No full textThis study is entitled the effectiveness of using dictionaries in de-veloping of learners of Arabic to non-native speakers by applying it to preparation program students.
This study aims to demonstrate the importance of the lexicon in de-veloping Arabic vocabulary for non-native speakers, and the bene-fits of teaching using the lexicon in the classroom system. The study also aims to identify dictionaries, their types, and their importance in teaching the second language.
The problem of the study is how to make use of the lexicon in de-veloping language skills through vocabulary? And the difficulties that students face in using the lexicon in distinguishing between similar, synonymous and opposite words.
This study will benefit learners of Arabic to non-native speakers, those working in the field of teaching Arabica to non- native speak-ers, and experts.
This study follows the descriptive experimental method, and the tools for collecting information are observation and interview.
Among the most important results of this study are :
1- The most important function of the lexicon is to determine the orthography of words, clarify pronunciation, etymological rooting, morphological and grammatical connotations.
2- The monolingual dictionary is easier to use for learners of the Arabic language.
3- Dictionaries are among the best sources of knowledge that help in developing the linguistic repertoire of non- native speakers.
4- Students use contemporary and electronic dictionaries the most.
5- The teacher has a clear role for the learners in the use of the dictionary

To what extent can public relations contribute to the development of policies in public institutions through their activities and programs based on scientific ?foundations
- How is the process of objective evaluation of the performance of public relations in public institutions and measuring the effectiveness of this performance in achieving ?development and support for policies
The student used the descriptive approach and its analytical method, which includes the study of current facts related to the nature of a specific phenomenon, situation or problem, then analysis, interpretation and drawing conclusions.
To collect information and data, then use the questionnaire as a main tool, with the use of scientific observation and scientific interview as auxiliary tools. The study relied on the method of selecting samples, and the selection fell on the stratified sample, which is based on the division of society into homogeneous layers. The study included in its methodological, theoretical and practical framework: Four chapters in which proportionality is achieved. After analysis and interpretation, the :study came out with a set of results, the most important of which are the following
The study showed that the Public Relations Department of the Ministry is not -interested in conducting evaluation research to know the opinions of the Ministry's employees, with a rate of 27.5%.
- The study showed that the Public Relations Department in the Ministry is based to some extent on achieving the Ministry's objectives, with a percentage of 42.5% as the highest percentage.
- The study revealed that the percentage of undergraduate learners in the ministry amounted to 52.5%, while the percentage of university students reached 47.5%, and that the percentage of undergraduate education reached 0%, and this is clear evidence that employees in the ministry have academic expertise.
The study also came out with a number of recommendations, the most important of :which are the following
The Public Relations Department of the Ministry should seek to develop the - Ministry's general policies in order to advance them.
A clear and appropriate structure must be developed for the public relations department in the ministry, provided that the public relations department is with the .higher management

The research problem was represented in the following questions: What is the role of the Khartoum Stock Exchange in investment? Does monetary stability affect the stock market? What is the role of the stock market in mobilizing financial resources for the development of the sector investment? The importance of the study comes from the scientific importance of enriching libraries with research related to the role of the Khartoum Stock Exchange in investment and the practical importance of assisting decision and policy makers in the role of the Khartoum Stock Exchange in investment, in addition to the great role played by the financial markets in economic development of attracting saved capital and making employing and investing in it. The aim of the research is to clarify the concept, characteristics and types of the stock market, and to clarify the concept of investment, its objectives, types and characteristics. One of the research hypotheses is that there is a statistically significant relationship between financial markets and investment, monetary stability positively affects dealing in the stock market, the stock market has an appreciable role in mobilizing financial resources for the development of the investment sector. For Securities to increase investments, issue new securities, and increase economic recovery.
The Khartoum Stock Exchange is an Islamic market in which all financial and other transactions are carried out in accordance with Islamic law and does not deal in interest, which makes it less vulnerable to the global financial shock. The study recommended the necessity of diversifying the issuance of securities in the Khartoum market, and seeking to open the Khartoum Stock Exchange to open the way for non-Sudanese companies to work in securities in accordance with the laws and regulations, and the establishment of companies for advanced financial analysis, which in turn provides information and data to investors in a fast and accurate manner

This study has dealt with women's social rights in the constitutions of the republic of Yemen (a comparative study) adopting comparative, analytical and descriptive approach. The study consists of four chapters: the first chapter highlights the basics of the research, the second chapter addresses the definition of social rights and their legality, the stages of their development, while the third chapter tackles the types of social rights such as marriage and education, and finally the fourth chapter deals with the Sharia’s legitimate and legal perspective. The research problem addressed in this study is that some of the social rights of women were marred deficiencies, and a clear biased discrimination between men and women appeared on them. One of the reasons for choosing this title is The Yemeni legislator's failure to keeping pace with international conventions, even though he signed many conventions related to women's rights. The major findings of this study include the discrimination against women, the prevalence of underage marriage and depriving them of education, the absence of guaranteed education and health in the constitutional text, and the most important recommendations are lifting discrimination against women, setting an age for underage marriage, the obligation to document marriage and divorce contracts, and for the state to guarantee free health care and education

