UJI STABILITAS PERFORMA PERAHU FORTABLE JENIS KATAMARAN BERBASIS PLYWOOD DAN FIBERGLASS
Penggunaan perahu kayu oleh nelayan menurun akibat beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi keberlanjutan dan efisiensi operasi perikanan. Meningkatnya harga bahan baku kayu menjadi tantangan utama, yang mengakibatkan biaya pembuatan perahu kayu semakin tinggi. Sebagai alternatif, perahu katamaran yang dapat dibongkar pasang, terbuat dari plywood dan fiberglass, menawarkan solusi teknologi perahu yang lebih efisien dan ramah lingkungan. Stabilitas performa perahu juga sangat penting untuk memastikan keselamatan dan efisiensi operasional dalam berbagai kondisi perairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penambahan beban terhadap trim, periode oleng, kecepatan, dan sudut manuver perahu katamaran berbahan plywood dan fiberglass dengan sistem bongkar pasang. Metode pengujian dilakukan melalui serangkaian eksperimen, termasuk pengukuran trim pada kondisi tanpa beban dan dengan beban variasi sebesar 55 kg dan 110 kg. Hasilnya stabilitas dan trim perahu menunjukkan peningkatan progresif dari 0,105 meter (tanpa beban), menjadi 0,147 meter (beban 55 kg), hingga 0,249 meter (beban 110 kg). Penambahan beban menghasilkan peningkatan trim sebesar 40% pada beban pertama dan 69,39% pada beban kedua, dengan total peningkatan mencapai 137,14% pada kondisi beban maksimal. Periode olengan juga meningkat signifikan dari 2,42 detik menjadi 4,16 detik, atau bertambah 71,90% (1,74 detik lebih lambat) ketika beban digandakan. Performa kecepatan lurus pada jarak 200 meter mengungkapkan bahwa penambahan beban dari 55 kg ke 110 kg menyebabkan waktu tempuh meningkat 22,13% (dari 43,19 detik menjadi 52,75 detik) dan kecepatan menurun 18,14% (dari 4,63 m/s menjadi 3,79 m/s). Kemampuan manuver pada pengujian manuver 80 meter dengan sudut belok 90°, waktu penyelesaian meningkat 21,77% (dari 26,00 detik menjadi 31,66 detik) dan kecepatan manuver menurun 17,86% akibat penambahan beban. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan beban 1% berkorelasi dengan penurunan kecepatan manuver sebesar 0,179%, mengindikasikan hubungan yang konsisten antara beban dan performa.Kata Kunci : Katamaran, trim, periode oleng, kecepatan, sudut manuver, plywood, fiberglass
Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Pembuatan Pembatas Antara Air Laut dan Air Tawar untuk Ketahanan Sumber Daya Air
The community empowerment program in Tunjungrejo Village, Margoyoso, Pati, focuses on building a barrier between saltwater and freshwater to support the sustainability of agriculture and aquaculture. This program aims to address the irrigation issues faced by local residents, particularly the need for saltwater in fish ponds and freshwater in rice fields. KKN Team 38 from Universitas Muria Kudus participated in this activity by conducting surveys, measurements, and constructing the water barrier. The program not only helps maintain ecosystem balance and improve the efficiency of water resource management, but also encourages active community participation in its implementation. The results of this activity have had a positive impact on the sustainability of agriculture and aquaculture in the village, while also increasing public awareness of the importance of environmental preservation.Program pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Tunjungrejo, Margoyoso Pati melalui pembuatan pembatas antara air asin dan air tawar bertujuan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan pertanian dan perikanan. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah irigasi yang dihadapi masyarakat setempat, terutama karena kebutuhan akan air asin untuk tambak dan air tawar untuk sawah. Tim KKN 38 dari Universitas Muria Kudus terlibat dalam kegiatan ini dengan melakukan survei, pengukuran, serta pembangunan pembatas air. Progam ini tidak hanya membantu menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan sumber daya air, tetapi juga melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam proses pembangunannya. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berdampak positif terhadap keberlanjutan usaha pertanian dan perikanan di desa tersebut, sekaligus meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan

In addition to formal and non-formal education, English language skills in this modern era can also be improved in various ways, both structured and independent. One way that can be done to improve English skills independently is by listening to English songs. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of listening to English songs on improving English language skills. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The study was conducted on English Education students at Muria Kudus University. Based on the results of the study obtained from 83 research respondents who attended, it can be seen that listening to English songs can improve English listening, pronunciation, reading, understanding and writing skill
Peningkatan Hasil Belajar IPAS melalui Model PBL dengan Media Diorama pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar
This study aims to describe the improvement of teacher skills and science learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN Jambean 01 through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model with diorama media. The PBL model is used to train students in solving problems through group work and discussion, while the diorama media helps illustrate concepts realistically, especially in the material of biological diversity concepts. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in two cycles. The subjects of the study were fourth-grade students and teachers as researchers. Data collection techniques included observation, tests, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used were pretest, posttest, and observation sheets of teacher and student activities. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study showed an increase in teacher teaching skills from 53% (sufficient) to 86% (good) after strategy improvements in cycle II. The average value of student learning outcomes increased from 50 (pre-cycle) to 85 (cycle II), with classical completeness reaching 92%. Students' science skills also increased from 64% to 80%, especially in the indicator of drawing conclusions. The application of the PBL model assisted by dioramas has proven effective in improving the learning outcomes and science skills of fourth grade students
A CASE STUDY ON NEW VEHICLE INVESTMENT FOR THE TOURIST TRANSPORTATION RENTAL BASED ON BWM AND SAW
