Digitalisasi Keuangan Syariah: Uang dan Bank Digital sebagai Alat Tukar Modern Yang Halal dan Inovatif
Perkembangan Teknologi yang semakin tahun semakin meningkat, merambah kesegala bidang dan sektor termasuk dalam tansaksi keuangan digital. Tujuan pengabdian dapat memberikan wawasan pengetahuan dan menerapkan penggunaan transaksi digital secara syariah untuk memudahkan transaksi keuangan. Metode penelitian yaitu lapangan dengan memberikan sosialisasi materi Digitalisasi Keuangan Syariah: Uang Dan Bank Digital Sebagai Alat Tukar Modern Yang Halal Dan Inovatif. Kegitan dilaksanakan di MA Al-Irsyad Desa Sungai Tuan Kecamatan Astambul yang diikuti oleh 30 siswa kelas XII dan guru pendamping berjumlah 2 guru. Pelaksanaan pengabdian degan memberikan materi kemudian tanya jawab, diskusi serta evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian diketahui bahwa siswa kelas XII MA Al-Irsyad masih banyak yang belum tau transaksi keuangan digital dan pemanfaatannya dalam transaksi keuangan. Hanya berjumlah 10 siswa yang mengetahui dan mengunakan uang digital sebagai alat transaksi keuangan, sedangkan 15 lainnya hanya mengatahui tapi tidak pernah menggunakan transaksi digital dan 5 siswa lainnya bahkan tidak mengetahui dan menggunakan transaksi keuangan digital
Optimalisasi Media Sosial sebagai Strategi Peningkatan Brand Awareness Kedai Kopi Lokal di Kota Kudus
Pertumbuhan pesat industri kedai kopi di Kota Kudus telah memicu persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat, sehingga menuntut pelaku usaha untuk mengadopsi strategi pemasaran yang inovatif dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku usaha kedai kopi lokal dalam memanfaatkan digital marketing berbasis media sosial guna membangun brand awareness dan meningkatkan interaksi dengan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan tahapan survei awal, pelaksanaan pelatihan, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi konten media sosial, wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pelaku usaha, serta analisis data insight Instagram dan TikTok. Pelatihan diterapkan secara intensif pada salah satu mitra usaha, yaitu Kopi Tiga Toedjoe, dengan fokus pada optimalisasi konten produk, strategi konten media sosial, dan penguatan daya tarik visual tempat usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan jangkauan dan interaksi pada akun media sosial mitra, yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya engagement melalui konten video pendek, konsistensi unggahan, serta pemanfaatan user-generated content. Selain itu, pelaku usaha menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap pentingnya perencanaan konten, penentuan waktu unggah optimal, dan penggunaan fitur analitik media sosial. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan digital marketing berbasis media sosial efektif dalam meningkatkan brand awareness dan daya saing kedai kopi lokal. Implementasi strategi yang terstruktur dan berbasis data mampu membantu pelaku usaha memperluas jangkauan pasar serta membangun hubungan yang lebih kuat dengan konsumen
ETNOMATEMATIKA: EKSPLORASI KONSEP GEOMETRI DALAM ANYAMAN TRADISIONAL MADURA
This study aims to explore the potential of traditional Madura weaving to visualize geometric concepts in mathematics learning. This study applies a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, using literature study as a research method to determine the potential of ethnomathematics related to geometric concepts in traditional Madura weaving. Data analysis in this study was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results obtained from the research, it is known that there are elements of geometric concepts in traditional Madurese weaving, namely besek, caping, and fish baskets, including flat shapes and spatial shapes. The findings of this study can be used as a reference in implementing ethnomathematics-focused learning in the classroom, so that the teaching and learning process is more relevant and closer to the lives of studentsPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi anyaman tradisional Madura untuk memvisualisasikan konsep geometri. pada pembelajaran matematika. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa terdapat unsur-unsur konsep geometri diantaranya berupa bangun datar dan bangun ruang pada anyaman tradisional Madura yaitu besek, caping, dan keranjang ikan. Temuan penelitian ini pastinya dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai referensi dalam menerapkan pembelajaran yang berfokus pada etnomatematika di dalam kelas, dengan harapan menjadikan proses belajar mengajar lebih relevan dan dekat dengan kehidupan peserta didik, sehingga aktivitas belajar menjadi lebih efisien dan bermakna
Exploring Students' Engagement in Comprehending Analytical Exposition Texts through Gallery Walk Technique
