Pengaruh Partisipasi Anggaran, Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Manajerial Di Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Perhubungan
This research is motivated by several things. First, with budget savings, it is feared that it will affect the achievement of targets for the implementation of existing performance indicators. Second, based on the researcher\u27s observations in daily life, the reduction of the budget affects employee motivation. Lastly, based on the researcher\u27s observations in daily life, there is still indiscipline in terms of attendance and completion of reports. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the influence of budget participation, motivation and work discipline on managerial performance at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Transportation. This study uses a quantitative research method. The number of samples in this study is all members of the population of 135 respondents so it is called a total sample. The data used is primary data from respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with statistical tests. The results of the study show that there is a partial positive and significant influence of budget participation on managerial performance. Motivation partially showed a positive and significant influence on managerial performance, as well as the discipline variable had a positive influence on managerial performance. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of budget participation, motivation and discipline on managerial performance at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Transportation. The Adjusted value of the determination coefficient (Adj R2) of 0.627 means that managerial performance at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Transportation can be explained by budget participation, motivation and discipline of 62.7% and the remaining 37.3% explained by other variables outside the research model. So there are several variables that are not researched, for example, budget procedures, leadership, and budget quality
Kapasitas Organisasi Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dalam Penyelenggaraan Ketertiban Umum dan Ketenteraman Masyarakat di Kabupaten Bekasi
The implementation of public order and community peace is one of the mandatory basic services. However, the implementation of public order and public peace in Bekasi Regency found several problems in its implementation which resulted in low organizational capacity. This study aims to describe and evaluate how the Organizational Capacity of the Pamong Praja Police Unit in the implementation of Public Order and Community Order in Bekasi Regency, describe and evaluate what factors hinder the improvement of the Organizational Capacity of the Pamong Praja Police Unit in the implementation of Public Order and Community Order in Bekasi Regency, and describe and evaluate ways or strategies to overcome obstacles to increasing the Organizational Capacity of the Pamong Praja Police Unit in the method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by literature study and field research with purposive techniques to select informants. To validate the data, the author used source and technique triangulation techniques. The results showed that the human resources dimension still needs capacity building in terms of training and performance appraisal, especially in terms of discipline. Then from the aspects of infrastructure, technolog, and finance the are still limitations in terms of budget, lack of internal supervision, limited facilities, and minimal availability of technology. Furthermore, in the strategic leadership dimension, there are regulations that are old and not in accordance with the current situation. Then form the aspect of programs and management processes that program planning and formulation are still not optimal because activities still seem to copy form previous years. Furthermore, in Bekasi Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit and cross-sectors and socialization to the community is still minimal
Analisis Implementasi Kebijakan Intelijen Pajak dalam Mendukung Upaya Penggalian Potensi Pajak PBJT di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta
It is hoped that the formation of tax intelligence at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Revenue Agency can increase the effectiveness of the role and function of tax intelligence in implementing efforts to increase tax revenues, especially through law enforcement actions. However, there is an imbalance of power and tax intelligence resources in carrying out control and supervision of taxpayer business activities in the DKI Jakarta province. The aim of this research is to analyze and evaluate the Implementation of Tax Intelligence Policy in Supporting Efforts to Explore PBJT Tax Potential in the Regional Revenue Agency of DKI Jakarta Province. The research approach that the author uses is a qualitative research approach with a descriptive research pattern. The conclusions of this research are The implementation of the Tax Intelligence Policy has not been fully capable of supporting efforts to explore PBJT Tax Potential in the Regional Revenue Agency of DKI Jakarta Province due to a lack of adequate employee resources and unavailability of operational budget resources in the tax intelligence process which results in less than optimal exploration. However, as far as the implementation of communication in the tax intelligence policy has been going well, the disposition is shown by the attitude of employees who are honest, committed and responsible as well as a bureaucratic structure that is in accordance with the provisions of SOPs and the fragmentation of authority that is capable of being held accountable by each tax intelligence officer
