TATAKELOLA EDUWISATA CAGAR BUDAYA
Cultural heritage with the concept of Edutourism development is a special concern that must be supported by the Government Governance which is good for keeping local, tourism development and community economic improvement around tourism. This writing aims to find out the governance for the development of Edu Tourism in Tenjolaya Sub-District, Bogor Regency. The method used several steps including observation, preparation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), counselling and training accompanied by a pre-test and post-test. The results of this service are generally that governance training activities are quite effective, namely that there is a significant increase in knowledge among participants with a percentage increase in knowledge and skills of 13.28%. This increase in knowledge has implications for increasing awareness of cultural heritage Edutourism management so that tourism awareness groups (pokdarwis) can be formed to govern tourism development in Tenjolaya Sub-District
Kajian Pengolahan Nilam (Patchouli) Menggunakan Metode Penyulingan Uap di Kecamatan Poleang Utara Kabupaten Bombana
This study examines the processing of patchouli oil using the steam distillation method in North Poleang District, Bombana Regency. Data collection methods: (a) observation; (b) interviews); (c) questionnaires; and (d) documentation. The method in this study is to describe the processing of patchouli oil using the steam distillation method. The results showed the processing of patchouli oil using the steam distillation method in North Poleang District, Bombana Regency. Distilleries are used with water and steam distillation systems. Distil water and steam through a kettle filled with water to the limit of the filter and patchouli leaves on the filter. Then the water is heated and produces steam passing through the material and flowing through a stainless pipe. (a) Patchouli oil is obtained from the leaves, stalks, stems and patchouli plants. Harvesting can be done 6 - 8 months after planting in plants that grow well. Nilan harvest is usually done by pruning as high as 10 - 20 cm from the ground. Production of the first leaves and twigs is still low (about 50 - 75% of normal production). Done every 4 - 6 months depending on the rainfall and soil fertility; (b) drying is usually carried out by drying, the crop (pattern leaves and stalks) are dried in the sun for 5 hours followed by wind-drying for 2 - 3 days until the moisture content reaches 12 - 15%; and (c) direct steam distillation, in which the material is in a still boiler and water vapour is drained from the boiler at the bottom of the distillate. The duration of direct steam distillation ranges from 4-6 hours
Total Phenolic Content and Antioxidant Activity of Pasteurized Milk With the Addition of Centella asiatica Leaf Extract
Milk has a high nutritional value. Minimal processing that can extend the shelf life of milk is pasteurization, but it can damage the nutritional content of milk. One of the additional efforts to improve milk quality and maintain the nutritional content of milk is to provide additional active compounds that act as antioxidants for milk consumers and the milk product itself. The use of Centella asiatica leaf extract as an ingredient is because there are at least 139 active compounds. This study aimed to study the total phenolic content and antioxidant activity of pasteurized milk with the addition of Centella asiatica leaf extract. The research was carried out in two stages, namely making gotu kola leaf extract and making pasteurized milk by adding gotu kola leaf extract concentrations of 0%, 0.25%, 0.5%, and 0.75%. Product analysis included total phenol analysis using Folin Ciocalteau and antioxidant activity using the DPPH method. Adding Centella asiatica leaf extract can increase total phenolic content and antioxidant activity. The total phenolic content obtained by adding Centella asiatica leaf extract at 0%, 0.25%, 0.50%, and 0.75% were 0.58 mgGAE/g, 1.93 mgGAE/g, respectively 2.33 mgGAE/g, and 3.41 mgGAE/g. At the same time, the results of antioxidant activity were 7.68%, 31.93%, 37.57, and 40.35%, respectively
Analysis of Online Learning Student Activities Using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model through Lesson Study
Online lectures so far have been less effective and being less attractive to students often makes students passive, bored, and not enthusiastic about attending lectures. Students are not active in the lecture process will not achieve a learning goal. This study aims to describe the analysis of student activities with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model through lesson study in online learning. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Data validity techniques use triangulation techniques. Data is collected by observing techniques and recording student activities during online learning. Data analysis techniques present calculations in the proportion of observations on student activity. The implementation of research is carried out based on lesson study activities, namely plan, do and see. In the planning stage, model lecturers and observers agreed that the problem to be solved was online learning with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. Activities that will be observed 5 aspects, namely oral activities, listening activities, writing activities, mental activities and emotional activities. At the do stage, model lecturers carry out learning through the PBL model. The orientation of the problem is centred on the observation of integrated thematic learning in elementary schools. While the see stage shows the profile of student learning activities in online learning through the PBL model, namely oral activities of 86.1, listening activities of 96.3, writing activities amounted to 89.4, mental activities amounted to 86, and emotional activities amounted to 80.6. Based on the results of the research above, student activity through the lesson study-based PBL model can be categorized as high. This is inseparable from the collaborative role of lecturers in organizing learning, from planning to evaluation.
