This dataset contains the electrocardiograms (ECGs) collected for the COVIDSQUARED Project.
The objectives of COVIDSQUARED were: 1) to develop automatic computational methods for the extraction of COVID-related ECG biomarkers and to estimate the risk of fatal arrhythmic events in COVID patients, including those induced by pharmacological treatments; 2) to create a "cloud" infrastructure for sharing ECG data collected by clinical centres; the objectives will be achieved through the development of innovative data analysis tools integrated into a cloud-based data sharing service. ECGs are stored in the Waveform Database Software (WFDB) format described on Physionet.org [1].
Files can be easily opened in Matlab or python through the sample codes provided.
