    Analisis Pengendalian Kualitas (Quality Control) Dalam Meningkatkan Produk Pupuk Organik (Komposter) Dan Daur Ulang Di Wilayah Sunter jaya

    This study aims to analyze quality control in improving organic fertilizer (composters) and recycling products in the Sunter Jaya area. In this study, quantitative and primary data sources were used with questionnaires. The population in this study is all people involved in the production process. The analysis method used in this research is Statistical Quality Control (SQC). The results of the study show that in the production process of organic fertilizer (composters) and recycling in the Sunter Jaya area, the average product defect rate is 1%, with the highest defect rate being in ineffective solid products at 5%. In this study, other defects such as odor and contamination had a percentage of 0%, which means that the production results were in the good category

    This study aims to examine the influence of tax understanding and taxpayer awareness on individual taxpayer compliance in filing annual income tax returns. The research was conducted on employees of the Bureau of Information Systems and Documentation at the Secretariat General of the Regional Representative Council (DPD RI) using a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 58 respondents selected via purposive sampling. The analysis employed multiple linear regression with SPSS 30.0. The results show that neither tax understanding nor taxpayer awareness has a significant partial or simultaneous effect on taxpayer compliance. The adjusted R ² value of 0.010 indicates that the two independent variables explain only 1% of the variation in compliance behavior. These findings suggest that other factors beyond tax knowledge and awareness, such as digital tax service efficiency, enforcement, or trust in government, may better explain taxpayer compliance, particularly in bureaucratic environments with automatic withholding systems

    Based on data from Jakarta Tanah Abang Tiga Primary Tax Service Office, the low level of taxpayer compliance although the number of registered taxpayers increases every year, the number of tax payers reporting tax returns is relatively low, There are significant fluctuations in the number of taxpayers reporting tax returns. In 2022, the realization (8,938) was higher than the number of taxpayers reporting tax returns (8,620), which resulted in a percentage above 100% (103.69%). This indicates a discrepancy in the data or there may be other influencing factors. This indicates that taxpayer compliance at Jakarta Tanah Abang Tiga Primary Tax Service Office is not yet optimal. This research used quantitative methods and the sampling method used simple random sampling method. The conclusion in this research is that the Implementation of E-Government has a positive and significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance at the Jakarta Tanah Abang Tiga Primary Tax Service Office. The magnitude of the effect of E-Government implementation on taxpayer compliance is 9.96%%. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance at the Jakarta Tanah Abang Tiga Primary Tax Service Office. The magnitude of the effect of Tax Service Quality on Taxpayer Compliance is 21.28%. E- Government Implementation and Tax Service Quality simultaneously affect Taxpayer Compliance at the Jakarta Tanah Abang Tiga Primary Tax Service Office. The magnitude of the influence of E-Government Implementation and Tax Service Quality on Taxpayer Compliance is 30.9%

    The 2021 PBB revenue achievement of Sukakarya Village was 39.82% and in the beginning 2022 decreased to 6.78% so that a strategy was established in the form of providing and operating a Mobile Service Car as an effort to provide better service for residents in paying PBB. This descriptive research with a qualitative approach seeks to determine the effect of the use of Mobile Service Car to increase PBB revenue in Sukakatya Village in 2023-2024. The results of the study indicate that at the beginning of 2023 the PBB revenue achievement was 19.75%, not yet a drastic increment because residents were still in the adjustment stage from previous payment model to the payment model through the Mobile Service Car. The PBB revenue achievement at the end of 2024 was 43.50% due to the positive contribution of several things, namely convenience, placement of the Car at the Village office, operating schedule during the Minggon Meeting, no need to queue, fast service process, -submission of Tax Payment Evidence and special operational schedule after harvest. Based on the description, it can be generally concluded that the use of the Mobile Service Car has a positive impact on increasing the PBB revenue of Sukakarya Village in 2023-2024

    Enhancing Training Effectiveness: Evaluating the Blended Learning Method in Basic Training for Probationary Civil Servants at the Ministry of Transportation

    In accordance with PerKALAN 14/2022 Latsar CPNS Training Curriculum, the implementation of Latsar CPNS can be carried out with a full online, hybrid, or face-to-face learning model. The Ministry of Transportation organizes Latsar CPNS with a hybrid method which is divided into 3 phases: MOOC-Online Learning-Classical. This change in the learning model is said to have pros and cons because on the one hand it provides cost efficiency and the number of graduates but is felt to reduce the achievement of learning objectives. In this study, an analysis was conducted on the perceptions from the perspective of Latsar CPNS alumni regarding the 3 learning phases. The results were that the MOOC and Online phases with facilitators were quite effective with the lowest average value in the efficiency dimension.   Learning ineffectiveness occurs, especially due to network constraints for employees in 3T areas or conflict areas and provisions for being free from duties during Latsar which cannot be carried out because assignments, leader’s direction, and services at the workplace must continue. Meanwhile, strengthening the effectiveness of learning occurred more during the classical stage because teachers and participants could explore more material, issues/cases, and best practices

