    Agricultural season 2021

    No full text
This dataset contains data collected during the 2021 agricultural season in the Lis Valley case study area (Portugal). The experiments were carried out in pilot fields at the Nuno Guilherme pilot farm, testing two irrigation strategies: (i) wet seeding with traditional continuous flooding (WFL) and (ii) wet seeding with alternate wetting and drying (AWD). It also includes data from a surface drip irrigation (DRIP) field tested at the Delfim Eugénio pilot farm. The dataset further provides the experimental field layouts and details of the cultivated rice varieties

Replication Data for: "H-ferritin nanocages: refined strategy for optimized protein production and purification"

    No full text
This dataset aims to collect all raw data published in the manuscript "H-ferritin nanocages: refined strategy for optimized protein production and purification" by Bonizzi A. et al. The scope of the work is to compare two lysis methods and purification protocols using the Clear coli BL21(DE3) strain as a source of HFn nanocages. Please refer to the related publication for details about the methodology of data collection and analysis. All data were loaded in a single file, in seven separate sheets (each related to a specific table or figure in the manuscript)

    Agricultural season 2019

    No full text
This dataset contains data collected during the 2019 agricultural season in the Bafra Valley (Turkey). In 2019, six irrigation management strategies were tested, with three replicates, considering two rice varieties: thus, a total of 36 plots (5x5 m2) were established. The six irrigation managements were: 1) WFL: water transplanted rice and continuous flooding; 2) AWD(-5): water transplanted rice and alternate wetting and drying (water tube threshold level at which the flooding condition was restored in the plot equal to -5 cm below the soil surface); 3) AWD(-10): water transplanted rice and alternate wetting and drying (water tube threshold equal to -10 cm below the soil surface); 4) AWD(-15): water transplanted rice and alternate wetting and drying (water tube threshold equal to -15 cm below the soil surface); 5) Drip irrigation 1.75 x pan evaporation (Epan); 6) Drip irrigation 2.0 x pan evaporation (Epan). The dataset also includes the experimental field layouts and details of the cultivated rice varieties

Replication data for Characterization of (broad-host-range) bacteriophages targeting multidrug-resistant E. coli and Shigella spp.: in vitro Potential

This folder contains the sequences of the bacteriophage used in the paper submitted in a peer reviewed journal. The general aim of the work was the application of the bacteriophage, the virus of bacteria, to control pathogen bacteria. The scope of the dataset is to provide information about the genomic information about the bacteriophage isolated during this work. The bacteriophages were isolated in Milan area from environmental sources. After isolation and characterization, were sequenced through Illumina technology. The paired-end sequence reads were generated using an Illumina iSeq 100 system. The whole bacteriophage genome was assembled with SPAdes (St. Petersburg genome assembler) version 3.14.0 (de novo assembly) and trimmed with Trimmomatic (RRID:SCR_011848)

Replication Data for: "Giacomo Verde. Attraversamenti tra teatro e video (1992-1986)"

This data set collects drawing for video installations and video theatre works from the 1980s. The data set brings together the first series of drawings originally on paper and now digitised, for video installations and for video theatre by the technological artist Giacomo Verde. It deals with the artist's ‘analogue’ period (1986-1992

This repository contains the raw NMR spectroscopy data for the compounds 1, 3a, 3b, 5a–5r, and 6a described in the publication. The dataset includes 1H NMR, 13C NMR, COSY, HSQC, and HMBC spectra for all relevant compounds. Additionally: Compounds 3a and 3b also feature 19F NMR spectra. Compound 5p includes a NOESY spectrum. All NMR data were acquired using JEOL/Varian VNMRS and Bruker Avance instruments
