10 歳までの人権教育の重要性
Human rights education is not practiced in classes as a subject in Japan. If you ask me if I don't teach anything in schools, the reality is that it is not a subject like student guidance or food education, but is practiced beyond the curriculum. It is thought that this human rights education is only taught in some regions and historical backgrounds, such as Buraku discrimination and Ainu people. However, in order to solve the problems raised as an issue of education in post-coronavirus Japan, it is necessary to provide early human rights education up to the age of 10. For example, in order to realize the flow of individually optimal learning and collaborative learning, it is important to provide guidance based on an understanding of the issues that each student is facing. In order to understand these individual issues, it is important to cultivate a sense of human rights and awareness so that human rights can be protected
in the educational environment in which each student is placed. In particular, this paper discusses the significance of enhancing human rights education by the middle grades of elementary school. The age of the child, 10 years old, which is introduced from some data, is a key point. I hope that many elementary school education practitioners will understand this reality and make use of it to enhance human rights education in the lower and middle grades of elementary school up to the age of 10 as soon as possible.departmental bulletin pape
日本人薬学生を対象とした英会話授業の事例研究 ―OSCE を見据えた取り組み―
It has been mandatory for the fourth-year pharmacy students to pass both Computerbased Testing (CBT) and Objective Structural Clinical Examination (OSCE) since the 2006 academic year in accordance with the reform of pharmacy education in Japan. It is a critical step for them in preparation for practical training at a community pharmacy and a hospital pharmacy for 11 weeks respectively at the fifth-year course.
The purpose of this paper is to clarify how a CLIL approach affects the fourth-year pharmacy students’ engagement and performance in English conversation class
conducted by two faculty members, an English teacher and a coordinator of the practical training at a private university in Japan. Making scenarios in clinical settings
and roleplaying between a pharmacist and a patient in English, which are connected
to the pre-practical training, should also help improve the students’ L1 communicative
competence and ease their apprehension about OSCE. That’s what the two instructors
have been expecting. I intend to discuss how to manage the class consisting of more
than 70 students with different English levels and different motivation by analyzing
their self-reflection journals and the questionnaire results over the last three years.departmental bulletin pape
戦後日本のコメ政策と政治力学
戦後日本におけるコメ政策は、戦中から続く食糧管理制度に基づく食料政策と、農業基本法に基づく農業政策を中心に進められた。しかし、この二つの政策理念は矛盾していた。このためコメ政策は大きな問題点を抱え、不安定なものであった。この問題は経済原則にしたがってではなく、政治力学によって解決された。
この過程で政治力学は農水省・政治家・農協の「農政トライアングル」によって機能し、コメは政治の道具となっていった。この結果、経済的に大きな問題が発生した。すなわち、コメ過剰にもかかわらず高米価が続くという問題と、財政赤字にもかかわらず減反政策で補助金を出すという問題であった。いずれも経済原則では矛盾している、理解が難しい問題であった。コメの自由化を迫る国際環境に対し、消費を無視したコメ政策が継続され、そして農政トライアングルはさらに強固になった。いま農政改革で必要なことは、このトライアングルにメスを入れ、危険負担できる農業者(企業者)を生み出すことである。departmental bulletin pape

「日本社会に根差したウェルビーイングの向上」とマズローの欲求5段階説について-日本の文化的背景に注目して-
This paper discusses the gap between self-actualization, the highest level of Maslow's
hierarchy of needs, and the reality of Japanese school education and Japanese society.
In examining this, I focused on the words "Japanese social and cultural background"
and "harmony and cooperation."
In conclusion, I pointed out that in Japanese school education and modern society,
there are many people who have not achieved the previous levels when it comes to
achieving self-actualization, and that achieving self-actualization is fraught with
difficulties.
I also predicted that this tendency will continue to increase in the future, and
proposed two incentives for the theoretical practice of moral education in school
education, especially in high schools.: especially “the relationship of connections” and
