    KEANEKARAGAMAN SERANGGA AIR DI BENDUNGAN INDUK DAM KARANGDORO BANYUWANGI SEBAGAI SEUMBER BELAJAR BOOKLET

    Serangga air merupakan salah satu kelompok makroinvertebrata yang paling beragam di perairan tawar. Mereka menghabiskan sebagian atau seluruh siklus hidupnya di dalam air, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai indikator untuk menilai kualitas air. Hingga saat ini belum ditemukan penelitian yang spesifik mengkaji keanekaragaman serangga air di kawasan Bendungan Induk Dam Karangdoro Banyuwangi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Mengetahui apa saja spesies serangga air di Bendungan Induk Dam Karangdoro Banyuwangi. Menganalisis indeks keanekaragaman serangga air di Bendungan Induk Dam Karangdoro Banuwangi. Menguji validitas Booklet serangga air di Bendungan Induk Dam Karangdoro Banyuwangi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode jelajah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi jenis, jumlah, dan parameter lingkungan berupa suhu, DO, pH. Kemudian analisis data menggunakan indeks keanekaragaman Shannon-Wiener (H’), indeks kemerataan Evenness (E), dan indeks dominansi (D), yang dianalisis mengguunakan program PAST ver. 4.09. Hasil penelitian disusun menjadi booklet yang divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Terdapat 1.559 individu serangga air yang termasuk dalam 4 ordo dan 7 famili, yaitu Libellulidae, Coenagrionidae, Platycnemididae, Gerridae, Micronectida, Hydrophilidae, Ephemerellidae. Berdasarkan hasil analisis indeks keanekaragaman, diketahui nilai H’ sebesar 0,886 yang termasuk dalam kategori keanekaragaman rendah. Kata kunci: Booklet, Karangdoro, Keanekaragaman, Serangga air

    PENERAPAN SISTEM AGROFORESTRI DALAM MENDUKUNG KETAHANAN PANGAN DAN KELESTARIAN HUTAN (STUDI KASUS DESA PENOSAN SEPAKAT, GAYO LUES)

    Perubahan tutupan lahan semakin marak terjadi yang menyebabkan terjadinya penyusutan kawasan hutan. Hal tersebut dipegaruhi oleh berbagai hal seperti tingginya kebutuhan lahan pertanian bagi masyarakat dan kebutuhan ekonomi yang semakin meningkat. Desa Penosan Sepakat berada dekat dan berbatasan langsung dengan kawasan hutan lindung dan Taman Nasional Gunung Leuser, agar keberadaan kawasan hutan tetap terjaga sehingga diperlukan optimalisasi lahan dengan penerapan sistem agroforestri. Agroforestri mengintegrasikan tanaman berkayu dengan tanaman pertanian untuk menghasilkan manfaat ekologis dan ekonomis secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis komposisi tanaman dan kontribusi ekonomi dari pola agroforestri yang telah lama dipraktikkan masyarakat, khususnya pada dua petani yang mewakili pola tanam dominan di desa tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung ke kebun masyarakat yang menerapkan pola agroforestri dan wawancara dengan pemilik kebun sekitar kawasan hutan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat menerapkan sistem agroforestri dengan kopi sebagai tanaman utama yang dipadukan dengan tanaman Multipurpose Tree Species (MPTS) seperti alpukat, jambu air, mangga, nangka, lamtoro, dan kemiri yang dijadikan sebagai naungan pelindung kopi serta menambah pendapatan masyarakat. Pendapatan kotor Petani 1 mencapai Rp 45.200.000/tahun, sedangkan Petani 2 mencapai Rp 101.100.000/tahun, dengan kopi sebagai kontributor terbesar. Tanaman lain seperti alpukat, jeruk, kakao, dan nangka memberikan tambahan pendapatan sekaligus menjadi sumber konsumsi rumah tangga, sehingga turut memperkuat ketahanan pangan keluarga. Sistem agroforestri tidak hanya meningkatkan diversifikasi sumber pendapatan, tetapi juga mengurangi kebutuhan pembukaan lahan baru serta meningkatkan keberlanjutan pengelolaan lahan masyarakat.     DINAMIKA KONFLIK MANUSIA-SATWA DALAM KONTEKS KETAHANAN PANGAN DI KAWASAN EKOSISTEM LEUSER

