Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Pegawai di Badan Pengelolaan Aset Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta
The productivity level of employees at the Regional Asset Management Agency of DKI Jakarta Province in 2022 and 2023 experienced a decline in time management and work efficiency. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the extent to which Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation influence Employee Productivity at BPAD DKI Jakarta Province. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a population of 91 individuals. The sampling method employed is saturated sampling, where the entire population is taken as the sample. Research data were collected through questionnaire distribution and analyzed using SPSS 25 software with statistical analysis techniques. The results revealed that Organizational Culture has an influence of 59.9%, Work Discipline has an influence of 58.4%, and Work Motivation has an influence of 53.9%. Collectively, the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation is 65.5%. Based on these findings, it is recommended that BPAD DKI Jakarta Province enhance its focus on employee development, attendance consistency, clarity in promotion procedures, and the improvement of quality standards to foster a work culture that supports productivity and organizational progress
Factors Supporting the Implementation of Green Accounting with Profitability as an Intervening Variable
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of environmental costs, and firm value on green accounting, mediated by profitability. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population in this study is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) except in the financial sector. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria so that a sample of 182 data is obtained. The type of data used is secondary data and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the Sobel Test test tool. The results of the study show that environmental costs and firm value affect profitability, while environmental costs and profitability have no affect on green accounting but firm value affects green accounting. The results of the study also show that profitability cannot mediate the influence of environmental costs and firm value on green accounting
Pengaruh Kompetensi, Motivasi Kerja dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Dua Jakarta Utara
Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Dua Jakarta Utara merupakan suatu instansi yang mengelola penerimaan negara dari sektor perpajakan agar berjalan dengan baik. Untuk dapat melakukan tugas tersebut dibutuhkan kompetensi pegawai yang mumpuni, motivasi pegawai yang tinggi, serta pelatihan bagi pegawainya sehingga pekerjaan tersebut bisa dilaksanakan dengan baik. Namun demikian hasil observasi menunjukan kompetensi, motivasi dan pelatihan bagi pegawai belum optimal sehingga diduga mengakibatkan kinerja pegawai belum optimal. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi dan baik parsial masing-masing variabel atau simultan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Dua Jakarta Utara. Pendekatan penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuatitatif yang bersifat asosiatif. Maksud dari penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif adalah suatu penelitian yang mencari hubungan antara satu variable dengan variable yang lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Dua Jakarta Utara. Adapun Penelitian dan pengamatan dilakukan, dari bulan Februari 2024 hingga bulan Mei 2024. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus dengan 105 responden, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS version 25. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi, motivasi dan pelatihan secara signifikan baik parsial masing masing ataupun secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Dua Jakarta Utara
Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem, Kompetensi, dan Motivasi Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Pada Sistem Informasi Manajemen Program Transformasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Inklusi Sosial di Provinsi Jawa Tengah
Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia menjalankan program Transformasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Inklusi Sosial (TPBIS). Program ini mempunyai visi untuk menciptakan masyarakat sejahtera melalui TPBIS dan secara khusus program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas perpustakaan, meningkatkan penggunaan layanan, dan membangun komitmen dan dukungan stakeholder untuk keberlanjutan pengembangan perpustakaan. Untuk memastikan implementasi program berjalan dengan baik, program ini mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) berbasis online, sebagai alat untuk melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi program. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh kualitas sistem, kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIM TPBIS. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 78 admin SIM TPBIS di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem, kompetensi dan motivasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIM TPBIS. Hal itu dibuktikan dengan nilai t-hitung dan F-hitung yang lebih besar dari nilai kritisnya. Kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan kepuasan pengguna yaitu 49,3% untuk kualitas sistem, 40,1% untuk kompetensi, 49,8% untuk motivasi dan secara simultan ketiga faktor tersebut memberikan kontribusi 58,7%. Perpustakaan Nasional perlu rutin mengevaluasi dan memperbarui SIM TPBIS untuk memastikan kinerja optimal, keamanan data, dan kemudahan penggunaan, serta melibatkan admin dalam memberikan umpan balik. Kompetensi dan motivasi admin dapat ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan relevan, partisipasi aktif dalam pengembangan sistem, dan penghargaan
Implementasi Kebijakan Sistem Ketahanan Kebakaran Lingkungan Dalam Upaya Pencegahan Kebakaran Dini Pada Kecamatan Cakung Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur
In 2023, East Jakarta recorded the highest number of fire incidents in Jakarta, with 594 cases, of which Cakung District accounted for 126. However, the implementation of the Fire Resilience System in Cakung remains suboptimal, as Fire Volunteer Units have only been established in some community units (RW) across four out of the seven sub-districts. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the implementation of the Fire Resilience System Policy in early fire prevention at the Fire and Rescue Sub-Department of East Jakarta Administrative City. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews involving seven informants. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Fire Resilience System Policy at the Fire and Rescue Sub-Department of East Jakarta has been effective and has yielded positive results. However, several challenges persist, including limitations in human resources, fire prevention facilities, inter-agency coordination, public awareness, and budget constraints. To address these challenges, efforts have been made to strengthen human resources through continuous training, improve fire prevention facilities, optimize inter-agency coordination, enhance public awareness and participation, utilize technology for monitoring and early warning systems, and increase collaboration with the private sector and non-governmental organizations
