No full textThe research aimed to analyze the elements of social responsibility and how it contributes to advancing the process of economic development. And it exposes the importance of it to create a competitive advantage and evaluates its role among the employees’ satisfaction and clarifies the effects of that on its financial performance. According to that the study put many direct questions. First of all, do the institutions take part to develop the economic by adopting social responsibility? Are the applications of social responsibility by institutions creating a competitive advantage? Does the organization's commitment to social responsibility lead to an increase in the satisfaction of its employees? Finally, “Does the institution’s spending on it contribute to improving its financial position? This study is practical and theory. it links the conceptual between social responsibility and economic development. To achieve the goals of research we used the descriptive and analytical approach, the questionnaire was given to. (217) employees .but just (199) responds to that with a percentage of 91% of the research sample. After the statistical analysis conducted, the study discovered there is a relationship between adopting social responsibility and achieving economic development and between applying it, creates a competitive advantage and improving its financial position. There is a relationship between commitment to social responsibility and increasing employee satisfaction. The study came out with several results, the most important of which are Social responsibility still derives its strength from being an ethical obligation only, and its concept has not found a form whereby it gains legal binding force. Social responsibility is considered an “important" indicator in the institution's economic and "social" competitiveness and is considered a long-term investment for the institution. The study recommended the need to enact laws and legislations by the state to graduate Social responsibility is from its voluntary nature and being a moral obligation only to that it is a legal obligation that must be for the institution. to pursue clear policies in the interest of its workers, the necessity of incorporating to institution of social responsibility within its mission and vision and reformulation its plans to include its adoption of social responsibility in its economic, moral and legal dimensions and to contribute to advance the development process. No full textThe aim of this research is to identify the effect of computer use on academic achievement in the basic mathematics course. The researcher followed the descriptive approach, and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect information from the research sample of (48) male and female teachers who were randomly selected from the research community. After collecting the data, it was unloaded into the SPSS program and analyzed. Arithmetic averages and (t) test were used for one sample to verify the research hypotheses.
The researcher reached a number of results:
1- There is a positive relationship between the use of computers in teaching mathematics and academic achievement.
2- The material capabilities and training on the use of computers affect the teaching of mathematics.
3- The school environment affects the use of the computer in it.
4- The pupil’s gender factor affects his comprehension of the subject of mathematics, and the result showed that the pupils are more comprehensible to the material from the teachers ’viewpoint.
The researcher made a number of recommendations,
1- Providing computers in schools to be used in teaching mathematics.
2- Holding training courses for teachers on the use of computers and the new technology in the field of teaching.
3- Holding training courses for teachers to provide them with the renewable competencies necessary for a mathematics teacher.
4- The school administration shall take care to encourage teachers to cooperate with each other and exchange advice and guidance to develop their teaching competencies and develop their performance.

No full textThis study aimed at designing, implementing and evaluating a counseling program that helps raise the level of psychological and academic adjustment among primary school pupils who are victims of domestic violence in Garawe city in Somalia. The study also aimed at identifying differences in the level of psychological and academic adjustment among primary school pupils who are victims of domestic violence in Garawe city in Somalia according to the variables of gender, order between siblings, age group, and place of residence. The study followed quasi-experimental method. A sample of (n = 27) pupils (14 males, 13 females) were selected through purposive sampling. The researcher designed and used a measure of psychological and academic adjustment and a counseling program. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study found the following results: The level of psychological and academic adjustment among primary school pupils who are victims of domestic violence in Garawe city in Somalia was low before the application of the program. There were statistically significant differences between the pre-and-post tests in the effectiveness of the counseling program to raise the level of psychological and academic adjustment among the pupils in favor of the post test. There were no statistically significant differences in all dimensions of the counseling program in raising the level of psychological and academic adjustment among the children according to the variables of gender, order between siblings, and age group. There were statistically significant differences in the level of academic adjustment in favor of females, middle age, and middle siblings. The study revealed no statistically significant differences in all dimensions of the counseling program in raising the level of psychological and academic adjustment among the children according to the place of residence. The study made some recommendations, including: preparing counseling programs in Institutions concerned with children to solve the psychological, social, and academic problems that they face. The study also presented a number of suggestions, of which the most important is conducting more studies on the impact of the absence of educational counseling on education in Somalia