    Kawasan Ekosistem Leuser (KEL) merupakan bentang alam tropis penting yang menyediakan berbagai jasa ekosistem, khususnya dalam menopang ketahanan pangan masyarakat di wilayah penyangga. Dalam praktik lapangan, peningkatan kebutuhan lahan pertanian akibat tekanan ekonomi sering kali mendorong konversi hutan yang tidak terencana, sehingga memicu konflik manusia–satwa. Konflik ini tidak hanya mengancam keberadaan satwa kunci seperti orangutan, gajah, dan harimau sumatera, tetapi juga berdampak langsung terhadap produktivitas pertanian dan stabilitas penghidupan masyarakat. Berdasarkan pengalaman pengelolaan dan pemantauan konflik di KEL, perkembangan teknologi digital seperti UAV/drone, sistem SMART, kamera trap, serta model prediksi berbasis kecerdasan artifisial mulai menunjukkan potensi untuk memperkuat upaya mitigasi konflik. Artikel ini mengulas keterkaitan antara ekspansi pertanian, dinamika konflik manusia–satwa, pendekatan koeksistensi, serta peluang pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam mendukung mitigasi konflik di KEL. Hasil kajian menegaskan bahwa penguatan koeksistensi berbasis lanskap, yang dikombinasikan dengan inovasi teknologi dan pengelolaan ruang sensitif risiko, menjadi kunci untuk menyeimbangkan kebutuhan manusia dan konservasi satwa liar di Kawasan Ekosistem Leuser.     STUDI TAKSONOMI TUMBUHAN TINGGI FAMILI MALVACEAE DI KAWASAN OBJEK WISATA BRAYEUNG, LEUPUNG, ACEH BESAR

    Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan tingkat keanekaragaman hayati tertinggi, termasuk tumbuhan dari famili Malvaceae yang memiliki nilai ekonomi serta khasiat sebagai obat tradisional. Kawasan Wisata Brayeung di Kecamatan Leupung, Aceh Besar, merupakan wilayah pegunungan dengan sungai, hutan, dan perbukitan yang menyediakan berbagai tipe habitat alami bagi pertumbuhan vegetasi, namun data mengenai spesies Malvaceae di kawasan ini masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis tumbuhan famili Malvaceae yang terdapat di Kawasan Wisata Brayeung. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada November 2025 menggunakan metode survei eksplorasi melalui penjelajahan lokasi dan pendokumentasian tumbuhan Malvaceae menggunakan foto dan video. Identifikasi dilakukan di Laboratorium Pendidikan Biologi Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya 4 spesies Malvaceae di kawasan tersebut, yaitu Durio zibethinus L., Hibiscus rosa-sinensis, Pentace sp., dan Pterospermum javanicum, yang masing-masing memiliki karakter morfologi khas, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kawasan Wisata Brayeung merupakan habitat yang mendukung keberadaan berbagai jenis Malvaceae dan memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai sumber edukasi mengenai keanekaragaman hayati lokal.     Pendekatan Al-Qur'an dan Hadits Untuk Memahami Tantangan Mental Perempuan Childfree di Tengah Nilai Agama

    Pilihan untuk menjadi childfree sering kali memunculkan tantangan mental bagi perempuan, terutama di tengah nilai agama yang mendukung keluarga sebagai institusi utama dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan mental yang dialami perempuan childfree dengan pendekatan Al-Qur'an dan Hadis, menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka (library research). Penelitian ini memusatkan perhatian pada ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an dan hadis yang relevan serta literatur pendukung tentang childfree, tantangan psikologis, dan perspektif keagamaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perempuan childfree menghadapi tekanan sosial, stigma, dan konflik internal yang berakar dari interpretasi nilai agama. Namun, Al-Qur'an dan Hadis memberikan panduan tentang kebebasan memilih, keadilan, dan tanggung jawab personal yang dapat membantu mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Simpulan utama dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pendekatan konseling berbasis nilai Al-Qur'an dan Hadis untuk mendukung perempuan childfree dalam menghadapi tantangan mental di tengah tekanan nilai agama.Kata kunci: Perempuan Childfree, Tantangan Mental, Konseling Islam