Pengaruh Motivasi, Kompetensi dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Balai Besar Pendidikan Penyegaran dan Peningkatan Ilmu Pelayaran Jakarta
Sumber daya manusia di dalam organisasi memegang peranan yang sangat strategis dan menentukan. Disamping peranannya sebagai pengelola, sumber daya manusia juga berperan sebagai penentu keberhasilan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan. Balai Besar Pendidikan Penyegaran Dan Peningkatan Ilmu Pelayaran (BP3IP) Jakarta. Hasil pengamatan dan data sekunder menunjukan bahwa kinerja di instansi ini belum optimal, begitu pula motivasi, kompetensi dan kompensasi belum memuaskan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Pengaruh Motivasi, Kompetensi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di BP3IP Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja di BP3IP yang berjumlah 265 orang dan sampel penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 159 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi, kompetensi dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara simultan dan parsial. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi (KD) motivasi sebesar 59,4%. Variable kompetensi sebesar 80,3%. Variabel kompensasi sebesar 29%. Variable-variabel independent tersebut secara baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai
Pengaruh Perilaku Pegawai, Disiplin Kerja dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat di Unit Pengelola Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kelurahan Klender
This research aims to analyze and evaluate the effect of employee behavior, work discipline, and service quality on public satisfaction at the Investment Management and Integrated One-Stop Service Unit of Klender Sub-district. The research method uses a quantitative approach through a questionnaire distributed to service recipients at the Investment Management and Integrated One-Stop Service Unit of Klender Subdistrict during the period of January - October 2024. The sample determination was formulated using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 93 respondents. The data collected were analyzed using the IBM SPSS statistical program. The research results indicate that, partially, employee behavior has a significant effect on public satisfaction at 26.6%, work discipline has a significant effect on public satisfaction at 23.8%, and service quality has a significant effect on public satisfaction at 29.4%. Simultaneously, these three variables significantly affect public satisfaction by 41%, with the remaining 59% affected by other variables outside the scope of the research
ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PENAGIHAN PAJAK DENGAN SURAT PAKSA DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PENERIMAAN PAJAK DI KPP PRATAMA JAKARTA SENEN TAHUN 2023
This research was based on the fact that there were still many taxpayers who were disobedient and did not have the ability to pay their tax debts, so that caused high tax arrears which caused low tax revenues. This research aimed to know the level of effectiveness of tax collection by using forced letters in an effort to increase tax revenue at KPP Pratama Senen Jakarta in 2023. The research method used was qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results showed that the effectiveness in 2021 it reached 25%, in 2022 it reached 31%, and in 2023 it reached 20%. From the research results, it could be concluded that tax collection by using forced letters in an effort to increase tax revenue at KPP Pratama Senen Jakarta was classified as ineffective. This was because there were still many taxpayers who were negligent and also taxpayers who did not have the ability to pay their tax debts. Efforts that must be made were to increase human resources, as well as carried out continuous socialization to raise the awareness of taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations in paying off their tax debts
IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESADARAN MASYARAKAT PADA PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH DI KELURAHAN RAWASARI JAKARTA PUSAT TAHUN 2023
This study aims to analyze the implementation of waste management policy to increase community awareness in Rawasari Village of Central Jakarta. To analyze the obstacles encountered in implementing the waste management policy to increase community awareness on waste management in Rawasari Village of Central Jakarta. To analyze and find out what efforts were made to overcome the obstacles in implementing the waste management policy to increase community awareness on waste management in Rawasari Village of Central Jakarta. The study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytical method. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and interviews, then triangulation method was used for analysis. The results show that the implementation of waste management policies is crucial. Active participation in waste management can increase awareness and concern for the environment. Additionally, government support and cooperation among relevant parties are also essential factors in the success of these policies
PENGARUH LITERASI PERPAJAKAN DAN AKSESIBILITAS INFORMASI PAJAK DIGITAL TERHADAP KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK ORANG PRIBADI : (STUDI KASUS KPP PRATAMA BEKASI UTARA TAHUN 2024)