This study aims to explore students' engagement in comprehending Analytical Exposition texts through the use of the Gallery Walk technique. Conducted in an eleventh-grade English class at a state senior high school in Jember during the 2024/2025 academic year, this research employed a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, and documentation. The purpose was to investigate how the Gallery Walk technique influences students' behavioral, cognitive, and affective engagement during reading activities. The results showed that the Gallery Walk technique effectively enhanced students' behavioral, cognitive, and especially affective engagement. Students participated actively, demonstrated improved understanding, and showed enthusiasm during learning. The findings suggest that the Gallery Walk fosters a more interactive and motivating classroom environment, making it a beneficial strategy to improve reading comprehension and student engagement in English language learning
Studi Pendahuluan: Pengembangan Buku Referensi “Model Penelitian Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Kuantitatif†untuk Mahasiswa
Mata kuliah Metodologi Penelitian Pendidikan (MPP) merupakan mata kuliah wajib bagi mahasiswa, khususnya mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan. Mata kuliah ini memberikan pengetahuan kuantitatif kepada mahasiswa. Sejalan dengan uraian tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil analisis kebutuhan awal dalam pengembangan buku teks untuk mata kuliah MPP bagi mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif pengembangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Observasi dilakukan selama perkuliahan MPP. Wawancara dilakukan dengan mahasiswa. Analisis dokumen dilakukan dengan menganalisis dokumen dalam bentuk RPS. Setelah itu, data dianalisis kembali berdasarkan teori dan pendapat ahli. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: (1) mahasiswa sangat menginginkan pengembangan buku teks untuk mata kuliah MPP sebagai referensi utama perkuliahan; (2) buku teks yang diinginkan mahasiswa adalah buku teks yang memuat petunjuk langkah demi langkah penggunaan program SPSS; (3) mahasiswa lebih menyukai buku teks yang didesain rapi dan minimalis, sehingga memudahkan mereka belajar.The Educational Research Methodology (MPP) course is a compulsory course for students, especially those studying education. This course provides students with quantitative knowledge. In line with this description, this study aims to determine the results of the initial needs analysis in the development of a textbook for the MPP course for education students. This study is a descriptive development study. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. Observation was conducted during MPP classes. Interviews were conducted with students. Document analysis was performed by analyzing documents in the form of RPS. After that, the data was analyzed again based on theory and expert opinions. In relation to this, this study found that: (1) students strongly desire the development of a textbook for the MPP course as a primary reference for lectures; (2) the textbook desired by students is one that includes step-by-step instructions for using the SPSS program; (3) students prefer a textbook that is designed neatly and minimally, making it easier for them to learn
Peningkatan Minat Belajar Peserta Didik Melalui Media Qosidah Kimia pada Materi Senyawa Karbon dan Makromolekul
This study was motivated by the low level of students’ interest in learning chemistry, particularly in the topic of carbon compounds and macromolecules, which are often perceived as abstract, complex, and difficult to understand. Such perceptions frequently lead to passive learning behavior and limited conceptual engagement. To address this issue, an instructional innovation was implemented through the use of chemical qasidah media, which integrates elements of art, local culture, and religiosity into the chemistry learning process. The study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted in two iterative cycles involving planning, action, observation, and reflection. The participants were 30 eleventh-grade science students at MA NU Tasywiquth Thullab Salafiyah (TBS) Kudus during the 2025/2026 academic year. Data were collected using a validated learning interest questionnaire, structured observation sheets, and supporting documentation. Quantitative data were analyzed using percentage techniques, while qualitative data were examined through reflective analysis. The findings revealed a consistent increase in students’ learning interest, rising from 56% in the pre-cycle (moderate category) to 71% in the first cycle (sufficient category), and reaching 84% in the second cycle (high category). The improvement was particularly evident in students’ attention, participation, and enthusiasm during learning activities. Pengolahan dan Pemanfaatan Sampah Anorganik Plastik dengan Metode Pirolisis di TPA Desa Ngemplak Kecamatan Undaan - Kudus
