Peningkatan Pemahaman Kargo dan Jenis Kargo dalam Pengiriman Barang melalui Pelatihan bagi Siswa SMK
Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada siswa SMK untuk mengenal tentang kargo dan jenis-jenis kargo yang ada dalam pengiriman barang (cargo). Hal ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendasar bagi para siswa SMK untuk mengenal kargo dan pengklasifikasian kargo. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah secara offline, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Narasumber menggunakan metode ceramah dalam memberikan pemahaman mengenai kargo dan jenis-jenis kargo pada pengiriman pengiriman barang. Dalam pelatihan ini, peserta akan belajar mengenai jenis-jenis kargo, karakteristik general cargo dan special cargo, serta bagaimana ketentuan dalam penanganan kargo tersebut. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan peserta mampu mengenal lebih dalam pengklasifikasian kargo serta masing-masing contoh dari jenis kargo dalam bisnis pengiriman kargo. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah menambah wawasan aplikatif bagi para siswa SMK Logistik mengenai kargo dan jenis kargo dalam pengiriman barang
ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PAJAK PERTAMBAHAN NILAI ATAS TRANSAKSI E-COMMERCE DALAM MENINGKATKAN POTENSI PENERIMAAN PAJAK PADA KANTOR PELAYANAN PAJAK PRATAMA JAKARTA PASAR REBO TAHUN 2023
Internet technology is changing the global economy through e-commerce, including distribution, purchasing, delling and marketing of services. The growth of online commerce has an impact on increasing the number of e- commerce business actors and e-commerce transactions that exceed conventional traders. With the increasing number of taxpayers, it a also important to ensure compliance and awareness of their tax obligations. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Value Added Tax (VAT) policy on e-commerce transactions, as well as identify the factors inhibiting and driving the implementation of the VAT policy to increase the potential for tax revenue at KPP Pratama Jakarta Pasar Rebo in 2023. Using qualitative research methods, namely using techniques data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the implementation of e-commerce transaction policies at KPP Pratama Jakarta Pasar Rebo is quite good in terms of resources. However, communication between officers and taxpayers is still lacking and taxpayers do not fully understand the policy. Inhibiting factors include low taxpayer awareness, lack of knowledge and understanding, and minimal supervision from tax officers. Driving factors include collaboration with e-commerce platforms to carry out outreach and persuasive approaches to taxpayers to increase tax awareness and compliance, which ultimately increases tax revenues
Digital Marketing Strategy Analysis in MSMEs: Case Study of El Shop in Tanjung Priok
There are many types of marketing activities, one of which is digital marketing. One of the MSMEs that implement digital marketing in selling their products is an MSME in the form of a Coffee Shop or Café. The study aims to determine the constraints of strategy in digital marketing. The research approach used in this study is Qualitative. The study results show that Kedai El has great potential to grow and develop through digital marketing. By implementing the right and consistent strategy, Kedai El has the potential to become one of the most famous coffee shops in Jakarta and become a reference for Indonesian coffee lovers. Although Kedai El has great potential, it may face obstacles in implementing digital marketing strategies, especially in the Tanjung Priok area of Jakarta where competition is quite large particularly for pain advertising.
IMPLEMENTASI PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA PAJAK PADA KANTOR WILAYAH DIREKTORAT JENDERAL PAJAK JAKARTA TIMUR
The phenomenon in this study concerned the condition of tax dispute resolution, which was abundant and time-consuming. Taxpayers\u27 considerations in responding to decisions issued by the Directorate General of Taxes relate to the legal remedies provided under Article 25 and Article 27 of the General Provisions and Tax Procedures Law. The purpose of this study was to examine how the implementation of tax dispute resolution at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) East Jakarta was carried out, as well as the inhibiting factors and solutions in implementing tax dispute resolution.This research employed a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The analysis method used was qualitative data analysis. The research location was the Regional Office of DJP East Jakarta. The results of this study indicated that the implementation strategy carried out by the Regional Office of DJP East Jakarta has been quite successful, as seen from the key performance indicators in 2024, which exceeded the target, achieving 88.43% compared to the target of 79%
Analisis Implementasi Sistem Aplikasi Signal Polri Pada Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor di Jakarta Pusat

(Signal) application to the Public. But because this application is operated
digitally, there are still many taxpayers, especially parents who cannot
easily use or take advantage of it, so there are still many who prefer to
manually extend the motor vehicle tax directly to Samsat. If that continues
to happen, it will cause a potential queue that is quite long and long. This
research aims to analyze the Signal Polri Application system on the
compliance of Motor Vehicle taxpayers in Central Jakarta. The method
used is a qualitative method with data collection, interview, observation,
and documentation techniques. The research was conducted at the Central
Jakarta Samsat Office. The results of his research show that the policy
implementation process is to build a network so that public policy goals
can be realized as a result of government activities. Can be interpreted as
a strategy to achieve the policy goals that have been set. The success and
failure of the policy implementation process can be assessed in terms of
the implementation of the program made. Policy implementation is also
influenced by who is appointed and authorized to carry out the program,
especially as an implementer. The results of this study show that the user
presentation of the Signal Polri Application Program is only 1.50% -
3.84% during the last 3 years from the total number of motor vehicle users
in Central Jakarta. The lack of numbers is caused by the lack of
knowledge from taxpayers towards the Signal Polri Application Program