Optimizing the Growth of Porang Plants (Amorphophalus Muelleri) using a Combination of Market Waste Compost and Growmore Fertilizer
Porang (Amorphophalus Muelleri) is a tuber plant from Araceae family that is easily live in various types and soil condition. In the food industry porang flour is used as a thickening agent, emulsion stabilizer and gel former, while in the pharmaceutical industry it is used as a coating material. This was do the increased in demand for exports of porang tubers in the form of flour and chips. The increasing demand for porang, so that porang cultivation has economic value. The selection of the appropriate fertilizer is one of the efforts to increase porang productivity. Therfore, the aim of this research was to obtain the scintific data about interaction of organic waste market fertilizerand growmore fertilizer toward of vegetative growth of porang plant. This research used RAL Factorial have 2 factor with 3 treatments level each others were the first factor is doses of organic waste market fertilizer (0g/polybag, 200 g/polybag and 400 g/polybag) and the second factor is doses of growmore fertilizer (0 g/l, 1 g/l and 2 g/l). The parameters in this research were plant height, petiole diameter, number of petioles and number of lateral roots of porang plant. The result on this research showed that interaction of organic waste market fertilizer and growmore fertilizer was signicantly affected of plant height, petiole diameter and number of lateral roots, but did not significantly affected of number of porang petioles. The best treatment obtained from interaction of organic waste market fertilizer at dosage 400g/polybag and growmore fertilizer at a dosage 1g/l
COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN INCREASING TOURISM VILLAGES: PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PENINGKATAN DESA WISATA
Community participation has an important role in being involved in the management of a tourist village, if the tourism village is managed properly by the community, the tourism village in Kabandungan village can attract tourists to visit it so that the surrounding community can feel the benefits. The purpose of this community service is intended to provide counseling on community participation in improving tourism villages in Kabandungan village which have the potential to be developed so as to increase people's income. The activity method used is counseling, observation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) as well as pretest and posttest. The results in this service show that there is an increase in knowledge in the community to develop and improve further tourism villages. In the sense that the community has a high awareness of the potential of the village they have so that in the future it can increase people's income with an increase in tourism villages
PELATIHAN PEMANFAATAN APLIKASI MENDELEY DESKTOP UNTUK MENGELOLA REFERENSI KARYA ILMIAH MAHASISWA
References are the most important part of writing good scientific work. There are not a few scientific works that are not supported by relevant references. This is due to the lack of author skills in utilizing good reference management applications. Coupled with the various styles of reference writing, the writer often makes mistakes in writing references according to the appropriate style of the context. This community service activity aims to improve students' skills in utilizing the Mendeley reference management application as a tool for managing references. Service activities are carried out through three stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. Mendeley training activities are carried out in a hybrid manner, online and offline. The training participants were final-year students totaling 48 students. The results of the training activities included, first, students could improve their skills in managing references with Mendeley which could assist them in writing their final assignment. Second, there are several obstacles in the implementation of this training such as technical constraints in the form of an internet network, lack of power plugs, incompatible laptops, and limited space. Third, the trainees felt that Mendeley's training would be beneficial for the completion of their final assignment
SURVEI INDEKS KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT ATAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK JALAN PROVINSI BANTEN PADA WILAYAH KOLEKTOR PRIMER (WKP) II (SERANG-CILEGON)