    Division of Joint Assets Based on the Implementation of Responsibilities: Analysis of Sharia Court Decisions Based on Jurisprudence and Their Legal Implications in Banda Aceh

    The distribution of joint property after divorce is no longer solely based on Article 97 of the Compilation of Islamic Law, which provides for an equal division between the wife and the husband. Through Supreme Court jurisprudence Number 266 K/AG/2010 and Number 78 K/AG/2021, joint property has instead been allocated in a larger proportion to the wife. In Jurisprudence Number 266 K/AG/2010, the distribution was set at three-quarters for the wife and one-quarter for the husband, while Jurisprudence Number 78 K/AG/2021 allocated 70% to the wife and 30% to the husband. A similar paradigm departing from Article 97 of the Compilation of Islamic Law is also found in the practice of the Banda Aceh Sharia Court, notably in Decision Number 279/Pdt.G/2022/MS.Bna, which awarded a larger share of joint property to the wife. This study aims to analyze the reinterpretation of judges in the distribution of joint property and to develop a model of joint property distribution based on the implementation of responsibility and the principle of proportionality. This research employs empirical legal research using conceptual and statutory approaches. The data were obtained through interviews with judges of the Banda Aceh Sharia Court and an examination of relevant judicial decisions. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively by examining field findings and correlating them with Supreme Court jurisprudence. The findings indicate that judges’ reinterpretation of joint property distribution is grounded in considerations of how husbands and wives fulfilled their responsibilities during the marriage. Husbands are deemed irresponsible when there is proven neglect of family obligations toward their wives and children. This study also proposes a model for the development of joint property distribution based on the implementation of responsibility and proportionality. The implications of these findings suggest the need for adjustments in the application of the law to accommodate contextual justice, while also considering its impact on the protection of the rights of both husbands and wives in the post-divorce distribution of joint property

    Ritual Contestation in Contemporary Acehnese Islam: An Ethnography of Fasting and Pilgrimage Practices in Blang Pu’uk, Nagan Raya, Aceh, Indonesia

    Islamic ritual practices such as fasting and pilgrimage (ḥajj) are normatively codified within Islamic jurisprudence. Nevertheless, these normative frameworks are not uniformly enacted across Muslim societies. This article examines localized and contested religious practices within the Muslim community of Blang Pu’uk Kulu Village, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh, Indonesia, where fasting is observed without ifṭār and pilgrimage rituals are performed locally within a dayah during the ḥajj season. Employing a qualitative approach grounded in ethnographic observation and in-depth interviews, this study examines the modalities of ritual performance, the sociohistorical conditions that sustain these practices, and their implications for communal religious life. The findings demonstrate that these rituals are embedded within a hereditary religious tradition and are construed by adherents as ascetic disciplines aimed at cultivating spiritual proximity to God, sustaining perpetual repentance, achieving inner serenity, and preparing for death (sakharāt al-mawt). From a normative Islamic legal perspective, these practices provoke substantial doctrinal debate, particularly regarding the absence of ifṭār during fasting and the permissibility of chewing betel leaves during daylight hours to facilitate continuous dhikr. Likewise, the localized enactment of pilgrimage rituals such as circumambulation around a Kaʿbah-like structure and the conferment of the designation “minor ḥajj” constitutes a departure from orthodox Islamic requirements. However, practitioners categorically reject interpretations framing these practices as deviant. Drawing on Pierre Bourdieu’s concept of habitus, this article argues that these ritual practices function as embodied religious dispositions reproduced through collective memory and socialization. Despite external accusations of doctrinal deviation, the community’s religious authority and symbolic capital remain intact, enabling the sustained reproduction of these practices across generations.