because the socialization carried out by the samsat to taxpayers has not
been too extensive
Kegagalan Elektoral PPP Dalam Pemilu 2024 : Analisis Propaganda Politik Dan Pemasaran Berdasarkan Citra Partai Dan Demografi Pemilih
The United Development Party (PPP), as one of the oldest Islamic parties in Indonesia, experienced electoral failure in the 2024 Election by failing to pass the 4% parliamentary threshold, only winning 3.87% of the national vote. This study aims to analyze the factors of PPP\u27s failure by focusing on two main aspects: political propaganda and image marketing (political branding). A qualitative approach with case studies is used to examine the mismatch between PPP\u27s traditional image and the demographic characteristics of young voters who dominate the election. The findings show that PPP\u27s failure was triggered by the party\u27s inability to adapt its political communication strategy to social and technological changes. PPP still relies on classical religious symbolism and conventional campaigns that are ineffective in reaching millennial and Gen Z voters who are more critical, pragmatic, and digital-oriented. Weak digital marketing, the absence of young figures, internal conflicts, and the lack of synchronization of ideological narratives with contemporary issues such as the digital economy and social justice have also worsened the party\u27s political performance. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for structural reform, ideological rebranding, and adaptation of communication strategies to restore PPP\u27s political relevance amidst the ever-changing landscape of digital democracy
Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Pada Kantor Kelurahan Pejuang Kota Bekasi
This research was conducted to obtain an overview of the quality of service at the Bekasi City Pejuang Subdistrict Office, which is provided by service providers (subdistricts) to the community. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the quality of service at the Pejuang Village Office, Bekasi City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Research results: The quality of service at the Pejuang District Office in Bekasi City is still not fully in accordance with the five indicators, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. To improve service quality, the Pejuang Subdistrict needs to complete service facilities, accommodate complaints from the public and carry out regular evaluations and conduct training for officers in order to achieve the desired service quality. By making these improvements, it is hoped that Pejuang Village can improve the quality of services and also provide a sense of security and comfort for the community
Decision Support System for Tourism Supply Chain Strategy in Banyumas Regency
Tourism is a sector that consistently supported by the government due to its impact on Indonesia\u27s economic growth. One of the regions with the highest number of tourist attractions in Central Java is Banyumas Regency, known especially for its natural tourism. However, tourism growth in Banyumas has stagnated and even worse having a drecreased due to the impact of COVID-19. To accelerate economic recovery through tourism, the government has implemented various efforts, including strengthening the supply chain process from upstream to downstream. However, Banyumas has not yet optimized the supply chain process, resulting with amount of visitor are less than the tourism attraction that offered in Banyumas. This study aims to determine supply chain strategies for enhancing tourism growth in Banyumas Regency. Using SWOT analysis initially, followed by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for prioritizing strategies, the results suggest that the optimal strategy is a Strength-Opportunity (SO) approach, focusing on developing affordable, family tour packages for natural tourism destination, cultural festivals, and art events through village tourism
Optimization of CV Jogja Telor\u27s Supply Chain Management with Food Supply Chain Network (FSCN) Approach
Chicken eggs are an important commodity in Indonesian agribusiness and have the potential to improve the nutrition of the community and the rural economy. CV Jogja Telor is a chicken egg marketing business that is experiencing a production deficit. The qualitative analysis method using FSCN consists of six supply chain elements, namely objectives, structure, management, business processes, and resources. Supply chain performance is analysed quantitatively to assess supply chain efficiency using marketing margins and farmers˜ shares. The research findings indicate that the most efficient marketing channel is channel 1, with a farmers’ share of 100% and a marketing efficiency rate of 28,00%, namely: partner farmers → CV Jogja Telor → bakery. The least efficient marketing channel is marketing channel 4, with a farmer\u27s share of 66,67% and a marketing margin of 33,33%, namely partner farmers → CV Jogja Telor → modern retail → end consumers. Marketing efficiency is aimed at increasing sales to bakeries and reducing the proportion of sales to modern retail, as well as using CV Jogja Telor\u27s branded packaging for modern retail
Peningkatan Kemampuan Public Speaking melalui Pelatihan pada Siswa Saung Alam “Buruan Ajar Indonesia
Kemampuan berbicara di depan umum (public speaking) merupakan keterampilan penting di era globalisasi, terutama bagi generasi muda dalam membangun kepercayaan diri dan daya saing. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya akses pelatihan komunikasi efektif di kalangan pelajar di daerah terpencil, khususnya di Saung Alam Buruan Ajar Indonesia, Sukabumi. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara daring pada 23 Februari 2025 dan diikuti oleh 10 peserta berusia 12–22 tahun. Metode pelatihan mencakup pemaparan materi, diskusi interaktif, tugas praktik, dan simulasi menjadi pembawa acara. Materi meliputi teknik dasar komunikasi, pengelolaan rasa gugup, serta penggunaan elemen non-verbal dalam berbicara. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan antusiasme dan keberanian peserta dalam menyampaikan ide secara terbuka. Meskipun terdapat kendala teknis seperti jaringan internet yang tidak stabil, kegiatan tetap berjalan lancar. Pelatihan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis praktik dan interaktif dapat membangun keterampilan public speaking secara signifikan. Kegiatan ini penting sebagai model pengembangan kapasitas komunikasi untuk komunitas pendidikan nonformal dan dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain dengan kebutuhan serupa.
