No full textThis study dealt with the subject of the impact of the doctrine of
loyalty and disavowal in achieving honor, and it aims to define the
doctrine of loyalty and disavowal, and to clarify its manifestations and
the divisions of people in it, and to reveal the reality of pride and its
components and divisions. Among the most important hypotheses of
the study that loyalty and disavowal are manifestations that indicate
them; there are manifestation of loyalty to Muslims, manifestations of
loyalty to the infidels, and manifestations of disavowal from the infidels
and polytheists, and that this belief has an impact in achieving honor
for the Muslim; On the creedal, and social dimension, the study
adopted the descriptive analytical method, and reached several results,
the most important of which are:
1.That the doctrine of loyalty and disavowal is one of the fundamentals
of the religion and has manifestations that indicate it, and that loyalty
to the infidels is of degrees; some of them are minor allegiance the
does not leave the religion.
2.Pride has a foundation upon which it is based, which is belief in God

The research assumed a number of hypotheses represented that there is a direct, statistically significant relationship between the use of modern technologies and organizational development, there is a direct correlation with statistical significance between the use of modern software devices and the development and organizational development, and there is a direct, statistically significant relationship between the use of communication networks and organizational development, and this was adopted. Research on the descriptive analytical method.
The research found a number of results, the most prominent of which is the bank’s use of electronic technology, which contributed to the speed of completion, and the bank’s provision of service to its customers in an electronic form contributed to reducing the cost, and the bank’s use of modern technology contributed to simplifying work procedures.

Learners of the Arabic language to non- Arabic speakers, and those working in the field of teaching Arabic to non- Arabic speakers at the International University of Africa and other institutions and universities, benefit from this study.
This study follows the descriptive approach, and the tools for collecting information are direct observation as well as teaching practical classes and the sample consisted of thirty students.
The most important results of this study are:

And he reached the most important results: New opinions emerged in determining the basis of the responsibility of the air carrier, whether it is a contractual or tortuous responsibility, and accordingly the opinions of the countries in determining this responsibility fluctuated, and the description of the error regarding the delay depends on the distinction between two assumptions: to its deadlines, and every delay beyond the specified date is considered an error that entails the responsibility of the carrier. The researcher also recommends that the responsibility of the air carrier be a contractual one because it is related to the air transport contract concluded between the carrier and the users of the aircraft also an annual conference must be held that brings together the countries participating in international agreements to review the limits of compensation so that it becomes profitable in the event of the deterioration of the economic situation, the decline of the currency and the erosion of its purchasing power. The responsibility of the air carrier, its scope and dimensions are clear and it unifies the provisions of air transportation instead of distributing these provisions between the Civil Aviation Law and the Transportation Law in general. The air carrier must be obligated to secure flights for transporting people, goods and baggage in order to ensure that they receive full compensation
