Get PDF2024年初頭より健常小児における深部膿瘍の増加を認めた．当院で経験した3 症例はいずれもA群溶血性連鎖球菌（GAS）感染症に伴う頭頸部領域の膿瘍性疾患であり，そのうち1 例からは高病原性株として知られるM1_UK 株が同定された． 3 例とも7 -11歳の学童で，発熱と病変局所の腫脹で発症し，造影CTで膿瘍形成を認めた．全例でアンピシリン・スルバクタム（ABPC/SBT）による抗菌薬治療を行い， 1 例では穿刺排膿を要したが，重症化することなく軽快した．M1_UK 株はGASの新興クローンとして注目されており，本邦でも検出報告が増加している．今回の経験から，小児の膿瘍症例の増加とM1_UK 株の関連が示唆された．departmental bulletin pape
