    Pengaruh Motivasi, Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kecamatan Cikarang Utara

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi pengaruh Motivasi, kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kecamatan Cikarang Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanasi. Teknik sampling adalah sampel jenuh. Data diperoleh melalui   kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 46 responden, yang merupakan pegawai Kecamatan Cikarang Utara. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier parsial (uji t) dan analisis regresi linier berganda (uji F). Hasil Uji t variabel motivasi menunjukan bahwa:   thitung> ttabel, 3,085>2,698 dengan nilai Sig < 0,05, ini berarti motivasi secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil Uji t variabel kompetensi menunjukan bahwa:   thitung<ttabel, 0,960<1,302 dengan nilai Sig > 0,05, ini berarti kompetensi   secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja.   Hasil Uji t variabel disiplin menunjukan bahwa:   thitung>ttabel, 1,923>1,682 dengan nilai Sig > 0,05, ini berarti disiplin secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja.   Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa nilai Fhitung = 35,464, dan nilai Sig. = 0,000. Sedangkan untuk nilai Ftabel = 2,83, ini berati bahwa Fhitung> Ftabel dengan nilai Sig<0,05. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan (bersama-sama) variabel motivasi, kompetensi dan disiplin berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Cikarang Utara dan besarnya pengaruh dilihat dari nilai Koefisien Determinasi (R2) adalah 69,7%

    (Analysis of the Implementation of Auction Procedures in an Effort to Increase Non-Tax State Revenue at the Bekasi State Property and Auction Service Office) In the current era of digitalization, auctions are a means of selling. Auctions have a significant role in the context of community needs with the principles of being fair, transparent, having legal certainty, accountability and efficiency and auctions are also a source of non- tax state revenue. The problem in this research is that the auction process does not run as it should because the number of auction requests is not comparable to the number of auctions held at the Bekasi State Property and Auction Service Office. The purpose of this research is to find out how the auction process occurs at the Bekasi State Assets and Auction Service Office, what obstacles are faced and efforts to overcome obstacles in the auction process at the Bekasi State Assets and Auction Service Office. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The theory used to support the analysis uses the policy implementation model developed by Edward III. Data collection in this research is collecting all data that has been obtained from the field in the form of observations, interviews and literature studies as well as data in the form of certain documents without exception. The results of research on the implementation of auctions at the Bekasi State Property and Auction Service Office are not optimal. It can be seen from the theory put forward by Edward III (in Suparno, 2017) that there are 4 models for implementing policies in an organization. Of the 4 models, only 3 are running well, while 1 model is not running well, namely Resources. Abstrak Di era digitalisasi saat ini lelang merupakan salah satu sarana untuk penjualan. Lelang memiliki peran yang cukup besar dalam rangka kebutuhan masyarakat dengan asasnya yang adil, transparan, mempunyai kepastian hukum, akuntabilitas serta efisien dan lelang juga merupakan salah satu sumber penerimaan negara bukan pajak. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah proses pelaksanaan lelang yang tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya karena jumlah permohonan lelang tidak sebanding dengan jumlah lelang yang dilaksanakan di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Bekasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pelaksanaan lelang di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara Dan Lelang Bekasi, hambatan apa saja yang dihadapi serta Upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam proses pelaksanaan lelang di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara Dan Lelang Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan untuk mendukung analisis yaitu menggunakan model implementasi kebijkan yang dikembangkan oleh Edward III. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menghimpun seluruh data yang telah didapatkan dari lapangan baik berupa hasil observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka serta data-data yang berbentuk dokumen tertentu tanpa terkecuali. Hasil penelitian dalam Implementasi pelaksanaan lelang di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara Dan Lelang Bekasi belum optimal, dapat diliat dari teori yang dikemukakan oleh Edward III (dalam Suparno,2017) terdapat 4 model dalam implementasi kebijakan pada suatu organisasi.     This research aims to: 1) analyze the results of the evaluation of the Srikandi Application implementation at the Secretariat General of the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia; 2) analyze the factors that may hinder the implementation of the Srikandi Application at the Secretariat General of DPD RI; and 3) examine the necessary efforts to enhance the quality of the Srikandi Application implementation in supporting the constitutional duties of the DPD RI institution. The research method used in this study is descriptive-qualitative, with informants selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques include interviews, literature reviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The research findings indicate that the Srikandi application has successfully improved administrative effectiveness, efficiency, and real-time document accessibility, although technical challenges and the need for adjustments based on user feedback still exist. The factors hindering the use of the Srikandi application, including technological infrastructure limitations, a lack of training and socialization, and inadequate technical support, have also impacted its effectiveness. To overcome these obstacles and improve the quality of application usage, strategic measures such as increasing server capacity, network improvements, and more structured training are required. Periodic evaluations based on William Dunn\u27s policy evaluation theory are proposed to ensure that the Srikandi application can provide maximum benefits in supporting the constitutional duties of the DPD RI institution and strengthening the electronic government system at at the Secretariat General of DPD RI

