No full textEach individual is considered responsible for his action in conflict with the law, and
the extent of compensation for damage is compensated if it is direct, but if it is not
otherwise, he is not compensated for it, and this is agreed upon in contractual and tort
liability. And the Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, condemns
negligence in many hadiths, for example, but not limited to, and all legislators agreed that
the error is a breach of an obligation or a violation of the provisions of the law, or that it
must be imposed by law on individuals. It is known that the duty is not bound by the
safety condition, but the duty is left to the freedom of choice and scientific and practical
diligence for each individual. Also, the administrative responsibility is based on the
principle of equality between citizens, and compensation must be paid in case of harm to
individuals. One of the most important reasons for choosing the research is that there is a
clear confusion in some laws in the concepts of negligence and error. The problem of
searching in
Confusion between negligence and error - also confusion if negligence is considered a
cause of error or is the error itself. The aim of the research is to identify the legal and
legal texts regulating negligence, and neglect is a form of criminal deficiencies. As for
the research hypotheses, it was represented in the fact that there is a confusion between

negligence having an effect on falling into error. I followed the legal-analytical,
descriptive, inductive approach, and the research reached results that were represented in
the fact that neglect leads to apathy in social relations, loss of wealth and the choice of

phenomenon that leads to the spread of injustice and an increase in the image of spoilers.

regard to corruption, judicial rulings must be developed, penalties for sinners should be
imposed in order to be a lesson and a lesson for others, administrative and legal
accounting and the activation of laws related to combating negligence at all level

This research has dealt with a very important topic, which is the discourse evidence and its impact on the fundamentalists, as the discourse evidence is in great disagreement between scholars from the fundamentalists and jurists. So the problem of the research emerges in the statement of what is presented when there is a conflict in the discourse evidence and on what work is to determine the movement of deduction diligence (ijtihad) and control of inference, and the research aims to clarify the authoritative evidence of the discourse of the fundamentalists, and to narrate their statement in agreement and disagreement. The importance of this research also comes to the fact that this topic is one of the most important issues of usulal-fiqh, which is the necessary science for every diligent (mujtahid) in jurisprudence and deduction, and for every student of knowledge who wants to follow the path of the previous scholars and diligent imams; To find out how to elicit provisions from their detailed evidence. In preparing this research, the research relied on the inductive approach, which is based on tracking the topics in their places, and the researcher may use the descriptive analytical and comparative method at times. This research included four chapters and a conclusion; The first chapter dealt with the basics of the research, The second chapter was the methods of semantics of words on the rulings of the speakers, The third chapter dealt with the discourse evidence on the difference of fundamentalists from worship and transactions.
The most important results that the researcher reached is that what is meant by the discourse guide for the fundamentalists is the legal ruling that is benefited from the text, not in terms of its pronunciation, because it is clearly necessary for the text in the most specific sense. The objective of the study is to identify medical waste at the bashaer Hospital, assess the situation and highlight the difficulties in achieving integrated management and assessing the behaviour and practices of medical waste users, to develop solutions to reduce the risks of medical waste.
The importance of the study lies in a brief description of the assessment of medical waste management in Sudanese hospitals to identify weaknesses in the development of recommendations and safe scientific solutions.
The case study of the hospital was selected as a sign of the importance of the location of the hospital, which poses a real risk to the residents of the area of failure to comply fully with the proper scientific steps for the management of the waste within the hospital, reflecting its damage to the health of the human person in the area and the environment around them.
The study found a series of findings, the most important of which was the lack of proper management of medical waste within the hospital, which reflected negatively on the health and environmental situation, the role of the Ministry of Health in dealing with and resolving the problem of medical waste in Sudanese hospitals in general was completely absent.
Based on the findings of the study, the main recommendations were the development of a scientific plan for the safe disposal of medical waste from screening, collection and transport so that this would not directly affect human health and the environment, compliance with WHO standards and the activation of laws requiring hospitals and companies involved in the collection and disposal of medical waste, as well as the establishment of training courses for cadres and waste collection workers and their regular vaccination to avoid the risk of infection

No full textThe main objective of this research is to study the effectiveness of a proposed psychological counseling program to enhance the family compatibility among prisoners by performing legitimate seclusion. The research conducted as a quasi experimental based research. Twelve samples of male prisoners had been selected randomly to form one group for the research. The research tools used to achieve the research objectives were the family compatibility scale and the experimental psychological counseling program which designated by the researcher after been approved by the arbitrators. Statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) had been used to analyze the results. It is found that there is a statistically significant correlation in distinctive feature for the enhancement of the family compatibility before the program, where there was no effective compatibility before. Also a statistically significant correlation found in the family compatibility among the prisoners in both before and after scale was in favor of the after scale. There were no statistically significant differences found in family compatibility among the research samples because of the differences in neither age nor the criminal matter. On the other hand statistically significant differences were found in family compatibility among the prisoners because of the difference in educational level specifically in the educated prisoners also because of the differences in the number of times they perform the legitimate seclusion and the number of children they have. The problem of this study comes in the attempt of the researcher to see if the media has a role in raising the public and preventing breast cancer, the study used the descriptive analytical method as the study aimed to know the scientific and sound way to implement an excellent media campaign leading to awareness, education and change trends and behavior of the masses, the study has been divided into four chapters and investigations.
The first chapter included the systematic framework and dealt with the steps of scientific research, the second chapter media campaigns and their elements and means and mechanisms used in media campaigns and the steps of implementing media campaigns, while the third chapter the concept of breast cancer and how to prevent it, where the researcher relied on the tool of identification as a main tool for collecting field study information, and applied the study to a random sample of the population of Khartoum state, and after analysis the study found that the media campaigns carried out by the Khartoum Breast Care Center by implementing media campaigns to educate the media society and influence it and then encourage it to be screened early.
