Get PDFThe independent variable of organizational restructuring that has been adjusted by managers can streamline costs, increase productivity and income, improve employee welfare, increase shareholder wealth, increase efficiency and ultimately improve employee performance. Thus we use organizational restructuring variables to examine employee performance at the Jakarta International Certification Institute. The second independent variable is Social Media Marketing which is used because social media is a form of marketing that is used to create awareness, recognition, memory and even action towards a brand, product, business, individual or group either directly or indirectly by using tools from the web. such as blogging, microblogging, and social networking. After that, it is complemented by Work engagement reflecting intensive involvement in work, employees who own it, have more attention to the company, think about important details, are immersed in their work, feel the experience of being immersed in work so that they forget about time and reduce all kinds of distractions at work. These three independent variables are tried to determine their effect either partially or simultaneously. Working with SPSS to determine simple regression equations and multiple linear regression equations after the data used was tested with validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. The sample in this study was 100 people from 132 population by taking the sample determination error according to the Slovin formula of e = 0.005. Get PDFThe phenomenon of internet development has spread to all corners of the world including Indonesia and is growing rapidly along with the increasing number of internet users. In this case income from the internet, namely YouTube, has quite a big influence on state tax revenues. However, the imposition of taxes on YouTuber income is not yet optimal. So this research has the aim of knowing and analyzing the implementation of taxation policies on YouTuber income in an effort to optimize tax revenue. There are inhibiting and encouraging entities. This research method uses a qualitative type of descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the imposition of tax on YouTuber income has not run optimally because there are no specific regulations regarding the imposition of YouTuber income tax. The inhibiting entities are the lack of continuous socialization, the difficulty of getting YouTuber data and the absence of collaboration with Google. The better quality and modem in the tax reporting system will make it easier for taxpayers to carry out their obligations, this is because it is more efficient, faster, easier and can be done anywhere. Taxpayer behavior upon individual taxpayer compliance, poor awareness and knowledge of the importance of tax reporting as an internal factor and the influence of the environment around the taxpayer as an external factor. Implementasi Program Bantuan Kartu Penyandang Disabilitas Jakarta di Kelurahan Jatinegara
Get PDFThis study discusses the implementation of the Jakarta Disability Card assistance program in Jatinegara. The aim is to find out the extent of the implementation of the assistance program for persons with disabilities in the area. This study used George C Edward III’s which suggests that the implementation of public policy is influenced by four aspects, namely communication, resources, attitudes and bureaucratic structure. Data was collected through interviews, documentation, and literature studies to support analysis and observation to find out firsthand the actual situation. The results showed that in terms of the formulation of the research problem, the card assistance program for persons with disabilities in the Jatinegara area had been implemented quite well and significantly. However, it is necessary to make more improvements to facilities and infrastructure as well as resources.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian mengenai implementasi program bantuan kartu penyandang disabilitas Jakarta di Kelurahan Jatinegara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi program bantuan penyandang disabilitas ditempat tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori George C Edward III yang mengemukakan implementasi kebijakan publik dipengaruhi oleh 4 aspek yaitu komunikasi, sumber daya, sikap dan struktur birokrasi. Metode pengumpulan data dengan pedoman wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi litelature untuk mendukung analisa dan observasi untuk mengetahui secara langsung keadaan yang sebenarnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan implementasi program bantuan kartu penyandang disabilitas di kelurahan Jatinegara setelah ditinjau dari rumusan permasalahan penelitian, maka dalam pengimplementasiannya sudah cukup baik dan signifikan, namun harus lebih banyak lagi improvisasi untuk sarana dan prasarana maupun sumber daya yang ada

Twitter is one of the social media that is currently used by many people, not only to communicate but also to write opinions, to news. Fans as a community gather online through social media Twitter. These fans are joined in a community for the presence of a brand. Indonesia is ranked 1st as a country that talks about K-Pop on Twitter the most. Apart from talking about K-Pop, Twitter users also talk about other music genres such as Korean Hip-Hop. Base on social media Twitter, is an account that accommodates people who have the same interests to share information and communicate. The purpose of this study is to find out how social media Twitter becomes a medium of communication for fans of Korean Hip-Hop music. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study was by conducting interviews with six informants and one triangulator. The results of the study show that through User- Generated Content it produces an active community of Korean Hip-Hop music fans on the @khhfess account. That way the role of fans on the @khhfess account is very influential in the growth of the Korean Hip-Hop community on Twitter. This proves that Twitter social media can be the right communication medium for a community to discuss and share information

