    Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (studi pada pegawai Setda Kabupaten Pati)

    Penelitian dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja (X1), kepuasan kerja (X2) dan komitmen organisasional (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) dilingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati yang mencakup 9 bagian, dimana menurut data terakhir jumlah populasi sebanyak 312 orang. Sampel dilakukan secara Proporsional Random Sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan perbandingan. Peneliti memproporsionalkan jumlah populasi berdasarkan jumlah pegawai yang ada dimasing-masing Bagian dilingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan rumus Slovin jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 orang. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis (H1) yang menyatakan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dan hipotesis (H2) yang menyatakan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja serta hipotesis (H3) yang menyatakan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, diterima. Demikian juga hipotesis (H4) yang menyatakan bahwa motivasi, kepuasan, dan komitmen organisasional secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, diterima. Hasil pengujian ini dapat dimaknai bahwa pegawai yang memiliki motivasi dan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi, maka akan cenderung mempunyai kinerja yang tinggi terhadap organisasi. Untuk mencapai kinerja yang tinggi, maka motivasi dan kepuasan kerja pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati harus ditingkatkan

    Not  all  mass  media  content  beneficial  to audiences.  Children  are  the  most  vulnerable group of viewers with the negative impact from television  and  technological  advances  of  the internet and video games. This study aims to capture  the  data  in  the  form  frequency  of watching  television  and  playing  electronic games on children in Semarang.The spread of datas were done by using two questionnaires,  namely  the  frequency  of watching  television  and  playing  electronic games.  Sampling  technique  was  used  in incidental  technique.  The  research  method used  was  quantitative  and  the  results  were analyzed with descriptive statistics. The  study  found  that  most  children  in Semarang  watching  television  and  playing electronic games for more than 2 (two) hours per  day,  while  the  government  recommends consumption of televisions and other electronic audiovisual media is a maximum of two hours each day, under parental guidance. This study is  one  fact  which  indicates  that  the  alert  of television and electronic games has not been noticed by parents, then it is further expected that  research  about  the  negative  impact  of television and electronic games

    The purpose of this study were (1) to analyze and test the effect of organizational climate on employee motivation, (2) to analyze and test the effect of competence on employee motivation, (3) to analyze and test the effect of organizational climate to employee performance at the offices of District Ghost, (4) to analyze and test the effect of competence on employee performance, (5) to analyze and examine the influence of motivation to employee performance, (6) to analyze and test the effect of organizational climate to employee performance organizations through the mediation of motivation, (7) for analyze and test the effect of competence on staff performance through the mediation of motivation.The population in this study are all Civil Servants in the Office - Office in the Kudus District, amounting to 1044 people. While the sample size was set at 110 respondents with proportional random sampling technique, data collection was the questionnaire. Data analysis using a model of causality or influence, to test the hypothesis proposed in this research, technical analysis is used Structural Equation Modelling or SEM, which is operated through the AMOS program.Based on the analysis concludes that (1) there is a significant positive effect between the Organization of the motivational climate proved, because the CR value of 3.205 with P value of 0.001. (2) there is a significant positive influence of competence on motivation evident because the CR value of 2.770 with P value of 0.006. (3) there is a significant positive influence of climate on performance organization prove the value of CR of 2.291 with P value of 0022. (4) there is a significant positive effect between competency to employee performance data prove it is known that the CR value of 2.241 with P value of 0.025. (5) there is a significant positive effect of motivation on the performance of CR pegawa proved her value of 2.092 with P value of 0.036. (6) there is a significant positive influence of climate on the performance of the Organization with the mediation of motivation is not proven it can be seen that the CR value of 1.866 with P value of 0061. (7) there is a significant positive influence of competence on the performance of employees with the mediation of motivation does not prove this case the data is known that the CR value of 1.763 with P value of 006

    This study aimed to examine the correlation between emotional maturity with agressive behavior in collegian. Subject in this study aretechnique and law collegian in Muria Kudus University. The participants took by accidental sampling. Agressive behavior and emotional maturity scale are used to get the data. The data analysed by product moment. Coeficient correlation result the both variables is rxy=-0,906 with p=0,000 (p smaller than 0,01). Its mean there is significant negative correlation between emotional maturity and agressive behavior. More higher emotional maturity, lower agressive behavior can get, the opposite, lower emotional maturity make agressive behavior more higher. Effective giveness emotional maturity to agressive behavior is 82%

    Owned by a gifted student akseleran, as intellectually gifted students,taking  them  to  the  demands  of  external  and  internal  demands.  A  student akseleran must adapt themselves to these demands. However, it is not easy.There are a number of problems they face because of it. Noted there are six main problems of adjustment (adjustment problems) students akseleran ie, school  assignments  are  not  challenging,  poor  interpersonal  relationships, parental expectations,  perfectionism,  multipotensialitas,  and  high involvement  (Chan,  2006).  Those  problems  are  a  source  of  stress  for students  and  psychological  conditions  may  interfere  with  his  well-being.This  is  certainly  not  beneficial  because  it  can  cause  the student  can  not perform optimally. This study seeks to prove whether there is a relationship between  adjustment  problems  and  psychological  well-being  in  students akseleran  ..  In  addition,  this  study  also  attempted  to  figure  out  what adjustment  the  most  significant  problems  associated  with  psychological well-being.Melalui  a  correlational  study  in  SMP  and  SMP  19  Jakarta Labschool  Kebayoran  Baru,  found  a  significant  negative  relationshipbetween  psychological  adjustment  problems  with  the  well-being  thestudents  akseleran.  In  addition,  problems  of  adjustment  dimensionsperfectionism  is  a  problem  that  has  the  most  significant  relationship  with psychological well-being

    Kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kudus di bidang penyelenggaraan pendidikan dasaradalah menjadikan penyelenggaraan pendidikan dasar sebagai salah satu prioritaspembangunan sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Kudus Nomor 11Tahun 2008 tentang Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Daerah (RPJPD) KabupatenKudus Tahun 2005 – 2025 dan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Kudus Nomor 5 Tahun 2009tentang Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) Kabupaten Kudus Tahun2008 – 2013, serta menindaklanjutinya melalui penerbitan Peraturan Daerah yang khususmengatur tentang penyelenggaraan pendidikan dasar, yaitu melalui penerbitan PeraturanDaerah Kabupaten Kudus Nomor 2 Tahun 2010 tentang Wajib Belajar 12 (Dua Belas) Tahun.Kendala internal yang muncul berkaitan dengan kebijakan Pemerintah KabupatenKudus di bidang penyelenggaraan pendidikan dasar adalah masih minimnya anggaran yangdialokasikan untuk penyelenggaraan pendidikan dasar dan belum diterbitkannya petunjukatau peraturan pelaksanaan yang menindaklanjuti Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Kudus Nomor2 Tahun 2010 tentang Wajib Belajar 12 (Dua Belas) Tahun kepada masyarakat. Selanjutnyakendala eksternal yang muncul berkaitan dengan kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kudus dibidang penyelenggaraan pendidikan dasar adalah masih adanya masyarakat yang belummemahami arti pentingnya pendidikan dan masih kurangnya peran aktif masyarakat dalampenyelenggaraan pendidikan dasar di Kabupaten Kudus.Â
