PENGARUH KEPERCAYAAN DAN SANKSI PAJAK TERHADAP KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK ORANG PRIBADI DI KPP PRATAMA JAKARTA GAMBIR DUA TAHUN 2023
Individual Taxpayer Compliance at KPP Pratama Jakarta Gambir Dua in reporting SPT in 2023 has decreased as proven by data obtained from KPP Pratama Jakarta Gambir Dua which shows the number of Individual Taxpayers namely 8,076 while the actual reporting of SPT for Individual Taxpayers is only 7,592. This decrease in taxpayer compliance has resulted in a decrease in state revenues from tax sector at KPP Pratama Jakarta Gambir Dua. One of the factors that causes a decrease in individual taxpayer compliance in this research is trust and tax sanctions. This research aims to analyze the influence of Trust and Tax Sanctions on Individual Taxpayer Compliance at KPP Pratama Jakarta Gambir Dua in 2023. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using simple random sampling with a total of 100 individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Jakarta Gambir Dua. The data was processed using SPSS Version 26, to determine the magnitude of the influence the researchers used the F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of Trust on Individual Taxpayer Compliance of 12,6%. There is a positive and significant influence of Tax Sanctions on Individual Taxpayer Compliance of 44,6%. Trust and Tax Sanctions simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Individual Taxpayer Compliance at KPP Pratama Jakarta Gambir Duaamounting to 46,3%
PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI JAKEVO DI KELURAHAN PULO, JAKARTA SELATAN
The Province of DKI Jakarta introduced a service innovation through the Jakarta Evolution (Jakevo) application on April 26, 2018, which facilitates the public in managing licensing and non-licensing services efficiently and practically. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of service quality and public trust, both partially and simultaneously, on public satisfaction in using the Jakevo application in Kelurahan Pulo, South Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative descriptive research method, with data collected through questionnaires. The population in this study consists of 103 individuals who applied for licensing services through the Jakevo application in Kelurahan Pulo from March 2023 to March 2024. A sample of 50% of the population, or 52 respondents, was used. The results indicate that Service Quality has a positive and significant influence of 60.5% on Public Satisfaction in Kelurahan Pulo, while Public Trust has an influence of 77.5%. Service Quality and Public Trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect of 79.5% on Public Satisfaction, while the remaining 20.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study
ANALISIS PENERAPAN SANKSI PAJAK BUMI DAN BANGUNAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK BUMI DAN BANGUNAN (PBB) PADA UPTD PENDAPATAN DAERAH KECAMATAN KEDUNGDUNGMADURA PADA TAHUN 2020 – 2023
This research was conducted with the aim and purpose of finfing out abaout the application of sanctions for non-complience with paying Land and Building Tax (PBB) for taxpayers registered at the regional reveneu UPTD office, Kedungdung District, Sampang Regency. The tax revenue target always experiences an increase in the state revenue budget every year. Taxpayer data per sub-district that received sanctions mostly increased from year to year. In 2021, the sub-district with the most taxpayers receiving sanctions was Ombul with 95 people. In 2022, the sub-district with the most taxpayers receiving sanctions was Pasarenan with 84 people. In 2023, the sub-district with the most taxpayers receiving sanctions was Ombul with 83 people, and in 2024, the sub-district with the most taxpayers receiving sanctions was Pajeruan with 78 people. In this research, the data collection uses primary and secondary data types whose data collection methods are obtained by interviews, documentation and data analysis. The results of the research is concluded that the application of sanctions for non-complience by taxpayers in paying Land and Building Tax has been implemented in accordance with applicable tax procedures and regulations, howeverthere are several obstacles found in the process of applying sanctions such as invalid taxpayer data, lack of complience and taxpayer awareness and other obstacles such as economic difficulties or lack of information
PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENUMPANG PADA PT. KERETA COMMUTER INDONESIA (STUDI KASUS DI STASIUN JUANDA)
The purpose of this research is (a) to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. KCI at Juanda train station.(b) determine the effect of employee performance on PT customer satisfaction. KCI at Juanda train station. (c) To determine the effect of service quality and employee performance on customer satisfaction at PT. KCI at Juanda train station. The method used is a type of quantitative research with a sample of 100 respondents filling out a questionnaire. The collected data was recorded and then analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) 25.0 for Windows. The research results show that respondents\u27 assessments are usually related to the quality of service and performance of PT employees. KCI at Juanda station is good. This means that the independent variables or service quality and employee performance on customer satisfaction together (together) are 44.8%. The remaining 55.2% is influenced by other factors
Implementasi Teknologi Digital dalam Pendidikan Seni: Studi Kasus di SD Sinar Dharma Jakarta Barat
This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to provide digital drawing visualization training to students of SD Sinar Dharma, West Jakarta. The program is conducted by lecturers and students from the Visual Communication Design Study Program, Faculty of Art and Design, Tarumanagara University (UNTAR). The training utilizes the IBIS Paint application to teach basic digital drawing techniques, coloring, and creating simple illustrations. This activity not only enhances students\u27 technical skills in digital art but also fosters their creativity and imagination. Additionally, the program is expected to nurture students\u27 interest and talent in the arts, providing them with skills relevant to current technological advancements. The outcomes of this activity include a journal manuscript and a mapping concept through a poster submitted as Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI). With an interactive and innovative approach, this activity positively impacts the educational development and creativity of SD Sinar Dharma students
