The Influence of Social Media Marketing Activity, Performance Expectancy, and Effort Expectancy on Repurchase Intention through the Mediator of Behavioral Intention for Cotton Mom Products on Shopee
In this research we investigate the impact of Performance Expectancy and Social Media Marketing Activity (SMM) on repurchase intentions among Millennial mothers purchasing Cotton Mom products on the Shopee platform. Utilizing a quantitative study via Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS).Through a quantitative investigation of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS), responses obtained from a poll of mothers in the Millennial generation a significant positive relationship between SMM activities and Behavioral Intention, which subsequently affects Repurchase Intention. Additionally, Performance Expectancy is found to positively impact Behavioral Intention, while Effort Expectancy and Social Influence show no significant effects. The findings emphasize the importance of effective SMM strategies in driving consumer loyalty and suggest that marketers should focus on enhancing product performance perceptions to foster repurchase intentions.
ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN MENTERI KEUANGAN N0.158/PERATURAN MENTERI KEUANGAN NO.04/2017 TENTANG PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI MANIFES BEA CUKAI PADA PROSES PENERBITAN DOKUMEN INWARD & DOKUMEN OUTWARD (STUDI KASUS PT. XYZ LOGISTICS INDONESIA)
This study is shown to analyze the procedure for implementing the regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 158 / Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 04 of 2017 concerning the process of issuing inward manifest and outward manifest documents at PT. XYZ Logistics. In the process of issuing manifest documents, problems often arise that can hinder the unloading or transportation of goods. These problems can occur due to errors in data entry, causing the documents to be redressed by customs, manifest documents that are not retrieved for data reconciliation, and delays in the submission of manifest documents. This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The determination of informants is based on employees who handle the issuance of manifest documents directly, informants from customs institutions, and academic informants chosen based on the export-import courses they teach. The results of the study related to the analysis of the implementation of PMK No. 158 PMK No.04 of 2017 concerning the procedures for issuing manifest documents. This study shows that PT. XYZ Logistics understands the policy in PMK No. 158 PMK No. 4 of 2017 and comprehends the process of issuing manifest documents. However, in practice, there are still frequent errors that cause delays in the submission of manifest documents. This study aims to identify the impact of errors in the process of issuing manifest documents and how PT. XYZ Logistics addresses the problems that arise in the process of issuing manifest documents in accordance with PMK No. 158 PMK No. 04 of 2017. Suggestions that can be proposed include increasing awareness of the responsibilities given, enhancing human resources as export-import regulations or policies can change, and fostering cooperation among employees in carrying out their duties
ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMASARAN DIGITAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENJUALAN PT. MAYORA BEKASI
This research aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy implemented by PT Mayora Bekasi in increasing sales of its products. In the ever-evolving digital era, companies are faced with the need to adopt innovative and effective marketing strategies to win the competition in the market. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, where data is obtained through in-depth interviews with marketing managers, observation, and analysis of company documents.The results showed that PT Mayora Bekasi has implemented various digital marketing strategies such as the use of social media, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and pay-per-click advertising. The use of social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube has proven effective in increasing consumer interaction and engagement. In addition, the right SEO strategy helps increase product visibility on search engines, making it easier for consumers to find the products offered. Informative and engaging content marketing also plays an important role in building brand awareness and consumer loyalty.However, this research also identified several challenges faced, such as intense competition in the digital world, changes in social media algorithms, and the need for constantly updated content. To overcome these challenges, PT Mayora Bekasi needs to continue to innovate and adapt to technological developments and dynamic market trends. Overall, this study concludes that an effective digital marketing strategy can significantly increase PT. Mayora Bekasi\u27s sales. Recommendations include increased investment in digital marketing, training for the marketing team, and the use of data analytics to measure the effectiveness of the strategies implemented

In addition, PMI who are legally sent abroad are also not free from various existing problems. Strategi Peningkatan Kompetensi Para Pencari Kerja Lokal di Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Balikpapan
Pemerintah sebagai pemegang amanah rakyat pada pencapaian kehidupan yang sejahtera memiliki andil dan tanggung jawab besar dalam mengatur serta melaksanakan program-program pendukung agar tercapainya kehidupan yang sejahtera dan terpenuhinya kuota-kuota peluang kerja di negara Indonesia. Disnaker Kota Balikpapan yang memiliki tanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan urusan wajib ketenagakerjaan berupaya agar pencari kerja lokal dapat bersaing di pasar kerja dengan meningkatkan kompetensinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi Disnaker Kota Balikpapan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi para pencari kerja lokal serta kendala yang dihadapi Disnaker Kota Balikpapan. Penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian mixed methods dengan fokus penelitian strategi peningkatan kompetensi para pencari kerja lokal melalui analisis lingkungan internal strenght dan weakness, analisis lingkungan eksternal opportunity dan threat serta kendala yang dihadapai Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Balikpapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strenght (kekuatan) yang dimiliki Disnaker Kota Balikpapan yaitu : 1) Rencana kerja terstruktur, 2) Regulasi ketenagakerjaan, 3) Sarana dan prasarana. Weakness (kelemahan) yang dimiliki Disnaker Kota Balikpapan yaitu : 1) Kurangnya SDM, 2) Keterbatasan anggaran, 3) Belum adanya UPTD BLK Kota Balikpapan. Opportunity (peluang) yang dimiliki Disnaker Kota Balikpapan yaitu :1) Perkembangan teknologi, 2) Keberadaan LPK Swasta, 3) Keberadaan BLK milik Provinsi Kaltim, 4) Lembaga Pelatihan milik Kementerian, 5) Pemagangan. Adapun threat (ancaman) yang dihadapi Disnaker Kota Balikpapan yaitu : 1) Pendatang dari luar daerah, 2) Mahalnya biaya pelatihan kerja. Sementara itu, kendala yang dihadapi oleh Disnaker Kota Balikpapan yaitu berasal dari dalam diri pencari kerja yang tidak serius untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dirinya serta keterbatasan LPK di Kota Balikpapan baik dari jumlahnya maupun standar mutu yang dimiliki
