Gibbs considers “the elephant in the room”, the issue we do not talk about, arebankers, industrialists, politicians and environmental activists focusing on green technology whobecause of economic benefit manipulate the population and create the green energy, the renewableenergy sources and the biofuels illusion even though they are neither renewable nor sustainable.Federovisky believes we are “the frog in the pan” that does not notice the changes around us, immersedin some stage of temperature rise on planet earth and that we could perish if we, as citizens, do nothave the necessary information to take the correct decisions. That is to say, become a society with thecapacity to intervene so the 15 countries responsible of the 75 percent of greenhouse gasses emissionsworldwide stop rising the temperature of the planet.Jeff Gibbs en El Planeta de los Humanos (2019) y Sergio Federovisky en Punto de No Retorno (2021)entrevistan a científicos, políticos y ambientalistas para demostrar que el impacto humano en nuestroplaneta se evidencia en el cambio climático generado por el calentamiento global debido a lasobrepoblación, el consumo excesivo y el crecimiento económico basado en combustibles fósiles.Ambos documentalistas argumentan que, si bien el medioambiente y el desarrollo sustentable integranla agenda política mundial y de las ONGs ecologistas, las emisiones de gases de efecto invernaderocrecen como consecuencia del modelo de producción impuesto por los países centrales. Para Gibbs“el elefante en la sala”, el asunto del que no se habla, son los banqueros, los industriales, los políticosy los activistas ambientales enfocados en la tecnología verde quienes por beneficio económicomanipulan a la población, creando la ilusión de la energía verde, de las fuentes de energía renovable,y los biocombustibles, aunque tampoco son renovables ni sostenibles. Según Federovisky nosotrossomos “la rana en el caldero” que no advertirnos los cambios a nuestro alrededor, inmersos en algúnestadio del aumento de temperatura del planeta Tierra y podemos sucumbir si como ciudadanos nocontamos con la información necesaria que nos permita tomar buenas decisiones. Es decir, ser unasociedad con capacidad de intervención para que los 15 países responsables del 75 por ciento de lasemisiones de gases de efecto invernadero a nivel mundial dejen de elevar la temperatura del planeta
Diagnosis of training needs for an assembly company developed at the TECNM campus, Fresnillo

Precise results were obtainedthat followed up on the recommendations made for each variable identified within the companythanks to measurement instruments such as surveys, data collected and conclusions obtained in thedevelopment and application of diagnostics. ‘Puros’ e ‘impuros’ en los inicios del Pop
Get PDFA sesenta años de la primera exposición de ‘arte pop’ en un museo estadounidense, y en el contexto del desprendimiento de muchos artistas respecto del expresionismo abstracto, analizaremos las distintas vertientes de esa reacción. Hay una clasificación que considera que la corriente neoyorquina serían los puros, enfocados en el hecho visual. La otra corriente integrada por los seguidores de los primeros “New York five” más los artistas de la costa californiana se denominarían impuros, volcados hacia una tendencia más centrada en lo objetual. La fascinación por nuevos intereses y modelos llevaron a estos artistas a tratar con cuestiones que nunca habían sido consideradas en el ámbito del arte. Toda esta indagatoria produce una modificación de los paradigmas de las representaciones visuales. Estos acontecimientos están enmarcados en la expansión económica del aparato simbólico de Estados Unidos en el período de posguerra.‘Pures’ and ‘impures’ at the beginning of Pop ArtAbstractSixty years after the first "pop art" exhibition in an American museum, and in the context of the detachment of many artists from abstract expressionism, we will analyze the different aspects of that reaction. There is a classification that considers that the New York current would be the pure ones, focused on the visual fact. The other current, made up of the followers of the first "New York five" plus the artists of the Californian coast, would be called impure, focused on a tendency more centered on the objectual. The fascination with new interests and models led these artists to deal with issues that had never been considered in the field of art. All this inquiry produces a modification of the paradigms of visual representations. These events are framed in the economic expansion of the symbolic apparatus of the United States in the post-war period.Keywords: pop art, United States, visual, objectual, new aesthetic paradigms
La lingüística queer estadounidense: lecturas y despliegues desde Brasil
