    STRATEGI PENGUATAN KARAKTER KEBANGSAAN MAHASISWA DALAM MENGHADAPI DISINFORMASI DIGITAL DAN PERUBAHAN SOSIAL BUDAYA

    The digital era brings serious challenges to the national character of students, especially through massive disinformation and rapid socio-cultural changes.  This article aims to analyze how national character education can be strengthened in the context of the digital era, as well as identify learning strategies that are adaptive to the dynamics of the times. Using a qualitative approach based on literature study, the author reviews the theory of national character, disinformation, and globalization of values in the context of Indonesian students. The results of the study show that a strong national character must be formed through Pancasila-based contextual education, critical digital literacy, reconstruction of national narratives, and strengthening civic engagement. These findings are expected to contribute to the design of higher education policies and practices in Indonesia that are more socially and culturally relevant

    This study aimed to determine whether the quality of service and ease of use of the JKN Mobile Application affect the satisfaction of BPJS Health participants in the Bekasi Region, both partial and simultaneous effects. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. The study population were all BPJS Health participants in Bekasi, which numbered 2,487,627 million people in April 2024. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling with calculations using the Slovin formula resulting in a sample size of 100 respondents. The data used in this study used a questionnaire instrument distributed via online or searching directly to the research location. This study used quantitative primary data with several test stages carried out, namely validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, partial test (T test) and simultaneous test (T test). The results of the t test (X1) T score -3.616> T table 1.660 with a significance value smaller than the significant level (0.000 <0.05) Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that the Service Quality variable has a significant effect on Community Satisfaction. The T test results (X2) T score 7.914> T table 1.660 with a significance value smaller than the significant level (0.000 <0.05). Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that the Ease of Use variable has a significant effect on Service Quality In addition, the results of the F test (Y) T table of 3.09. Then the T score value of 40.95 is greater than the F table value of 3.09 with a significance of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. With the Quality of Service and Ease of Use in the JKN Mobile Application provided simultaneously, it will increase public satisfaction as BPJS Health participants, especially in Bekas

    (A Review: Factors Affecting the Quality Services of Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Train) The construction of the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Train (HST) project is a national strategic project that has a very large impact on economic development in Indonesia. Currently, the HST passenger target has not met the target desired by the Operator or the regulator, the community has not switched from the initial mode of transportation to using HST, so it is necessary to map what factors cause passengers or the community to choose HST compared to other modes. This study aims to map the factors that influence the level of satisfaction of HST passengers. Through literature studies and reviews of previous references, this study will present factors and variables that are considered to influence the level of satisfaction of HST passengers. The results of the literature study will be validated by experts through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) so that the factors and variables that are considered to influence can be used. This research can be utilized by operators and regulators who will increase the level of passengers satisfaction so that the number of HST passengers increases over time and meets the target. Abstrak Pembangunan proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung (KCJB) merupakan proyek strategis nasional yang membawa dampak yang sangat besar pada perkembangan perekonomian di Indonesia. Saat ini target penumpang KCJB belum memenuhi target yang diinginkan oleh Operator maupun dari regulator, masyarakat belum mengalihkan moda transportasi dari moda awal menjadi menggunakan KCJB, sehingga perlu dipetakan faktor apa yang menyebabkan penumpang atau masyarakat dapat memilik KCJB dibandingkan dengan moda lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan penumpang KCJB. Melalui studi literatur dan telaah dari referensi terdahulu penelitian ini akan menyajikan faktor dan variabel yang dianggap mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasaan pengguna KCJB. Hasil dari studi literatur akan divalidasi oleh pakar melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) sehingga faktor dan variabel yang dianggap mempengaruhi dapat digunakan.     (Policy and Implementation of Position Analysis in Support of Apparatus HR Development) This study aims to determine and analyze the policy and implementation of job analysis in the development of human resources of civil servants. Job analysis in the government sector is an important part of integral HR Planning in ensuring the suitability between organizational needs and the availability of manpower. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive qualitative methods in processing data in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The research data is in the form of secondary data from regulations, references, and scientific journals. Data collection techniques used include observation and analysis of related documents. This study concludes that the policy and roadmap for the development of human resources of civil servants have been supported in the regulatory and strategic planning and operational systems based on job analysis which produces job specifications and job descriptions that are broken down into job competency standards in an ongoing effort to place competent human resources of civil servants. Professional human resource performance and quality and effective governance are the initial capital for empowering an organization. The enthusiasm of the leadership and all civil servants to work together to empower human resources and the organization. Acceleration to realize the ideals of bureaucratic reform by all levels of the bureaucracy. in building a clean, accountable, transparent and authoritative government through e-government based on HR competencies in order to make changes in improving HR management of government apparatus. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kebijakan dan implementasi analisis jabatan dalam pengembangan SDM aparatur. Analisis jabatan di sektor pemerintahan merupakan bagian penting dari Perencanaan SDM secara integral dalam memastikan kesesuaian antara kebutuhan organisasi dengan ketersediaan tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Metode kualitatif deskriptif dalam mengolah data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Data penelitian berupa data sekunder dari regulasi, referensi, dan jurnal ilmiah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi dan analisis dokumen terkait. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kebijakan dan roadmap pengembangan SDM aparatur telah didukung pada tatanan regulasi dan perencanaan strategis serta operasional berbasis analisa jabatan yang menghasilkan deskripsi pekerjaan dan spesifikasi pekerjaan dalam upaya berkelanjutan menempatkam SDM aparatur yang berkompeten. Kinerja dan kualitas SDM yang profesional serta ketatalaksanaan yang efektif merupakan modal awal dari pemberdayaan suatu organisasi. Semangat pimpinan dan seluruh aparatur untuk secara bersama-sama saling bahu membahu untuk pemberdayaan SDM dan organisasi.     Agam Regency is one of the areas with high disaster intensity which has implications for both material and non-material losses so that post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction are needed in Agam Regency. The problem in this study is that the management of grant funds in Agam Regency has not been managed properly. The purpose of this study is to determine the monitoring and evaluation of the Implementation of the Use of Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Grant Funds in Agam Regency in 2022. The theory used in this study is Dunn\u27s evaluation theory which includes planning, implementation, and reporting. The method used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach. The data analysis technique used in this study refers to Cresswell & cresswell (2018) which consists of several processes, namely Organize and prepare the data for analysis, Read or look at all the data, Start coding all of the data, Generate a description and themes, Representing the description and themes, and interpretation. The results of the study found that monitoring and evaluation of the Use of Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Grant Funds in Agam Regency in 2022 through planning, implementation, and reporting. The results of the implementation of the use of grant funds cannot be implemented optimally due to the limited time given in the use of grant funds. Supporting and inhibiting factors in policy implementation consist of internal and external factors.     Kegiatan seni di sekolah dasar memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk ekspresi dan karakter siswa. Namun, kegiatan semacam ini sering kali tidak diiringi dengan media komunikasi visual yang efektif. Melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, penulis berkolaborasi dengan SD Sinar Dharma untuk merancang poster kegiatan Pentas Seni bertema "Around the World". Tujuannya adalah menciptakan identitas visual kegiatan yang komunikatif, kontekstual, dan edukatif. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode partisipatif, mulai dari briefing, eksplorasi desain, hingga produksi dan distribusi poster. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa desain komunikasi visual mampu menghidupkan identitas kegiatan, memperkuat keterlibatan siswa, dan meningkatkan daya tarik kegiatan di mata masyarakat sekolah