Tax revenue is the main source of state income. However, the level of compliance among individual taxpayers remains a challenge, particularly in the submission of the annual tax return (SPT). At KPP Pratama Bekasi Utara, data over the last five years shows that the submission ratio of SPT compared to the number of taxpayers required to file has experienced fluctuations and has not yet reached the expected target. Meanwhile, digitalization efforts by the Directorate General of Taxes through services such as DJP Online and e-Filing have not been fully utilized by all individual taxpayers. This study aims to determine the influence of tax literacy and the accessibility of digital tax information on individual taxpayer compliance. The research uses a quantitative approach with data collected via a Google Form questionnaire. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results show that tax literacy has a significant influence on taxpayer compliance with a contribution of 15.1%, while digital tax information accessibility also has a significant influence of 11.9%. Simultaneously, both variables affect individual taxpayer compliance by 18.4%, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside this study
Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Bidang Administrasi Kependudukan Di Kecamatan Bogor Timur
(Quality of Public Services for Population Administration in East Bogor Sub-district)
The government as a provider of public services needed by the community must be responsible and continue to strive to provide the best service for the sake of improving public services. On the other hand, public satisfaction is a measure of the success of public services provided by public service providers. This study is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach to analyze the quality of public services in the field of population administration in East Bogor District. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model. The results of the study indicate that the quality of public services in the field of population administration in East Bogor District is seen from the aspects of physical facilities, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, namely the Public Service section in East Bogor District has not met adequate service facilities to provide services to the community. The community is satisfied with the services provided by the East Bogor District in terms of reliability regarding reliability in handling every public complaint. Employees who provide services to the community who are confused in needing public services, then the sub-district employees provide good service to the community, so that it is easier to obtain information and access to services provided by the government. This will minimize the convoluted bureaucracy and increase government productivity in providing services to the community. For security in the East Bogor District, it has shown efforts to improve the quality of its services related to providing a sense of security for the community. The empathy given by the East Bogor District is by giving a pleasant impression.
Abstrak
Pemerintah sebagai penyedia layanan publik yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat harus bertanggung jawab dan terus berupaya untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik demi peningkatan pelayanan publik. Disisi lain kepuasan masyarakat adalah tolak ukur dari keberhasilan pelayanan publik yang diberikan oleh penyedia layanan publik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisa kualitas pelayanan publik bidang administrasi kependudukan di Kecamatan Bogor Timur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan publik bidang administrasi kependudukan di Kecamatan Bogor Timur dilihat dari aspek fasilitas fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati yaitu bagian Pelayanan Umum di Kecamatan Bogor Timur belum memenuhi fasilitas pelayanan yang memadai untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Masyarakat merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang di berikan Kecamatan Bogor Timur dalam aspek reliability mengenai kehandalan dalam menangani setiap keluhan masyarakat. Pegawai yang memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang confuse dalam membutuhkan pelayanan publik, maka pegawai kecamatan memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat, agar lebih mudah untuk memperoleh informasi dan akses ke layanan yang disediakan oleh pemerintah. Hal ini akan meminimalisir birokrasi yang berbelit-belit dan meningkatkan produktivitas pemerintah dalam memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat. Untuk keamanan di Kecamatan Bogor Timur sudah menunjukan upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya terkait memberikan rasa aman bagi masyarakat. Empati yang diberikan pihak Kecamatan Bogor Timur yaitu dengan memberikan kesan yang menyenangkan
Analisis Pengawasan Pemungutan Pajak Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Di KPP Madya Jakarta Utara
Fenomena penelitian ini adalah Pengawasan Pemungutan Pajak dapat dipengaruhi oleh tiga prinsip yaitu standar pengawasan, penilaian pengawasan, dan tindakan perbaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam pelaksanaan pengawasan pemungutan pajak yang telah berjalan di KPP Madya Jakarta Utara. Dalam pelaksanaan pengawasan pajak, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam pelaksanaan pengawasan pemungutan pajak telah berjalan dengan baik dengan meningkatnya pendapatan pada tahun 2019 – 2022 namun masih perlu perbaikan, karena masih terdapat wajib pajak yang belum memahami akan kewajiban perpajakannya. Hambatan yang dialami yaitu kurangnya sosialisasi yang ebih intens dari regulator, kurangnya pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kesadaran dari wajib pajak. Upaya yang dilakukan KPP Madya Jakarta Utara memberikan kemudahan kepada wajib pajak yang mengalami kesulitan dari segi ekonomi dan melakukan penyuluhan kepada wajib pajak
