This succinct study, a modest contribution to the service of the Sunna of the Prophet - may the best and fullest greetings of Allah be upon his depositary - under the title: "the developments brought by Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar to the works of Al- Hafiz al-Husseini, al-Hafiz al-Haythami and al-Hafiz Abu Zar'ah Ibn al-Hafiz al-Iraqi”.
Given the subject of the study, he had to adopt two main approaches:
An analytical methodology approach,
A historical methodological approach,
Thus the two parts of the study would be more exhaustive.
It aims to highlight and discover the extensions made by Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar on the works of Al-Hafiz, Al-Husseini, Al-Hafiz Al-Haythami and Al-Hafiz Abi Zar'ah Ibn Al-Hafiz Al-Iraqi, through his book "Precipitating Usefulness" by the additions of the four Imams of the Ummah.
Its importance stems from its attachment to the most famous books of the four imams whose methodologies are unanimous in the world from East to West.
It contains five chapters, in addition to nine investigations which are:
The first chapter: the fundamentals of research.
Chapter two: Previous Studies related to the subject of the study.
Chapter Three: The Translation of the Four Imams (Abu Hanifa, Malik, Shafi'i and Ahmad),
This is followed by the translation of the four Hafiz (Al-Husseini, Al-Haythami, Abu Zar'ah Ibn Al-Hafiz Al-Araqi, and Ibn al Hajar Al Asqalani).
Chapter Four: An Introductory Outline of the Book "Precipitating Usefulness".
Chapter Five: Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar's Additions and Corrections to the Three Hafiz

This study dealt with the issue of creative marketing and its impact on improving customer relations: as a case study of Zain Telecom for the period 2011-2021. The problem of the study was the lack of interest of many companies in Sudan creative marketing as a source for developing customer relations, competition, growth and survival in an environment characterized by intense competition. The main question was what as the impact of creative marketing on improving customer relations at Zain Telecom? The study aimed at highlight the role of marketing workers in improving customer relations, and to knowing the marketing environment and its impact on improving customer relations in the Sudanese telecom market, as well the contribution of marketing operations to improving customer relations, and to clarify the importance of customer relations and their role as an important factor in achieving competitive advantage. The importance of the study stems from the reality of the lack of studies that dealt with creative marketing and customer relations, to the knowledge of the researcher. Accordingly, the study is based on four hypotheses: that in a statistically significant relationship between marketing workers and the improvement of customer relations, that in a statistically significant relationship between the internal marketing environment and the improvement of customer relations, that in a statistically significant relationship between the external marketing environment and the improvement of customer relations, that in a statistically significant relationship between marketing operations and improving customer relationships. The study adopted the historical method and the descriptive and analytical method. The main finding of study are, the most prominent of which is that Zain Telecom is interested in training employees on marketing creativity according to a strategy based on improving customer relations .using creative marketing to improve customer relationships. The study recommends that, the most important of which is the interest in qualifying and training marketing workers on marketing creativity according to a training program that keeps pace with developments in the field of marketing, and that telecommunications companies should benefit from modern technology in providing their marketing services according to a new creative vision, and benefit from the application of modern methods of creative marketing. The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of social media in improving the performance of programs and activities carried out by public relations to improve the performance of service institutions through the activation and employment of social media. A random group consisting of 50 individuals, and to collect information and data, the researcher used a number of research tools, namely observation, interview, and questionnaire as a main tool. External through several applications through which e-mail, WhatsApp and Facebook. The study recommended several recommendations, including: Paying attention to training and qualifying employees in the Public Relations Department and the need to employ them according to the required media specializations, in addition to the need to intensify social programs for the company’s employees to activate moral standards that help achieve satisfaction and professional development for the performance of employees.

The research dealt with the role of microfinance management in the success of small projects by applying to the Financial Creativity Bank for Microfinance. The research problem was that the weak cash flows directed to small projects, and the lack of sufficient guarantees that raise the risk rates in granting financing to these projects, which makes banks and institutions reluctant to finance them. The aim of the research is to: identify the role of the finance department in the success of small projects, indicate the extent of the impact of financing policies on the success of small projects, clarify the extent of the impact of the application of financing policies on the success of small projects, and highlight the role that follow-up and control of the application of financing policies play on the success of small projects. The study discusses the effectiveness of strategic planning in the
development of human resources in the Ministry of Labor and
Administrative Reform, considering that the strategic planning is one of
the important mechanisms to achieve the integration, interaction and
coordination between the various components of human resource
development within a comprehensive perspective at the level of the
ministry. The reason behind this study is due to the emphasis on the
importance of strategic planning and its aspects, steps, and levels to
achieve the conceptual framework for developing the human resources in
its various components at the exclusive level. The study covers the
aspects related to the planning, policies, and directions connected with the
components of human resources development. Through the review of the
literature and reports that contributed to this field, the researcher designed
a questionnaire consists of two paragraphs distributed on seven-axis, and
it has been distributed to each research sample represented by a soft
sample of the ministry's workers of (200) individuals, the researcher has
been able after the applying the questionnaire on the community to
recovery (118) questionnaires.
To test the study hypotheses, the descriptive-analytical approach was
used, also the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was
used, which was based on testing the following main hypothesis: There is
a statistically significant relationship between strategic planning and
resource development in the Ministry of Labor and Administrative
Reform. This hypothesis divided into the following sub-hypothesis: There
is a statistically significant relationship between the vision and the
development of human resource in the ministry, there is a statistically
significant relationship between the mission and the development of
human resource in the ministry, there is a statistically significant
relationship between strategic objectives and the development of human
resource in the ministry, there is a statistically significant relationship
between the internal environment and the development of human
resources in the ministry, there is a statistically significant relationship
between the external environment and the development of human
resources in the ministry, and there is a statistically significant
relationship between policies and the development of human resources in
the ministry