Get PDFUn texto que suele tomarse como punto de partida de la lingüística queer es el capítulo introductorio que Livia y Hall escribieron para el libro Queerly Phrased: Language, Gender, and Sexuality (1997), del que fueron organizadoras. Sin negar antecedentes como el de Leap (1995) y el de Legman (1941), Livia y Hall proponen una lingüística queer que incorpora aportes de la teoría queer, en la que busca cuáles de sus principios son útiles para la lingüística y, a su vez, qué contribuciones esa teoría puede recibir de la lingüística. Formulada inicialmente en Estados Unidos, esta lingüística queer de Livia y Hall ha encontrado numerosos desarrollos en el mismo país, en Europa y en Latinoamérica. Nos centramos en registrar aspectos centrales de su recepción en Brasil, donde elegimos como foco de interés dos estudios recientes: los publicados por Borba (2020) y Lewis (2020). Nos interesa destacar en ambos casos qué leen los lingüistas brasileños en la lingüística queer estadounidense y el campo de problemas de la sociedad brasileña que piensan desde ese marco. Los años transcurridos entre la publicación inicial de Livia y Hall y los trabajos de los lingüistas brasileños mencionados permite apuntar también la ampliación de intereses y la productividad teórica y analítica de una lingüística queer cada vez más diversa que llega a identificarse con una teoría crítica del lenguaje. Abstract A text that is often taken as a starting point for queer linguistics is the introductory chapter that Livia and Hall wrote for the book Queerly phrased: Language, Gender, and Sexuality (1997), which they organized. Without denying precedents such as Leap (1995) and Legman (1941), Livia and Hall propose a queer linguistics that incorporates contributions from queer theory, in which they search for which of its principles are useful for linguistics and, in turn, what contributions that theory can receive from linguistics. Initially formulated en the United States, this queer linguistics by Livia and Hall has found numerous developments in the same country, in Europe and in Latin America. We focus on recording central aspects of its reception in Brazil, where we choose recent studies as a center of interest: those published by Borba (2020) and Lewis (2020). We are interested in highlighting in both cases what Brazilian linguists read in American queer linguistics and the field of problems of Brazilian society that they think from this framework. The years that elapsed between the initial publication of Livia and Hall and the works of the aforementioned Brazilian linguists, also allow us to point out the expansion of interests and the theoretical and analytical productivity of an increasingly diverse queer linguistics that comes to identify itself with a critical theory of language. La memoria histórica: el homenaje al Chacho en el contexto del primer peronismo provincial de 1946
Get PDFThis paper deals with the celebration of the tribute dedicated to General Ángel Vicente Peñaloza, "El Chacho",in Loma Blanca, La Rioja, Argentina. This event took place in November 1946, on the 80th anniversary of hisassassination; We can also contextualize it within a long tradition of commemorations of the caudillos andheroes in Argentina and in the Province, since the first decades of the twentieth century. In this sense, we willhighlight the first initiatives of historical vindication of this popular leader during the first Peronist governmentof of the province of La Rioja, focusing, briefly, on the cultural policy of Governor José "Pancho" Francisco deLa Vega, who had family ties with Peñaloza, Victoria Romero, other caudillos and referents of La Riojanrevisionism. This paper highlights the need to understand the process of constitution of the Llanisto hero. as aprocess sustained over time and made possible by the adhesion of different social sectors.El presente trabajo estudiará la celebración del homenaje dedicado al General Ángel Vicente Peñaloza, "ElChacho", en Loma Blanca, La Rioja, Argentina. Este acontecimiento se efectuó en noviembre del año 1946,a los 80 años de su asesinato; podemos, asimismo, contextualizarlo dentro de una larga tradición deconmemoraciones a los caudillos y próceres en Argentina y en la Provincia, desde las primeras décadas delsiglo XX. En este sentido, describiremos las primeras iniciativas de reivindicación histórica de este líderpopular durante el primer gobierno peronista de dicha provincia de La Rioja, centrándonos, brevemente en lapolítica cultural del gobernador José "Pancho" Francisco de La Vega, quien tenía vínculos familiares conPeñaloza, Victoria Romero, otros caudillos y referentes del revisionismo riojano. Within this framework, it restarts all the activity of the editorial workflow through the PKP Open Journal System and Open Monograph Press tools. Both solutions allow articles of UNLaR Ciencia and EUDELaR to resume their activity after an impasse in which the editorial work is carried out in a professional way from this cycle 2023 on.The software is available to all technical teams of National University of La Rioja journals and is extended to the entire university community of the UNLaR.La edición 50 de UNLaR Ciencia retoma su actividad después de un trabajo de dos años de la Revista en conjunto con la Editorial de la Universidad Nacional de La Rioja (EUDELaR).