    Reinterpretation of The Family in Inheritance Law Towards Sisters From The Perspective of The Hadith

    This paper aims to analyze the reinterpretation of the concept of family in the division of inheritance law related to the status of the mother's sister from the perspective of the hadith. The mother's sister in inheritance law is included in the group of dzawi al-arhām. The main issues studied in this article are the concept of family, especially regarding mother and sister in inheritance law and the interpretation of hadith texts in relation to the concept of dzawi al-arhām in contemporary Islamic law. This research uses a normative legal method, while the approach is hermeneutic as an analytical tool directly related to the interpretation of the text, so that the meaning of the text is by investigating every detail of the interpretation process. The data refers to verses of the Qur'an, hadiths, opinions of scholars, journal articles and books. The results of the study indicate that Islamic legal thought is influenced by the dominant discourse that developed at that time regarding male superiority, and in the formation of Islamic law, the discourse of male dominance has not been discussed. Evaluation of preferences among Islamic legal scholars towards patriarchy can be seen in four aspects: genealogy, transmission of knowledge, culture, and the formation of historical discourse in Islam that is androcentric. The interpretation of the family reflects a historical-sociological reality that is highly dependent on place and time. The definition of family is not based on biological (natural) factors, but rather on socio-cultural considerations, or in other words, gender. Based on the analysis above, in terms of both quantity and quality, this hadith can be categorized as a mashhur and sahih hadith, and it can be used as a legal reference. Therefore, based on this reinterpretation of the concept of family, it is appropriate that the mother's sister is entitled to a share of the inheritance, the mandatory will mechanism can be considered

    Implementation of the Ta’zir Principle in Applying the Arabic Language: A Study of Students at Islamic Boarding School of Daarul Faqih Tahfidz Qur’an

    This research aims to analyze the implementation of the ta’zir principle in applying disciplinary sanctions regarding Arabic language usage among new students at Daarul Faqih Qur’an Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School, Ranomeeto, South Konawe Regency. A qualitative-descriptive approach was used, involving participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The study was conducted throughout the even semester of the 2024 academic year, involving 15 new students as primary subjects and three supervising ustaz who intensively monitored daily discipline. The results indicate that minor physical and non-physical sanctions were proportionally enforced to cultivate awareness and responsibility among students. While the implementation of ta’zir effectively increased students' motivation and habitual use of Arabic, it also triggered psychological fear and stress, especially among new students undergoing adaptation. The firm attitude of supervisors and the active involvement of teachers or ustaz served as critical supporting factors for the effectiveness of the disciplinary system. However, obstacles such as inconsistent supervision, student fatigue, and a tendency to conceal violations hindered fluent communication. Overall, this research reveals that the ta’zir principle effectively promotes Arabic language discipline, although it requires a humane approach and continuous support from teachers or ustaz to optimize the Arabic language culture development among students

    Rabbatu al-Bayt (Guardians of the Home): The Role of Mothers in Fostering Planetary Health Education from an Islamic Family Perspective

    This study investigates the pivotal role of mothers in Islam, referred to as Rabbatu al-Bayt (Guardians of the Home), in promoting and nurturing Planetary Health Education within the household. The study demonstrates how mothers can have a substantial impact on the well-being of their families and the environment by examining the intersection of women’s roles in health and the environment from Islamic teachings. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research, with data collected from books, journal articles, and documents that examine Qur’anic verses and Prophetic traditions. The analysis is guided by Islamic epistemology and thematic analysis, focusing on identifying the spiritual (tawḥīd), legal (fiqh), and ethical (akhlāq) foundations that mothers use to promote holistic wellness. Key findings show that mothers contribute to a variety of health outcomes, including spiritual, emotional, physical, and environmental well-being. Their responsibilities include internal and external purifying/cleaning education, menstrual hygiene management, waste management (recycling and composting), energy and water conservation, and the avoidance of companion animal-related diseases in the home. This research highlights the potential of infusing Islamic teachings with contemporary Planetary Health Education to promote sustainable living by empowering family institutions, especially mothers, with Islamic knowledge and scientific information
