The aim of the research is to identify the extent of benefit from and to identify the reflection of this research on the promotion of the public relations profession in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The researcher used the descriptive approach and the method of analysis, The third chapter dealt with public relations as a concept, characteristics and methods of practice, and the fourth chapter dealt with the field study, which was targeted at the employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, where the researcher chose a random sample of workers, including (50) respondents from the study community to collect data. The Social and Statistical Sciences Package (spss), and the study reached results, the most prominent of which is that public relations predicts to some extent the problems and crises that the ministry may be exposed to, and that communication research is important in advancing the departments of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as the researcher recommended recommendations, including: The problems facing the ministry through specialized scientific research and the development of programs For employees, putting public relations in an appropriate structure with higher departments with clear goals and tasks

The researcher used the descriptive analytic method in analyzing and presenting the obtained data in addition to using the tools used in scientific research like, interviews, questionnaire, previous studies, the internet, besides the secondary resources like books and references.
The importance of the research stems from the importance of the International University of Africa itself as a unique university in its curricula and objectives. This could be clearly seen in the effectiveness of the university graduates and the role played by them in serving and raising the awareness of the society in different fields.
The research problem is to shed light on the role of the university in the dissemination of Islamic ‘Da’awa’ through the university requirements courses which faced a number criticisms as for the intensiveness of the content, unlike the other universities, which creates problems with the ministry of higher education. In which the researcher used the qualitative or methodological approach to this topic by using scientific foundations and logical thinking in choosing the best ways to answer the questions, and the research used the a realistic manner. And this study used the descriptive and analytical approaches and the case study approach, with the aim of achieving the highest credibility and obtaining information More accurate and reaching realistic and objective results that contribute and add to this field a sufficient amount of knowledge and enhance the ambition and goal sought by this study.
There are several efforts made to educate displaced children by official authorities and voluntary organizations, including the Turkish Endowment for Goods Organization, where it became clear from the results of this study that organisation play a major role in social, education, guidance and follow-up with children, and also play an important role in covering the needs, It provides basic food, health, economic and recreational services to children, and helps them in achieving their interests and determine their abilities.
One of the most important recommendations of this research is the establishment of centers to train and rehabilitate children and their families and provide them with means of communication and modern technologies, as well as separating voluntary work from state policy so that external support is not affected by state policy, and the state should take care of its citizen and provide a decent life for them, and that Providing the necessities of life such as health, education, food, shelter and security.

No full textThis study aimed to identify the reasons for the content of the English subject of the third grade basic level ، Identification of difficulties that have led to low English language attainment by third grade pupils at the basic level on the pupils side، Identification of difficulties that led to low achievement in third grade English as a core teacher subject، Identification of teaching methods of English subject in third grade basic level ، Disclosure of the quality of methods used in teaching English in third grade basic level.
To achieve these objectives the resercher followed the descriptive method and used questionnaire as a tool for study ,community of research includes (55) English language s from the Al,azhari unit –Jebel awliya locality Khartoum state , applied to the random sample of (30) teacher .They have been statistically processed by set of bundled statistical group.
The study has reached to the following conclusions:-
Appropriate school content For third graders pupils at the basic level.
- Overcrowding in the classroom and Lock of opportunity of practice English outside the classroom.
- Most teachers are untrained in English teaching method.
- Underuse of modern techniques in teaching English.
- Unsatisfactory provision of teaching materials.
The study concluded some recommendations which are:-
- Improvement of the classroom environment.
- Encouraging and motivating students to practice English language activities.
- Training of teachers in the modern teaching methods.

No full textThis research aims to define the concept of food security and the impact of agricultural financing on it and to identify the contributions of the Agricultural Bank in financing, in addition to identifying the impact of foreign financing in the agricultural sector on food security, and the research problems was the following main question of the extent of achieving agricultural financing for food security in Sudan during the period ( (2005-2018 AD), to achieve these goals, the descriptive and analytical approach was used using the (spss) program and case study, and the research tested several hypotheses, the most important of which is the contribution of agricultural finance to improving the food security situation and increasing the bank financing provided by the agricultural sector to improve the food security situation. The research descriptive and analytical approach and statistical analysis using the (SPSS) program, and one of the most important findings of the research is the analysis of the regression model. The relationship between bank financing and the gross domestic product representing food security is positively positive, and this indicates that bank financing has a positive or negative effect on food security. Bank finance has a major role in achieving food security, and one of the most important recommendations of the research is to develop an accurate diagnosis of the causes of policy failures Taking care of the precedent in achieving food security and involving all sectors of society in developing strategies to achieve food security, directing the banking sector to finance the agricultural sector and granting priority in obtaining financing in local and foreign currency, drawing up policies to address the causes of inflation, which have effects on production costs and attract foreign investments to the agricultural secto

