No full textThe author examines a few excerpts from Inferno (Cantos III and V) translated into Russian by V. Brusov, both in the context of perception of «The Divine Comedy» by Dante in Russia, and from the viewpoint of verse translation methods’ evolution. The text’s analysis on the metric level gives evidence of V. Brusov’s search for new poetic forms, both through renewing and overriding the world literature classical examples, which is typical for Russian modernism of early XX century

Get PDFتعتبر الثقافة الرياضية من المؤشرات الدالة على الرقي والتقدم في المجتمع، وللثقافة الرياضية أثر على الجانب الصحي، الاجتماعي، والتربوي، ويمكن تعريف الثقافة الرياضية بالمفهوم الحديث بأنها تعدت المفهوم البدني لتشمل المفاهيم النفسية والأخلاقية والجمالية والترويحية وهي وسيلة مهمة من وسائل تعميق صلة المواطن بوطنه وواقعه. هدف البحث الى بناء مقياس للثقافة الرياضية ومن أجل تحقيق الهدف تم تصميم استمارة استبيان وعرض محاورها على مجموعة من الخبراء الذين قدر عددهم (10) خبراء، وتم تطبيق البحث على عينة قوامها (463) فرداًعن طريق إطلاق المقياس إلكترونياً عبر موقع (Monkey Survey). أظهرت أبرز النتائج ارتفاع مؤشرات الثقافة الرياضية لدى أفراد عينة البحث، ارتفاع مؤشرات الثقافة الرياضية لدى أفراد عينة البحث من مختلف الجنسيات، أفضل درجات المقياس عند الذكور مقارنة بالإناث أعلى درجات المقياس للمرحلة السنية من (25-50) سنة. يوصي الباحث الى اعتماد المقياس لدى المنظمات العربية والدولية المعنية بالثقافة الرياضية، ومخاطبة الجهات المعنية بتطبيق مقياس الثقافة الرياضية على المستوى الدولي، والعمل على إجراء دراسات دورية لمستوى الثقافة الرياضية عالمياً وعربياً بإستخدام مقياس الثقافة الرياضية ليكون مؤشراً لعملية تطوير مستويات الثقافة الرياضية على كافة الأصعدة، وضرورة الإهتمام بنشر الثقافة الرياضية بين طلاب المدارس والجامعات، وضع استراتيجية لنشر الثقافة الرياضية، وإعتماد مساق (الثقافة الرياضية) في الجامعات كمتطلب دراسيSport culture is a pointer that shows the high quality of modern Society that affect health, social side, and education. Modern sport culture deals with more than body but with psychology, moral, and recreation, that is also away of deepen good citizenship. The research aims to build a sport culture scale, to do that a questionnaire was sent for (10) experts to give their ideas before appling it for a sample of (463) people via electronic site (Monkey Survey). Research results show high level of sport culture at the sample, for many citizen the level was high, males results were better than females, age (25-50) years have the best results. The resesrecher recommends to depend this scale for arabic and international countries that interested with sport culture, communicate with international institutions to apply it internationally, make continuous studies that deal with sport culture, spread the sport culture for Schools and Universities students, make a clear strategy to spread sport culture, make (sport culture) adopt course at the University level

