    Supply Chain Perfomance in Expedition Services Using The Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Methods

    The internet continues to evolve alongside the rapid advancements in information technology, which is one of the characteristics of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) that influences the transformation of business processes from conventional methods to e-commerce. Expedition services are a key player in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) process, making a significant contribution to e-commerce as providers of goods delivery services. Currently, the expedition service industry is growing rapidly, largely driven by the expansion of online business or e-commerce. This paper discusses the supply chain (SC) performance in the expedition service sector, considering that the topic of SC performance in this sector still requires further development. The research uses the SCOR model to measure SC performance based on five key processes: plan, source, deliver, return, and enable. Performance indicator weighting is conducted using the AHP method. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the SC performance value is 82.53%, which falls within the "average" category. The highest weight was found in the "deliver" performance metric at 50.44%, while the lowest performance value was observed in the "enable" metric at 6.33%

    Enhancing Inventory Accuracy in Manufacturing through the Implementation of Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning and Inventory Management Systems

    The phenomenon in this study originates from the discrepancy between actual stock and data recorded in the Enterprise Resource Planning Odoo system used by PT Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk. This mismatch leads to decreased operational efficiency, distribution bottlenecks, and the risk of inaccurate decision-making. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Enterprise Resource Planning Odoo and Inventory Management on Inventory Accuracy Improvement at PT Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk, Jakarta. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population consists of employees from the purchasing, logistics, and warehouse divisions. The sample includes 45 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R ²). The results show that both partially and simultaneously, Enterprise Resource Planning Odoo and Inventory Management significantly influence Inventory Accuracy. This is evidenced by the F-test significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The t-test results show a significance value of 0.000 for Enterprise Resource Planning Odoo and 0.006 for Inventory Management, both less than 0.05. These findings indicate that ERP Odoo and Inventory Management have a significant effect on Inventory Accuracy. The coefficient of determination (R ²) indicates that Enterprise Resource Planning Odoo and Inventory Management contribute 92.3% to the improvement of inventory accuracy at PT Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk, while the remaining 7.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

    Exploration of the Influence of Price and Customer Reviews on Body Lotion Purchase Decisions: A Study on Teenage Users

    This study explores the influence of pricing strategies and online customer reviews on the purchasing decisions of teenage users regarding body lotion, specifically focusing on the Scarlett Whitening brand available through the Shopee e-commerce platform. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data was collected from 112 adolescent respondents in Depok through structured questionnaires. The findings reveal that both pricing and online reviews significantly impact purchase intentions among Gen Z consumers, who exhibit a strong preference for products that balance quality and affordability. The results indicate that competitive pricing and positive online reviews enhance the attractiveness of beauty products, while the integration of social media and influencer marketing further amplifies these effects. The study underscores the necessity for brands to cultivate a positive online reputation and engage with credible influencers to effectively capture the attention and loyalty of this discerning consumer group. Overall, the research highlights the critical role of eWOM (electronic word-of-mouth) and pricing in shaping the purchasing behavior of Gen Z in the beauty skincare market

    The performance of educators is a crucial factor in achieving the effectiveness of educational institutions. However, in recent years, the performance of educators at X University in Surabaya has declined. One factor suspected to influence performance is work-life balance. This study aims to analyze the effect ofWork-life balance on employee performance, both directly and through job engagement, job satisfaction, and job stress as mediating variables. This study employs a survey method to analyze the influence of work engagement, job satisfaction, and work stress on the performance of educators at Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya. Data were collected using a systematically designed questionnaire to measure these variables. The results indicate thatWork-life balance contributes to improving employee performance. Job engagement and job satisfaction strengthen this relationship, while job stress can hinder optimal performance achievement. Therefore, educational institutions need to implement policies that support a balance between work and personal life, such as flexible work arrangements and stress management programs, to create a more productive and conducive work environment

    This study aims to examine and analyze the Perception of Price, Service Quality, and Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction of Hajj and Umrah Travel. The sample used in this study is Bawazier Travel PT. Sutan Alzahira Wisata. Data were collected using a census method and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on this study, it can be concluded that Bawazier Travel customer satisfaction is significantly influenced by price perception, service quality, and brand image. Respondents showed a high level of satisfaction with prices commensurate with benefits, satisfactory service, and Bawazier Travel\u27s reputation as a trusted Umrah travel. Perceptions of reasonable prices, friendly and timely service quality, and a positive brand image also play a major role in increasing customer satisfaction. Therefore, to maintain and increase satisfaction, Bawazier Travel needs to continue to offer competitive prices, maintain service quality, and strengthen its brand image in the eyes of customers

    Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta menerapkan sistem manajemen talenta berdasarkan sistem merit dengan prinsip objektif, terencana, terbuka, tepat waktu, akuntabel, bebas dari intervensi politik dan bersih dari praktik korupsi, kolusi dan nepotisme namun manajemen talenta di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta saat ini masih belum berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa implementasi kebijakan manajemen talenta dalam pengembangan karir Pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi Kebijakan Manajemen Talenta Pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta memiliki kontribusi besar dalam pencapaian tujuan pengembangan karir Pegawai karena adanya program pemetaan Pegawai dimana talenta akan di kualifikasikan dalam talent pool dengan kriteria atau dimensi yang akan digunakan adalah kinerja dan potensi. Didukung lingkungan kebijakan berjalan dengan baik secara internal maupun eksternal serta saling mendukung, suportif dan memotivasi dalam mendukung implementasi manajemen talenta. Namun kemampuan implementor dalam pelaksanaan manajemen talenta yang masih dipengaruhi oleh sikap, penerimaan dan pelaksanaan pegawai dalam melaksanakan manajemen talenta dianggap tidak objektif sehingga mempengaruhi persepsi dan kinerja Pegawai dalam mengembangkan karirnya. Oleh karena itu implementasi manjemen talenta pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta masih belum terlaksana secara optimal

    Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana (SP2D) adalah dokumen penting yang harus dipertimbangkankelengkapan ketentuan penerbitannya untuk memerintahkan pencairan dana dari rekening kas negara ke rekening penerima dalam pencairan belanja daerah namun masih terdapat penolakan SPM hingga tidak dapat di terbitkannya SP2D. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi efektifitas penerbitan SP2D pada keuangan daerah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat dalam mendukung proses pencairan belanja daerah. Pendekatan penelitian yang penulis suku badan pengelolaan gunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Penerbitan SP2D Pada Suku Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat belum efektif dalam Mendukung Proses Pencairan Belanja Daerah karena adanya faktor-faktor permasalahan pada proses penerbitan SP2D seperti kesalahan yang di lakukan Bendahara SPKD/UKPD dalam kelengkapan dan ketidaksesuain dokumen, kelalaian pengawasan pegawai selama proses verifikasi, kurang pahamnya pegawai sesuai dengan aturan SOP dalam penyerahan dokumen dan sumber daya kompetensi pegawai yang masih perlu ditingkatkan serta sarana tekhnologi yang masih kurang. Adanya permasalahan ini memberikan dampak yang dapat merugikan pegawai dan menjadi potensi kerugian bagi daerah karena terlambatnya proses pencairan dana belanja daerah sesuai dengan ketentuan waktu yang telah di tentukan

Café Kozi Coffee Bekasi Selatan is a culinary café that offers a variety of food and beverage choices from several countries located in south Bekasi. The problem at Café Kozi Coffee Bekasi is facting tight competition amidst the increasing number of coffee shops and consumer preferences. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze problems, obstacle and solutions to marketing strategies ti increase sales at Café Kozi Coffee Bekasi. Through the STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) analysis method and this marketing mix shows   that Kozi Coffee Bekasi can increase sales and survive in market share by identifying the right market segments, targeting potential customers effectively and positioning products to customers strategically.

    In the current era of globalization, the development of businesses engaged in the freight forwarding industry is increasingly rapid. Punctuality and Shipping Rates are important to affect customer satisfaction. This study aims to measure the Effect of Punctuality and Delivery Rates on Customer Satisfaction of PT J&amp;T Express Tanah Tinggi Delivery.This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents. In this study, data analysis techniques were used in the form of statistics with data testing using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, coefficient correlation tests, determination coefficient (R2) tests, and f-tests. The calculation shows that it is larger than the calculation of table 1.986 which means that each independent variable has a partial effect on the bound variable. In the f test, the results of f calculation were simultaneously obtained of 46.333 greater than f in table 3.10 so that it can be concluded that Punctuality and Delivery Rates have an influence on Customer Satisfaction

    This research aims to find out how much influence product quality, discounts, and use of Instagram have on purchasing decisions at Juragansapi.com. The population in this research is all consumers who buy products at Juragansapi.com. Sampling in this research used Hair.et.al theory to obtain a sample of 190 respondents. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an associative type of research. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, coefficient of determination test with the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study show that there is a partially significant influence between product quality (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) of 44.9%, there is a partial significant influence between discounts (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) of 51.8%, and there is a partial significant effect of Instagram use (X3) on purchasing decision (Y) was 46.3%. The results of the research conducted show that simultaneously product quality (X1), price discounts (X2), and there is a partial significant influence on the use of Instagram (X3) at Juragansapi.com (Y) amounting to 63.9% and the remaining 36, 1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