This study addressed the effectiveness of public relations in the development of electronic performance in the government institutions in Sudan in general and the Federal Tax Office in particular in order to know the role that public relations can play, and the study aimed to know the role played by the Department of Public Relations to develop electronic performance in the Federal Tax Office and to know the extent to which technology helps in the contribution of public relations in the development of public relations through its activities and to identify the problems and obstacles facing the work of public relations institutions and the importance of research in the fact that it raises aspects Positive for the use of modern technology in institutions and the effectiveness of public relations in the development of electronic performance in government institutions, especially with the technological development of means of communication and information and the impact of these technological means on electronic performance compared to traditional performance. Where the researcher used the descriptive analytical method and tools to collect information such as observation, interview and questionnaire, in addition to sources and references related to the subject of research and addressed the problem of research electronic means and the effects of multiple in the basic pillars of public relations, which contributed to the nature of the trend to use these technological means to develop electronic performance in institutions and strengthen the relationship of the institution with the public dealing with it, especially in light of the advantages provided by these technological means such as easy access to the service and its speed in addition to the lack of cost and saving time and effort and confining the research community to employees and employees in diwan Federal taxes and the selection of a sample of his intentions from the research community where the questionnaire included three axes and two open questions
and the research included four chapters and a group of detectives, the first chapter talked about the systematic framework, the second chapter on public relations and the third chapter on modern technology and its role in the development of the performance of institutions and the fourth chapter of the field study, and came out research with a number of results and recommendations and the most important results the study proved that electronic service has an active role in the development of the performance of employees in institutions because technology plays a vital role in different institutions For its contribution to achieving outstanding performance also confirmed that the Public Relations Department of the Federal Tax Office played a role in the development of performance but to a medium degree the study showed that the age group of (51 years and older) is the largest and is based on the activity of the institution as the most experienced group and a degree of maturity and intellectual awareness by age and experience besides retaining the younger and those who have a lot of intellectual awareness to enhance the work of the institution based on cumulative experience.
One of the most important recommendations is the need to make the most of all modern technological means in the promotion and implementation of public relations programs, also the need for the public relations department to develop plans and adopt activities and programs on scientific bases in order to serve the objectives of the institution and take into account the interests of the public and the real stakeholders of the activity of the institution and the need to cooperate with researchers and give them real and complete information about the reality of institutions, considering that scientific research helps to solve problems and develop alternatives in a scientific way to help the institution in making its right decision

The aim of the research is to pay attention to the issue of child care from several angles and this interest extended naturally to the scientific and academic circles, the researcher sought to study the effectiveness of media campaigns in the success of childhood care programs and highlighted and clarified what UNICEF presents in the field of child care and awareness development and changing negative behavior towards beliefs, customs, traditions and norms Inherent in the local community in the Republic of Sudan through media campaigns as an international organization with a diverse audience representing different segments of society.
The research problem was to answer the main question: What role do media campaigns play in the success of childhood care programs?
The research included aspects, including theoretical and applied aspects, where the researcher used in that descriptive approach and the analytical method, the research was presented to the study in four chapters, the first of which represents the methodological framework and the second is entitled media campaigns and included three topics. The first topic The general concept of media campaigns and their importance. Media campaigns and their characteristics, the third topic, the stages of planning media campaigns and the steps for their implementation, and the third chapter entitled Child Care and includes three topics. The first topic is the concept of child care and education,
The second topic includes violence against children and the care of rights in Islam and international standards, and the third topic is the protection of the rights of the child in exceptional circumstances. The fourth chapter of the study included a field study and contained an introduction to the application and an explanation of the methodological procedures that included the research sample. With it, where the researcher chose the research community in the Republic of Sudan, which included a number of male and female respondents, in six states, and she selected the stratified random sample that represents the scientific sample in the selection. The number was 151 respondents randomly distributed to all categories of the research community,
The research concluded with several results, the most important of which is that the research has proven the success of the media campaigns carried out by UNICEF in the success of childhood care programs in Sudan, as well as the media campaigns in the UNICEF organization have contributed to changing the concepts of Sudanese society towards inherent customs and traditions, especially female circumcision. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is that it is necessary to focus on awareness campaigns through radio and television, and it also recommended to officials to focus more on educating children because there is a clear relationship between early child labor and the spread of illiteracy

No full textThis study entitled " The balance between Al -Samaani and Al-Baghawi interpretation. A compartive analytical study in the twenty -second part of the Holy Quran. "
It is noticed that the interpretation of Al-Samaani (489 AH) and Al-Baghawi (516 AH) has great similarities in the phrases. It has been reported that Al-Baghawi’s Tafseer is an abbreviation of Tafseer Al-Tha'labi. The scholars did not refer to his evidence from the interpretation of al-Samaani despite the presence of great similarities between them. The study aimed to compare between them.
The researcher followed the descriptive method by describing the two approaches of Al-Samaani and Al-Baghawi, and the analytical method in order to analyze the balance between the two interpretations, and the comparative method by comparing them.
The study concludes with some of the most important results:
* The importance and status of these two explanations, and the fact that they contain a lot of knowledge.
* Both of them mention the readings and direct their meanings, and Al-Baghawi attributes the readings to their authors.
* Both of them mention the sayings contained in the verse with a proportion of some of them. Both of them are concerned with the causes of the revelation, and they may interpret the verse by it,
and they use the news and stories transmitted from the Israelis frequently
We also find them inferred by the words of the Arabs, and Al-Samaani expands on that even more, as he frequently cites poetry. They also frequently mentioned explanatory problems and answered them.
It is noted that with the great agreement between them, each one of them has distinguished and added in the interpretation of the verses unless the other is exposed to it. The researcher believes that the two may be have taken from the same scientist.
