    Pengaruh Content Marketing Dan Online Customer Review Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Pada Produk Indomilk Durian Musang King di Tik Tok Shop (Studi Pada Konsumen Kecamatan Babelan)

    Online shopping platforms have reshaped consumer behavior, prompting companies to adopt interactive and experience-based promotional strategies. This study aimed to analyze the influence of content marketing and online customer reviews on consumer purchase intentions for Indomilk Durian Musang King products on TikTok Shop, focusing on consumers in Babelan District. Using a quantitative survey method, data were collected from 110 respondents who had purchased Indomilk and seen advertisements for the Durian Musang King variant. Multiple linear regression was used for data analysis. The findings revealed that content marketing (X1) had a positive and significant partial effect on purchase intention by 50.3%, while online customer reviews (X2) had a stronger positive effect of 66.8%. Simultaneously, both variables influenced purchase intention (Y) by 67.8%, with the remaining 32.2% attributed to other factors not studied, such as price, product quality, and brand image. These results highlight the strong role of digital engagement in driving consumer decisions

    The Influence of Live Selling Promotions and Product Prices on Purchase Decisions for The Originote Products on the TikTok Shop Platform in 2023 This research aims to examine Live Selling Promotion and Product Prices on Purchase Decisions for The Originote products, using a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents and was determined using the formula Hair et.al. using purposive sampling technique. The data processing technique used is the multiple linear regression method. The research results show that Live Selling Promotion and Product Prices, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for The Originote products, indicated by a significant value of 0.0000 < 0.05 and tcount > ttable (6.516 > 1.660 and 11.492 > 1.660) and the value of Fcount > Ftable (73,841 > 0.270). The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the Live Selling Promotion has an influence on the decision to purchase The Originote products by 48.7%, Product Price has an influence on the decision to purchase The Originote products by 67.9%. Simultaneously, these two independent variables influence the decision to purchase The Originote products by 69.7% and the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other variables not analyzed in this research

    The need for fast, transparent, and efficient information services has encouraged the Tanjung Priok Type-A Customs and Excise Main Service Office to implement the Non-MITA Client Information Service Registration Application. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the program in increasing access to customs, excise and taxation information, identifying the obstacles faced, and the solutions implemented. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The analysis uses Amitai Etzioni\u27s theory of organizational effectiveness, which includes four dimensions: adaptation, integration, motivation, and production. The research results show that this application is quite effective in improving the quality of information services, although there are still obstacles such as limited quotas, lack of human resources, and user absence from service schedules. The solutions implemented include improved communication, better queue management, and regular service evaluation. Overall, the program implementation is considered to have met most of the effectiveness indicators according to Etzioni, but still requires improvement to be more adaptive to the dynamics of user needs

    (The Implementation of E-Government Through the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) in the Administration of Local Government in Lebak Regency in 2024) Penerapan  e-government  melalui  Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD) yang dikelola Kementerian Dalam Negeri digunakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Lebak melalui Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Riset, dan Inovasi Daerah (Bapperida) dan Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) sebagai instrumen utama dalam perencanaan pembangunan serta pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Analisis penelitian didasarkan pada teori tiga elemen sukses e-government dari Harvard JFK School of Government yang dikembangkan oleh Indrajit (2006) yaitu support, capacity, dan value. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIPD telah mendapat dukungan regulasi, alokasi anggaran dari APBN dan APBD, serta komitmen pemerintah daerah melalui penguatan SDM dan koordinasi lintas perangkat daerah. Dari aspek kapasitas, ketersediaan sumber daya manusia dinilai cukup memadai meskipun tetap memerlukan peningkatan pelatihan berkelanjutan. Dari aspek manfaat, SIPD memberikan dampak positif bagi pemerintah dengan meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efisiensi tata kelola, serta bagi masyarakat melalui kemudahan dalam menyampaikan aspirasi pembangunan meskipun akses partisipasi masih terbatas. Abstract The implementation of e-government through the Regional Government Information System (SIPD managed by the Ministry of Home Affairs, has been adopted by the Regional Development Planning, Research, and Innovation Agency (Bapperida) and the Regional Financial and Asset Agency (BKAD) of Lebak Regency as the main instrument for development planning and financial management. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using interviews, documentation, and literature review. The analysis is based on the three elements of successful e-government implementation developed by the Harvard JFK School of Government: support, capacity, and value. The findings indicate that SIPD implementation has received strong regulatory backing, adequate budget allocation from both national and regional sources, and commitment from the local government through cross-agency coordination and human resource allocation. In terms of capacity, the availability of human resources is relatively sufficient, although continuous training remains necessary to adapt to system updates. Regarding value, SIPD has provided significant benefits by improving transparency, accountability, and efficiency in governance, while also enabling public participation through the submission of development proposals, although the level of Lebak Regency has shown promising progress.Penelitian  ini  membahas  penerapan  e-government  melalui  Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD) dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah di Kabupaten Lebak tahun 2024.     (A Collaborative Governance Model for Sustainable Village Management in Indonesia) Pembangunan desa di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan kompleks sehingga memerlukan tata kelola yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran tata kelola kolaboratif dalam memperkuat pembangunan desa melalui integrasi agenda SDGs Desa, partisipasi masyarakat, dan penguatan BUMDes. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan model tata kelola kolaboratif yang menempatkan pemerintah desa, pengelola BUMDes, dan masyarakat sebagai aktor utama dalam forum deliberatif. Model ini menegaskan bahwa pembangunan desa berkelanjutan dapat dicapai melalui BUMDes berkelanjutan yang dikelola secara partisipatif, akuntabel, dan berorientasi pada keseimbangan sosial, ekonomi, serta ekologi. Integrasi indikator SDGs Desa menjadi elemen penting untuk memastikan arah pembangunan sesuai standar global-lokal. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa keberhasilan pembangunan desa sangat bergantung pada kolaborasi lintas aktor, partisipasi aktif masyarakat, serta inovasi kelembagaan yang mendukung tercapainya pembangunan desa berkelanjutan. Abstract Rural development in Indonesia faces complex challenges that require an inclusive and sustainable governance approach. This study aims to analyze the role of collaborative governance in strengthening village development through the integration of the Village SDGs agenda, community participation, and the empowerment of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The findings resulted in a collaborative governance model that positions village government, BUMDes managers, and the community as key actors within a deliberative forum. The model demonstrates that sustainable village development can be achieved through sustainable BUMDes, managed in a participatory, accountable manner while maintaining social, economic, and ecological balance. The integration of Village SDGs indicators is a crucial element to ensure alignment between local development priorities and global standards. This study highlights that successful village development depends on cross-actor collaboration, active community engagement, and institutional innovation to achieve sustainable rural development.Pembangunan desa di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan kompleks sehingga memerlukan tata kelola yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.     Forest Conservation in Flores Island: A Public Administration Review