Fenomena Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Donut of Curiosity
The food and beverage industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth, driven by increasing consumer demand and trends influenced by social media. This study examines the application of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) marketing strategies at Donut of Curiosity, a pumpkin donut shop located in Ashta District 8, South Jakarta. The research adopts a quantitative approach by collecting data through likert scale questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and correlation tests. The findings reveal that FOMO marketing strategies have an effective impact on influencing purchasing decisions. FOMO indicators, such as fear, anxiety, and self-esteem, have a significant influence on consumer behavior. The alternative evaluation stage and post-purchase behavior emerged as the most prominent aspects of the purchasing decision process, where consumers are motivated to buy and recommend the product after gaining social and emotional benefits. The correlation test shows a positive relationship between FOMO and purchasing decisions, with a relatively strong correlation value. These findings provide practical implications for business practitioners to optimize FOMO marketing strategies while maintaining product quality and enhancing customer experiences to strengthen customer loyalty
The Use of Operating Cash Flow and Managerial Ownership Against Accounting Conservatism
This study investigates the impact of operating cash flow and managerial ownership on accounting conservatism in the financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021-2023 period. The research employs a purposive sampling method, with a sample size of 57 companies listed on the IDX within the specified period. The data analysis process includes descriptive statistical testing, multicollinearity testing, overall model testing, regression model feasibility testing, and hypothesis testing. Panel data regression analysis is the statistical method utilized in this research. The findings reveal that operating cash flow partially influences accounting conservatism, managerial ownership also has a partial effect on accounting conservatism, and collectively, both variables significantly impact accounting conservatism. The study aims to provide practical value, enabling businesses and the public to better understand the role of operating cash flow and managerial ownership in fostering accounting conservatism, particularly in companies listed on the IDX
The Effect of Price and Delivery Timeliness on Customer Satisfaction at Tiki Agent Kebon Kacang Branch
This research aims to investigate the influence of price and delivery timeliness on customer satisfaction in the delivery services of TIKI Kebon Kacang Branch in 2024. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collection conducted through a questionnaire survey. The sampling technique used probability sampling with an accidental random sampling approach, involving 94 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 26. The results indicate that price does not have a significant effect on purchase satisfaction, while delivery timeliness has a positive and significant influence. Simultaneous testing reveals that both price and delivery timeliness together have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction
Pengaruh Ketersediaan Koleksi, Sarana Prasarana Perpustakaan, Serta Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Minat Kunjungan Pemustaka di Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Bangli
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ketersediaan Koleksi, Sarana Prasarana Perpustakaan, serta Kualitas Layanan terhadap Minat Kunjungan Pemustaka di Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Bangli. Tantangan besar yang dihadapi perpustakaan adalah ketersediaan koleksi yang terbatas, sarana prasarana perpustakaan yang kurang memadai, dan layanan perpustakaan yang kurang berkualitas sehingga berdampak pada minat pemustaka untuk berkunjung ke Perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 62 responden yang dipilih melalui proporsional stratified random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ketersediaan Koleksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Kunjungan Pemustaka, dengan nilai uji t sebesar 1,943>1,670 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,003; 2) Sarana Prasarana Perpustakaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Kunjungan Pemustaka, dengan nilai uji t sebesar 1,984>1,670 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,002; 3) Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Kunjungan Pemustaka, dengan nilai uji t sebesar 2,408 > 1,670 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,001; 4) Secara simultan Ketersediaan Koleksi, Sarana Prasarana Perpustakaan, dan Kualitas Layanan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 50,9% terhadap Minat Kunjungan Pemustaka, dengan nilai uji f sebesar 3,987 > 2,75 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,012. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya perpustakaan melakukan pengembangan dan pengelolaan koleksi, sarana prasarana perpustakaan, dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan agar dapat menarik lebih banyak pemustaka untuk berkunjung ke perpustakaan. Rekomendasinya mencakup pembaruan koleksi secara berkala, menyediakan sarana prasarana yang memadai, dan meningkatkan pelatihan serta keterampilan pustakawan agar lebih profesional dalam memberikan layanan. Perbaikan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan perpustakaan
The Influence of Learning Organization and Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance: Unveiling the Role of Job Satisfaction at UMARA Foundation
This research aims to analyze the influence of learning organizations and transformational leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction at the UMARA Foundation. The approach used is quantitative with census techniques, where all 300 employees were used as respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, which was then analyzed using Stata MP17 software. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that learning organizations and transformational leadership have a significant positive influence on job satisfaction, which shows that learning in organizations and transformational leadership can increase employee job satisfaction. Meanwhile, although learning organizations have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, transformational leadership does not show a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction functions as a significant mediator in the relationship between learning organization and transformational leadership on employee performance. These results indicate that to improve employee performance, companies need to focus on efforts to increase employee job satisfaction, which in turn can encourage better performance. Overall, this research emphasizes the important role of learning organizations and transformational leadership in improving employee performance through increasing job satisfaction. The suggestion that must be made is that the UMARA foundation needs to strive to improve aspects related to job satisfaction, such as, satisfaction with rewards, promotion opportunities, relationships with superiors and co-workers
