No full textThe name of this study came (Direct Invitation through the Biography of the Prophet and the Lessons learned from it) this with the aim of introducing the direct call, explaining it's importance, and clarifying the method of the messengers in it, with an explanation of its methods and means, and how the caller benefits from the honorable biography of the Prophet. The problem of the study lies in the large number of modern means of communication that preachers use today in preaching which led to reducing the field of direct invitation. In order to reach these goals and solve this problem, the researcher has taken the inductive, analytical, historical and deductive methods to collect and write this study. This study was divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, the basics of the research and second chapter the theoretical framework of the research and the third chapter in which the researcher mentioned the methods and means of the direct invitation and it's impact on the preacher and the community. As for the fourth chapter the researcher mentioned the Lessons learned for the direct invitation through the biography of the Prophet. The researcher reached the most important results: The direct invitation is direct communication between the one who invites and the invitees, and the method of the messengers (peace be upon them) in the invitation is based on the belief and monotheism and the beginning of the invitation with clan and relatives before going out to people. Finally, the researcher recommended intensifying the research on the honorable biography of the Prophet because of the treasures in contains in the field of calling to Allah Almighty

No full textThis research deals with the topic ''The considered excuses in the permissibility of Fitr in Ramadan, and their applications in Maliki school of thought''. The research aimed at explaining the bases and rules of the legitimate excuses, indicating the permissible excuses for Fitr(not fasting) in Ramadan and their special rules, collecting their applications with what they entail in the Maliki school of thought, compared to other schools of thoughts. The research problem is in the question below: What is the Godly ruling regarding the conditions that make fasting difficult for a person, or make the fasting harmful? The main research hypothesis include: There are rules, which the legitimate excuses base on, there are permissible excuses for not fasting in Ramadan, and they have rules that must be considered, there are rulings attached to the Fitr of those who have permissive excuse for not fasting. The researcher adopted the inductive and analytical, as well as the comparative and deductive methods. Among the most relevant findings of the research are: 1. The bases of legitimate excuses are eight (ignorance, illness, travelling, mistake, forgetfulness, coercion, hardship and general afflictions) 2. The considered excuses in the permissibility of Fitr in Ramadan are eight (illness, travelling, coercion, pregnancy, lactation, old age, exhausting of hunger and thirst, necessity or extreme need) 3. The excuses that permit Fitr have impact on the rules of fasting: Some permit Fitr without affecting the continuity of the fasting, such as coercion, which is one of the two views of scholars, and some of them lift the burden of both fasting and Kaffara (expiation) but make payment of Fidya (ransom) a mandatory, such as old age. And among them are some that lift the burden of Kaffara and do not lft the burden of paying the fast, such as travelling, illness and others. 4. Whoever is allowed to break the fast, it is valid for him to fast if he can. The researcher recommended that: 1. Academic or scientific bodies and researchers should expand in research in the jurisprudence of excuses, search particularly in each of the bases of legitimate excuses with the aim of dealing with its branches or sub excuses, explain the rules of each, collect its applications and study them in jurisprudential comparative manner.2. He also recommended to precisely make research about the rules pertaining to people of excuses in all the areas of Fiqh (jurisprudence), such as rules of people of excuses concerning Salat, Hajj, Jihad and crimes

The research supposes that the application of value-added tax affects the general level of prices.
The research followed the descriptive and analytical approach to describe and analyze the impact of the value-added tax on prices.
The research problem has been since the beginning of the application of the value-added tax. We note that there are successive increases on this tax, and these increases inevitably lead to an increase in the costs of production, and thus its impact on prices appears, and as a result, the demand for goods and services decrease, because of the repeated increase in value-added tax.
This shows the extent to which the State depends primarily on value-added tax revenues without other revenues.
The research reached several results. It replaces the value-added tax in place of several indirect taxes that were imposed on consumption, including sales tax, consumption and production fees, and this in itself simplifies the tax system and makes it more acceptable to the taxpayer and reasonable in the field of measuring the tax burden.
The imposition of the value-added tax in the long run leads to a stabilization in the general level of prices, and exempting the necessary commodities from it leads to a relative reduction in the cost of living.
The value-added tax increases the country's competitiveness in foreign markets by applying the zero prices to exports, which leads to the stability of the trade balance.
