Overview
This dataset contains both raw and processed data acquired from experimental mechanical tests and computational simulations.
The data is organized to characterize and optimize the mechanical behavior of auxetic and fracture-resistant metamaterial structures.
Experimental Data: Uniaxial tensile tests, synchronized high-resolution video recordings, and digital image correlation (DIC)-based analysis.
Simulation Data: Results from stochastic optimization of soft-disk generated metamaterial networks under tensile and compressive loading.

Tensile tests were performed using a universal testing machine and synchronized with high-speed video acquisition for post-processing via image-based strain mapping.

High-speed grayscale recordings used for strain field computation, Poisson ratio estimation, and fracture detection.

25 network samples generated via soft-disk simulations.
Each sample tested twice in each batch.

NYMPHE.WP1. Plant Metabolites Exudated Under Pollution Stress in vivo
The dataset includes the results of a metabolomic approach for the identification of the chemical compounds released by root exudation of sunflower plantlets, cultivated in vivo in a hydrocarbon polluted soil. A metabolite has been selected from the list for potential interest in rhizoremediation and/or plant-microbe interactions in presence of pollutants. The dataset includes the evaluation of the exudate compound administration to hydrocarbon degrading bacteria in terms of microbial growth and rhizocompetence traits