No full textSpearmint (Mentha spicata) is an important culinary herb. It is used world-wide for different purposes. The fresh and dried leaves are used as spice and flavoring agent and the oil is used in perfumery, food and pharmaceutical industries. The objective of this research is to investigate the effect of three extraction methods on spearmint essential oil by using steam distillation, water distillation and steam –water distillation and spearmint essential oil components using GC-MS. The samples were shade dried, and the oil distilled by steam, water (Technique of British Pharmacopoeia) and water-steam distillation. And extracted oil prepared according to British Standard Institution, dried by anhydrous sodium sulphate. And subjected to GM/MS technique model (GC/MS-QP2010-Ultra) from japans’ Simadzu Company to identify oil constituents. The result showed that steam-water distillation was the highest oil yield (%1.0) followed by Steam distillation (%0.6) and finally the hydro distillation (%0.5). The results of the effect of oil extraction methods on essential oil constituents showed that steam distillation yielded (29) oil components, water distillation yielded (27) oil components and water – steam distillation yielded (42) components. And the total components found in the three methods were (64). Carvone content was the highest in water distillation (64.16%) followed by steam (62.81%) and lastly water-steam (53.07%) distillation consequently. The conclusion is that steam-water distillation yielded the highest oil content, steam-water distillation yielded highest oil constituents and Carvone content was highest in water distillation

No full textThe study was entitled: Sheikh Omar Al-Foti Tal and his Da’wah efforts in Senegal and aimed to show the contributions of Sheikh Omar Al-Foti Tal towards Da'wah in Senegal and the extent to which Senegalese society is influenced by his Da’wah. It also included the mention of Islam entering Senegal , which also aim to highlight some of the figures who played a major role in spreading Islam and resisting colonialists and pagans in Senegal. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, from which he reached a number of results, including: Sheikh Omar al-Foti published the correct Islam after fighting the innovations, paganism and superstitions that prevailed in Senegal, and worked hard to spread his knowledge, which he gained from the scholars of Al-Azhar, Senegal and Mauritania. He wrote many books, He also spread the Tijani method in Senegal, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea-Conakry and Mali... and other countries in West Africa. He was able to achieve a political unity after overcoming and marching on Segu and expanding his Tukulor empire after supporting the people of Futatoro until its expansion reached Timbuktu. It established an empire with political, civilized, military manifestations, which were built in accordance with Islamic law. He also confronted the campaigns led by General Viderb and also his extensions within the black continent. He was able to instill in his country the spirit of jihad and reform, he protected Islam from the thorn of Christians and paganism. the rapid spread of the Tijani method by Sheikh Omar al-Foti among its people, sowed enmity between the leaders of the Qadri and Sheikh Omar al-Foti. In 1864, Sheikh Omar al-Foti, along with some of his sons and students in Banggarri, was martyred by the Qadri people after the people of Masna and Timbuktu revolted against him.
This prompted the researcher to pay attention to the subject, as well as making some recommendations: He is comforted by methods of Da’wah of Sheikh Omar al-Foti to order favors and prevent vice. The researcher also urges more attention to Africa's history to clarify the mystery and uncover hidden facts

or an introduction, and the research is divided into an
introduction, three chapters and a conclusion.
The research consists of the first chapter: which is about
the basics of the research, and the second chapter: the
definition of Imam Ibn Ashour and what is related to it, the
third chapter: the interpretation of the verses of the
provisions concerned, then the conclusion, results and
recommendations.
In extracting this, the researcher followed: the analytical,
deductive and inductive approach. To find out the opinions
and sayings of scholar Ibn Ashour regarding the
interpretation of the verses of the rulings in question, and
the researcher has reached many results, the most
important of which are:
1) This interpretation is replete with sayings about imams
and scholars in various arts, whether they are legal,
rhetorical, or other branches of science and general
culture.
2) Imam Ibn Ashour's handling of the verse included
linguistic aspects, Quranic readings, and the reasons for
revelation.
3) As for matters of belief, he cites the authentic hadith to
prove it, then mentions the generality of what previous
scholars said about the verse.
4) Ibn Ashour is considered one of the brightest linguistic
commentators in the modern era who were interested in
explaining the meanings of the Qur’an about its depth
and its implications.
5) Its interpretation is considered a great encyclopedia that a
student of knowledge cannot do without due to the large
number of useful sciences collected in it.
6) Ibn Ashour is considered one of those who excelled in
employing the readings to issue judgments in their
interpretations.

The researcher adopted the correlative descriptive methodology; the researcher selected 102 professors randomly. The researcher adopted means of style thinking and personality traits symptoms. The researcher adopted many statistical methods such as; T-test for one society, and T-test for two independent models to reach the differences between average and Anova difference, so as to reach to differences, Pearson correlative factor between variables, and Cronbach factor to reach stability, the research reached the following funding : the general traits of thinking styles pf professors in Khartoum state is high, there is statistic correlated relation between thinking styles and personality traits of university professors in Khartoum state, there are differences in thinking styles of professors in Khartoum state for age variable of (41-50). There are differences in thinking styles of university professors due to scientific qualification: in fuvor to Assistant professors. There are differences in thinking styles due to working year's variable for more than 16 years. The research concluded with different recommendations, the most important: we have to develop a system for evaluation of university professors in all aspects of scientific behavioral and professional sides also the research suggest futher stdien relecant to this research
