Get PDFبالرغم من الاستخدام الواسع للكلوفورم كمؤشر للبكتيريا ، ولكن زيادة الأدلة افترضت أن انتيروبكتيروسيس ( البكتيريا المعوية ) وومجموعة بكتيريا سالبة صبغة جرام أكثر دقة وهي تعكس حالة النظافة في درجة حرارة عالية ، وزمن قصير في بسترة اللبن وبيئة تصنيعية. عند ظهور عدوى في اللبن بعد البسترة ، هذه البكتيريا يمكن أن يكون مستوى النمو عالي جدا وكذلك فهي تؤثر تأثير سلبي على الإنسان . ربما تكون المعلومات المحدودة مطلوبة في الاستخدام والنجاة كمؤشر بكتيري للنظافة في صناعة الألبان المبسترة . قامت الدراسة باختبار البكتيريا في الزبادي المباع في الخرطوم بحري . هنالك أربعة عينات مختلفة من الزبادي التجاري الذي يتم شراؤه وتحليله في المعمل مستخدمين منهجية المعمل . وكانت النتيجة أن العديد من عينات الزبادي المختارة بها عدوى عن طريق الكائنات الدقيقة التي لها تأثير على الصحة العامة. لذا ، فإن الاهتمام بالعملية التصنعية ضرورية للغاية للتأكد من أن النظافة متواجدة خلال التحضير ، التخزين ، والتوزيع للزبادي وذلك لإنتاج منتجات ذات جودة عالية تقلل من مخاطر الصحة للمستهلك

No full textThis research aims to identify the positive behavior of the Muslim in the verses of the purposes in Surat Al-Baqarah, discover the positive foundations on which the family is built in Islam, identify the ways and methods of linking positive behavior from Surat Al-Baqarah with educational curricula, on positive behavior and ways to reinforce it in the verses of the purposes in Surat Al-Baqarah, the extent of benefit gained from paying attention to the positive aspects of positive behavior in Surat Al-Baqarah. To implement this research, the researcher used the deductive approach to facts from sources and references, and used the Qur’an, hadiths, and the mothers of the books - the two Sahihs as tools for data collection.
The researcher concluded that the acquisition of positive behavior does not depend on one theory, no matter how comprehensive it is, but rather a mixture between genetically inherited and acquired behaviorally and socially. Finally, the most important of which is the need to pay attention to the positive educational foundations in Surat Al-Baqarah on which the family is built in Islam, and recommends linking positive behavior in the verses of the purposes of Surat Al-Baqarah with educational curricula
Investment in the Human Resources and its Role in Enhancing the Financial Performance , Case Study of the United Capital Bank During 2017-2021
No full textThe study displayed the problem mainly in one question: Is there any statistical relationship between investment in Human Resources (HR) and the financial performance of the institutions? considering HR as a key element for enhancing the performance.
The study aimed to determine the role of investment on HR and its impact on the financial performance of institutions and identifying its impact on the profitability ratios, liquidity and indebtedness. The study has also clarified the importance of the HR for the Institutions, and the importance of include it on their plans and strategies, and should also invest on it and develop it.
The researcher assumes a statistical relationship between investment in HR and financial performance in the bank under study, in a way to approve that, the researcher used the descriptive and quantitative analytical approach, and analyzed the financial statements- five financial years from 2017 to 2021- of the bank under study by using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS), in addition to conducting personal interviews with the bank's employees.
The study concluded the strong relationship between investment in HR and profitability ratios, weak relationship between investment in HR and liquidity, and there is no relationship between investment in HR and the percentage of indebtedness of the bank under study.
All in all, study recommended that the institutions should provide more attention to HR considering them as a real investment and the need to develop and improve their performance to achieve the objectives and increase the productivity

This research aims to identify the role that public relations can play in the private investment facility in order to define the opportunities and areas of investment and to identify the ways and methods of practicing public relations activity in the facility, and this research seeks to measure the impact of public relations activities and programs on the public. The one who works in the facility and who deals with it, and the research seeks to identify the position of the public relations device in the organizational structure of the facility and the extent of its impact on the performance of public relations. The researcher used the descriptive approach and the method of analysis for the purpose of collecting information, analyzing it, interpreting it and drawing conclusions. The researcher also used the questionnaire as a performance. The study concluded a number of results, the most important of which are: The study confirmed that the public relationship has advanced methods to achieve the company’s goals and increase investment opportunities. The study showed that the Public Relations Department contributes to improving the company’s mental image, and the study revealed that the Public Relations Department contributes to helping the senior management to take administrative decisions. The study confirmed that public relations have effectively contributed to achieving the company's goals. The researcher also recommends adhering to the uniform for public relations employees, which improves the general appearance and contributes to improving the mental image of the company. This study deals the pillars of banditry crime in the jurisprudence and law.a comparative study that includes four chapters as follows: Chapter one : the methodological framework, which contains two sections, the first is the basics of research and the second: previous studies, The second chapter deals with the banditry crime and the evidence for its prohibition in jurisprudence and law, The third chapter dealt with the elements of banditry crime and similar crimes in jurisprudence and law, fourth chapter deals with the means of proving the banditry crime and its punishment in jurisprudence and law, finally, the study concluded with a number of results, recommendations, indexes, and references.
At the conclusion of this study, the most important results and recommendations were mentioned as follow: Conclusions: The two criminals differ in terms of the banditry crime and theft, because banditry crime is intended to go out to frighten people and bandits if he takes money or not, but the main intent of theft is to take the money hidden without anyone seeing him.
The most important thing recommended by the research is that the government authorities should have a role in combating the banditry crime in all the states of Sudan, in particular the states of Darfur, due to the large number of this crime, through seminars that reflect the seriousness of this crime

