Get PDFThe Ministry of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (KUMKM) conducts data collection to collect accurate and integrated data to formulate more effective policies in protecting and empowering MSMEs. The data collection target in 2024 includes 4 million data from five provinces, with Bekasi District targeting 100,000 data. To ensure broad participation, this activity involves various parties, including practitioners, academics, and communities. The data collection aims to address issues faced by MSMEs, such as lack of accurate data, access to financing, and training support. Through systematic methods, including the formation of teams and the use of mobile applications for data collection, it is hoped that this data collection can increase the economic potential of MSMEs and positively contribute to the local economy. The results of this activity show that collaboration between government, academia, and the community can improve the effectiveness of MSME development in Bekasi District. The results of this activity also showed an exceeding of the data collection target by 100.08%.

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of tax knowledge, the level of awareness of taxpayers, service quality, and the application of tax sanctions on the compliance of two-wheeled motorized vehicle taxpayers at the East Jakarta SAMSAT Office. This study uses quantitative methods and through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are registered as two-wheeled motorized vehicle taxpayers at SAMSAT East Jakarta. The sample used is Sample Random Sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that tax knowledge has no positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance by 28.1%. The level of taxpayer awareness has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance by 37.7%. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance by 32.4% and the application of tax sanctions has no positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance by 17.1%. Tax Knowledge, Taxpayer Awareness Level, Service Quality and Application of Tax Sanctions have a positive and significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance for Two Wheeled Motorized Vehicles by 44.6% while the remaining 66.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this stud
Perceptions of Micro Business Actors in Cimpaeun Village, Depok City in Adopting the Use of Digital Financial Reporting Applications
Get PDFThe use of digital technology offers various benefits. However, the level of digital adoption among micro businesses is still relatively low, especially in using digital financial reporting applications. This can be seen from the fact that there are still many micro businesses that do not have financial reports even though there are applications that can help them. This study aims to determine the perceptions of micro business actors in Cimpaeun Village, Depok City, towards adopting digital financial reporting applications. The research method uses a qualitative approach with an exploratory type of research. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with seven micro business informants in the area and analyzed using the content analysis method. The results showed that micro businesses have a positive perception of the ease and efficiency of the application in managing finances. Barriers such as limited digital literacy, access to technology, cost, and data security are the main challenges. This study found that to increase the adoption rate of digital financial reporting among micro businesses, training to improve digital literacy, development of user-friendly applications, technological support, and data security are needed to accelerate the adoption of digital financial reporting applications

This study also analyzes the moderating effect of destination image as a unique and sustainable Balinese traditional village. The results show that the implementation of effective IMC strategies, such as the use of social media and partnerships with educational institutions, as well as an understanding of consumer behavior, can increase the number of tourist visits. The destination image as a unique Balinese traditional village plays an important role in attracting tourists. The implications of this study provide recommendations for destination managers to develop more integrated marketing strategies

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze strategies for improving public services in Bekasi City in order to improve public welfare. Quality public services are one of the key factors in achieving public welfare, because effective and efficient services can improve the quality of life of the community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytical method, involving in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation analysis to identify the strategies that have been implemented and the challenges faced in public services in Bekasi City. The results of the study indicate that although there have been several efforts to improve the quality of service, such as digitalization of services and infrastructure improvements, there are still obstacles in the form of lack of coordination between agencies, limited human resources, and low levels of public participation in service evaluation. Therefore, a more integrated strategy is needed, increased training for service officers, and increased communication between the government and the community. With the implementation of these strategies, it is hoped that more efficient, responsive, and accountable public services can be created, which in turn can improve the welfare of the Bekasi City community

No full textThis study aims to analyze the implementation of the zoning system policy in New Student. Admissions (PPDB) at State Elementary School of Balekambang 01 Pagi, Kramat Jati District, based on George Edward III’s theory. This policy is based on the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Regulation No. 1 of 2021, the Special Region of Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 15 of 2024, and Decree of the Head of the Special Region of Jakarta Provincial Education Office No. 92 of 2024. This study examines the success of policy implementation through the four key elements of Edward III’s theory: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The findings indicate that the policy implementation has supported the equitable access to education; however, several challenges were identified, including suboptimal policy socialization, limited school facility capacity, and resistance from the community. The solutions implemented by the school include enhancing socialization efforts, utilizing a digital system for registration, and proposing infrastructure capacity improvements. This study also provides recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the zoning policy, such as improving cross-sector communication, increasing school capacity, and ensuring equitable quality education. These findings have important implications for the future development of the zoning policy to create more inclusive and equitable access to education

Get PDFThis research aims to examine the influence of taxpayer attitudes and the quality of tax services on taxpayer compliance in paying rural and urban land and building taxes in Serpong District, South Tangerang. The study involved 100 respondents, utilizing a quantitative descriptive approach with data collected through questionnaires. The findings indicate that taxpayer attitudes significantly affect compliance, accounting for 46.9% of the variance, while the quality of tax services contributes 37.7%. Overall, these factors explain 61.2% of the variance in taxpayer compliance, highlighting the importance of improving both taxpayer education and service quality to enhance compliance rates

The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the Implementation of the Policy for Granting Exemption of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes (PBB-P2) of DKI Jakarta Province in 2024 at UPPPD Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The results of this study show that the implementation of the policy of granting exemption from rural and urban land and building tax (PBB-P2) for DKI Jakarta Province in 2024 at UPPPD Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta has not been able to run well even though the employee resources, infrastructure and budget are appropriate, the disposition of the attitude and commitment of employees who uphold the ASN code of ethics and the organizational structure that is in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and authority based on position in the organizational structure has been running well, but there are shortcomings in the communication of the delivery of information received by taxpayers where the delivery is still uneven and unclear even though it has been done consistentl
