27 characters and increase their interest in reading. The way to do this is through fun language and literature learning. So, the aim of this research is that the author wants to know how to improve student character and literacy through creative digital-based literary learning media. The method used in this service is class action through teachers. The result of achieving the target of this service is an increase in the teacher\u27s ability to strengthen student character and student interest in reading

No full textEvery poet has his own way of writing including the use of a distinctive language style in order to achieve the goal of beauty or aesthetics in his work. The diversity of language styles in poetry is often difficult to understand, especially by novice readers. Difficulty in understanding the language style in poetry can affect the reader\u27s response because it prevents the reader from capturing the meaning contained in it. The purpose of this study was conducted because the researcher intends to examine the use of stylistics in the aspects of sound, lexical elements, and exaggeration. This research uses a qualitative method with an analytical descriptive approach. The subject of this research is a poem entitled Sepetak Tanah di Pekarangan and Sepasang Mata yang Buta by Theoresia Rumthe. The object of this research is the use of stylistics in the form of sound aspects, lexical elements, and maximization. The data analysis technique in this research is carried out through several stages, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the poems entitled Sepetak Tanah di Pekarangan and Sepasang Mata yang Buta by Theoresia Rumthe contain stylistics in the form of sound aspects, including assonance, alliteration, initial rhyme, and final rhymeAspects of meaning, including denotation and connotation. Imagery includes comparison in the form of personification and simile, contradiction in the form of hyperbole and irony