EFEKTIVITAS PEMUNGUTAN PAJAK BUMI DAN BANGUNAN PERDESAAN DAN PERKOTAAN DI KECAMATAN KARANG BAHAGIA KABUPATEN BEKASI TAHUN 2018-2023
The research describes the effectiveness collection of Land and Building Tax of Rural and Urban (PBB P2) of Karang Bahagia District in Rekasi Regency within the periode of 2015\u272023. Data of PBB-P2-collections showed an average achievement of 48,31% per year or ranged from 36,56% to 56,44%. The average achievement of PBB-P2 collection as well as achievemrs per year within the periode of 2018-2023 concluded that the efforts of collection were ineffective due to revenues realuxation could not reach predetermined target. The ineffectiveness of PBB-P2 collection is due to some obstacles such as. : targets determination were muah higher so that difficult to.be achieved, the obedience of some tax payers that should be encourage, the ineffective use of "Sapa Bekasi" application and the lack of tax officer which being unproportionate to the tax payers. Some improvements need to be takan, such as, establusjment of realistic targrts, providing incenrive, collaborating with local market places and Post Office as center of tax payments and upgrading perfornance of "Sapa Bekasi" application
Analisis Ekonomi Sumberdaya dan Dampak Lingkungan Pertambangan terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat
(Analysis of Resource Economics and the Environmental Impacts of Mining on Community Welfare)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi ekonomi sektor pertambangan serta dampaknya terhadap lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, sekaligus mengidentifikasi strategi pengelolaan berkelanjutan yang dapat meminimalkan kerusakan ekologis tanpa mengurangi manfaat ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA. Data diperoleh melalui penelusuran artikel pada basis data Scopus, kemudian diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi tahun publikasi (2021–2025), relevansi topik, dan kelengkapan akses, yang kemudian dianalisis secara mendalam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pertambangan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi makro dan penciptaan lapangan kerja, namun manfaatnya tidak selalu terdistribusi merata, terutama bagi masyarakat lokal yang seringkali justru menanggung dampak sosial dan ekologis. Fenomena resource curse terjadi akibat ketergantungan tinggi pada sektor ekstraktif, distribusi keuntungan yang timpang, serta lemahnya tata kelola. Dari sisi lingkungan, aktivitas pertambangan berdampak pada degradasi lahan, pencemaran air dan udara, hilangnya keanekaragaman hayati, hingga risiko kesehatan masyarakat. Untuk itu, strategi pengelolaan berkelanjutan sangat diperlukan melalui penerapan teknologi ramah lingkungan, digitalisasi, penguatan regulasi dan kelembagaan, reklamasi berbasis ekologi, diversifikasi ekonomi lokal, serta pelibatan aktif masyarakat.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the economic contribution of the mining sector and its impacts on the environment and community well-being, while also identifying sustainable management strategies that can minimize ecological degradation without reducing economic benefits. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA approach. Data were collected from articles indexed in the Scopus database, which were then selected based on inclusion criteria such as publication year (2021–2025), topical relevance, and accessibility, followed by an in-depth analysis. The findings indicate that mining contributes significantly to macroeconomic growth and job creation; however, these benefits are not always equitably distributed, with local communities often bearing disproportionate social and ecological costs. The phenomenon of the resource curse emerges due to heavy dependence on the extractive sector, unequal distribution of benefits, and weak governance. From an environmental perspective, mining activities lead to land degradation, water and air pollution, biodiversity loss, and increased public health risks. Therefore, sustainable management strategies are essential, including the adoption of environmentally friendly technologies, digitalization, stronger regulations and institutional frameworks, ecological reclamation, local economic diversification, and active community participation
Opening the Gateway to Nutrition: An Evaluation of Public Service Access and Health Education in Stunting Prevention in Cikarang

This study aims to analyze the influence of public service access and health education on stunting prevention among urban-industrial communities in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency. Using a quantitative explanatory research approach, data were collected from 300 respondents, including pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, mothers of toddlers, health cadres, and health workers through surveys conducted at several posyandu (integrated health posts). The data were analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that public service access has a significant positive effect on health education (β = 0.161; p = 0.01), while its direct effect on stunting prevention is not significant (β = 0.118; p = 0.081). In contrast, health education has a significant positive effect on stunting prevention (β = 0.292; p = 0.000) and mediates the relationship between public service access and stunting prevention (β = 0.047; p = 0.032). These findings indicate that the success of stunting prevention depends not only on the availability of health facilities but also on the effectiveness of health education and cross-sectoral collaboration in public service governance. The study recommends strengthening posyandu as community-based nutrition education centers and adapting public services to the socio-economic characteristics of industrial communities.