One of the government's duties is to provide optimal public services for the community. To measure the level of public satisfaction with public services, an evaluation of the quality of public service delivery is needed, one of which is the highway which is under the authority of the PUPR Office of Banten Province. This study used a quantitative approach with respondents being provincial road users. with a total of 265 respondents, divided into 26 Provincial Roads in the Serang and Cilegon areas. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a combination of accidental sampling techniques. The results showed that the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method obtained the results from 29 questions, of which 5 questions were in quadrant I (High Interest, Low Satisfaction), Whereas 15 questions are in quadrant II (High Interest, High Satisfaction), while 5 questions are in quadrant III (Low Interest, Low Satisfaction) and there are 4 questions in quadrant IV (Low Interest, High Satisfaction). 3. Based on the analysis of the Customer Statistics Index (CSI), the results of the CSI Customer Statistics Index (CSI) were 74.75%.This shows that people who use provincial road services in the Primary Collector Area (WKP) II (Serang-Cilegon) feel satisfied.Pelayanan publik menjadi hal dasar yang paling penting dalam menggerakkan roda pemerintahan yang mengutamakan kedekatan pemerintahan dengan masyarakat melalui pelayanan. Kegiatan survei tersebut sebagai upaya mengukur tingkat kepuasan masyarakat sebagai pengguna layanan dan meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. Jurnal ini betujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan (masyarakat) atas pelayanan Publik yang diberikan berupa Jalan Provinsi oleh Dinas PUPR Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode metode kuantitatif non eksperimental. Akurasi dan keyakinan peneliti terhadap responden menjadi sangat urgent, oleh karena itu teknik pengambilan sample dengan purposive sampling dengan dikombinasikan teknik acccidental sampling, dengan dibatasi pada quota sampling sebesar 265 responden yang dibagi pada 26 Ruas Jalan Provinsi di wilayah Serang dan Cilegon. Adapun alasan menentukan jumlah 265 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) diperoleh hasil dari 29 pertanyaan, terhadap 5 pertanyaan berada kuadran I (Kepentingan Tinggi, Kepuasan Rendah), Sedangkan 15 pertanyaan di kuadran II (Kepentingan Tinggi, Kepuasan Tinggi), Sedangkan 5 pertanyaan terdapat di kuadran III (Kepentingan Rendah, Kepuasan Rendah) dan terdapat 4 pertanyaan di kuadran IV (Kepentingan Rendah, Kepuasan Tinggi). 3. Berdasarkan analisis Customer Statisfaction Index (CSI) diperoleh hasil CSI Customer Statisfaction Index (CSI) sebesar 74, 75%. PENGGUNAAN KONTEN INSTAGRAM UNTUK BRANDING UMKM AQILLAH BY RIA
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai upaya branding salah satu UMKM bergerak di bidang fashion yang mengusung konsep Bukittinggi Aqillah by Ria. Tujuan dari branding yang dilakukan adalah mengenalkan brand kepada audiens yang sudah ditetapkan. Salah satu hal yang dilalukan dalam upaya branding yang dilakukan Aqillah by Ria adalah dengan menggunakan konten pada Instagram. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahuia peranan sosial media khsusnya penggunaan konten Instagram pada brand Aqillah by Ria. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Circullar Model of Social Media menurut Lutrell (2016) yang meliputi share, optimize, manage, dan engage. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan konsep brand strategy menurut Knapp (2000) yang meliputi penilaian brand, brand promise, brand blueprint, kulturasi brand, dan keunggulan brand. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan konten dengan tahapan share yaitu dengan memilih Instagram untuk menyebarluaskan informasi, optimize yaitu berisi foto dan vidio dalam kontennya, manage, yaitu melihat reaksi dari audiens, serta engage yaitu bekerja sama dengan puteri Indonesia 2022. Dalam branding Aqillah by Ria juga melakukan tahapan strategy branding seperti melakukan penilaian brand, melakukan brand promise, menentukan brand blueprint, dan keunggulan brand.
 
KOMPETENSI KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL MARKETING OFFICER DALAM MENINGKATKAN LOYALITAS NASABAH UMKM
Dalam dunia bisnis dan pemasaran, komunikasi menjadi pondasi dasar bagi setiap pelaku, bukan hanya dalam hal penjualan produk dan jasa, komunikasi juga berperan dalam menjaga hubungan baik dengan nasabah baru dan nasabah lama. Sangat penting bagi Marketing Officer dapat menguasai kompetensi komunikasi interpersonal dalam pekerjaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui indikator apa saja yang dimainkan dalam kompetensi komunikasi interpersonal Marketing Officer di PT. Sarana Sumut Ventura, dan faktor tertentu dimungkinkan sebagai upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode Kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa kompetensi komunikasi Interpersonal officer marketing memiliki hubungan dengan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Spitzherg Cupac dalam Devito (1997) dengan indikator motivasi, pengetahuan dan skill
