    Penelitian ini adalah mengenai Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Pengawasan yang dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Daarul Arham Kecamatan Tenjo Kabupaten Bogor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa dan mengevaluasi seberapa besar pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Pengawasan terhadap Kinerja Guru baik secara parsial atau secara simultan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berjumlah 30 orang. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Motivasi (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Pengawasan (X3) sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Kinerja Guru (Y). Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS Versi 25. Berdasarkan penelitian ini pengaruh Motivasi (X1), terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) besarnya pengaruh yaitu 0,211 atau 21,1%. Kemudian Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) besarnya pengaruh yaitu 0,234 atau 23,4%. Selanjutnya pengaruh Pengawasan (X3) terhadap Kinerja Guru (Y) dengan besarnya pengaruh yaitu 0,237 atau 23,7%. Sedangakan Pengaruh Motivasi (X1) Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Pengawasan (X3) secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) adalah 0,259 atau 25,9%

    This research examines the use of the FASIH Mobile application for data collection, which still encounters several obstacles, such as the manual assignment process, the unavailability of media for monitoring and evaluating data collection results, and the absence of regulations related to the use of this application. This study aims to evaluate the use of the FASIH Mobile application in data collection, identify the obstacles faced and efforts to overcome them. The theory used refers to the effectiveness indicators by Sutrisno. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies. Based on the results of the research, the program understanding indicator is effective because the parties involved have understood the purpose and objectives of the application. The timeliness indicator is effective, because the data collection time is in accordance with the schedule listed in the guidebook. The target accuracy indicator is also effective, because the target users of the application are experienced enumerators. The indicators of achieving goals, however, are not considered effective because there are no internal rules or regulations related to the use of the FASIH Mobile application and it has not been integrated with the data processing webentry. Indicators of real change are effective, because the existence of this application eliminates the document entry process. From the research results, it was concluded that the obstacles in using the FASIH Mobile application include the absence of location tagging facilities, limited human resources, and the absence of system integration. Efforts that have been made include evaluating data collection wages using FASIH Mobile and preparing a panel system for system integration. In terms of public services, the use of the FASIH Mobile application improves services in terms of responsiveness which allows data processing and data provision to be faster

