No full textVittorio Sainati fu allievo di A. Carlini, da cui ereditò l’impostazione antidogmatica e l’attrazione per un cristianesimo non riducibile a formule metafisiche. Per Sainati, il filosofare deve assumere una ben precisa configurazione ermeneutica, cioè dev’essere un’interpretazione critica di quell’esistenza umana che si esprime in molteplici forme. In questa cornice si sviluppa la “filosofia della teologia” elaborata da Sainati o, più specificamente, la sua “critica della ragione teologica”, attraverso cui egli mette in evidenza la crisi dell’assolutismo filosofico e teologico e promuove un approccio ermeneutico alternativo: esso non solo comporta un’opera di reiterata e radicale “de-mitizzazione” delle categorie attraverso le quali il kerygma si è venuto via via esprimendo. Implica soprattutto un’attività di vera e propria “trans-mitizzazione”, e richiede un sempre rinnovato impegno in tal senso.

Vittorio Sainati was a student of A. Carlini, from whom he inherited an anti-dogmatic approach and an attraction to a Christianity that cannot be reduced to metaphysical formulas. For Sainati, philosophizing must take on a very specific hermeneutic configuration, meaning it should be a critical interpretation of that human existence which expresses itself in multiple forms. Within this framework, Sainati develops the “philosophy of theology” or, more specifically, his “critique of theological reason,” through which he highlights the crisis of philosophical and theological absolutism and promotes an alternative hermeneutic approach. This not only involves a repeated and radical “demythologization” of the categories through which the kerygma has been expressed over time, but it also implies a genuine activity of “trans-mythologization,” requiring a continuously renewed commitment in this regard.

No full textDocente di storia del cristianesimo e teologia pratica alla Facoltà Valdese di Roma, Valdo Vinay è stato una delle figure di riferimento del protestantesimo italiano della seconda metà del Novecento. Molto vicino a K. Barth in termini di teologia sistematica, dal punto di vista storiografico ha lavorato intensamente sui classici della Riforma, quali Lutero e Calvino, ma anche sul protestantesimo italiano dell’Ottocento. Seguì con partecipazione le vicende del Concilio Vaticano II e si impegnò nel dialogo interconfessionale, collaborando con la Comunità di Sant’Egidio, il Segretariato Attività Ecumeniche, il Pontificio Ateneo S. Anselmo. Negli ultimi anni sostenne che la vocazione attuale del protestantesimo italiano fosse quella di stimolare il rinnovamento evangelico della Chiesa cattolica, posizione che lo rese una figura stimata ma piuttosto isolata nella sua comunità.

Professor of the history of Christianity and practical theology at the Waldensian Faculty in Rome, Valdo Vinay was one of the key figures of Italian Protestantism in the second half of the twentieth century. Very close to K. Barth in terms of systematic theology, he worked intensively on the classics of the Reformation, such as Luther and Calvin, as well as on Italian Protestantism of the nineteenth century from a historiographical perspective. He actively followed the events of the Second Vatican Council and engaged in interconfessional dialogue, collaborating with the Community of Sant\u27Egidio, the Ecumenical Activities Secretariat, and the Pontifical Athenaeum S. Anselmo. In recent years, he argued that the current vocation of Italian Protestantism was to stimulate the evangelical renewal of the Catholic Church, a position that made him a respected but somewhat isolated figure in his community.

Transformational leadership and exploratory innovation: The moderating role of intrinsic motivation and environmental dynamism
Full text linkThe study investigated whether transformational leadership influences exploratory innovation and intrinsic motivation and environmental dynamism moderate this relationship. While leadership’s impact on innovation has been broadly studied, specific effects of transformational leadership on exploratory innovation are underexplored in the literature. Further, the roles of intrinsic motivation and environmental dynamism as moderators are not fully explained in the literature. The study conducted in Sri Lanka intends to fill these gaps in the extant literature. A survey was conducted to collect data and statistical analyses were performed to test the hypothesized relationships. Findings revealed transformational leadership’s significant positive effect on exploratory innovation. Moreover, intrinsic motivation and environmental dynamism were found to significantly moderate this relationship. Environmental dynamism amplifies the direct effect of transformational leadership on exploratory innovation, particularly in highly dynamic contexts. The study contributes to the theoretical understanding of transformational leadership’s role in exploratory innovation and provides practical strategies for organizations to navigate the complexities of a rapidly changing technological landscape

Full text linkThe article aims at addressing the issue of the shift of the liability models in procurement chains from the natural person to the corporation. Drawing from the complexity inherent in the fragmentation of production activities and the coexistence of many corporations with employer status, the article proposes a modulation of the principal’s key duties based on the summa divisio between “internalized” and “outsourced” procurements, giving importance to the compliance programs for risk organization and management which, in a complex matter such as this, can make it possible to shift the center of gravity from the event to prevention and safety organization of the workplace in line with the principles of the corporate organizational fault and the due limitations of the corporate supervision duties to the extent of labour criminal law.Il saggio affronta il tema della traslazione dalla persona fisica all’ente dello statuto della responsabilità nelle catene di appalti. Traendo le mosse dalla considerazione della complessità insita nella frammentazione della produzione e nella coesistenza di diversi enti con qualifica datoriale, si propone una modulazione dei doveri caratteristici della società committente in base alla summa divisio tra appalti “internalizzati” ed “esternalizzati” attribuendo rilievo centrale al ruolo dei modelli di organizzazione e gestione del rischio i quali, in una materia complessa come questa, possono consentire di spostare il baricentro dalla realizzazione dell’evento alla prevenzione e all’organizzazione della sicurezza nel rispetto del principio di colpevolezza organizzativa e della conseguente limitazione dei doveri di vigilanza dell’ente agli effetti del diritto penale del lavoro