    Badan Pengelolan Aset Daerah DKI Jakarta merupakan salah satu organisasi perangkat daerah di Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang memiliki tugas pengelolaan asset daerah DKI Jakarta. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan di internal organisasi, efektivitas kerja pegawai terbilang belum efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai di Badan Pengelolaan Aset Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 63 orang yang merupakan Pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Aset Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan program statistik SPSS ver. 25.0, terbukti variabel budaya organisasi (X1), motivasi (X2) dan lingkungan kerja (X3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja (Y). Hasil uji yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai F hitung adalah 4,224 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,00 sementara nilai F tabel sebesar 2,67. Karena nilai F hitung (4,224) lebih besar dari F tabel (2,67) dan tingkat signifikansi 0,00 lebih kecil dari probabilitas signifikansi α =0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa budaya organisasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja dan persentase pengaruh variabel Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Efektivitas Kerja adalah sebesar 91,1% dan sisanya sebesar 8,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan kedalam model

    Bekasi City as an autonomous region in West Java Province has great potential in Regional Original Revenue (PAD), one of which is through billboard tax collection. Billboards are media that convey information to the wider community and are installed along roads that contain messages or information. Prior to the implementation of the digitalization system, billboard tax revenue in Bekasi City experienced inconsistencies between target and realization. For this reason, since 2022, the Bekasi City Government began implementing a digital system in billboard tax collection. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of a digitalized billboard tax collection system in increasing Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in Bekasi City in 2024. This research uses William N. Dunn\u27s evaluation theory with the dimensions of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The results showed that after the implementation of the digitalization system, the effectiveness of billboard tax collection was quite effective, with a realization achievement of 98.95% in 2024, where the tax target and realization also increased. Obstacles found include low understanding and awareness of taxpayers, lack of literacy, and lack of socialization of the system. Efforts made to overcome these obstacles are continuous education, simplifying procedures, and increasing supervision and technical services.  

    Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Dan Kepuasan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Pengguna Jasa Ekspedisi Paxel Home Jakarta Timur

    This study aimed to evaluate the effect of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction variables on Customer Loyalty among users of Paxel Home expedition services in East Jakarta. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 130 respondents and processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program. The recapitulation results showed that the average Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction variables were 4.32 each, and the average Customer Loyalty variable was 4.28, all of them were in the ˜Strongly Agree’ or ˜Excellent’ category. The sample was determined using the Hair et al (2010: 101) formula and a total of 130 people were obtained, so the respondents used in this study were unlimited people. The analysis was carried out by testing the Coefficient of Determination, Multiple Linear Regression, and t-test to measure how much influence the independent variables (Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction) have on the dependent variable (Customer Loyalty). The results of the calculation of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) showed that 64.6% of the variation in Customer Loyalty could be explained by Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction, while35.4% was influenced by other variables not examined. The t-test showed that the variables of Service Quality (X1) and Customer Satisfaction (X2) each had a significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y), with a t-count value for Service Quality of 13.713 (p < 0.05) and for Customer Satisfaction of 10.584 (p < 0.05).     Customs is one of the agencies that play an important role in increasing economic growth and protecting the people of Indonesia from the entry of dangerous illegal goods. Office of supervision and service of Customs and Excise (KPPBC) type Madya Pabean C Pasar Baru Post Office as the only agency that specifically handles freight services under the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. But in the implementation of the policy of imported goods, still the discovery of violations that occurred resulting in losses to the state. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the policy on imported goods at KPPBC Type C Customs Post Office Pasar Baru. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness in the implementation of policies on imported goods it has been effectively implemented so that 86% of the settlement and action on imported goods becomes state revenue and the achievement of import duty targets with a realization of 122%. However there are several obstacles such as lack of public awareness in policy literacy Minister of finance regulation No.199/PMK.10/2019 imported goods so that there are still many people who commit violations. Efforts made by KPPBC Pasar Baru Post Office is to socialize actively and passively, consult and coordinate with policy makers and  maximize the performance of existing customs officers and officials
