    Pelayanan Perubahan Data Pemberitahuan Impor Barang Jalur Hijau Pada Kantor Pelayanan Utama Bea dan Cukai Tipe A Tanjung Priok

    This observation focuses on the green channel Import Declaration data modification service at the Prime Customs and Excise Office type A Tanjung Priok. The scope of observation includes service processes, constraint identification, and efforts to overcome constraints in service implementation. The observation employed a qualitative approach through six months of observation and interviews with three informants from relevant units. The findings indicate that the service has been digitalized through the implementation of Independent Information Service System (SLIM) and New Generation Employee Administration and Information System (SIAP NG), and have been certified Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 and Anti-Bribery Management System ISO 37001:2016 with a 12-hour service promise. Data from January to June 2024 shows that from 4,942 applications, 77.6% were approved, 19.3% were returned for revision, and 3.1% were rejected. The main constraints identified include online system disruptions and lengthy cargo position confirmation processes. Handling efforts were conducted through force majeure procedures according to Work Instruction Number ISK/KPU.1/131 Rev.03 and intensive inter-unit coordination. The implications of this observation encourage the need for increased information technology infrastructure capacity and system integration to optimize service quality

    This research aims to determine the influence of Social Media and Brand Ambassador on Purchase Intention for Wardah products in Central Jakarta. The research method employed is Non-probability Sampling, specifically using Convenience/Accidental Sampling, with 100 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to respondents via social media using Google Forms. The instrument testing techniques used include Validity and Reliability tests. Data analysis methods include Classical Assumption tests, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, ttests, f-tests, and the Coefficient of Determination. The results indicate that Social Media (X1) significantly influences Consumer Purchase Intention (Y) for Wardah brand products. Additionally, Brand Ambassador (X2) significantly affects Consumer Purchase Intention (Y) for Wardah brand products

    In recent years, Bank BCA Tanjung Priok branch has experienced obstacles and problems in every service, resulting in customer complaints and a decrease in the number of customers who transact directly to the branch and an increase in the number of customers who transact digitally. This is related to information technology and service quality. This study aims to test and analyze the influence of information technology and service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank BCA Tanjung Priok branch. Respondents in this study were customers of Bank BCA Tanjung Priok branch. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used a random sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. Based on the analysis conducted, this study shows that "Information Technology and Service Quality have an influence on Customer Satisfaction" and have a significant influence. The results of the study indicate that based on the results of the T-test, the independent variables in this study have a positive effect on the dependent variable. Based on the results of the F test that has been carried out, the calculated F obtained is greater than the F table so that there is a simultaneous influence on the variables of information technology and service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank BCA, Tanjung Priok branch. In the determination coefficient test (R2), the results obtained were 53.9% of the independent variables of information technology and service quality were able to explain variations in work productivity, while 46.1% was explained by other variables outside this study

    Maintaining healthy skin is a positive lifestyle that everyone does regularly. Generally, what happens to a woman, it has become an urge for them to always look beautiful and be the main of everyone\u27s attention. Healthy skin is one of the important points for all communities. The diversedemands in caring for the skin drive skincare businesses to innovate in theirproducts; all of this is done to make it easier for consumers to choose self-care products. This study aimed to examine the influence of viral marketingand brand image have on buying interest in Somethinc products on the TikTok Shop platform. This research used quantitative methods and data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study werecustomers who had purchased Somethinc products and obtained 120respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that Viral Marketing (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention (Y) for Somethinc Products on the TikTok Shop Platform by 53,5%. Partially, Brand Image (X2) has a positiveand significant effect on Buying Interest (Y) in Somethinc Products on the TikTok Shop Platform by 81,3%. Viral Marketing (X1) and Brand Image (X2)together have a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest (Y) in Somethinc Products on the TikTok Shop Platform by 88% and the remaining 12% is influenced by other variables not examined

    This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of lifestyle and price on purchasing decisions of thrifting products among students of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Institut Ilmu Sosial dan Manajemen STIAMI, during the 2024/2025 academic year. Thrifting products, as a fashion alternative offering affordability and unique aesthetic value, are increasingly favored by university students. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total of 100 active students as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The findings indicate that both lifestyle and price have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. Among the two variables, lifestyle shows a more dominant influence compared to price. These findings suggest that trends, personal preferences, and lifestyle awareness are the primary factors driving students’ decisions to purchase thrifting products.