Sampah banyak diproduksi dalam berbagai aktifitas kehidupan manusia yang seringkali menimbulkan permasalahan lingkungan dan sosial. Sampah dibedakan atas sampah yang mampu diurai/organik dan tidak mampu diurai secara alamiah/anorganik. Upaya pengolahan sampah organik telah banyak diusahakan masyarakat menjadi produk turunan, sedangkan sampah anorganik belum banyak diolah karena keterbatasan metode dan teknologi. Teknik pirolisis akan mampu mengurai sampah anorganik/plastik menjadi produk turunan seperti bahan bakar minyak. Metode ini berupa  reaktor pembakaran tanpa udara/anaerob, dimana sampah plastik dibakar dalam ruang bakar hingga mencapai temperatur 300-400oC. Selanjutnya gas uap yang terbentuk dilakukan proses kondensasi yang akan mengubah uap menjadi cairan/liquid sesuai jenis komposisi yang dihasilkan. Teknik pirolisis akan menghasilkan bahan bakar minyak sebagai alternatif yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat dalam menggerakkan mesin dan kebutuhan rumah tangga. Rerata 1 kg sampah plastik dapat menghasilkan sekitar 0,6 hingga 0,8 liter BBM. Jumlah ini sangat variatif tergantung jenis plastik dan akurasi metode pengolahan/pirolisi
Determinasi Kebijakan Dividen: Peran Stabilitas Pendapatan dan Kebijakan Utang pada Perusahaan Properti di Indonesia
This study aims to analyze the effect of income stability and debt policy on dividend policy in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study uses a quantitative approach, using secondary data from companies' annual financial reports during the observation period. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression, with classical assumption testing for normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity to ensure the validity of the regression model. The results show that income stability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, indicating that companies with more stable income tend to have greater ability and confidence in distributing dividends to shareholders. Conversely, debt policy has a negative, significant effect on dividend policy, meaning that the higher the debt level, the lower the tendency for companies to distribute dividends due to increased financial obligations. Simultaneously, income stability and debt policy have a significant effect on dividend policy. The findings of this study have implications for corporate management in formulating optimal dividend policies that take into account income stability and funding structure. In addition, the results of this study can be considered by investors when making investment decisions
Analisis Implementasi 5S pada Proses Restorasi dan Uji Performa Mesin 4G33 Mitsubishi Lancer
Penurunan performa pada kendaraan klasik, seperti Mitsubishi Lancer SL yang dilengkapi mesin 4G33 (1439 CC), sebagian besar disebabkan oleh degradasi komponen dan penumpukan karbon akibat perawatan yang tidak memadai. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pemulihan performa mesin melalui prosedur perbaikan menyeluruh yang terintegrasi dengan kerangka kerja Manajemen Perawatan 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke). Dengan menggunakan desain pra-uji dan pasca-uji eksperimental, penelitian ini menerapkan protokol 5S mulai dari pemisahan komponen dan penghilangan karbon hingga standardisasi perakitan, yang mencakup penggilingan kepala silinder 2 mm dan pengasahan katup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemulihan yang substansial dalam metrik mekanis: tekanan kompresi meningkat dari 7,5 Bar menjadi 11,5 Bar, dan efisiensi bahan bakar meningkat sebesar 22% (1,9 km/L menjadi 1,11 km/L). Lebih lanjut, efisiensi termal meningkat, dibuktikan dengan penurunan suhu operasi dari 92,5°C menjadi 85°C. Pengujian dyno mengkonfirmasi penyelesaian masalah selip kopling dan peningkatan penyaluran daya. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan prinsip 5S ke dalam proses perbaikan secara efektif mengembalikan spesifikasi teknis dan mengoptimalkan efisiensi operasional
Student’s Affective Filter and Their Utilization of the English Language in the 21st-Century Classroom
This study examined the correlation between students' affective filters and their use of English in the 21st-century classroom. Thus, a correlation analysis was used to examine whether there was a significant relationship among the following: learners' affective filter and their utilization of the English language; learners' profile and their affective filter; and learners' profile and their utilization of the English language.
The respondents in this study were sampled using convenience sampling from Grade 7 to Grade 10 students enrolled at Wesleyan University-Philippines. The researchers used a questionnaire to assess respondents' socio-demographic profiles, affective filter, and English-language use. Based on the study's results, the respondents' demographic profile does not affect the learners' affective filter. On the other hand, most respondents' demographic profiles do not affect their use of English, except that gender affects their level of adaptability in using English. Lastly, it was also reported that the affective filter and language utilization in the 21st-century classroom have a significant relationship. Therefore, the study's results show that the affective filters among junior high school learners are correlated with their use of English. Hence, the researcher recommended that teachers help learners lower their filters by creating classroom environments that intentionally reduce them, such as maintaining a safe, collaborative, respectful, supportive, and in-depth classroom environment that makes students more comfortable participating
