The Influence of Management Information Systems, Competency and Work Discipline toward Civil Servants Performance in Cipayung District, Depok Municipality
The issue of subpar civil servant performance exists in Cipayung District, Depok Municipality. The study attempts to ascertain and evaluate the partial and simultaneous effects of work discipline, competency, and management information systems on the performance of civil servants in Cipayung District, Depok Municipality. This study employs an explanatory approach to quantitative research. There were 186 district and sub-district government officials in the research population; 123 samples were obtained using Stephen and Willian\u27s sample table (standard error 5%). Multiple linear regression analysis techniques are used in the data analysis method. Research findings: (1) The Management Information System has a 55.20% partly favorable and significant influence on the performance of civil servants in Cipayung District, Depok Municipality. Pengaruh Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Disiplin Kerja dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Direktorat Prasarana Direktorat Jenderal Perkeretaapian Kementerian Perhubungan
Direktorat Prasarana Ditjen Perkeretaapian Kementerian Perhubungan merupakan suatu instansi vital yang mengelola prasarana dari sektor perkeretaapian agar transportasi darat berjalan dengan baik. Untuk dapat melakukan tugas tersebut dibutuhkan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Disiplin Kerja Dan Kompensasi bagi pegawainya sehingga pekerjaan tersebut bisa dilaksanakan dengan baik. Namun demikian hasil observasi menunjukan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Disiplin Kerja Dan Kompensasi bagi pegawai belum optimal sehingga diduga mengakibatkan kinerja pegawai belum optimal. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar pengaruh Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Disiplin Kerja Dan Kompensasi baik parsial masing-masing variabel atau simultan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Prasarana Direktorat Jenderal Perkeretaapian Kementerian Perhubungan. Pendekatan penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif. Maksud dari penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif adalah suatu penelitian yang mencari hubungan antara satu variable dengan variable yang lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Direktorat Prasarana Direktorat Jenderal Perkeretaapian Kementerian Perhubungan. Adapun Penelitian dan pengamatan dilakukan, dari bulan April 2024 hingga bulan Juli 2024. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling dengan 59 responden, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS version 25. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Disiplin Kerja Dan Kompensasi secara signifikan baik parsial masing-masing ataupun secara bersama sama mempengaruhi kinerja Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Dua Jakarta Utara
EFEKTIVITAS PENAGIHAN TUNGGAKAN PAJAK KENDARAAN BERMOTOR DALAM RANGKA MENINGKATKAN PENERIMAAN PADA SAMSAT JAKARTA UTARA
The background of this research is the unachieved target in revenue and the increase in arrears at the North Jakarta Samsat in 2021-2023. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of billing as well as the obstacles and efforts made at the North Jakarta Samsat. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection carried out in this study is by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The theory used is the theory put forward by Harrington Emerson (Handayaningrat, 2017) with 2 dimensions, namely the achievement of goals, and time standards. The results showed that the effectiveness of motor vehicle tax collection in North Jakarta Samsat was not effective as seen from the increase in arrears and realization that had not been achieved. The Effectiveness of the Implementation of the STIAMI Institute Tax Volunteer Program in 2022 at the North Cikarang Primary Tax Office (KPP Pratama)
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Tax Volunteer program implementation at the STIAMI Cikarang Institute in increasing compliance with individual annual tax return (SPT) reporting at the North Cikarang Primary Tax Office (KPP Pratama Cikarang Utara) for the 2023 reporting year. The research method employed by the researcher is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation with relevant parties. The data analysis techniques in this thesis involve data reduction, data presentation, and verification, where the collected, compiled, and analyzed data provides an overview and information to draw conclusions from the data processing conducted.