Tempat ini telah ada sejak lama, namun baru mulai dikenal oleh masyarakat luas dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Melalui koordinasi yang kami lakukan ditemukan permasalahan mengenai pengelolaan wisata spirtual taman pecampuhan seperti belum adanya retribusi kepada pengunjung, kurangnya sumber daya yang mengelola wisata taman pecampuhan, dan promosi media sosial, selain itu masalah lainnya adalah kurang pahamnya pengelola dengan pembukuan sederhana. Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa peningkatan manajemen wisata, memanajemen usaha baik dalam bidang promosi maupun manajemen keuangan dan mampu membuat pembukuan sederhana. Selama kurang lebih satu bulan, Tim PKM Pengembangan Wisata Spiritual taman pecampuhan telah melakukan program-program disepakati guna meningkatkan kinerja pengelola taman Wisata Campuhan. Program-program tersebut dilaksanakan dengan metode pelatihan , pendampingan, praktek langsung, monitoring dan evaluasi. Dalam PKM ini telah dilakukan sosialisasi pengelolaan wisata taman pecampuhan, pendampingan promosi melalui media sosial, serta pelatihan pembukuan manajemen wisata

Badan hukum yang dibentuk oleh Gampong dengan tujuan mengelola usaha, serta memanfaatkan kekayaan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat gampong merupakanBUMG. Salah satu jenis BUMG yang dikelola oleh masyarakat gampong Siem, kecamatan Darussalam, kabupaten Aceh Besar ini adalah Produktivitas dalam hal Pemeliharaan/Penggemukan Sapi. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persoalan dalam proses penggemukan sapi dan pendapatan BUMG serta memberikan solusi dalam peningkatan pendapatan bagi kelompok Peternak Sapi gampong Siem, Kecamatan Darussalam, Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Persoalan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan peternak anggota kelompok Tani (peternak) Gampong Siem yaitu rendahnya produktivitas hasil ternak serta rendahnya penawaran harga sapi. Solusi yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan PKM ini kepada kelompok tani (Peternak) gampong Siem adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peternak mengenai teknis perkandangan yang layak, pembuatan` pakan bernutrisi dari fermentasi jerami. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi/penyuluhan dan diskusi, pelatihan dan pedampingan. Get PDFKondisi sebagian kawasan Hutan Kamojang terus mengalami tekanan fisik mengakibatkan tingginya kerusakan hutan. Untuk menanganinya, kami membutuhkan peran generasi muda untuk penyelamatan dan pelestarian hutan. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian ini dibuat untuk mengedukasikan anak anak muda yang tinggal di sekitar kawasan hutan kamojang tentang konservasi hutan dan lingkungan. Program ini berjalan dari 4 November 2023 – 17 Maret 2024 di Kp Kamojang, Desa Laksana, Kecamatan Ibun, Kabupaten Bandung. Peserta berjumlah 35 siswa yang bersekolah di MTS-MA Wihdatul Fikri. Kegiatan dari program pengabdian berupa pemberian materi di dalam kelas dan kunjungan lapangan. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan komunitas yang disebut Forest Guardian yang didalamnya terdiri dari agen perubahan yang peduli terhadap hutan dan lingkungan di sekitar Kawasan Hutan Kamojang.ABSTRACTThe condition of parts of the Kamojang Forest area continues to experience physical pressure resulting in high levels of forest destruction. To handle this, we need the role of the younger generation to save and preserve forests. Therefore, this service program was created to educate young people who live around the Kamojang forest area about forest and environmental conservation. This program runs from 4 November 2023 – 17 March 2024 at Kp Kamojang, Laksana Village, Ibun District, Bandung Regency. The participants were 35 students who attended MTS-MA Wihdatul Fikri. The activities of the service program include providing material in the classroom and field visits. This activity resulted in a community called Forest Guardian which consists of change agents who care about the forests and environment around the Kamojang Forest Area.

Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal Pimpinan Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan PT Lipwih Synergylab Estetika Kabupaten Bekasi Provinsi Jawa Barat
Get PDFThis study aims to determine and identify how a leader’s interpersonal communication affects the improvement of employee performance at PT Lipwih Synergylab Estetika in Bekasi Regency, West Java Province. The research population is all employees who work at the company, both permanent employees and contract employees. The sample used consisted of 38 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling technique with the type of saturated sample (saturation sampling) where the entire population was sampled. The data collection technique used was the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert Scale calculation. The analytical techniques used in this study included instrument testing (validity and reliability test), descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis (r test), coefficient of determination analysis (R Square test), and hypothesis testing (partial effect significance test [t test]) with the help of SPSS program for mac 26.0. The results of data processing indicate that interpersonal communication of a leader affects the improvement of employee performance at PT Lipwih Synergylab Estetika in Bekasi Regency, West Java Province with an R Square value of 0.536, which means that the Leader’s Interpersonal Communication variable (X) affects the Employee Performance Improvement variable (Y) by 53.6 %, with the remaining 46.4% being the influence of other variables not examined and explained in this study