    (The Role of Village-Owned Enterprises in Waste Management in East Sawarna Village, Bayah District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province) Sawarna Timur Village, Bayah District, Lebak Regency, once faced a major waste problem. The government and the community must pay attention to this problem because it has an impact on the environment. The amount of waste produced is not comparable to the facilities and infrastructure available to manage waste. As a result, waste is dumped carelessly and piled up in one location, which can have a negative impact on the environment, health, and comfort. However, BUMDes Sawarna Timur Village can solve this social problem by using a waste bank. The purpose of this study was (1) to explain the role of BUMDes related to waste management in Sawarna Timur Village (2) to understand and see the implications felt by residents of Sawarna Timur Village after waste management by BUMDes through a waste bank. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach and a qualitative research type with a descriptive analysis approach. The technique for data collection used observation, interviews and documentation. The findings of the study were that BUMDes has an important role in the success of waste management in Sumbergondo Village, through the waste bank program implemented by BUMDes can overcome waste problems in its village. Abstrak Desa Sawarna Timur Kecamatan Bayah Kabupaten Lebak pernah menghadapi masalah besar sampah. Pemerintah dan masyarakat harus memperhatikan masalah ini karena berdampak pada lingkungan. Jumlah sampah yang diproduksi tidak sebanding dengan sarana dan prasarana yang ada untuk mengelola sampah. Akibatnya, sampah dibuang secara sembarangan dan menumpuk pada satu lokasi, yang dapat berdampak buruk pada lingkungan, kesehatan, dan kenyamanan. Namun, BUMDes Desa Sawarna Timur dapat menyelesaikan masalah sosial ini dengan menggunakan bank sampah. Tujuan dilaksanakan penelitian ini (1) menjelaskan peran BUMDes terkait manajemen sampah di Desa Sawarna Timur (2) memahami serta melihat implikasi yang dirasakan warga Desa Desa Sawarna Timur setelah adanya pengelolaan sampah oleh BUMDes melalui bank sampah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis.     (Strategies for Improving Employee Performance in the General Affairs and Personnel Subdivision at the Rowokangkung Subdistrict Office) Improving employee performance is a crucial element in efforts to improve the quality of public services at the sub-district office. This study aims to identify and formulate effective strategies to improve employee performance in the general and personnel sub-sections at the Rowokangkung Sub-district Office. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, observation, and analysis of relevant documents. The objectives of the study are to identify steps that can be taken to create a work culture, to identify factors that hinder employee performance, and to identify strategies for improving employee performance in the general affairs and human resources sections of the Rowokangkung subdistrict office. The results of the study indicate that there are several key areas that require attention, including the most significant obstacles: infrastructure, employee competency development, and motivation enhancement. The recommended strategies include continuous training and development, the implementation of a transparent and fair performance evaluation system, and incentive programs to increase motivation and job satisfaction. The implementation of these strategies is expected to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, as well as enhance the quality of services provided to the community in Rowokangkung Subdistrict. This study makes a significant contribution to designing strategies focused on improving employee performance in the public sector. Well-performing office staff will support the effective and efficient achievement of objectives, thereby accelerating the implementation of activities at the sub-district office. Abstrak Peningkatan kinerja pegawai merupakan elemen krusial dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di kantor kecamatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan merumuskan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada sub bagian umum dan kepegawaian di kantor Kecamatan Rowokangkung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil untuk menciptakan budaya kerja, untuk mengetahui faktor yang menghambat kinerja pegawai dan mengetahui strategi peningkatan kinerja pegawai pada sub bagian umum dan kepegawaian di kantor kecamatan Rowokangkung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa kunci yang memerlukan perhatian, termasuk hal yang paling menghambat ialah sarana dan prasarana, pengembangan kompetensi pegawai, dan peningkatan motivasi. Strategi yang di rekomendasikan meliputi pelatihan dan pengembangan berkelanjutan, penerapan sistem evaluasi kinerja yang transparan dan adil, program insentif untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan dapat memperbaiki efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional, serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat di kecamatan Rowokangkung. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam merancang strategi yang berfokus pada peningkatan kinerja pegawai di sektor publik.     Challenges and Effectiveness of Deputy Regional Heads’ Role in Local Government Policy Implementation (Case Study of Jakarta Capital Region) This study examines the role of deputy regional heads in Jakarta Capital Region (DKI Jakarta) and the challenges they face in implementing local government policies. The research identifies key issues, including ambiguous authority delegation, political interference, and administrative inefficiencies. Using a qualitative approach, the study analyzes legislative documents, government data, and expert interviews to evaluate policy effectiveness. Findings reveal that power imbalances and bureaucratic obstacles hinder the deputy governor’s role, affecting governance stability and policy execution. Recommendations include establishing a clearer policy framework, codifying deputy heads’ responsibilities, reducing political intervention, enhancing coordination mechanisms, and ensuring leadership continuity. These measures aim to improve governmental efficiency and public service delivery in Jakarta and other local administrations. Abstrak Studi ini mengkaji peran wakil kepala daerah di DKI Jakarta dan tantangan yang mereka hadapi dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi isu-isu utama, termasuk ketidakjelasan delegasi kewenangan, pengaruh politik, dan ketidakefisienan administrasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis dokumen legislatif, data pemerintahan, dan wawancara dengan para ahli untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas kebijakan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ketidakseimbangan kekuasaan dan hambatan birokrasi menghalangi peran wakil gubernur, mempengaruhi stabilitas pemerintahan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan. Rekomendasi termasuk pembentukan kerangka kebijakan yang lebih jelas, pengusulan kebijakan yang dengan tegas menetapkan tugas wakil kepala daerah, pengurangan campur tangan politik, peningkatan mekanisme koordinasi, dan memastikan kelangsungan kepemimpinan.     Kebijakan procurement dalam proyek pemerintah dengan skema pembiayaan APBN/APBD harus dipisahkan dalam berbagai project delivery system. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan kebijakan procuremet pada proyek pemerintah dengan project delivery system Design & Build (DB), melalui study literatur dari penelitian terdahulu yang akan diolah dengan SSM (soft system methodology) penelitian ini akan memetakan kebijakan procurement dalam proyek DB. Penelitian ini akan bermanfaat sebagai masukan dalam penyusunan kebijakan procurement proyek DB pemerintah dengan skema APBN/APBD. Procurement policies in government projects with APBN/APBD financing schemes must be separated into various project delivery systems. This study aims to map procurement policies in government projects with the Design & Build (DB) project delivery system, through literature studies from previous studies that will be processed with SSM (soft system methodology) this study will map procurement policies in DB projects.     Examining the Effects of Competency, Discipline, and Organizational Culture on Work Motivation and Its Influence on Employee Performance at Public Services Institution

