Replication Data for: Benchmarking or spillovers: The economic vote before and during the Great Recession
During the Great Recession many incumbent parties were not confirmed in power by the ballots. The harsh law of the economic vote severely undermined their electoral chances. Yet it is unclear if they were punished by the absolute poor state of affairs, or by the relative deterioration of the economy; by a direct judgement of the domestic situation, or by its comparison with some external benchmark capturing more global dynamics; and whether or not the global crisis modified all these parameters. This exploratory analysis looks into all these issues using a dataset covering all the elections that took place in 38 democracies in the period 2000-2015, and contributing to the recent debate about the actual benchmarking of the state of the economy from behalf of voters. The Great Recession confirms its exceptional character, revealing that absolute reference points became more important than tailored benchmarks and short-term comparisons
Replication data for " On optimally solving sub-tree scheduling for wireless sensor networks with partial coverage: A branch-and-cut algorithm"
This dataset contains new benchmark instances for the optimization problem introduced by Adasme (2019) under the name Sub-Tree Scheduling for Wireless Sensor Networks with Partial Coverage (STSWSN-PC).
The instances are those addressed in Bianchessi (2022), in which a complete description of the procedure used to define them is also reported.
For more details see the REAMDE.txt file.

Replication Data for: Italy in the Council of the European Union: votes and statements
The Council of the European Union is considered to be ‘a consensus machine’. Yet, disagreements still happen at the voting stage, with abstentions, oppositions, and statements defining the positions of national delegations even at the end of long bargaining processes. This article explores the behaviours of Italian representatives in the Council from 1995 to 2019. The analysis uses roll call data to test expectations emerging from the previous comparative literature in the context of this more demanding single-country research design. Amongst the hypotheses, the results confirm that chairing the Council, and the partisanship of governments on the ideological and EU integration dimensions, are systematically associated with various ways in which opposition and dissent are expressed. Furthermore, we find that caretaker cabinets and government heterogeneity also reduce the likelihood of Italian disagreements in the Council
