No full textThe dataset refers to technological characterization of legume and nut flours of LOCALNUTLEG project. In details, six legume flours and seven nut flours collected from project partners or on the market were evaluated. Techno-functionality was estimated in terms of gross composition, color coordinates (CIE L*a*b*), bulk density, particle size (D90), water retention capacity, oil absorption capacity, emulsifying and foaming properties. The aim is to systematically evaluate legume and nut flours typical of the Mediterranean area, to clarify their peculiarities and promote their informed use in the design of tailored food products. Techno-functionality was assessed based on Official Methods or previously published methods. For each flour sample, a single batch was analyzed, performing different analytical replicates depending on the method applied. In the dataset, raw data for each replicate are reported

No full textThe “NCI Directory Dataset” is part of the CRAFTWORK research project, led by Alessandro Gandini at the University of Milan and funded by the European Union through the ERC Starting Grants 2020 under the Horizon 2020 Programme. The project investigates how identity and work intersect in the contemporary context of artisanal production and the digital economy, with a focus on new forms of craft and their representation on social media.
This dataset comprises two distinct but complementary files. The first file presents a curated selection of 346 “neo-craft” cases identified and analyzed by the research team. These cases were sourced from five major digital platforms—YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook—and include textual, audiovisual, and numerical data. The second file contains a list of cultural intermediaries, such as influencers or bloggers, primarily identified through Instagram, who play a role in promoting or mediating the visibility of artisanal work online.
Both files are stored in comma-separated (.csv) format with UTF-8 encoding and are compatible with spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel. Each dataset was compiled and manually analyzed using a consistent set of variables designed to categorize and interpret the content in relation to the project’s research themes.
The first dataset includes variables such as a pseudonymized ID, the EU country and location of the profile, the associated product or activity, the platform it was sourced from, and whether it was considered relevant to the study’s definition of neo-craft. The second dataset includes similar fields but adds a measure of popularity (number of followers) and classifies whether the profile operates as a commercial intermediary.
While the metadata is openly licensed under CC0, access to the full dataset is restricted to those who submit a motivated request to the principal investigator

The Democratic party failed to capitalize on the characteristics of its presidential candidate and, compared to Biden’s election, to expand its support in states with larger female and African American electorates, and faced systematic losses in those with more Hispanic voters. This note contributes to a cumulative macro-micro approach to the analysis of election results, and thus to overcoming both ecological and micrological fallacie

No full textThis dataset contains raw data supporting the related publication issued in 2024, and is part of the research carried out within the NextBase project HORIZON-MSCA-2022-DN-01 Project No.101119574. The publication describes the synthesis of functionalized quinolinones through a catalytic dehydrogenative coupling based on a well-defined, Knölker-type Iron complex. Moreover, three synthetic routes for the preparation of functionalized amido-alcohol substrates were reported. The work also features DFT (Density Functional Theory) calculations to support the proposal of a reaction mechanism.