No full textتهدف ترجمة هذا الكتاب (حقوق الإنسان فى الإسلام) إلى نقل المفهوم الصحيح والشامل لحقوق الإنسان إلى الناطقين باللغة الإنجليزية وفق ما قررته الشريعة الإسلامية والسنة النبوية. وذلك لما راج من إفكار العولمة والتطور العلمي والتقني حيال هذا المفهوم سلباً أو إيجاباً. كما إن التجاذبات السياسية والصراعات المذهبية المختلفة والمتناقضة أدت إلى أن تفهم معاني هذه الحقوق من عدة زوايا كما أنها توظف لخدمة أهداف وأغراض منها ما هو صائب, وأغلبها مسخر لخدمة المصالح الضيقة وفقاً للقوانين الوضعية القاصرة. إن موازين العدالة في الإسلام لا تتجزأ، ولا تعرف المحاباة، ولا لصلة القرابة دخل فيها. لأنها شرعت من لدن حكيم خبير, وطبقت من رسول كريم أمين شهد له بذلك الأعداء قبل الأصدقاء. ثم سار من بعده على ذات النهج الخلفاء الراشدون وصحابته الكرام رضوان الله عنهم أجمعين. استخدم المترجم العديد من اساليب الترجمة منها الترجمة الحرفية وهي من اسهل اساليب الترجمة اد تترجم الكلمة بالكلمة المرادفة في اللغة المستهدفة وهي اشبه بالترجمة الالية. اسلوب التطويع وهو ترجمة المعنى في اللغة الاساسية بعبارة مماثلة في اللغة المستهدفة. واخيرا اسلوب التكييف او التصرف ويستخدم في حال عدم وجود مرادف او مشابه لغوي في اللغة الاخرى. كما استخدم المترجم تقنيات الترجمة منها تقنية التمثيل النحوي وتقنية الترجمة الحرفية وتقنية الالتزام الصارم للمعنى وتقنية الشرح. تناول الباب الأول من الكتاب الذي ترجمته من صفحة (1 - 61) المساواة في الإسلام فتناول في الفصل الأول منه القيمة الإنسانية المشتركة بين الناس ومقارنة ذلك بالشرائع والعقائد الأخرى. وتناول في الفصل الثاني تسوية الإسلام بين الناس في الحقوق المدنية وشؤون المسؤولية والجزاء, وخاصة حق التعلم والثقافة والعمل. وأخيرا تحدث الفصل الثالث عن تسوية الإسلام بين الناس في شؤون الاقتصا

No full textThis study dealt with the issue of the joint responsibility of the members of the board of directors in joint stock companies, one of the most important aspects of social life, and it has enjoyed its presence in all ages since the beginning of civilization, where the dominance of companies over the economic aspect in many countries until they have a power that is not surpassed by the state itself, and the study aimed to Statement of the position for the members of the board in the company with joint liability, highlighting the civil and criminal liability of the partner through the decisions of the members of the board of directors of the company.
This study reached a number of recommendations, including:
1. Through this study, contrary to the general rule, it is not permissible to form any type of company, including companies with joint liability, unless at least two people meet.
2. Upon reviewing the various laws regulating this type of companies, we find that the procedures for its formation and the lack of its capital have led to its approval by owners of small and medium enterprises, as it suits this size of projects.
Among the recommendations:
1. Repeal the laws and legislative texts that permit the company to remain in the hands of one person.
2. An amendment from the Companies Law that the capital of the joint-stock company shall not be less tha

No full textThis study is devoted to searching for the role of customs in protecting the trademark. The importance of this topic results from the problem that the researcher addressed in clarifying whether the customs authority protects the trademark on its own, or its role is limited to the implementation of judicial orders and judgments and what laws govern it. Where the study aims to spread the culture of non-revenue customs authorities, as the customs authorities have become directly responsible for protecting the trademark through their position for the exported and incoming goods.
The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: that the customs authorities protect the trademark on their own first and then in implementation of the orders and judicial rulings, and that the protection of the trademark by the customs authorities is not in the required form except through activating coordination and cooperation with all relevant authorities.
Among the most important recommendations reached by the researcher is that the customs authorities should take the initiative to stop the customs clearance procedures for the incoming goods, which constitute an infringement of the trademark on their own without waiting for orders from the judicial authorities or a request from the rights holders when the infringement is proven to them based on the presence of evidence Virtualization and activation of cooperation and coordination between customs authorities and relevant authorities
