第三者承継とイノベーションの関係性に関する研究 ―石川県・新家製作所の事業承継事例より―
Full text link本研究は、中小企業の後継者問題が社会的課題と捉えられるなかで増加しつつある第三者承
継の事例をとりあげ、承継後に後継者が創造していくイノベーションの生成メカニズムを社会
的ネットワーク理論の観点から考察していく。中小企業の第三者承継の場合、譲渡側企業と譲受
側企業（本稿の事例では企業でなく個人）との間には「弱い紐帯」または「紐帯がない」場合が
多く、その間には「構造的空隙」が存在している場合が多い。本研究では、この「弱い紐帯」が
イノベーションを創発させやすくする要因となるとともに、第三者承継により事業を承継した
「構造的空隙」を架橋した後継者を中心としてイノベーションが創造される様を事例から浮き
彫りにしている。本研究の結果として、第三者承継は、承継者と会社との弱い紐帯によりイノベ
ーションが創発されやすいこと、第三者承継において譲渡側と譲受側には構造的空隙があり、そ
れを繋ぐ役目として、後継者は「境界連結者」となりえることが明らかになった。すなわち、第
三者承継はイノベーションを創発しやすいのではないかという、新たな仮説が導き出された。departmental bulletin pape

The school-age period for entering elementary schools in Japan was divided into early and late childhood, and emphasis was placed on fostering people who live for themselves. This means that in moral education that fosters morality, it is important to teach about moral values related to oneself centered on viewpoint A of the content item.
In addition, in the middle volume of "Emile", he preaches the education of adolescence and adolescence, which corresponds to the period corresponding to high school. Little by little, the vector will change in the direction of fostering "working people" who cultivate a spirit of compassion and empathy for others. 中国小説の生まれ変わり――日中合作映画 『安魂』の日向寺太郎監督へのインタビュー
Full text linkThe novel Requiem by Zhou Daxin, winner of the Mao Dun Literature Prize was adapted in the form of Chinese-Japanese cooperation. Initiated by Tian Yuan, a bilingual poet and translator living in Japan, the film was adapted by Japanese screenwriter Tomikawa Motofumi, directed by Japanese director Hyugaji Taro, and costarred by Chinese and Japanese actors such as Chinese national first-level actor Wei Zi, Chen Jin, and Kitahara Rie. As a film commemorating the 50th anniversary of the normalization of China-Japan diplomatic relations, it was released in Japan and China in early 2022. The film adaptation of Requiem breaks through the traditional mode of literature translation and dissemination, and provides a new paradigm and method for the overseas rebirth of Chinese stories. 島根県における領土・主権教育の現状に関する 担当者への聞き取り調査
Full text link韓国との間に竹島問題をかかえる島根県は、領土・主権教育で先導的役割を果たしてき
た。2017 年3 月に「小学校学習指導要領」と「中学校学習指導要領」が、2018 年3 月に
は「高等学校学習指導要領」がそれぞれ改訂された際に、竹島を含む領土問題の指導の充
実が図られた背景の１つに、島根県の長年にわたる国に対する働きかけがあった。国際社
会の基盤となる主権国家体系を理解するためにも、初等・中等教育の段階で領土・主権に
ついての基礎的知識を学ぶことの意義は大きい。他方で、領土・主権教育は、やり方を誤
れば容易に排他的ナショナリズムに結び付く。本稿は、排他的ナショナリズムへの結合を
回避した形での領土・主権教育のあり方についての知見を得ることを目的に、島根県の「竹
島に関する学習」の現状について、県担当者・関係者への聞き取り調査および現地での資
料調査を実施した。調査から、島根県の小学校・中学校・高等学校・特別支援学校で実施
されている「竹島に関する学習」は、嫌韓感情の醸成に繋がらないように配慮され、現場
の教員や生徒の中にも、そうした意識に基づき指導・学習に取り組んでいる事例を把握で
きた。

スクラッチカード機能を備えた新規 web テストシステム “Instant Feedback Test Creator” の開発とその効果検証
Full text linkWe have developed a new online tool “Instant Feedback Test Creator” for the
Individual Readiness Assurance Test (IRAT) and Group Readiness Assurance Test
(GRAT) on Team-Based Learning (TBL). One of the main characteristics of TBL is the
process of providing immediate feedback to groups during GRAT to improve learning
outcomes among students. Many educators have traditionally used the paper-based
“scratch-off cards” for immediate feedback during GRAT. The online tool allows
educators to switch from paper-based to digital scratch-off cards, thereby to reduce the
effort to create the test.
The online tool has the ability to create not only digital scratch-off card typed test
for GRAT but also digital multiple-choice typed test for IRAT. It is available free of
charge from the official website of Hokuriku University as an “open education” program.
We will report on the functional features, how to use, and learning effect of the online