Article history : The rapid growth of the tourism industry, especially in Indonesia, has positively impacted various other sectors. This growth has indirectly spurred the development of supporting businesses, predominantly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), such as tourist transportation rentals. Rising tourist demands for transportation necessitate that entrepreneurs in this industry adapt quickly, including investing in the latest vehicle units. However, investing in new vehicles is challenging, especially for small-scale rental owners. They must carefully calculate their investment, considering various potential risks. Therefore, this study recommends alternatives for new vehicle investments in tourist transportation rentals based on BWM and SAW. A case study on small-scale rental businesses in Yogyakarta has been selected. The results indicate that five criteria must be considered for new vehicle investments in tourist rentals: vehicle type (C1), fuel consumption (C2), engine specifications (C3), rental price (C4), product lifetime (C5), and price (C6). The optimal weights of these criteria are determined using BWM to rank five investment alternatives: KIZ, HIC, AVZ, BRI, and SGR. The findings suggest KIZ as the potential top investment priority, followed by AVZ, BRI, SGR, and HIC

Karena praktik itu ada di mana-mana di dalam dan di seluruh masyarakat manusia, manifestasi sosial dan individualnya begitu beragam, dan pengaruhnya begitu mendalam, subjeknya sangat luas, melibatkan isu-isu dalam etika dan filsafat sosial / politik, epistemologi, metafisika, filsafat pikiran dan filsafat. bahasa, dan bidang filsafat lainnya. ANALISIS VIDEO EDUKASI BERBASIS BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION (B-MOOD) DALAM PEMBENTUKAN PERILAKU POSITIF ANAK
 Pendidikan karakter memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk perilaku positif anak usia dini, seperti disiplin, empati, tanggung jawab, dan kerja sama. Akan tetapi, tantangan utama dalam implementasinya yaitu kurangnya media pembelajaran yang efektif dan menarik bagi anak-anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas video edukasi berbasis Behavior Modification (B-Mood) dalam membentuk perilaku positif anak usia dini di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, analisis isi, dan wawancara mendalam terhadap 65 anak, guru, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum intervensi, persentase anak yang menunjukkan perilaku disiplin, empati, tanggung jawab, dan kerja sama masing-masing sebesar 32%, 28%, 30%, dan 26%. Setelah pemutaran video edukasi Simajiro selama 12 minggu, terjadi peningkatan signifikan, dengan disiplin mencapai 78%, empati 74%, tanggung jawab 80%, dan kerja sama 76%. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas video ini didukung oleh teori Behavior Modification dari Skinner, yang menekankan penguatan positif (positive reinforcement), serta teori Social Learning dari Bandura, yang menjelaskan bahwa anak-anak belajar melalui observasi dan imitasi model peran. Dengan demikian, video edukasi berbasis Behavior Modification terbukti menjadi media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam membentuk perilaku positif anak usia dini, memberikan alternatif inovatif bagi pendidik dan orang tua dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter secara lebih menarik dan interaktif di era digita
ASESMEN MINAT DAN BAKAT: KUNCI PENGEMBANGAN KARIER YANG EFEKTIF DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS
Assessment of interests and talents plays a crucial role in individual career planning, especially at the high school (SMA) level. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of interest and talent assessments in enhancing students' self-understanding, facilitating appropriate career decision-making, and increasing learning motivation. The research method used is a systematic literature study by searching various scientific journal databases, such as Google Scholar, using keywords relevant to interest and talent assessment, career planning, and high school students. The selected articles were analyzed in-depth to identify the benefits of interest and talent assessment, effective implementation strategies, and potential challenges. The results of the research indicate that interest and talent assessments can increase learning motivation, involvement in extracurricular activities, and awareness of career opportunities. The application of this assessment also assists Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers in providing more effective and targeted services. However, the implementation of this assessment also faces challenges such as limited resources, lack of student understanding regarding the benefits of assessment, as well as the validity and reliability of the assessment instruments used
"THE GILDED CAGE: SEBUAH TINJAUAN KRITIS ATAS DAMPAK TOXIC PRODUCTIVITY TERHADAP KESEHATAN MENTAL DAN KONSEP KESUKSESAN KARIER GENERASI MILENIAL-Z"
This research examines the significant differences between success stories in the workplace and the reality of toxic productivity in a harsh work culture by critically reviewing academic literature. Using the metaphor of a "golden cage," this research demonstrates how seemingly bright career achievements can stifle one's mental health. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature analysis, searching for references related to a work culture that glorifies constant busyness with toxic productivity, making the sacrifice of mental health commonplace for the sake of recognition from others. The research findings indicate that current "success" often rests on a foundation of exhaustion, loss of personal freedom, and an identity solely defined by how much one can produce. This research synthesises various academic perspectives to reveal the mismatch between the glittering veneer of success (social recognition, financial rewards) and the confining cage (anxiety, alienation, loss of meaning in life). This research contributes to a critical understanding of the need for a more human and sustainable redefinition of career success
COGNITIVE RESTRUCTURING AS A GROUP COUNSELING STRATEGY TO ADDRESS CAREER ANXIETY IN MADRASAH ALIYAH: A NARRATIVE REVIEW
This study narratively examines the effectiveness of Cognitive Restructuring in group counseling as a strategy to reduce career anxiety among Islamic senior high school students. As a core technique within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Restructuring focuses on identifying and modifying negative thought patterns into more rational and adaptive cognitions. Using a narrative review design, six empirical studies published between 2019–2024 were analyzed thematically, selected from Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Portal Garuda based on relevance to adolescents and CBT interventions. The findings indicate that Cognitive Restructuring consistently enhances self-confidence, emotional regulation, self-acceptance, and academic resilience, which collectively reduce career anxiety. Theoretically, this study reinforces the importance of cognitive counseling approaches within Islamic education and suggests integrating Islamic spiritual values in counseling practices. Future research should empirically test Cognitive Restructuring’s quantitative impact on career anxiety and readiness among madrasah students
