Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Fiber Networks Indonesia Tanjung Barat
The importance of employee performance is often a problem that needs to be addressed and he carries out the work to achieve these work results. The purpose of this study was to determine how much motivation affects employee performance at PT Fiber Networks Indonesia in Tanjung Barat and also what variables are contained in this study This type of research uses quantitative research. The quantitative approach is a research method based on the philosophy of potivism, used to research on certain populations or samples. by using 2 variables between variable X (Motivation) and also variable Y (Employee performance). Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the data that has been described, there are conclusions that can be drawn from research on the effect of motivation on the performance of Fiber Network Indonesia Tanjung Barat employees, namely the variable influence of motivation (X) has a significant and positive effect on the employee performance variable (Y). Proses Implementasi Kebijakan Pemerintah Kota Bogor dalam Penataan Angkutan Kota melalui BisKita Transpakuan Tahun 2021-2023
(The Implementation Process of the Bogor City Government\u27s Policy on Urban Transportation Management Through BisKita Transpakuan in 2021-2023)
Traffic congestion in Bogor City is a problem that attracts public attention due to the increasing volume of vehicles on every road in Bogor City. This has encouraged the Bogor City Government to provide mass public transport aimed at reducing congestion. So in the end, the policy on Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) with a service purchase scheme through BisKita TransPakuan was implemented as part of the development of public transportation in order to overcome congestion in Bogor City, through cooperation between the Bogor City Government and the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia through the Jabodetabek Transportation Management Agency (BPTJ). This research uses descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and also literature studies to describe the BisKita TransPakuan policy implementation process. The theoretical basis used is the theory of policy implementation according to Mazmanian and Sabatier (1983) specifically discussing aspects of the policy implementation process. This research aims to see how the BisKita TransPakuan policy implementation process by analysing each line of policy implementation that affects each other and the capacity of the implementing agency of the policy implementation.
Abstrak
Kemacetan lalu lintas di Kota Bogor menjadi permasalahan yang menarik perhatian publik akibat volume kendaraan di setiap ruas jalan Kota Bogor semakin meningkat. Hal ini mendorong Pemerintah kota Bogor untuk menghadirkan angkutan umum massal yang bertujuan mengurangi kemacetan. Sehingga pada akhirnya, kebijakan mengenai Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) dengan skema pembelian layanan melalui BisKita TransPakuan diimplementasikan sebagai bagian dari pengembangan transportasi publik agar dapat mengatasi kemacetan di Kota Bogor, melalui kerja sama antara Pemerintah Kota Bogor dengan Kementerian Perhubungan Republik Indonesia melalui Badan Pengelola Transportasi Jabodetabek (BPTJ). Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan juga studi literatur untuk menggambarkan proses implementasi kebijakan BisKita TransPakuan. Landasan teori yang digunakan yaitu teori implementasi kebijakan menurut Mazmanian dan Sabatier (1983) spesifik membahas aspek proses implementasi kebijakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana proses implementasi kebijakan BisKita TransPakuan dengan menganalisis setiap lini implementasi kebijakan yang saling mempengaruhi maupun kapasitas badan pelaksana implementasi kebijakan tersebut
Utopia Pengembangan Pariwisata Kabupaten Halmahera Utara

This study examines the development of tourism in North Halmahera Regency through regional clustering. The Tobelo cluster is directed toward marine tourism development, the Galela-Loloda cluster toward the development of lakes, hot springs, and waterfalls, and the Kao-Malifut cluster toward the development of heritage sites, specifically World War II Japanese historical relics. Through qualitative research methods, including observation, interviews, documentation, and data analysis, three indicators of achievement were identified: improved tourist destination infrastructure, effective and efficient marketing brands, and increased quality creative economy groups. Twenty tourism problems were found in three tourism development sectors. However, the development of tourism in North Halmahera Regency has experienced many obstacles due to the pandemic, such as neglected, damaged, dirty, and destroyed tourist infrastructure and a neglected tourist environment.