    This study aims to determine the effect of competence, discipline and organizational culture on work motivation which has an impact on employee performance at the Special Correctional Institution (LPKA) Class IIA in Bandung. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Competence has a significant effect on work motivation of 27.0%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Discipline has a significant effect on work motivation of 46.2, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational culture has a significant effect on work motivation of 24.8, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Competence, discipline and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on work motivation by 57.8%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 33.0%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0.05

    Integrating Halal and Thayyib Principles into Global Logistics Operation: A Comparative Analysis in Malaysia, UAE, and Indonesia

    This paper examines how the concepts of halal and thayyib have evolved from basic religious dietary laws to broader principles guiding global industry practices. It explores how these principles are integrated into halal logistics systems in Malaysia, the UAE, and Indonesia. While Malaysia and the UAE have well-developed halal logistics systems, Indonesia is working to strengthen its own through regulations like Law No. 33 of 2014. However, challenges remain in Indonesia, including industry misunderstanding, infrastructure limitations, and regulatory delays. A real challenge is the postponement of the implementation of halal certification requirements until further notice, which was originally scheduled to start in October 2024. This qualitative study uses comparative analysis, literature reviews, and expert interviews to understand these challenges and proposes using ICT to improve halal logistics. The study\u27s novelties include a comprehensive comparative analysis of halal logistics implementation across three countries, the integration of the conceptualization of halal and thayyib in Islam with halal value chain theory and institutional theory, and the emphasis on ICT\u27s role in enhancing logistics efficiency. The study concludes that success in halal logistics requires coordinated efforts from policymakers, industry players, and technological advancements

    In an effort to create a professional government bureaucracy with characteristics, integrated, high-performance, capable of serving the public, neutral, prosperous, dedicated, and upholding the basic values and code of ethics of the state apparatus, bureaucratic reform is implemented in government agencies. The existence of bureaucratic reform demands improvements in various aspects of governance. This study aims to determine the effect of work planning (X1), risk management (X2) and good governance (X3) on employee performance (Y), especially at the Directorate General of Regional Financial Development of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with descriptive analysis methods. The population in this study were all employees of the Directorate General of Regional Finance with a sample of 76 people. The results showed that work planning has a significant influence on employee performance, with a contribution of 26.5%, risk management also has a significant influence on employee performance, with a contribution of 36.6%, good governance shows the greatest influence on employee performance, with a contribution of 64.6%. While work planning, risk management, and good governance together have an influence of 65.8%, the remaining 34.2% is explained by other variables not included in the regression model.     Content marketing is a marketing approach that involves developing or creating content that is presented with the aim of informing target buyers. Online customer reviews played an important role in shaping consumer purchasing decisions. It has been explained above that a marketing content in the TikTok application, online customer reviews had an influence on purchasing decisions. The purpose of the research was to determine and analyze how much influence TikTok marketing content and online customer reviews had on purchasing decisions on Scarlett whitening products and the method used was quantitative method with data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation, and literature study. The number of samples in this research were 100 students of Institut STIAMI. From the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), the coefficient of determination (R2) value was 0.658 or 65.8%, which meant that the marketing content and online customer review variables on the purchasing decision variable (Y) were 65.8%, while the result of the t-test calculation on the marketing content variable on purchasing decisions obtained the value of t-count > t-table of 3.546 > 1.660 on the online customer review variable on the purchasing decision variable obtained the value of t-count > t-table of 8.737 > 1.660 with each sig value of 0.001 <0.05. However, the F-test result showed that the calculated F-count was 37.781 with a sig value of 0.001. This meant that H3 was accepted, which means that simultaneously there was an influence between the variables of Marketing Content (X1) and Online Customer Review (X2) on Purchasing Decisions on Scarlett Whitening Products
