Agricultural season 2021
This dataset contains data collected during the 2021 agricultural season in the Bafra Valley (Turkey). In 2021, two irrigation management strategies were tested, cultivating only one rice variety (Rekor CL). The tow irrigation managements were: 1) WFL: dry seeding and immediate field flooding + continuous flooding; 2) 2) AWD(-15): dry seeding and immediate field flooding + alternate wetting and drying (water tube threshold equal to -15 cm below the soil surface). The dataset also includes the experimental field layouts and details of the cultivated rice varieties

This dataverse include the Tandem mass tag LC-MS/MS proteomics dataset of changed proteins generated in the study: “Promoting Chemotherapy Sensitivity in Glioblastoma: The Therapeutic Role of Succisa Pratensis in the modulation of Pregnane X receptor Activity” by Francesca Servidio, Fabio Pirovano, Sofia Remedia, Chiara Pellizzer, Martina Nespoli, Bruno Galuzzi, Marcella Bonanomi, Sara Mallia, Mauro Commisso, Flavia Guzzo, Clarissa Gervasoni, Daniela Gaglio, Manuela Moriggi, Daniele Capitanio, Gloria Bertoli, Alessandro Giammona and Alessia Lo Dico.
Data were generated by LC-ESI-MS/MS with TMT isobaric labeling quantitation. Mass spectra generated on a orbitrap Fusion tribrid mass spectrometer (Thermo) were analyzed using MaxQuant software (Max-Planck-Institute of Biochemistry, Munich, Germany, version 1.6.17.0). Statistical analyses were performed using the Perseus software (Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry, Munich, Germany, version 2.0.11). For statistical analysis, ANOVA test and Tukey's multicomparison analysis with a p-value threshold of 0.05 were applied. To exclude the presence of false positives from the analysis, Benjamini–Hochberg false discovery rate test was applied

Agricultural Season 2021
This dataset contains data collected during the agricultural season 2021. The experimentation was conducted in two fields located at the Desmaisieres farms: 1) wet seeding and continuous flooding (Control); 2) 14% reduction in water inflow/outflow during whole crop cycle and 22% reduction in water inflow/outflow from day 100 after sowing (RT2). The dataset includes also the experimental layouts of the pilot fields and the rice varieties cultivated under each irrigation treatment
