The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to examine, based on the analysis of scientific literature, how video-type communication message and its features, such as message credibility, information usefulness, and message attractiveness, affect the purchase intention of fashion products among young people on social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This thesis consists of three main parts: analysis of literature, research methodology, and empirical research analysis. The analysis of literature explores the impact of communication messages on social media users, examines key features of communication messages: message credibility, information usefulness, and message attractiveness, and identifies the main factors influencing purchase intention, as well as the importance of fashion to young people. Additionally, it investigates how the same communication message influences purchase intention across different social media platforms. Following the literature review, a quantitative study was conducted. The findings revealed that, on all three platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), attitudes toward the communication message positively influence the purchase intention of fashion products, while an individual’s engagement in following fashion trends does not affect the relationship between the attitude toward the communication message and the purchase intention of fashion products. It was also determined that young people perceive communication messages and their features most favorably on TikTok, where the purchase intention of fashion products was also evaluated the highest. The conclusions and recommendations summarize the scientific literature, the results of the empirical research, and provide suggestions for future actions

The review of activities and functions within UAB „Devoteam Lithuania“ IT service operations department revealed that employees spend a significant amount of time manually documenting information gathered during their shifts. This information is often poorly communicated between the working shifts, resulting in the failure to complete tasks on time according to service level agreements, as well as the loss of time investigating recurring incidents, changes, problems or service requests. The information system aims to streamline the documentation and communication processes for IT operations engineers, ensuring a more efficient workflow. It is specifically designed to address the unique needs of UAB „Devoteam Lithuania“ IT service operations department. Following the analysis, an IT service management documentation information system was developed. A hierarchy diagram of the functions to be computerized was defined, system flow diagrams were created, and a conceptual object model along with a database design were established. The input and output data were also specified. „MagicDraw“ and „Draw.io“ packages were chosen as the design tools for the information system project. The information system was developed using „JavaScript“, „CSS“ and „HTML“ programming languages, alongside software frameworks such as „Vue.js“, „Node.js“, „Express“, and „Bootstrap“. The coding was performed in the „Visual Studio Code“ environment using „Git“ technology for version control. The production version of the information system was deployed on the „Azure“ platform, utilizing „Azure App Services“ web application solution, „Azure Cosmos DB“ database solution and other supporting operational resources