No full textPurpose. This study aims to provide a comprehensive and structured guide for Medium-sized Enterprises preparing to develop international markets. It introduces an incremental and circular four-step export management process that includes export readiness assessment, market selection, export business plan development, and implementation.
Design/methodology/approach. The study integrates various strategic tools and theoretical perspectives, including Porter\u27s Five Forces, PESTEL analysis, SWOT analysis, and the CANVAS model, to create a process-oriented framework tailored for medium-sized enterprises internationalization. The research draws from existing literature and practical insights to construct a detailed and actionable guide for practitioners.
Findings. The proposed incremental and circular four-step export management process delineates a structured pathway for medium-sized enterprises to navigate internationalization effectively. It emphasizes the importance of ongoing monitoring, value chain adaptation, and collaboration, providing a process-based framework that challenges traditional theories of gradual market knowledge accumulation and network reliance. The study highlights the Export Business Plan as a central element in the internationalization process.
Practical and Social implications. The framework offers practical implications for medium-sized enterprises training and development, providing a foundational structure for preparing employees and practitioners for international roles. It advocates for a balanced, data-driven approach that integrates subjective relationship-building with objective market research and strategic planning, enhancing resource utilization and increasing the likelihood of successful market entry. Additionally, the study suggests that internationalization should be viewed as a strategic, structured initiative, enabling Medium-sized Enterprises to anticipate challenges, manage risks, and remain agile in fluctuating market conditions.
Originality of the study. This study contributes a novel perspective by positioning the Export Business Plan as a central element of the internationalization process, enriching existing theoretical frameworks, and encouraging further research into the strategic planning aspects of medium-sized enterprises internationalization. It offers a fresh viewpoint that may prompt a reevaluation of traditional stage models, emphasizing flexibility and adaptability in medium-sized enterprises internationalization strategies
Adattamenti Strategici nella Gestione Culturale: Rafforzare la Resilienza Organizzativa e l\u27Innovazione nelle Industrie Culturali e Creative Romane