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Halmahera Utara yang menggunakan pembagian klasterisasi wilayah yaitu klaster Tobelo yang diarahkan sebagai kawasan pengembangan wisata bahari, klaster Galela-Loloda yang diarahkan pada pengembangan Danau, Air Panas dan Air Terjun dan Kao-Malifut diarahkan pada pengembangan Heritage (Peninggalan Sejarah Jepang Perang Dunia II). Dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yakni melalui pengamatan (observasi), wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta analisis data, maka di temukan tiga indikator capaian kajian ini, yakni penelitian ini mampu meningkatkan sarana prasarana destinasi wisata, meningkatkan brand pemasaran yang efektif dan efisien serta meningkatkan kelompok ekonomi kreatif yang berkualitas. Dalam kajian ini ditemukan dua puluh permasalahan pariwisata dari 3 sektor pengembangan pariwisata. Namun, akibat Pandemi Covid 19, pengembangan pariwisata Kabupaten Halmahera Utara mengalami banyak kendala, seperti sarana prasarana wisata tidak terurus, rusak, kotor, hancur dan lingkungan wisata tidak terurus
Strategi Komunikasi Mengelola Persepsi Publik dalam Rebranding ACE Hardware ke AZKO
Rebranding is a crucial strategy for companies to maintain relevance andcompetitiveness in an ever-evolving market. PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesiaunderwent a significant rebranding effort by changing its name and brandidentity from ACE Hardware to AZKO. The primary objective was toidentify the key messages crafted within the rebranding communicationstrategy, including the elements used to build AZKO\u27s new brand image. Aqualitative approach with a descriptive method was applied through directobservation, document analysis, and literature review. Findings revealthat AZKO\u27s rebranding communication focused on three core elements:innovation, inspiration, and local relevance. The message "Your HomeLife Improvement Partner" was consistently conveyed through visualelements such as a new logo featuring an open circle, minimalist stagedesigns at the Bundaran HI launch event, and digital media, including thelargest videotron in Jakarta at Mall Taman Anggrek. The launch event,attended by thousands, included a symbolic moment with spotlightprojections of "ACE berubah jadi AZKO" (ACE changes to AZKO). Thecommunication strategy also leveraged influencer collaborations toexpand its reach. In conclusion, AZKO\u27s rebranding communicationstrategy successfully established a new, relevant identity positivelyreceived by the audience. The consistency of messaging, the strength ofvisual elements, and a focus on local relevance were key factors in itssuccess. These findings contribute to the literature on rebrandingcommunication strategies and offer practical guidance for othercompanies undergoing similar brand transition
Komunikasi Interpersonal dalam Pendampingan Pemanfaatan Digitalisasi Keuangan UMKM di Kelurahan Abadijaya Depok
The digital transformation in the MSME sector is inevitable and requiresnot only technological readiness but also adaptive and humanizedcommunication approaches. This study aims to understand howinterpersonal communication influences the success of financialdigitalization assistance for MSMEs through the SIAPIK application inAbadijaya Sub-district, Depok. Using a descriptive qualitative approach,data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatoryobservation, and Likert-scale questionnaires. Findings indicate thatclarity of communication, empathetic attitude of facilitators, and theability to adjust communication styles are crucial to the successfuladoption of digital applications. Interpersonal communication plays afundamental role in bridging technological resistance and building trust inlearning processes. This study emphasizes the importance of relationaldimensions in MSME digitalization strategies and recommendsstrengthening interpersonal communication skills in community-basedassistance programs
Pengaruh Komunikasi Persuasif Pelatih Pencak Silat Terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi Siswa/I Di Organisasi MTs Negeri Jakarta
Pencak silat merupakan olahraga beladiri asli Indonesia yang memperlihatkan seni keindahan gerak dan jurusnya. Olahraga ini sudah menjadi ajang prestasi yang diminati oleh kalangan anak-anak hingga orang dewasa. Banyak sekolah yang memulai program kegiatan pencak silat untuk menghasilkan siswa - siswi yang berprestasi. Oleh karena itu program Latihan yang baik guna meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dan membangun karakter yang lebih baik. Selain faktor kemampuan fisik yang baik, pencapaian prestasi juga diperlukan motivasi, mental dan rasa percaya diri. Salah satunya dengan komunikasi, komunikasi yang di lakukan oleh pelatih pencak silat yaitu komunikasi persuasif, Akan tetapi masih terdapat beberapa keterbatasan dalam komunikasi persuasif pelatih pencak silat yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi siswa. Keterbatasan ini meliputi kurangnya pengetahuan pelatih tentang komunikasi persuasif yang efektif, kurangnya kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya motivasi berprestasi, dan kurangnya dukungan dari pelatih dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi persuasif pelatih pencak silat terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan ke 35 sampel yang sebelumnya dipilih menggunakan metode proportional random sampling. Berdasarkan Hasil stastistik menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi persuasif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi berpretasi dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 dan uji hipotesis sebesar 5,797 > 2,035
Meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak melalui Kegiatan Relawan Pajak di KPP Pratama Tangerang Barat
Kepatuhan wajib pajak merupakan faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan penerimaan negara, namun masih menghadapi tantangan akibat rendahnya pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaporan pajak oleh masyarakat. Program Relawan Pajak hasil kerja sama Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) dengan Tax Center perguruan tinggi, termasuk Institut STIAMI Kampus E Kota Tangerang, bertujuan mendukung peningkatan kepatuhan melalui asistensi teknis pelaporan Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan (SPT) secara elektronik (e-SPT dan e-filing). Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan bantuan langsung kepada wajib pajak, tetapi juga meningkatkan literasi pajak melalui pelayanan yang berkualitas, ramah, dan kompeten, yang didukung oleh pelatihan intensif kepada relawan. Proses pelaksanaan diawali dengan seleksi ketat bagi mahasiswa calon relawan pajak, mencakup pendaftaran, verifikasi administrasi, seleksi berkas, wawancara, pengumuman, hingga penempatan tugas di KPP Pratama Tangerang Barat. Dengan adanya keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam asistensi pelaporan SPT PPh Orang Pribadi 1770S dan 1770SS, program ini diharapkan mampu mengatasi kendala pemahaman wajib pajak terkait e-filing, sekaligus membangun budaya kepatuhan pajak yang berkelanjutan
Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Perceived Value Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Katering Butik Tumpeng Di Kota Depok
The population of this research is Butik Tumpeng catering customers, amounting to 150 people. The sample of this research is 60 respondents. The data collection technique for this study used a questionnaire/questionnaire which was tested for validation and reliability. Data processing in this study used SPSS (Statistic Package For the Social Sciences) version 28. The results of this study partially show that Service Quality and Perceived Value have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in the Butik Tumpeng catering in Depok City. Pengaruh Harga Dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian The Sandal’s Di Tanah Abang
The intense competition in the footwear industry in Tanah Abang requires producers to understand the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions, particularly price and product quality. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of price and product quality on the purchasing decisions of The Sandal’s consumers in Tanah Abang. A quantitative approach was applied using multiple linear regression analysis processed through SPSS version 24. The results show that price has a positive and significant partial influence on purchase decisions, contributing 66.9%. Product quality has an even stronger influence, contributing 71.0%. Simultaneously, price and product quality have a significant effect on purchase decisions, with a coefficient of determination (R ²) of 76.8%. These findings suggest that improving product quality and implementing appropriate pricing strategies are essential to increasing purchase decisions for The Sandal’s in Tanah Abang
Pengaruh Kepercayaan Dan Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Erigo Official Store Di Aplikasi Shoppe (Studi Pada Pengguna Shoppe Di Institut Ilmu Sosial Dan Manajemen STIAMI)
Consumer satisfaction is influenced by several factors such as trust and service quality. Some of the phenomena that exist in the Erigo Official Shop on the Shopee Application are customer complaints that are so high regarding the quality of service and also prefer to the trust of the customers themselves that there are many bad reviews in the rating column on the Erigo Official Shop itself. This research aims to determine the effect of trust and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Erigo Official Shop on the Shopee Application. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach and the respondents in this research are STIAMI Institute students who have shopped at the Erigo Official Shop on the Shopee Application. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, with a sample size of 110 students. Data quality techniques use validity tests and reliability tests. Test data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this research prove that there is a positive and significant influence of trust and service quality on customer satisfaction. Partially, trust contributed 51.7% and service quality contributed 49.4%. Trust and service quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions by 64% and the remaining 36% is influenced by other variables