No full textأحالت حكومة الآستانة، بعد إقرار تنحية" المتصرف السابع يوسف باشا، أشغال المتصرفية إلى عهدة الوكيل سعدالله الحويك في ١٥ تتوز ٢١٩١٢، ف هذا الوقت كانت الدولة العلية تعاني أزمات تترى، من أبرزها الأزمات السياسية الداخلية، وسقوط طرابلس الغرب في أيدي الطليان (١٩١١) وحرب البلقان (١٩١٢)... الأمر الذي حال دون التفات الباب العالي إلى الشأن اللبناي بالسرعة المطلوبة، وجعله يترك جبل لبنان لشأنه، معروما من مثل عن السلطة المركزية فيه (مذكرات أوهانس باشا ٢٠١٥: ٦٣؛ 67 et 65 : 19 ,IsmaiII979) مدة خمسة أشهر ونصف الشهر. وإبان إعلان شغور المنصب رسميا بدا تداول أسماء المرشحين لهذا الاستحقاق. فتبنت حكومة أحمد مختار باشا (أب ـ تشرين الأول ١٩١٢) ترشيح سينابيان أفندي، الذي استبعد مع سقوط الحكومة وتشكيل حكومة كامل باشا التي رشحت أوهانس قيو مجيان" ليكون متصرفا على جبل لبنان".In 1912, the Sublime Porte nominated Yohannes Pasha Kouyoumdjian to the position of Moutasarrif of Mount Lebanon. The ambassadors of the six European countries approved the new candidate’s name. Yohannes Pasha was thus given the rank of minister and was called Pasha. No full textتسلط هذه الورقة الضوء على القلاع في العراق خلال العصر العثماني، لمعرفة أنواعها ودراسة تخطيطها والوقوف على طبيعة عمارتها. وهي مجاولة جادة لدراسة جانب هام من العمارة العسكرية المتأخرة في العراق ودوافع بنائها المرتبطة بأحوال البلاد السياسية والعسكرية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية. ولا شك أن الوقوف على أمثلة من القلاع وتوثيقها يسهم في حفظها من الضياع بوصفها إرث حضاري يمثل فترة تاريخية معينة. ودراسة تخطيطها، بالمقارنة مع قلاع أخرى انتشيرت في مختلف أنحاء البلاد والأقاليم المجاورة أو البعيدة، تسهم في معرفة مدى التأثير والتأثر.This paper sheds light upon the Iraqi citadels during the Ottoman era through their typology, their plans and architecture. It constitutes an attempt to study an important aspect of the military architecture in Iraq and the motives behind its building, which are related to the country’s political, military, social, and economic context. The description and documentation of the citadels’ examples will certainly contribute to their preservation from loss, being a cultural heritage that represents a particular historical period. The study of their planning in comparison to other citadels located in different parts of the country and in the nearby or far regions, helps in knowing their degree of affectivity

No full textشددت الجماليات الحديثة على مثلات الفكر بدلا من «المادة المقدسة» للواقع اليومي. هذا التحول من « الجوهر الى الحذاقة» سمح للأبطال الحديثين أمثال هيرمان كارلوفيتش، بطل رواية فلادعير نابوكوف «اليأس»، الإنشغال بالنرجسية التي تتغاضى عن أحداث العالم الواقعي. يهدف هذا الإنشغال في البنية الروائية الى تشريع التعالي الجمالي المؤسس على الإلهام بدلا من العمل، وعلى الذاكرة بدلا من إعادة الهيكلة الخلاقة، وعلى الاكاذيب بدلا من الحقائق. إن الانفصام الحار للإلهام الأدبي عند كارلوفيتش إنما هو، في عرف نابوكوف، ضروري لإعادة هيكلة عمل الخلق الأدبي. غيرأن جهد الروائي للتواصل مع ما هو أبعد من الذات، إنما يفشل بسبب عدم فهمه أنه، بينما يمكن للفن أن يكون كذبا ملهما، فإن الحياة ليست كذلك. بناء على ما سبق، يقدم لنا نابوكوف نقدا للذين يجهدون في الدفاع عن الجماليات الحديثة التي تفهم الواقع بو صفه بمجموعة اتفاقات لا كو كبة من القوى التي لديها القدرة على وقف وشقلبة أفضل للمقاصد الإنسانية.Modernist aesthetics emphasised the representation of states of mind over the "blessed matter" of the everyday real. This shift from "substance to subtlety" licensed modernist protagonists like Hermann Karlovich from Vladimir Nabokov's Despair to engage in a narcissism that ignored real world contingencies in order to legitimate an aesthetic transcendence based upon inspiration rather than work, memory over creative reconstruction and lies instead of truths. The dissociative heat of Karlovich 's literary inspiration lacks the cool, remote thought Nabokov considered necessary for the associative work of artistic creation. His effort to communicate beyond the self fails because he never understands that while art may be an inspired lie, life is not.