Transformasi Birokrasi Daerah melalui Pemberdayaan ASN: Analisis Praktik Reinventing Government di BKPSDM Kota Malang

Transformasi birokrasi daerah menuntut penguatan kapasitas Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) melalui strategi pemberdayaan yang terencana dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi pemberdayaan ASN di BKPSDM Kota Malang dalam perspektif Reinventing Government, serta mengidentifikasi strategi, dinamika implementasi, dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan perubahan organisasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan delapan informan kunci yang memiliki tanggung jawab strategis dalam pengelolaan kepegawaian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan ASN dilakukan melalui peningkatan kompetensi, digitalisasi proses manajemen kepegawaian, pembentukan budaya kerja profesional, serta pelibatan aparatur dalam perencanaan pengembangan diri. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya pergeseran birokrasi dari pola administratif yang kaku menuju organisasi yang adaptif dan berorientasi hasil. Faktor-faktor seperti visi kepemimpinan, dukungan regulasi, kesiapan individu, dan tuntutan eksternal terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas implementasi. Sementara itu, tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya, kesenjangan kompetensi, dan resistensi budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kurikulum pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan nyata, peningkatan strategi komunikasi perubahan, serta pelaksanaan penelitian komparatif pada OPD lain untuk memperluas pemahaman mengenai dinamika transformasi birokrasi daerah.
Abstract
The transformation of local bureaucracy requires strengthening the capacity of civil servants through well-planned and continuous empowerment strategies. This study aims to analyze the implementation of civil servant empowerment at the BKPSDM of Malang City through the lens of Reinventing Government, as well as to identify the strategies, implementation dynamics, and factors influencing the success of organizational transformation. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving eight key informants with strategic responsibilities in human resource management. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis, and were examined using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings reveal that civil servant empowerment is carried out through competency development, digitalization of personnel management processes, the establishment of a professional work culture, and the involvement of employees in planning their own capacity development. These findings indicate a shift in bureaucracy from rigid administrative procedures toward a more adaptive and results-oriented organization. Factors such as leadership vision, regulatory support, individual readiness, and external demands significantly influence the effectiveness of implementation. Meanwhile, key challenges include limited resources, competency gaps, and cultural resistance within the organization. This study recommends strengthening training curricula based on actual needs, improving change communication strategies, and conducting comparative studies across other local government agencies to expand insights into the dynamics of bureaucratic transformation.Transformasi birokrasi daerah menuntut penguatan kapasitas Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) melalui strategi pemberdayaan yang terencana dan berkelanjutan. Pengaruh Koleksi, Sarana dan Prasarana Serta Kualitas Layanan Perpustakaan Terhadap Kepuasan Pemustaka pada Perpustakaan Umum Cikarang Utara Kabupaten Bekasi
Perpustakaan umum sebagai lembaga layanan publik harus senantiasa mampu memenuhi harapan masyarakat dan melaksanakan berbagai upaya untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada pemustaka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh koleksi perpustakaan, sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan, serta kualitas layanan perpustakaan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian, yaitu anggota aktif Perpustakaan Umum Cikarang Utara yang berjumlah 97 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan melalui analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa koleksi perpustakaan, sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan, serta kualitas layanan perpustakaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka, yang dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung masing-masing variabel lebih besar daripada ttabel dan nilai signifikansi masing-masing variabel kurang dari 0.05. Besarnya pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap kepuasan pemustaka, secara parsial maupun simultan, adalah 88.5%, 87.3%, 89.7% dan 94.1%. Hal ini menunjukkan apabila perpustakaan melakukan pengembangan koleksi sesuai harapan pemustaka, menjaga kenyamanan pemustaka melalui pengadaan dan pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan, maka tingkat kepuasan pemustaka sebagai tujuan layanan perpustakaan dapat meningkat