No full textThis research dealt with the impact of financing problems on the industrial sector, a case study of the oil sector, where it assesses the importance of this research in shedding light on the financing problems in order to set directions to remove them and expand industrial activities. This research also aims to study the financing problems that limit the development of industrial sector, to know the importance of financing, and to clarify the obstacles of the industrial sector. The most important hypotheses of this research: financing contributes greatly to solving the problems of the industrial sector, the problems of financing are considered one of the biggest obstacles in the industrial sector, and the research combined quantitative and quantitative tools and analyzed them using the descriptive analytical method. It is the main reason for the industry’s survival and deterioration. The lack of interest in recycling and restarting the stalled factories made the industry weak. In its contribution to the country, the seasonality of agricultural production and its concentration in the traditional rain-fed sector led to the fluctuation in the production of vegetable oils and even the import of oils from abroad, and one of the most important recommendations of the research is to adopt an encouraging financial policy for the industry and grant the industrial sector tax exemptions more broadly, solving the institutionalization of production by finding containers Adequate storage, working to export the surplus production abroad and not exporting Zinnia grains in raw from, increasing the area planted with sunflower, expanding sunflower cultivation in irrigated projects, and settling the production of sunflower seeds. Encouraging the entry of the local and foreign private sector to invest in the industrial sector as well as in the agricultural sector, as it is the basic basis for launching the.industrial.sector

Get PDFThe objective of the study is to discover the impact of using the smart board in the educational achievement of grammar syllabus of the seventh grade at basic stage, Khartoum locality (Algabas schools). To achieve the objective of the study, the sub, experimental approach was used as it was suitable for this study. The program was carried on (48) pupils at Algabas basic school, a controlled group (24) and an experimental group (24). The control group was taught by conventional method while the experimental was taught by smart board. Data was analyzed by using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS), and independent sample T – test was used as the statistical tool to determine the difference between the two groups ( control and experimental). Some of the most important results are: The use of smart board is rarely and at the private schools. Also the use of it will give positive results as it is shown in the results of experimental group. The most important recommendations are: It is very important to use the smart board in teaching all the branches of Arabic language as it has an effective results in the educational achievement, teachers are to be trained in using this smart board

No full textThis study is a project submitted by the department of Sunnah and hadith sciences and the researcher had the honor to be among the students participating in this project.
This project is concerned with studying the scholar’s reactions to ibn al-jawzi in the hadiths that were judged to be based on what was mentioned in ibn arraq’s book” tanzih al-shariah”.
The objectives of this study were to collect and enumerate the scholar’s tracks on ibn al-jawzi in the books (hajj – jihad – travel and muamalaat), which are 38 in number.
This study included the extraction of the hadiths in question, transmission of ibn al-jawzi’s words on them and the scholar’s follow-up on them, with an expansion in the translations of the narrators whom ibn al-jawzi accused, and their hadiths judged to be fabricated, balancing between the sayings of scholars in the differing narrators with an explanation of the summary judgment on the narrator and the hadith which ibn al-jawzi judged the situation.
In this study, the researcher followed: the inductive approach: by tracking and extrapolating the hadiths that are being traced, and the analytical approach: in analyzing the sayings of scholars in their traces on hadiths under study, and the comparative approach: to compare between the saying of scholars and come up with an opinion that is closer to the accuracy in judging the narrator and the hadith. In this study, the researcher pursued: numbering the hadiths according to their arrangement in the book” Tanzih al-shariah”, the hadith is mentioned in its entirety.
The researcher does not translate: for flags-creedal teams- and cities and villages for summary purposes.
The study included four chapters: the first is the basics of research- the second is the definition of the situation, its origins and causes, the signs of the subject hadith and the types of fabricators-the third: the definition of ibn al-jawzi and al-suyuti, and ibn al-arraq and their books and curricula in them, the fourth is a study of the scholar’s reactions to ibn al-jawzi in the hadiths that he ruled to be placed in the books(hajj)- travel- transactions) it has been found from this study that it good hadiths for others, and weak ones

The research problem was that banks face challenges to maintain their customers and attract new customers, due to the constantly changing needs and desires of customers, in addition to working to keep pace with modern methods and means of providing banking services. With their requirements in line with their needs and satisfy their desires, and this can only be achieved through the applicationof knowledge management.
The research tested several hypotheses: there is a statistically significant relationship between the diagnosis of knowledge and the quality of banking services, and there is a statistically significant relationship between knowledge generation and the quality of banking services, and there is a statistically significant relationship between knowledge storage and the quality of banking services, as well as there is a statistically significant relationship between the distribuation of knowledge and the quality of banking services, and there is also is a statistically significant relationship between the application of knowledge and the quality of banking services. The research followed the descriptive analytical method.
The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the process of encouraging employees to interact with each other and providing the appropriate environment for work led to raising their creative capabilities, as well as allocating and estimated budge for the management and research and development operations contributed to the quality of banking services, and also that documenting the experienes and experienes gained, preserving and storing them through traditional and electronic documents it is easy to refer to them when needed.
The research came out with a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: the bank continues to organize periodic meetings between employees and management to exchange ideas and opinions related to the completion of the required work, as well as work on linking all the banks branches with each other with an effective computer network to employ knowledge in improving the services provided to customers
