Levels of satisfaction of primary health care workers in Rosario in relation to the workplaces where they perform their tasks

Facultad de Ciencias Médicas; Argentina.La presente investigación tiene como objetivo conocer las percepciones de los trabajadores( médicos, enfermeros, trabajadores sociales, odontólogos, farmacéuticos, administrativos) pertenecientes a los centros de salud de la municipalidad de Rosario, con respecto a los espacios donde desarrollan sus tareas.
Con este objetivo hemos realizados encuestas sobre los niveles de satisfacción en relación a distintas áreas y características de sus lugares de trabajo, y entrevistas semiestructuradas a jefes de los centros de salud.
Las conclusiones están en relación a los altos grados de insatisfacción que se observan en las respuestas y, junto con las propuestas surgidas en las entrevistas,permiten focalizar problemáticas donde seria necesario y posible, realizar cambios para mejorar la satisfacción de los trabajadores, que también redundaría en un mejor servicio a los pacientes y la sociedad en general.The objective of this research is to know the perceptions of the workers (doctors, nurses, social workers, dentist, pharmacists, administrative staff) belonging to the health centers of the minicipality of Rosario, with respect to the space where they perform their tasks.
With this objective we have conducted surveys on the levels of satisfaction in relation to different areas and characteristics of their workplaces, and semi-structured interviews to heads of health centers.
The conclusions are related to the high levels of dissatisfaction observed in the responses and, together with the proposal that emerged in the interviews, allow us to focus on problems where it would be necessary and possible to make changes to improve the satisfaction of workers, which would also result in a better service to patients and society in general

Facultad de Ciencias Médicas; Argentina.El presente trabajo hace fulcro en el estudio de los diferentes roles que puede desempeñar el profesional de la salud dentro de las Comisiones Médicas (CM) -dependiente de la Superintendencia de Riesgos de Trabajo (SRT)-. El objeto de estudio en particular se circunscribirá geográficamente a la CM n°31, ubicada en la localidad de San Nicolás de los Arroyos, realizando un recorte temporal que se extiende desde su apertura en el año 2019 hasta la actualidad (año 2021).
La base estructural de esta investigación se desarrollará en torno a la caracterización y comparación de los puestos que son ocupados por galenos dentro de la mentada institución, verbigracia: médico de la SRT, en su carácter de empleado público; médico de parte del trabajador; médico veedor de las Aseguradoras de Riesgos de Trabajo (ART); médico en carácter de representante de la ART en el ámbito de homologación de acuerdos.
La función de los roles antedichos se analizará a la luz de las modificaciones operadas sobre la Ley de Riesgos de Trabajo (LRT), acaecidas en el año 2017.The present work is a fulcrum in the study of the different roles that the health professional can play within the Medical Commissions (CM) - dependent on the Superintendency of Occupational Risks (SRT) -. The particular object of study will be geographically limited to CM n°31, located in the town of San Nicolás de los Arroyos, making a temporal cut that extends from its opening in 2019 to the present (2021).
The structural basis of this research will be developed around the characterization and comparison of the positions that are occupied by doctors within the aforementioned institution, for example: SRT doctor, in his capacity as a public employee; doctor on behalf of the worker; supervisory doctor for the Occupational Risk Insurers (ART); doctor as representative of the ART in the area of homologation of agreements.

Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias; Argentina.La incorporación de actividades de vinculación tecnológica, que incluyen la producción de conocimientos en espacios colaborativos, ha sido identificada como una estrategia potencial que podría tener un impacto positivo en el aprendizaje.
Este trabajo aborda el análisis de una herramienta de vinculación tecnológica, en la que equipos interdisciplinarios conformados por estudiantes, graduados, docentes y mentores externos, participan en proyectos de innovación relacionados a temas bio. Desde una estrategia metodológica cualitativa se llevó a cabo un proceso de investigación que, en base a entrevistas semiestructuradas, produjeron información que permitió analizar la herramienta y comprender cómo fueron los procesos de producción y circulación de conocimiento, los aprendizajes y los aspectos motivacionales que involucraron.
Los resultados indicaron que, en el contexto estudiado, se generan condiciones que facilitan la construcción de un conocimiento en reciprocidad con una circulación del conocimiento multidireccional y, a partir de esto, los estudiantes desarrollan componentes de la motivación que promueven aptitudes para el aprendizaje continuo.The incorporation of technological linkage activities, including knowledge production in collaborative spaces, has been identified as a potential strategy to enhance learning outcomes.
This study analyzes a technological linkage tool used by interdisciplinary teams composed of students, graduates, faculty, and external mentors to collaborate on innovative projects related to biological sciences. A qualitative research approach, employing semi-structured interviews, was used to examine the tool and understand the processes of knowledge production, circulation, learning, and motivation.
The findings suggest that, within the studied context, conditions are created that facilitate the reciprocal construction of knowledge and its multidirectional circulation. Consequently, students develop motivational components that foster lifelong learning skills
The right to food of children and adolescents

Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales; Argentina.El trabajo integrador final se centra en un tema de vital importancia: el derecho humano alimentario en niños niñas y adolescentes, merecedor de la máxima protección de ordenamiento jurídico y del sistema judicial sin dilación alguna. Es un derecho humano, vinculado de manera directa con el derecho a la vida y a la dignidad, consagrado en una pluralidad de instrumentos internacionales que en nuestro país tienen raigambre constitucional, lo que obliga a todos los actores del sistema a someterse a sus mandatos, existiendo un anclaje constitucional convencional. Existen un sinfín de normas internacionales, nacionales y provinciales que regulan y le otorgan una grandísima protección al derecho en estudio, por ende las herramientas que el ordenamiento jurídico nos brinda son muchísimas para satisfacer la prestación; pero en la práctica del ejercicio de la profesión, todos los días me frustro y enojo, por, a mi criterio, errónea interpretación y aplicación que realizan los juzgados de familia sobre esas normas, vulnerando la prestación alimentaria a favor del beneficiario, no solamente tenemos el dilema de interpretación y aplicación de la legislación, sino el tiempo, la demora, que cuando se trata de satisfacer necesidades urgentes, esta demora no debería existir, asimismo las sentencias de alimentos que caen en la ineficacia misma. En fin, en las páginas del TIF propondré diferentes alternativas sencillas de la aplicación en la práctica de los principios rectores del Derecho Alimentario en NNA que considero tendrían un efecto positivo en la protección del derecho humano alimentario a favor de NNA.The final integrative work focuses on a topic of vital importance: the human right to food in children, girls and adolescents, deserving of the maximum protection of the legal system and the judicial system without any delay.-It is a human right, directly linked with the right to life and dignity, enshrined in a plurality of international instruments that in our country have constitutional roots, which forces all actors in the system to submit to their mandates, with a conventional constitutional anchorage existing. -there are countless international, national and provincial standards that regulate and grant great protection to the right under study, therefore the tools that the legal system offers us are many to satisfy the provision; but in the practice of exercising the profession, every day i get frustrated and angry, due to, in my opinion, the wrong interpretation and application that the family courts carry out on these regulations, violating the food benefit in favor of the beneficiary, not only do we have the dilemma of interpretation and application of the legislation, but the time, the delay, that when it comes to satisfying urgent needs, this delay should not exist, likewise the maintenance sentences that fall into the inefficiency itself; in short, in the pages of the TIF i will propose different simple alternatives for the practical application of the guiding principles of food law for children and adolescents that i consider would have a positive effect on the protection of the human right to food in favor of children and adolescents
Sediment transport in the Paraná and Uruguay rivers. Quantification, dynamics and implications in bifurcations

