Transformasi Keuangan UMKM melalui Pendampingan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan
MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy, but many face challenges, especially in financial management and digital marketing. This research aims to provide concrete solutions to the problems faced by Amelia Bakery, which include the lack of a structured financial recording system and optimal utilisation of digital platforms. The methods used in this community service programme include socialisation, training, technology implementation, mentoring, and periodic evaluation. The results of this activity show an increase in the ability of owners and employees to prepare financial reports manually. However, further guidance is still needed when using financial applications. With the implementation of this comprehensive solution, it is expected that Amelia Bakery can improve business performance, strengthen its position in the market, and achieve better sustainability. In addition, this activity is expected to positively impact the surrounding community and encourage the growth of other MSMEs in the region
Analisa Fasilitas Penunjang Event Venue dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Pengunjung Konser Musik (Studi Kasus pada Event Venue di Jakarta)
Venue management in music concert organization plays a crucial role in shaping audience experience and determining the success of an event. This study is motivated by the increasing number of music concerts held in the Jabodetabek area and the supporting facilities provided by each venue. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to analyze the impact of event venue supporting facilities on concertgoers\u27 satisfaction levels at several major concert venues in Jabodetabek. This study employs a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis with Smart PLS. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to individuals who had attended concerts at major venues, namely Istora Senayan, JIExpo Kemayoran, Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK), and Jakarta International Stadium (JIS). The findings reveal that supporting facilities, which include general amenities, signage aspects (directional signs), accessibility, and seating layout, do not all significantly influence audience satisfaction levels. The signage aspect and seating layout were found to be the primary factors in creating a positive experience for concertgoers. Meanwhile, general amenities and accessibility did not show a significant impact on the comfort and satisfaction of concert attendees

IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PRAKTIK KERJA LAPANGAN DI REGULATOR JASA KEUANGAN
This research aims to analyze the implementation of the field work practice program at the Financial Services Regulator and its impact on student competency development. The author uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, and relevant documentation. The research respondents consisted of the OJK street vendor recruitment team, students participating in street vendors, and experts in the field of human resources. Data analysis techniques use IFAS (Internal Factors Analysis Summary), EFAS (External Factors Analysis Summary), and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The results of the study show that the street vendor program in the financial services regulator has strengths, such as OJK has many employees who have mastered competencies that have been certified in various fields so that OJK employees can participate in providing competent guidance for interns. Pengaruh Pengetahuan, Profesionalisme Pegawai dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor di Samsat Bekasi
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan wajib pajak, profesionalisme pegawai pajak serta kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor pada Samsat Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian statistik deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor pada Samsat Bekasi. Lokasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kantor Samsat Kota Bekasi. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin dengan metode penentuan sampel dalam Simple Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan SPSS Statistic 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pengetahuan wajib pajak memiliki pengaruh kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor sebesar 62,6%, profesionalisme pegawai pajak memiliki pengaruh kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor sebesar 52% dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor sebesar 53,2%. Sehingga, pengetahuan wajib pajak, profesionalisme pegawai pajak dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor pada Samsat Bekasi. Variabel pengetahuan wajib pajak, profesionalisme pegawai pajak dan skualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi variabel kepatuhan wajib pajak secara simultan dengan nilai 72,6% dimana 27,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
Abstract
(The Impact of Taxpayer Knowledge, Tax Employee Professionalism and Service Quality on Compliance of Motor Vehicle Taxpayers at Samsat Bekasi)
This research aims to determine the influence of taxpayer knowledge, professionalism of tax officials and service quality on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at the Bekasi Samsat. This research uses descriptive statistical research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were motor vehicle taxpayers at the Bekasi Samsat. The location in this research is the Bekasi City Samsat Office. The number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents
who were calculated based on the Slovin formula using the Simple Random Sampling sample determination method. Data were collected using a questionnaire method and processed using SPSS Statistics 26. The results of this study show that the influence of taxpayer knowledge has an influence on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance of 62.6%, the professionalism of tax officials has an influence on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance of 52% and the quality of service has an influence on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance of 53.2%. Thus, taxpayer knowledge, professionalism of tax officials and service quality have a significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at the Bekasi Samsat. The variables of taxpayer knowledge, professionalism of tax officials and quality of service influence the variable of taxpayer compliance simultaneously with a value of 72.6%, of which 27.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research
Pengaruh Sikap Wajib Pajak, Moral Pajak dan Sistem Perpajakan Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Pajak Reklame di Unit Pelayanan Pemungutan Pajak Daerah Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat
Berdasarkan riset awal di UPPPD Kecamatan Kemayoran terlihat kepatuhan wajib pajak pada Pajak Reklame belum optimal. Hal ini diduga dipengaruhi sikap, moral pajak wajib pajak dan sistem perpajakan. Untuk itu penulis mengkaji lebih dalam dengan melakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan seberapa besar pengaruh sikap, moral pajak dan sistem perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan Wajib Pajak dalam Meningkatkan Penerimaan Pajak Reklame pada UPPPD Kecamatan Kemayoran. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian yang bersifat asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UPPPD Kecamatan Kemayoran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak reklame berjumlah 1.524 WP dengan rumus slovin diperoleh sample sebanyak 60 orang Adapun Penelitian dilakukan, dari bulan Januari 2023 sampai dengan Juli 2023. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampel acak sederhana, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS version 25. Hasil riset menunjukan bahwa sikap wajib pajak termasuk dalam kategori baik dan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak sebesar 60,1% secara positif dan signifikan dengan derajat korelasi kuat. Moral pajak dari wajib pajak termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak sebesar 68,4% secara positif dan signifikan dengan derajat korelasi kuat. Sistem perpajakan termasuk dalam kategori sedang dan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak sebesar 69,5% secara positif dan signifikan dengan derajat korelasi sangat kuat. Kepatuhan wajib pajak termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan sikap wajib pajak, kesadaran wajib pajak dan pemahaman wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dengan kontribusi sebesar 71,9% dengan derajat korelasi kuat

To increase supervision and control over building construction permits, the Department of Human Settlements, Spatial Planning and Land Affairs has implemented a Territorial patrol policy, but the factis that in the field, many buildings do not yet have IMBs and the buildings do not comply with the location, designation and use that have been determined based on the regulations that have reached Currently it is still standing strong without any demolition. The aim of this research is to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of territorial patrols by the land and spatial planning work creation department in controlling buildings without permits in the Cilandak sub-district, South Jakarta Administrative City. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the research are that the implementation of territorial patrols by the land and spatial planning work creation sub-department in controlling buildings without permits in the Cilandak sub-district, South Jakarta Administrative City has not been carried out effectively because the objectives have not been realized because several buildings without permits are still found that remain standing and there has been no enforcement action, The response of patrol officers is quite long in processing and handling reports related to the community, the frequencyofterritorialpatrolactivitiesisrarelycarriedoutandseems passive, and the community is less satisfied with the results of territorial patrol activities and considers officers to be less fair and firm in their actions. building control. Building Human Resources Characteristics in Public Services: A Phenomenological Study on Civil Servants
This study aims to understand, analyze and describe the focus of Building Characteristics of State Civil Apparatus Employees in carrying out their duties and functions as public service lecturers - state servants who are required to serve student learning, research and community service in university and government environments. The method used by the researcher in this study is a Qualitative method with a Phenomenological Study approach. The data collection technique is based on secondary data processes, namely books, scientific journals, laws and regulations and seminar results as well as empirical data, namely; through the process of observation and interviews. The research informants are Academic Staff, Students and Lecturers of State Civil Apparatus Employees at Esa Unggul University and Lecturers at government higher education institutions.The results of the study found by the researcher, that "Building the Character of State Civil Apparatus Employees or Civil Servants is not easy to quickly change the characteristics of nature, character, behavior and motivate to build public services. First. ASN/PNS employees have characteristics if they carry out and implement laws and regulations and standard operating procedures (SOP) of government organizations. Second. State Civil Apparatus Employees are committed to implementing the Pledge (oath) in implementing laws and regulations. Third. ASN employees have a responsibility to the development and progress of the nation, especially universities and to distribute the moral values of the nation and the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. Fourth. Building cooperation between government institutions and other universities - for the activities of the Tri Dharma of universities and Fifth. Collaborative in carrying out public services that are trustworthy, have integrity, are professional and independent. Pengaruh Perceived Usefulness Dan Convenience Terhadap Perubahan Perilaku Konsumen OFD Di Indonesia Melalui Hedon Enjoyment
This study uses a quantitative approach to examine the influence of perceived usefulness (PU) and convenience (CV) on behavioral change (BC) among online food delivery (OFD) app users in Indonesia, with hedonistic enjoyment (HE) as a mediating variable. A total of 248 respondents, active users of Gofood, Grabfood, and ShopeeFood, participated in the online survey. Data was analysed by partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The result showed that CV had significant effect on HE (B = 0.541; p < 0.001), while PU had no significant effect. PU, CV, and HE all had a positive effect on BC, with HE being the strongest predictor (B = 0.340 ; p < 0.0001). A mediation test indicated that HE partially mediated the effect of CV on BC, but did not mediate the relationship between PU an BC. These findings provide practical implications for OFD service developers to prioritize convenience and enjoyable experiences in customer acquisition and retention strategies, particularly for younger user segments such as Generation Z.
Pengaruh Harga Dan Inflasi Terhadap Ekspor Pada Produk Kopi Ke Amerika Serikat
Coffee is one of Indonesia\u27s main export commodities. The United States is the largest market for coffee exports. This study aims to analyze the effect of price and inflation on exports of coffee products to the United States. This research is a type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The variables used in this study are price, inflation and exports. The data used is multiple linear regression analysis with time series data in 2015-2023. Secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the International Coffee Organization (ICO). The results showed that price has a negative and significant effect on exports of coffee products, while inflation also has the same effect, which is negative and significant. Recommendations for future research include analyzing other factors such as trade policies and climatic conditions that may affect Indonesian coffee exports
