Get PDFTaxes play a crucial role in the development of a region that requires substantial funding for its progress. Taxation is one of the key elements in managing national revenue. Taxes are of utmost importance for the development of a region, as they contribute significantly to its income, as seen in the case of hotel taxes.This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing hotel taxes in boosting local tax revenues in Kubu Raya district. The study employs a qualitative and descriptive approach. The population for this research consists of hotel taxpayers in Kubu Raya district, while the sample comprises the financial reports of local tax revenues in Kubu Raya. The findings of the research indicate that the analysis based on the targets set for 2020-2022 experienced fluctuations and obstacles each year. Moreover, the research revealed that the aspects of efficiency, sufficiency, fairness/equality, responsiveness, and certainty, as proposed by Sugiyono, have not been entirely effective due to various issues. These include inadequate socialization, lack of transparency in reporting income and revenues by taxpayers, and insufficient knowledge among taxpayers about the purpose of analyzing the effectiveness of implementing hotel taxes in enhancing local tax revenues

Get PDFUndang-undang tentang informasi dan transaksi elektronik (ITE) menjadi aturan yang mengatur dunia maya di Indonesia. Salah satu tujuan dari UU ITE adalah untuk mengatur dan memberikan perlindungan terhadap kejahatan di dunia maya, seperti penyebaran informasi hoaks, cyber bullying, dan Tindakan criminal lainnya yang dilakukan melalui jaringan internet. Namun, terdapat berbagai tantangan dalam pelaksanaan UU ITE dalam menangani kejahatan siber di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan UU ITE dalam menangani kejahatan siber di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskrptif). Sumber pengumpulan data yang digunakan didalam penulisan ini berupa jenis primer dan sekunder. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan UU ITE dalam menangani kejahatan siber di Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang bahaya kejahatan siber, lemahnya penegakan hukum dan keamanan siber, serta perluasan interpretasi dan penafsiran atas pasal-pasal dalam UU ITE. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang kejahatan siber, memperkuat penegakan hukum dan keamanan siber, serta meninjau Kembali pasal-pasal dalam UU ITE agar dapat mengakomodasi perkembangan teknologi informasi dan transaksi elektronik yang semakin pesat

Get PDFIn the technological era, every company is required to be able to serve its customers efficiently and quickly. However, not all services can be provided by technology. Because of this, companies are required to strike a strike a balance between humans (human touch) and technology. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between informants and other informants for service quality, training, and development, to find out the model of informants using service quality, training, and development, and to find out comparisons. a one-industry model between banking and insurance for service quality and training and development. This is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Phenomenologists describe the main points of each informant\u27s life experiences. Phenomenologists describe in detail from informants where the informants feel a phenomenon. The sample determined that four informants had expertise in their fields, as evidenced by their top positions in their companies. The analysis of this research was assisted by qualitative tools from Nvivo 12, and there is no doubt about international evidence, especially in data testing or analysis tests. The research instrument was adopted from previous research and assisted by theoretical studies to simplify and help determine policies for the company\u27s after-sales service. The results obtained by three informants had strong and moderate relationship values for each informant included. The model obtained has novelty in the indicators, which gives rise to five indicators. This PKM aims; (1) To provide understanding and knowledge to students of SMK Persada Husada Indonesia Bekasi City about Entrepreneurship; (2) To provide stimulus to Persada Husada Indonesia Bekasi City students in an effort to increase their interest in entrepreneurship. Problems faced; (1) Lack of understanding of entrepreneurship; and (2) Still low interest in entrepreneurship To solve these problems comprehensively, assistance from various parties is needed. In this case, the Lecturers of the Stiami Institute of Social and Management Sciences have the responsibility to participate in solving the above problems, among others through community service programs.The methods used in solving the problem are; (1) Lecture; (2) Discussion; (3) Question and Answer; (4) Evaluation. A comparative des of students understanding and knowledge before and after participating in this activity, in general it is known that there was an increase in paticipants’ understanding and knowledge based on the results in table 1.The results achieved in the implementation of this PKM are: 1. Pengembangan BUMG melalui Pelatihan Keuangan dan Peternakan di BUMG Gampong Siem Aceh Besar
Get PDFThis community service was conducted in international collaboration with the attendance of several polytechnics held in Gampong Siem Aceh Besar. This service is themed as BUMG and already exists in the village. From the observation results, it was found that currently, there are only two BUMGs that have existed in the fields of animal husbandry and savings and loans. Meanwhile, from the results of the analyses and discussions, it was found that the BUMG operations were not fully optimal, so some discussions inspired improvements to advance the BUMG. For example, in animal husbandry, a fermentation process can be used to handle feed problems and structured financial reports in the savings and loan business. In both business fields, human resource development is still needed so that the BUMG becomes a valuable institution in the community economy in accordance with the community\u27s circumstances and culture.
Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Pada Kantor Kecamatan Sukatani Kabupaten Bekasi
Get PDFPublic service is the State\u27s effort to fulfill the basic needs and civil rights of every citizen regarding goods, services, and administrative services provided by public service providers, it is government. This research aims to know the quality of public services at the Sukatani Sub-district Office in Bekasi Regency of West Java Province. This research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and document review with seven informants (sub-district officers). The research findings indicate that the quality of public services at the Sukatani Sub-district Office has not been well-implemented overall, as assessed across five dimensions of public service quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. In terms of tangibles, the waiting area (lobby) lacks amenities such as air conditioning, leading to discomfort for individuals waiting in the space. Regarding reliability, the efficiency of administrative processing by staff is relatively good, evident in their competence and proficiency in utilizing available office technology as a tool to facilitate public service processes. However, responsiveness in serving the public is not fully experienced by the community, as service personnel do not consistently adhere to appropriate timelines, and there are unresolved complaints that have not been promptly addressed. Assurance reveals instances where services remain uncompleted within predetermined timeframes. Additionally, there is evidence of preferential treatment for individuals with familial connections, indicating a lack of empathy in the delivery of public services

Strategi Komunikasi Yayasan Sedekah Ngider Indonesia Pada Program Kampung Sedekah (Studi Kasus Pada Kelurahan Susukan Jakarta Timur)
Get PDFThe ineffectiveness of the communication process has led to the public misconception that the Kampung Sedekah program is an initiative established by Susukan Village, in fact it is a program run by the Ngider Indonesia Charity Foundation. This study aims to identify and analyze the communication strategy used in the Kampung Sedekah program, employing the persuasive communication strategy theory proposed by Melvin L. DeFleur and Sandra J. Ball-Rokeach, which includes psychodynamic strategies, sociocultural persuasion, and meaning construction. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizingin-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis for data collection. The findings show that the Ngider Indonesia Charity Foundation implements three communication strategies aligned with the persuasive communicationtheory. Challenges in the persuasive communication and socialization processes are primarily due to the lack of trust from local officials in the Kampung Sedekah program and the absence of direct community engagement by the foundation. To address these issues, the foundation should engage directly with the community, carefully considering the appropriate timing and venue for socialization efforts, and facilitate regular meetings between the foundation and the community to foster good relations and establish effective communication