    This research aims to: (1) analyze the condition of employee leave services prior to the implementation of the electronic leave system (Cuti-E); (2) analyze the process of implementing the electronic leave system (Cuti-E); (3) examine the obstacles encountered in the implementation of the electronic leave system (Cuti-E); and (4) assess the efforts required to improve the quality of the electronic leave system (Cuti-E) within the Secretariat General of the House of Regional Representative. This study\u27s research method is descriptive qualitative, with informants chosen using purposive sampling. Interviews, literature reviews, observation, and documentation are some of the data collection techniques used. The interactive model developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana was used to analyze data. The study confirmed that implementing the Cuti-E system is more effective than the manual (paper-based) leave method. Cuti-E\u27s success depends on effective communication, which ensures consistent understanding and optimal adaptation among stakeholders. In terms of resources, Cuti-E\u27s implementation emphasizes the importance of effective human resource, digital facility, and budget management. The disposition of stakeholders also influences policy success, with good communication and technological adaptation facilitating effective implementation. Furthermore, well-established SOPs and effective task fragmentation management within the Setjen DPD RI bureaucracy ensure that Cuti-E is implemented smoothly. Although the Cuti-E system is designed to simplify processes for employees, several challenges still need to be addressed, such as uneven internet access, limited accessibility for non-civil servants, and difficulties in archiving and communication. Efforts to enhance the quality of the Cuti-E system in the Secretariat General of the DPD RI should employ the principles of George C. Edward III\u27s policy implementation theory (1980). These include improving standard operating procedures (SOPs), developing technological infrastructure, enhancing user experience, and implementing performance monitoring and evaluation. With these measures, the Cuti-E system is expected to operate optimally and contribute to the overall organizational performance

    Efforts to increase regional revenue can be done by increasing the efficiency of resources and infrastructure and improving the effectiveness of tax collection by optimizing the potential that is available. The collection of restaurant taxes on average can achieve the realization target set at 100 percent since 2017 until 2021, with the addition of taxpayers every year, making the collection of restaurant taxes have greater potential in increasing the revenue of the regional government of DKI Jakarta, especially in the Cakung area. This study aims to conduct an evaluation analysis of the restaurant tax collection policy in order to increase taxpayer compliance in the regional tax collection unit in the Cakung area of East Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting interviews with informants who are considered able to provide the necessary information. The results of this study explain that the evaluation of the restaurant tax collection policy in order to increase taxpayer compliance in the UPPPD regional tax collection unit in the Cakung area of East Jakarta, viewed from the perspective of effectiveness, sufficiency, efficiency, equipment, responsiveness, and accuracy can be categorized as good. Based on the analysis of secondary data, the achievement of the target is 5.81 percent of the total regional revenue, while the qualitative primary data obtained from the informants explain that, based on the four evaluation indicators, the policy received a good rating except for the Equipment dimension, which needs to be improved in the futur

    Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Penilaian Kinerja Berbasis Elektronik, Kompetensi Dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kinerja Pada Politeknik Pelayaran Sumatera Barat. Pendekatan penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Maksud adalah suatu penelitian yang mencari hubungan antara satu variable dengan variable yang lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Politeknik Pelayaran Sumatera Barat. Adapun Penelitian dan pengamatan dilakukan, dari April 2024 hingga bulan Juli 2024. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus dengan 91 responden, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS version 25. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penilaian kinerja berbasis elektronik, kompetensi dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Politeknik Pelayaran Sumatera Barat secara parsial maupun simultan

    The phenomenon of the quality of public services in Bojonggede District, Bogor Regency has not met expectations. The research aims to analyze and evaluate the influence of work ability, service innovation, and work discipline toward the quality of public services in Bojonggede District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province, partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The research population receiving public services in Bojonggede District, Bogor Regency for the period January to early March 2024 was 1467 people, with Slovin (5% significance level) obtaining 314 samples. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Research results: (1) There was a positive and significant influence of Work Ability toward the Quality of Public Services in Bojonggede District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province, which is accepted with a magnitude of 54.91%. (2) There was a positive and significant influence of Service Innovation on the Quality of Public Services in Bojonggede District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province, which is stated to be accepted with a magnitude of 53.58%. (3) There was a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline toward the Quality of Public Services in Bojonggede District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province, which is stated to be accepted with a magnitude of 38.69%. (4) There was a positive and significant influence of Work Ability, Service Innovation and Work Discipline toward the Quality of Public Services in Bojonggede District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province, which is said to be accepted with an Adjusted R Square influence of 65.7% and the remaining 34.3 % influence of other factors but not researched

    When it comes to work results in terms of quality, punctuality, work initiative, and communication, the ASN performance phenomena at the Marine Transportation Education and Training Center is subpar. The study is to partially and simultaneously examine the impact of leadership style, work motivation, and training on the performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Marine Transportation Education and Training Center. This study employs an explanatory methodology and a quantitative research design. Just 47 ASN completed the google form out of the 52 ASN that were part of the ASN study at the Marine Transportation Education and Training Center. In order to make all populations into samples, the sampling technique used saturated samples. Several linear regression analysis approaches were employed in the data analysis process. The study\u27s conclusions