This study explores the dynamic interplay between organisational resilience and innovation within Rome\u27s cultural and creative industries (CCI) amid significant urban dynamics and cultural policy reforms. The research aims to understand deeper systemic challenges and transformations affecting CCIs and uncover strategies that enhance organisational resilience and foster innovation.
Design/methodology/approach. The study employs a mixed-methods approach to synthesise quantitative data from a specially designed questionnaire and derive qualitative insights from 33 semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders in Rome’s CCI. This methodological mix, supported by NVivo software for data integration and analysis, facilitates a holistic understanding of how cultural organisations navigate both longstanding and emergent challenges.
Findings. The findings reveal significant organisational agility across Rome’s CCIs, with entities exhibiting various degrees of innovation in response to shifting environmental pressures. Their strategic pivot towards more sustainable and resilient operational frameworks challenges traditional views on innovation that are linear and prescriptive.
Practical and Social Implications. The study underscores the importance of supportive infrastructure and financial mechanisms in the sustainability and growth of CCIs. Further, it explores how cultural organisations transform these challenges into opportunities for systemic growth and enhancing sectoral vitality, thereby emphasising a nuanced understanding of the complex interdependencies between cultural policy, organisational resilience, and innovation.
Originality of the study. This study highlights how adaptive resilience and targeted support can coalesce to foster vibrant and sustainable urban cultural ecosystems and provides a fresh perspective on managing cultural industries through a crisis, emphasising the role of innovation and strategic adaptation in sustaining cultural vitality.Scopo. Questo studio esplora l\u27interazione dinamica tra resilienza organizzativa e innovazione all\u27interno delle industrie culturali e creative (CCI) di Roma, in un contesto caratterizzato da importanti dinamiche urbane e riforme delle politiche culturali. L\u27obiettivo della ricerca è comprendere più a fondo le sfide sistemiche e le trasformazioni che interessano le CCI, oltre a individuare strategie che migliorino la resilienza organizzativa e promuovano l\u27innovazione.
Design/metodologia/approccio. Lo studio impiega un approccio di metodi misti, combinando dati quantitativi raccolti attraverso un questionario appositamente progettato con approfondimenti qualitativi derivati da 33 interviste semi-strutturate con stakeholder chiave delle CCI di Roma. Questo mix metodologico, supportato dall\u27uso del software NVivo per l\u27integrazione e l\u27analisi dei dati, consente una comprensione olistica di come le organizzazioni culturali affrontano sia le sfide di lunga data che quelle emergenti.
Risultati. I risultati rivelano una significativa agilità organizzativa all\u27interno delle CCI di Roma, con entità che mostrano vari gradi di innovazione in risposta alle pressioni ambientali in cambiamento. La loro capacità strategica di orientarsi verso modelli operativi più sostenibili e resilienti mette in discussione le visioni tradizionali sull\u27innovazione, spesso considerate lineari e prescrittive.
Implicazioni pratiche e sociali. Lo studio sottolinea l\u27importanza di infrastrutture di supporto e meccanismi finanziari per la sostenibilità e la crescita delle CCI. Inoltre, esplora come le organizzazioni culturali trasformino queste sfide in opportunità per una crescita sistemica e per il rafforzamento della vitalità del settore, enfatizzando una comprensione sfumata delle complesse interdipendenze tra politiche culturali, resilienza organizzativa e innovazione.
Originalità dello studio. Questo studio mette in luce come la resilienza adattiva e il supporto mirato possano convergere per promuovere ecosistemi culturali urbani vivaci e sostenibili. No full textPurpose. This research explores how and to what extent Italian listed SMEs disclose sustainability information. As public companies, these SMEs are supposed to be dynamic and competitive, and, according to the legitimacy theory, they should also be incentivised to enhance disclosure transparency across all forms of capital and impact. This paper aims to deepen the understanding of their disclosure practices, an underexplored topic in the SMEs context. Assessing the quantity and quality of non-financial disclosure is crucial for identifying the challenges these firms face in meeting new EU and national regulations, voluntary standards and the increasing expectations of stakeholders.
Methodology. This research focuses on annual reports and supplementary information available on websites to capture multiple aspects of sustainability reporting. It investigates the extent and forms of disclosure, offering a qualitative overview of reporting practices. A content analysis of sustainability information was conducted to evaluate the quality and comprehensiveness of the materiality assessment, considering the steps taken, methods and tools used, and the concept of materiality adopted.
Findings. This study examines the current state of non-financial disclosure among listed SMEs, revealing that they are still far from fully complying with the theory, recent regulations, and standards established by international bodies. In doing so, this research highlights limitations and gaps of current practice regarding both the quantity and quality of sustainability disclosure.
Practical and social implications. From a theoretical perspective, this study enhances understanding of SMEs\u27 willingness to engage in more integrated and transparent disclosure to gain stakeholders’ legitimacy. From a practical standpoint, it highlights the existing gap between theory and practice, clarifying the challenges SMEs face in adapting to an evolving and increasingly demanding regulatory environment.
Originality. This study contributes to the limited literature on sustainability disclosure in SMEs – a timely issue given the growing stakeholder and regulatory attention.Obiettivi. Questa ricerca esplora in che misura e come il reporting di sostenibilità venga adottato dalle piccole e medie imprese (PMI) quotate sul mercato Euronext Growth Milan, trattandosi di una selezione di imprese particolarmente dinamiche e competitive e, sulla base delle legitimacy theory (Patten, 1992; Suchman, 1995; O’Donovan, 2002), anche incentivate ad aumentare la trasparenza e a migliorare la comunicazione finanziaria e non (Dumay et al., 2019; Sciulli e Adhariani, 2021).
Metodologia. Questo progetto di ricerca ha comportato l\u27analisi di report annuali ufficiali e di altre fonti d’informazioni di carattere non-finanziario divulgate dalle imprese del mercato Euronext Growth Milan. L\u27obiettivo è stato quello d’intercettare tutte le forme di rendicontazione relative alla sostenibilità adottate, in attesa dell\u27implementazione della CSRD dal 2026. Lo studio ha incluso anche una content analysis dei report di sostenibilità di un sottocampione di 20 PMI.
Risultati. Questo studio descrive lo stato dell\u27arte della rendicontazione non finanziaria in un segmento particolarmente interessante di PMI, dimostrando che sono ancora lontane dal conformarsi pienamente alle aspettative, alla teoria, alle recenti normative e forniti dagli organismi internazionali. Questa ricerca evidenzia limiti e lacune della prassi, riguardanti sia la quantità sia la qualità della rendicontazione di sostenibilità.
Implicazioni. Questa analisi ha un doppio valore. Da una prospettiva teorica, contribuisce alla comprensione della propensione delle PMI a investire volontariamente in una rendicontazione arricchita e integrata per soddisfare le esigenze degli stakeholder e ottenere la loro legittimazione. Da un punto di vista pratico, invece, un secondo risultato consiste nell\u27identificare le lacune che ancora esistono nella prassi, anche alla luce delle sfide poste dai requisiti normativi emergenti.

No full textThe essay wants to offer a transversal and transdisciplinary map of some cultural products (presenting themselves as science fictions, dystopias, but also possible utopias), all released between 2018 and 2019, where the human is forced to confront with the new technology of the ‘machine’ – as Artificial Intelligence or android. In them, the appearance of new forms of ‘life’, which demand to be recognised and progressively develop strong ‘moral judgements’, calls for a reflection on the reconsideration of the community, the re-vision of the anthropocentric construction of the world, and the radical act of re-thinking the human and humanity in a more collective and sustainable way.
