    Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a company's commitment to participate in economic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a company's commitment to participate in economic development that adjusts the achievement of economic performance with social and environmental performance. CSR is expected to have an impact on the welfare of the community after receiving the program from the company. Tanon Hamlet, Ngrawan Village is one of the recipients of the CSR program of PT. Astra International through the Kampung Berseri Astra (KBA) program. From the observations, the CSR program has had an impact on the community. However, there is no research that proves the truth. This study aims to: 1) knowing the implementation of the CSR program provided by PT. Astra International towards the whole community and village government. 2) knowing the impact of the CSR program of PT. Astra International towards the welfare of society. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data were obtained by conducting in-depth interviews with KBA managers, village heads, and communities receiving CSR programs. Test the validity of the data using technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of CSR consisted of Stage I, Stage II, Stage III, Stage IV, Stage V and 4 pillars consisting of: pillars of education, pillars of health, pillars of environment and pillars of entrepreneurship and evaluation; evaluation and rewards. In the implementation, it has fulfilled the triple bottom line concept. CSR PT. Astra International has a positive impact on people's welfare

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh customer experience terhadap revisit intention pada villa di alahan panjang, penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat revisit intention tamu yang menginap pada Villa di Alahan Panjang. Penelitian ini digolongkan kepada penelitian assosiatif kausal dengan metode survey Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, menggunakan teknik komunikasi tidak langsung dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 98 responden menggunakan skala likert lalu data diolah dengan cara metabulasi data dan deskripsi data menggunakan program SPSS versi 22.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel customer experience secara keseluruhan dikategorikan cukup baik dengan persentase 50%, variabel revisit intention secara keseluruhan dikategorikan cukup baik dengan persentase 37,8%. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel customer experience dengan variabel revisit intention. Penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat sebagai saran dan pemahaman lebih untuk pengelola villa mengenai pengaruh customer experience terhadap revisit intention yang berguna dalam meningkatkan minat tamu menginap kembali

    UTILIZATION OF COCONUT LEAVES WASTE TO BECOME INGKE STICK PLATE

    West Lombok is one of the regencies with the largest coconut producer in West Nusa Tenggara. The prioritized priority is young coconuts and old coconuts, usually for the coconut milk to be taken and direct consumption for vegetables and wet snacks. In addition to the fruit that people rarely know that also has potential, namely the bones of the leaves or often called sticks, these leaves are both dry and wet at the same time they are also harvested but not utilized. So seeing its considerable potential, assistance is provided to improve the skills and income of the community in Taman Sari Village through the making of ingke (stick plates). The mentoring method consists of 3 stages, namely counseling, training, and evaluation. The main target of this mentoring activity is mothers who live in the village of Ataman Sari, West Lombok. The results of the mentoring show that the activity was attended by 25 people with a companion team of 5 people so that each handled 5 participants. After the activities were carried out it was proven to be able to increase the knowledge of 75% and the skills of the community by 70% and in addition to knowledge and skills they were also able to make ingke independently. Inke produced not only for personal use can also be sold for additional income. The results of the evaluation show that the community needs to be assisted in the creation of other ingke plates so that the production results are more diverse

    Props have an important role in achieve a learning goal. Inside props science learning can be in the form of an Integrated Instrument Component (KIT). The challenge of the independent curriculum is that learning facilities are still lacking, and learning resources are incomplete, while the goal in implementing the Independent Curriculum is to train students' soft skills through various school and learning activities. SDN 1 Cicadas already has several Science KITs, but it turns out that the teachers are not optimally using teaching aids when learning Science. This study aims to find out how the Science KIT functions in supporting the Merdeka Curriculum. Data collected using a qualitative approach to the case study method with observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies.The final results of this study indicate that the Science KIT functions in helping teachers prepare lessons for Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) and making it easier for students to understand learning, improving the quality of science teaching and learning in elementary schools especially during this independent curriculum, developing human resource development programs, creating a fun, active, creative and effective science learning atmosphere. From the results of this study it can be concluded that The science kit at SDN 1 Cicadas comes from BOS funds with fairly complete availability. The function of the Science Kit is to improve the quality of teaching and learning, and to assist teachers in teaching and learning. While the advantages of the Science KIT are training accuracy and dexterity, helping and facilitating teachers, the weakness is that the Science KIT is easily damaged if it is never used

    Nagari Batu Bulek Tanah Datar district has an extensive sugar palm plantation, which stretches along the slopes of Mount Sago. However, they do not process the potential for an abundant harvest, because the community does not have the knowledge and skills to process fro and fro into various foods. So that abundant natural resources do not bring prosperity to them. Participatory assistance has been carried out to hone the knowledge and skills of the Lotus Farmers Group (KWT) and Cempaka Mekar Nagari Batu Bulek to apply high sugar preservation technology and natural ingredients, based on the zero waste concept. Before receiving assistance, this KWT member was only able to process fruit and fro into compote and ice and fro. After getting assistance, now the KWT members are proficient in making various jams and fro as well as dragon fruit syrup and eco-enzymes from peels and unused fruit scraps