    This studi aims This study aims to determine and analyze the use of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategies, as well as identify inhibiting factors and efforts to increase sales volume of Gauri Shop MSMEs in East Jakarta. The research method used a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Eight informants were selected using purposive sampling. The research results show that Gauri Shop\u27s implementation of IMC strategies is still suboptimal, particularly in terms of digital media utilization and direct customer interaction. Inhibiting factors identified include limited human resources, capital, and fluctuating purchasing power. Efforts made to overcome these obstacles include strengthening human resource competencies, diversifying promotional content, and improving customer shopping experiences through digital media and physical stores. This research is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions to the development of integrated marketing strategies for MSMEs in Indonesia to be able to increase competitiveness and sales volume in a sustainable manne

    There are still limitations in studying simultaneously or significantly on the influence of service quality, security factors on trust public. So this research aims to analyze the influence significant or simultaneous between service quality and safety factors public trust. The object of this research is the Jakevo application as novelty in research. Research approach used in research this is a quantitative approach. Data obtained from this approach collected through structured instruments, such as questionnaires or surveys. T test results shows that service quality has a significant effect on trust society (sig. 0.000 < 0.05) with a coefficient of 1.984. F test confirms that both together have a significant effect on trust society (sig. 0.000 < 0.05) F count 99.926 F table 3.09. dertamination coefficient (R Square) of 0.598 shows that 59.8% of public trust is influenced by these two variables, while 40.2% is influenced by other factors

    Land and Building Tax is the highest revenue- generating tax among others in Bekasi City during this pandemic period, as it is controlled and utilized by taxpayers in Bekasi City. Meanwhile, during the pandemic, there was a pensioner tax relief for Civil Servant Retirees and a tax reduction of 20% 50% for taxpayers, as per the extent of the relief. Therefore, during the pandemic, the target set by the Local Revenue Agency was only achieved up to 90%. The purpose of this research is to understand the potential of Land and Building Tax in Bekasi City during the pandemic period from 2020 to 2022, and to identify the efforts made to overcome obstacles in the process of collecting Land and Building Tax, as well as the supporting factors for the collection of Land and Building Tax in Bekasi City. This interview was conducted with 4 informants, namely the BAPENDA Regulator, an Academic, and Taxpayers. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive, where data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation methods. The results of this research outline the potential of Land and Building Tax in Bekasi City during the pandemic period from 2020 to 2022

The purpose of this study is to analyze of the effectiveness of using the Prepopulated Data feature in the e-Faktur application in reporting the Periodic VAT Return at PT Sinergi Adimitra Jaya. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection by interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the Prepopulated Data feature was effective in simplifying data filling, reducing input errors, and increasing the efficiency of reporting Periodic VAT Returns at PT Sinergi Adimitra Jaya.     PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN MIXUE CILINCING JAKARTA UTARA

    Judging from the phenomenon that occurred at Mixue Cilincing, North Jakarta, researchers found an increase and decrease in the number of purchases at Mixue Cilincing, North Jakarta which affected their consumer satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on consumer satisfaction at Mixue Cilinicing, North Jakarta. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were consumers who had made purchases at the Mixue Cilincing, North Jakarta outlet. The sample used was 96 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The analysis tool used was multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS software version 25. The results of the study proved the results of the t-test of the service quality variable (X1) the t-count value> t table (3.532> 1.985) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The results of the t-test of the product quality variable (X2) t-value count> t-table (6.060> 1.985) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the f-test of the consumer satisfaction variable (Y) f-value count> f-table (202.945> 3.09) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that service quality and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cilincing North Jakarta mixue with a value of 81.4%