Implementasi Kebijakan Rekrutmen Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dalam Meningkatkan Jabatan Fungsional di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Bekasi
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendalami implementasi kebijakan rekrutmen pegawai negeri sipil dalam meningkatkan jabatan fungsional di badan kepegawaian dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia kota Bekasi, mengetahui hambatan dan mengetahui strategi dalam meningkatkan jabatan fungsional. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam kepada informan, observasi dan studi dokumen. Penelitian menggunakan teori implementasi kebijakan Edward III, yaitu komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Implementasi kebijakan rekrutmen pegawai negeri sipil dalam jabatan fungsional belum berjalan dengan baik, dimana terdapat beberapa hambatan atau kendala yaitu minimnya sosialisasi, belum adanya peraturan walikota, minimnya jumlah staf, dan SOP belum dilakukan pembaharuan. Adapun strategi dalam mengatasi hambatan yang ada yaitu, melakukan sosialisasi, pembuatan peraturan wali kota, penambahan staf, dan pembaharuan SOP, dengan perbaikan pada indikator tersebut maka implementasi kebijakan dapat berjalan dengan baik
Impact of Work Spirituality, Leadership, Management Support, and Competence on Employee Performance: The Role of Organizational Climate at Baznas
This study aims to analyze the effect of work spirituality, integrative leadership, management support, and competence on employee performance at BAZNAS (national amil zakat agency) with organizational climate as an intervening variable. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to BAZNAS employees. Quantitative research method with SEM analysis technique with AMOS version 22 application. The sample in this study were 145 respondents. The results showed that work spirituality, integrative leadership, management support, and competence directly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BAZNAS. Work spirituality directly has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Integrative leadership directly has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance

The type of research is qualitative through a phenomenological approach, while the results show that Warteg or warung tegal is one of the popular culinary businesses in Makassar City because it serves delicious, affordable, and diverse food. To increase people\u27s buying interest at night, strategies are needed such as providing menus that suit nighttime preferences, for example fried or healthy food; keeping prices affordable with discount promotions; ensuring strategic locations and easy access; and utilising technology through delivery applications and social media for promotion. Improved service quality, cleanliness, and unique experiences such as special events can also attract customers. Partnerships with local communities and the implementation of a reward system for loyal customers also strengthen the appeal of this business. Analisis Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Pemeriksaan Pajak Terhadap Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan (SPT) Pajak Penghasilan (PPH) Wajib Pajak Badan di KPP Pratama Padang Sidempuan Kanwil DJP Sumatera Utara II
Pemeriksaan terhadap wajib pajak merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan penerimaan pajak. Namun faktanya pemeriksaan pajak tiap tahunnya belum memenuhi target serta terdapat banyak koreksi-koreksi fiskal yang berasal dari pendapatan dan biaya-biaya perusahaan yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan perpajakan yang berlaku.tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Pemeriksaan Pajak Terhadap Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan (SPT) Pajak Penghasilan (PPH) Wajib Pajak Badan Di KPP Pratama Padang Sidempuan Kanwil DJP Sumatera Utara II. Penelitian pada tesis ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi penelitian lapangan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian didapati bahwa Pelaksanaan Pemeriksaan Pajak Terhadap Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan (SPT) Pajak Penghasilan (PPH) Wajib Pajak Badan di KPP Pratama Padang Sidempuan Kanwil DJP Sumatera Utara II belum sepenuhnya efektif karena dalam pencapaian tujuan sasaran target tidak dapat tercapai dimana jumlah realisasi penerimaan pajak pemeriksaan SPT PPH mengalami penurunan dan banyaknya wajib pajak badan yang tidak melaporkan SPT selain itu adaptasi tidak berjalan dengan maksimal karena kurangnya jumlah pegawai pemeriksa pajak yang tidak sebanding dengan luasnya wilayah kerja pemeriksaan dan banyaknya target pemeriksaan pajak yang menyebabkan banyak pemeriksaan pajak SPT PPH yang belum mampu di kerjakan. Akan tetapi pemeriksaan pajak SPT PPH memiliki integritas yang baik dalam mengembangkan proses pelaksanaan pemeriksaan pajak dengan pelaksanaan yang sudah sesuai dengan kemampuan pegawai dan peraturan perpajakan. The background to this thesis is non-compliance with employee tax regulations in government agencies. The aim of this research is to influence the understanding of tax regulations, tax socialization and tax education together on the level of taxpayer compliance in employees of the aviation navigation directorate. The research method used was descriptive quantitative through distributing questionnaires, with a population of 180 employees from the aviation navigation directorate and a sample of 45 respondents. Research using validity test analysis, reliability test, multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination, T test, F test. With the help of SPSS V.27 the research results show that: Understanding tax regulations has a positive and significant effect on employee taxpayer compliance in paying taxes