Facultad de Ingeniería y Ciencias Hídricas; Argentina.Los ríos Paraná y Uruguay poseen gran importancia por sus múltiples aprovechamientos, su rol en la biodiversidad y en actividades socio-económicas y ambientales. En estos, una de las variables menos conocida es el transporte de sedimentos. Si bien en el sistema del río Paraná es conocida la magnitud de sedimentos finos aportados por el río Bermejo, no se ha analizado en detalle la dinámica hacia aguas abajo, la influencia en la morfodinámica y los aportes correspondientes a sedimentos gruesos (arenas). Respecto al río Uruguay, son escasos los estudios que abordan sus características hidro-sedimentológicas integralmente y modos de transporte dominantes aguas abajo de la Represa de Salto Grande.
La presente tesis avanza en el conocimiento de la dinámica y modos de transporte de sedimento dominantes en ambos sistemas. Se presenta una metodología y desarrollo de software para la cuantificación del transporte de sedimentos a través del procesamiento de la señal acústica de retorno de Perfiladores de Corriente Acústicos Doppler (ADCPs). Se estudia la dinámica de los sedimentos aportados por el río Bermejo a los ríos Paraguay y Paraná, analizando el comportamiento del sedimento en suspensión, la interacción con el lecho del cauce y su rol en la formación de bancos. Sobre el río Uruguay, se cuantifican y caracterizan espacialmente los modos dominantes del transporte de sedimentos aguas abajo de la Represa de Salto Grande. Finalmente, se analiza la partición de caudales y sedimentos en bifurcaciones de ambos ríos, identificando comportamientos diferenciados de acuerdo a las condiciones dominantes del transporte de sedimentos.The Paraná and Uruguay rivers have great importance due to their multiple uses, their impact in biodiversity, and the key role they play in socio-economic and environmental activities. In these channels, one of the least known variables is sediment transport. In the Paraná River system, the magnitude of fine sediment contributions from the Bermejo River is widely known. However, the downstream dynamics, influence on morpho-dynamics, and contributions of the coarse fraction (sands) have not been analyzed in detail yet. For the Uruguay River, there are few studies that comprehensively address its hydro-sedimentological characteristics and the dominant transport modes in each sector downstream of the Salto Grande dam.
This thesis addresses the aforementioned topics in order to advance the knowledge of the dominant sediment transport dynamics and modes in both systems. A methodology and development of software are presented for the quantification of sediment transport through the processing of the acoustic return signal from Doppler Acoustic Current Profilers (ADCPs). A detailed analysis is carried out on the dynamics of sediment supplied by the Bermejo River to the Paraguay and Paraná rivers, analyzing the behavior of suspended sediment, its interaction with the channel bed, and its role in bar formation. Regarding the Uruguay River, the dominant sediment transport modes are quantified and spatially characterized in the reach downstream of the Salto Grande Dam. Development of a system of performance indicators applied to a Project Management Unit

Facultad de Ciencias Económicas; Argentina.El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo la elaboración de un sistema de indicadores de desempeño aplicado a la Unidad Administradora de Proyecto (UAP) de una Universidad Pública Nacional. La UAP es la encargada de la administración de proyectos de investigación financiados mayoritariamente por el Fondo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (FONCyT), pero también por fondos recibido de la Secretaría de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación (SCTeI) de la provincia de Santa Fe y de la Secretaría de Ciencias Arte y Tecnología (SCAyT) de la Universidad Nacional del Litoral.
En una primera parte, se plantea la problemática a tratar y se establecen los objetivos a alcanzar.
Luego, se procede a revisar los antecedentes relacionados con la evolución del Cuadro de Mando Integral (CMI) y su adaptación al ámbito del sector público. Si bien el enfoque del trabajo no tiene como fin el desarrollo de un CMI, se nutre de sus principios para la creación del sistema de indicadores de desempeño.
En el apartado siguiente, se detalla la metodología utilizada, seguido por un análisis del marco teórico. En esta etapa se exploran conceptos y procedimientos a seguir para poder llegar a la elaboración de sistema de indicadores de desempeño.
Finalmente, se presenta el marco práctico en el cual se aplica el conocimiento teórico previamente establecido, con el propósito de concretar la creación del sistema de indicadores de desempeño para la UAP. En esta fase, se documentan los resultados obtenidos y se exponen las conclusiones derivadas del estudio.The objective of this work is the development of a system of performance indicators applied to the Project Administration Unit (UAP) of a National Public University. The UAP is in charge of the administration of research projects financed mainly by the National Fund for Science and Technology (FONCyT), but also by funds received from the Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation (SCTeI) of the province of Santa Fe and from the Secretariat of Sciences, Art and Technology (SCAyT) of the National University of the Litoral.
In the first part, the problem to be treated is posed and the objectives to be achieved are established.
Then, we proceed to review the background related to the evolution of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and its adaptation to the public sector. Although the focus of the work is not aimed at developing a BSC, it draws on its principles for the creation of the performance indicator system.
In the following section, the methodology used is detailed, followed by an analysis of the theoretical framework. In this stage, concepts and procedures to follow are explored in order to develop a system of performance indicators.
Finally, the practical framework is presented in which the previously established theoretical knowledge is applied, with the purpose of specifying the creation of the performance indicator system for the UAP. In this phase, the results obtained are documented and the conclusions derived from the study are presented