Based on the study\u27s results, the researcher concludes that the activities of Tax Volunteers to improve compliance with individual annual SPT reporting at the North Cikarang Primary Tax Office in 2023 are still not effective, as the realization of individual annual SPT reporting only reached 52% of the 77% target set by the office. This analysis is conducted using the model proposed by Siagian\u27s theory, considering aspects of timing, accuracy, and service delivery style.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas implementasi program Relawan Pajak di Institut STIAMI Cikarang dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan pelaporan Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan (SPT) orang pribadi pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Cikarang Utara untuk tahun pajak 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi dengan pihak-pihak terkait. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi, di mana data yang telah dikumpulkan, diolah, dan dianalisis memberikan gambaran serta informasi untuk menarik kesimpulan dari proses pengolahan data yang dilakukan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa kegiatan Relawan Pajak dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan pelaporan SPT Tahunan orang pribadi di KPP Pratama Cikarang Utara tahun 2023 masih belum efektif, karena realisasi pelaporan SPT Tahunan orang pribadi hanya mencapai 52% dari target 77% yang ditetapkan oleh kantor tersebut. Analisis ini dilakukan menggunakan model yang diusulkan dalam teori Siagian dengan mempertimbangkan aspek ketepatan waktu, akurasi, dan gaya penyampaian layanan
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin, Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pusat Pengembangan Perpustakaan Umum Dan Khusus Pada Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia
The aim of this research is to find out and analyze how much leadership style, work discipline and motivation influence the performance of PPPUK National Library employees. The research method is quantitative research using survey methods with correlational analysis techniques. In this study, the sample used was 51 PPPUK employees. Data was processed using SPSS 25 with the f test, t test, multiple linear regression, and coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that there is a partially significant influence between leadership style on employee performance in partial test (t test) t count 4,806 > 2,011 with a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05. There is a partially significant influence between discipline on employee performance in the partial test (t test) t count 4.728 > 2.011 with a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05. There is a partially significant influence between motivation on employee performance in the partial test (t test) t count 5.060 > 2.011 with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Then there is the influence of leadership style, work discipline and motivation on employee performance with an F test result of 1.543 > 0.235, coefficient of determination (R_Square) of 0.90. This shows that the magnitude of the influence of leadership style, discipline and motivation variables on employee performance is 90%, while the remaining 10% is influenced by other factors not included in this research
Analisis Implementasi Kebijakan Percepatan Penurunan Stunting di Kabupaten Paser, Kalimantan Timur
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan percepatan penurunan stunting di Kabupaten Paser, Kalimantan Timur. Kabupaten Paser merupakan salah satu wilayah dengan prevalensi stunting yang cukup tinggi, di mana angka stunting meningkat dari 23,8% pada tahun 2021 menjadi 24,9% pada tahun 2022. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan adanya tantangan serius dalam upaya penurunan stunting, meskipun berbagai kebijakan dan program telah dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif untuk mengevaluasi implementasi kebijakan berdasarkan model Hoogerwerf, yang mencakup empat dimensi keberhasilan kebijakan, yaitu: isi kebijakan, tingkat informasi aktor, dukungan, dan pembagian potensi.Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi beberapa hambatan utama dalam implementasi kebijakan, di antaranya adalah kapasitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang masih rendah, fasilitas kesehatan yang terbatas, serta koordinasi lintas sektor yang kurang optimal. Rendahnya kapasitas SDM berdampak pada kurang efektifnya pelaksanaan program, sementara fasilitas yang terbatas menghambat akses masyarakat terhadap layanan kesehatan yang memadai. Selain itu, koordinasi yang kurang optimal antara berbagai pemangku kepentingan, seperti pemerintah daerah, dinas kesehatan, dan organisasi masyarakat, juga menjadi faktor penghambat dalam mencapai target penurunan stunting. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan beberapa strategi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi kebijakan. Strategi-strategi tersebut meliputi peningkatan kapasitas SDM melalui pelatihan dan pendidikan berkelanjutan, optimalisasi fasilitas kesehatan dengan memperbaiki infrastruktur dan ketersediaan alat medis, serta penguatan koordinasi lintas sektor melalui pembentukan forum komunikasi dan kolaborasi yang lebih terstruktur.Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan strategis yang dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan kebijakan penurunan stunting di Indonesia, khususnya di daerah dengan karakteristik serupa seperti Kabupaten Paser. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat mendorong perbaikan kebijakan dan program stunting di tingkat lokal maupun nasional, sehingga target penurunan stunting dapat tercapai secara lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan
Enhancing Storage Efficiency with Class-Based Storage Design: A Lubricant Drum Warehouse Study at PT Patra Logistik
Efficient storage is a critical aspect of warehouse management, particularly in industries constrained by limited space, such as lubricant drum storage. PT Patra Logistik, a third-party logistics (3PL) provider for PT Pertamina Lubricants, has faced inefficiencies in its warehouse operations due to an unstructured storage system. The current use of a random storage method has led to increased travel distances for goods movement, difficulty in locating products, and overall layout disorganization. This study aims to redesign the warehouse layout using the Class-Based Storage (CBS) method to minimize the travel distance involved in the picking and storing of goods. The research employed field observations, interviews, and analysis of historical goods movement data from the April-June 2024 period. ABC Analysis was utilized to classify products based on the frequency of inbound and outbound movements. These classifications served as the foundation for developing a more efficient warehouse layout. The results indicate that implementing the CBS method significantly reduced the total travel distance from 164,625 meters to 78,609 meters, a reduction of 86,015 meters. This improvement enhanced operational efficiency by decreasing retrieval time, increasing labor productivity, and optimizing storage space utilization. Furthermore, validation of the new layout design revealed strong support from respondents, with the majority agreeing or strongly agreeing with the proposed system
Implementation of Digitalization and Work Effectiveness on Reducing Human Error Rate in Store Send Indonesia
The condition of logistical activity that is currently ongoing in the warehouse of Cakung PT. Store Send Indonesia still needs improvement, especially in the storage process, because there are still some problems, such as goods returned from customers because of the wrong goods, goods Less, Goods More, and Inappropriate goods caused by Human Error. This research aims to analyze the implementation of digitalization and the effectiveness of work in reducing the level of human error in the operational warehouse of PT. Store Send Indonesia. The study involved 82 respondents from PT. Store Send Indonesia employees as a population and sample, using saturated sampling techniques. The research method used is a double linear regression analysis to determine the impact of digitization implementation and work efficiency on the level of human error. In addition, validity tests are also carried out to ensure that the data obtained is valid. The results show that digitalization does not significantly reduce human error; work effectiveness significantly reduces human error, and digitalization and work effectiveness simultaneously reduce human error in the PT Store Send Indonesia warehouse
The Role of Green Marketing Innovation In Establishing Sustainable Tourism Based on Green Customers In Kesiman Kertalangu Tourism Village, Denpasar
The aim of this research was to analyze the direct effect of green marketing innovation and green customer on sustainable tourism, and to explore the mediating role of green customer on the effect of green marketing innovation on sustainable of tourism village in Kesiman Kertalangu, Denpasar, Bali. The population of this research was the tourists who visited Kesiman Kertalangu. There were 180 tourists being the respondents of this research. The data was analyzed using SEM-PLS. This study revealed that Green marketing innovation and green customer had positive and significant effects on sustainable tourism. Furthermore, Green customer significantly mediated the effects of green marketing innovation on sustainable tourism. Green marketing helps to create awareness and educate tourists about environmentally friendly tourism, while green customers drive demand and put pressure on the industry to adapt to sustainable practices. Collaboration between the two can create a more environmentally friendly tourism ecosystem and support the preservation of nature and culture in the future
Analisis Implementasi Kebijakan Manajemen Risiko dalam Penyusunan APBD di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta
Strong risk management resulting from good management and proper guidelines can ensure that the accuracy of handling will be more guaranteed. However, there are still complaints from the public in the implementation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the Implementation of Risk Management Policies in the Preparation of APBD at the Regional Financial Management Agency of DKI Jakarta Province. In writing this thesis, the author used a qualitative research approach. The conclusion of this study is that the Implementation of Risk Management Policies in the Preparation of APBD at the Regional Financial Management Agency of DKI Jakarta Province has not been able to run well because the standards and targets of risk management integrated into each stage of the APBD preparation process have not fully run according to the rules, less than optimal performance is shown by stakeholders in the risk identification evaluation. Apart from that, the lack of competent resources, understanding, number (of employees) and communication with socialization causes stakeholders not to understand the implementation of risk management and the irresponsible attitude of some stakeholders in risk management reporting and SOPs are not carried out in accordance with the regulatory format