    The first period of halal certification obligations according to Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 and its derivatives will end on October 17, 2024, including food and beverage products. Therefore, the halal certification process for products of micro, small, and medium enterprises needs to be carried out promptly. The aim of this research is to examine the factors influencing the willingness of agricultural commodity-based UMKM players to pay for halal logistics services. This study employs a quantitative approach with purposive sampling for data collection and SEM-PLS for data analysis. The research includes 350 respondents who are UMKM players based on agricultural commodities. The findings of this study reveal that, in addition to the variable knowledge on halal, other variables such as concern on halal, awareness on halal, perception of halal logistics, and service capability have a positive and significant influence on the willingness to use halal logistics services. Furthermore, the willingness to use halal logistics services can encourage halal logistics service providers to renew their halal logistics certificates. The research findings will be beneficial for policymakers and managers of halal logistics companies as it helps them understand the factors that drive the adoption of halal logistics services

    Sago crackers are a local food agroindustry product that is being developed into food made from sago to support food diversification programs. This study aims to describe sago crackers' processing and test consumer preferences for sago crackers to develop the sago agroindustry. Respondents used by student consumers and the general public were 20 consumers using the five senses in the form of taste, aroma, texture, color, and packaging. The consumer's preference level test was conducted through an organoleptic approach test. The analytical technique used is descriptive quantitative using a Likert scale. The test results showed that the assessment of sago cracker products with the highest taste attribute was 45% (like), the highest texture rating was 56% (like), the highest aroma rating was 46% (like), and the highest color rating was 45% (neutral). Meanwhile, the highest packaging attribute assessment was 60% (do not like). Thus, consumer preferences for the attributes of crackers are, on average good, except for the packaging attributes, which are not good, so the packaging attributes need to be improved. &nbsp

    Instant rosella anti-obesity drink is a beverage product in powder form, easily soluble in water, has a short rehydration time, practical in serving. This study aims to obtain an instant rosella anti-obesity drink formulation consisting of roselle extract, mangosteen peel extract, lemon extract and EGCG. This research was optimized using the Response Surface Methodology (RSM) method with a central composite design. Analysis of the formulation includes analysis of anthocyanin levels, levels of vitamin C in each formulation treatment. Based on the results of optimization of the anthocyanin and vitamin C content of instant anti-obesity drinks using the RSM method, formula 10 was obtained containing 4.75 g roselle, 0.2 g lemon extract, 0.5 g mangosteen peel extract and 0.0625 EGCG. This formula obtained anthocyanin levels of 895.72 mg/L and vitamin C levels of 53.3 mg/L with a powder drink pH of 2.

    Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah memperoleh pendapat otentik dari ulama kontemporer Sayyid Qutb terkait implementasi sistem bunga di perbankan konvensional, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan hermeneutika guna memperoleh pendapat Sayyid qutb yang tertuang dalam kitab Tafsir Fi Zilal al-Quran tepatnya dalam surat Al-Baqarah ayat 275 yaitu ayat yang membahas tentang riba. Penelitian ini akan mencari tahu pendapat Sayyid Qutb terkait dengan penerapan sistem bunga di perbankan konvensional ini dengan meninjau penafsiran Qutb dalam kitab Fii Zilal al-Qur’an. Dalam kitabnya, Sayyid Qutb sangat keras dalam menolak sistem bunga di perbankan dan menganggapnya sebagai bentuk rentenir modern yang memeras masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat dalam menambah khazanah keilmuan dalam bidang ekonomi Islam terutama pendapat ulama kontemporer mengenai sistem bunga di perbankan konvensional

    Policy Strategy for The Use of Cantrang Fishing Tools

    This study aims to: 1) recommendations on the use of cantrang fishing gear (API) in Paciran District, Lamongan Regency, East Java, 2) integrating a participatory approach for the government and cantrang fishermen in their activities. Quantitative method, and purposive sample selection. Data collection October - November 2019. 20 respondents were selected for the multi-criteria assessment. Stakeholders consist of central and regional regulators, fisherman groups in the research location. Stakeholders know the options for action, and produce: 1) program-based evaluation of policies; 2) Evaluation based on Policies to Scenario. Hypotheses: a) Conservation, b) Economy, c) Integration, d) Smartfish. Data were analyzed using Multipol. The revitalization program and product quality are closer to the fish map and fisherman training programs. Conservation policies, closer to infrastructure programs, marine tourism, fish maps, and fishermen training. Each policy scores on the scenario, superior production policies on the demand side scenario, raw material and income policies have a higher score on the supply side scenario. Best average score on revenue policy, followed by raw materials, conservation and production. Income, conservation, production and raw material policies can be implemented in supply-side and demand-side scenarios. Results of Actions and Policy, the highest scores on marine tourism, infrastructure, fishermen training, and fish maps; The results of Action on Policy, marine tourism are determined by fishermen's infrastructure, and the quality of fishermen's products, raw material policies, supporting infrastructure programs, fish maps, and fishermen's training with the highest scores. Development of raw materials, relying on infrastructure, fish map technology, fishermen training, so that fishermen are more reliable. Scenario and Policy Results, policies on income, conservation, production and raw materials, can be implemented in supply side and demand side scenarios (infrastructure and marine tourism)