    Forest conservation in Indonesia faces significant challenges, specifically on Flores Island, where complex interactions between governance frameworks, traditional practices, and modern conservation approaches influence management outcomes. While existing literature extensively documents conservation initiatives, limited research addresses integrating traditional ecological knowledge with contemporary administrative frameworks. This study examines Flores Island’s institutional and policy mechanisms governing forest management, focusing on identifying structural gaps and proposing integrated solutions. We analyzed policy documents using a qualitative case study approach and employed thematic analysis to evaluate current governance frameworks. Our findings reveal critical deficiencies in cross-sectoral coordination, emergency response protocols, and technological integration mechanisms. The study identified significant policy formulation and implementation gaps, especially in incorporating traditional ecological knowledge and climate change adaptation strategies. The research contributes to public administration literature by proposing an innovative governance framework that balances conservation objectives with socio-economic development. We recommend strengthening institutional frameworks through enhanced stakeholder coordination, sustainable financing mechanisms, and improved emergency response protocols. These findings have broader implications for similar regions facing forest conservation challenges, suggesting that effective conservation requires a comprehensive approach integrating traditional wisdom, modern practices, and robust administrative structures

    Job satisfaction is a positive or pleasant emotional condition resulting from an assessment of one\u27s work   or work experience. Without employee satisfaction, the organization will not be able to run well. This research discusses and analyzes the influence of employee empowerment, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction in the Fire Management and Rescue Sector, Kramat Jati District. The research method used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires with a   sample size of 52 respondents from a population of 52 people. Based on the results of research using   multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26.0, it shows that employee empowerment has a   positive and significant influence with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.924 (92.4%) on   employee job satisfaction, leadership style has a positive and significant influence with a coefficient of   determination (R Square) of 0.770 (77.0%) on employee job satisfaction, organizational culture has a   positive and significant influence with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.676 (6.76%) on   employee job satisfaction. The independent variables employee empowerment, leadership style, and   organizational culture were jointly tested using the F test, proving to have a positive and significant   influence with an F value of 198.626 on employee job satisfaction and the magnitude of the influence   was seen from the value and with a coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.925 (92.5%).  &nbsp

    Billboard Tax Compliance refers to the level of awareness, adherence, and compliance of individuals or business entities with tax obligations related to billboard installation in accordance with applicable regulations. Billboard tax is levied on advertising activities, typically including the placement of advertisements or promotional media in public spaces. The aim of this study is to analyze and measure the influence of taxpayer awareness, understanding, and sanctions on billboard tax compliance in the city of Bekasi. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method with a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected from 100 respondents through questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 25.0. This study examines the relationship between independent variables (Awareness, Understanding, and Sanctions) and the dependent variable (Compliance) through hypothesis testing.The analysis prerequisites involve multiple linear regression to determine the degree of correlation (simultaneous) between two or more independent variables (X) and the dependent variable (Y). The findings of this study demonstrate a significant positive influence of taxpayer awareness, understanding, and sanctions on billboard tax compliance in Bekasi, both partially and simultaneously. Partial Analysis: Awareness (X1) has a significant positive effect on Compliance (Y) with a t-value of 1.890, which is less than the critical t-value (t-table, df=97) of 1.985.Understanding (X2) also has a significant positive effect on Compliance (Y), with a t-value of 1.090, which is less than the critical t-value (t-table, df=97) of 1.985. Sanctions (X3) have a significant positive effect on Compliance (Y), with a t-value of 0.770, which is less than the critical t-value (t-table, df=97) of 1.090. Simultaneous Analysis: It is concluded that Awareness (X1), Understanding (X2), and Sanctions (X3) collectively influence Compliance (Y) since the significance value is 0.00, which is less than 0.05, and the calculated F- value (F-Calculated) is 5069.186, which is greater than the critical F-value (F-Table) of 3.09