    This research is motivated by problems that include Import Process / Documentation Errors, Delivery Delays, Miscommunication and Employee Attitudes. The purpose of this study is to analyze how to handle problems in the import process for performance improvement at PT Kumaitu Cargo, to analyze what obstacles PT Kumaitu Cargo faces in improving performance through handling problems in the import process, to analyze what efforts PT Kumaitu Cargo makes to improve performance through handling problems in the import process. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the research location is at PT Kumaitu Cargo, North Jakarta. This research data collection technique is by observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that PT Kumaitu Cargo has successfully handled problems in the import process by utilizing technology. Efforts made by PT Kumaitu Cargo to overcome these obstacles include replacing manual systems with automation to speed up the process and increase efficiency. HR development with continuous training, so that employees can adapt to new technologies and improve the quality of import processes. In addition, the company strives to improve efficiency by speeding up the clearance process at the port, improving worker professionalism, and utilizing technology to optimize the tracking of goods and ensure timely delivery

    Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menelaah literasi keuangan di kalangan Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) di Korea Selatan, yang menghadapi berbagai tantangan sosial-ekonomi. Meskipun PMI memiliki potensi untuk memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap ekonomi melalui pengiriman devisa, banyak dari mereka yang mengalami kesulitan dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi survei kebutuhan, edukasi daring dan luring, serta penyuluhan dalam literasi keuangan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program literasi ini secara signifikan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman PMI mengenai perencanaan keuangan yang baik. Pendekatan terpadu dalam literasi keuangan sangat vital untuk mendukung keberhasilan adaptasi PMI di Korea Selatan serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka.

    Fenomena kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman Kota Depok yang dalam menunjukkan hasil kerja secara kuantitas dan kualitas kurang optimal. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi pengaruh komitmen kerja, sistem informasi manajemen, dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman Kota Depok secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory. Populasi penelitian Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman Kota Depok berjumlah 62 pegawai, dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga semua populasi menjadi sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian: (1) Komitmen kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman Kota Depok karena nilai uji t sebesar 3,182>2,000 dan besarnya pengaruh dari koefisien regresi sebesar 0,491, pengaruhnya sedang. (2) Sistem informasi manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman Kota Depok karena nilai uji t sebesar 5,223>2,000 dan besarnya pengaruh dari koefisien regresi sebesar 0,696, pengaruhnya sedang. (3) Budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman Kota Depok karena nilai uji t sebesar 2,768>2,000 dan besarnya pengaruh dari koefisien regresi sebesar 0,291, pengaruhnya lemah. (4) Komitmen kerja, sistem informasi manajemen, dan budaya kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman Kota Depok karena uji F didapat nilai 58,029>2,76 dengan pengaruh Adjusted R Square sebesar 73,7% dan sisanya 26,3% pengaruh dari faktor-faktor lain namun tidak diteliti

    In today\u27s modern era, the internet is almost the same as a primary need, easy internet access encourages changes in people\u27s buying and selling patterns. Selling online is one of the significant changes among Indonesian people. The development of online marketplaces is also very rapid in Indonesia, starting from Lazada, Tokopedia, Shopee, and many more. This digital marketing method is then utilized by Chocic product owners to market and socialize the quality of the products they produce through the Shopee online marketplace platform, as well as to increase a wider market share. However, there are still obstacles faced by the Indonesian people in facing the massive invasion of technology in this digital era. This can be seen from some people who continue to sell via offline platform even though they know that selling online is easier and has minimal marketing costs. This research aims to analyze how much the impact of digital marketing and product quality have on purchase interest of Chocic products through the online media Marketplace Shopee. This research used a descriptive quantitative method. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The population of this research was internet users who had shopped online and had used Shopee so that the number was incalculable. Sampling used the Heir formula of 145 people with non probability sampling and accidental sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression and used the SPSS 26 application. Digital marketing (X1) has a significant effect on purchase decisions (Y) of Chocic products on Shopee by 65.2%. Product quality (X2) has a significant effect on purchase decisions (Y) of Chocic products on Shopee by 63.4%. The results of the F test of the variables digital marketing (X1) and product quality (X2) simultaneously were 69.6%, while 30.4% was influenced by other factors that were not known and not included in the regression of this research

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan analisis dokumen terkait. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tata kelola pemerintah desa dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik dan mengetahui tingkat kapasitas kinerja pemerintah desa. Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tata kelola desa dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik di Desa Kebonan Kecamatan Kiakah Kabupaten Lumajang.
