No full textThe research deal with the role of the quality of banking services in attracting customers, A case study of Al-Tadamon Islamic Bank in the period from 2016-2021 AD. The research problem was that the banking services provided are below the level required by customers and of low quality, but the process of improving and developing the quality of services provided must Adopted according to the desires and needs of customers, and accordingly, the problem of study is the trying to identify the level of evaluation of the bank’s customers for the quality of services provided to them by the bank. The research tested the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between the quality of banking services and customer attraction, and there is a statistically significant relationship between the tangibility of banking services and customer attraction, and the research followed the descriptive analytical approach and the case study method. The research reached several results, including: Banking services help in providing benefits provided by one party to another, which are intangible and do not result in the transfer of ownership, and the banking service contributes to the development of customers' sense of belonging to the bank, the research recommend with several recommendations, including: Working to keep pace with developments using Modern techniques to avoid the negatives in banking work, training workers in the banking sector and acquiring the skills of the art of dealing with the public, and this is reflected positively on maintaining customers and attracting more of them

No full textThe role of the media in developing concepts awareness of the preventive safety and occupational health. An applied study on El-mihan radio among workers in the Khartoum state. this is Conducted by the researcher from 2019 to 2021 to get acquainted with the level of performance of the EL -mihan radio, and its role in providing informational messages aimed at raising the level of awareness of workers on the concepts of occupational safety and health, which would lead to reducing the possibility of work injuries and maintain the safety of human capital. And the extent of the contribution of specialized professions radio programs to raising awareness of the concepts of occupational safety and health, considering the weak media interest in preventive safety and occupational health locally, at the level of mass media, the press, radio, and television.
The research consists of three parts: the methodological framework (the basics of research and previous studies), the theoretical framework, and the analytical and field study, and it included six chapters, that answer the nine research questions, and tested its three based hypotheses, “El-mihan radio plays a limited role in developing awareness of the concepts of Occupational safety and health among workers in Khartoum state”.
The research concluded with several results, comes as follow: -
1- El-mihan Radio plays a limited role in developing concepts awareness of the occupational safety and health for workers in the state of Khartoum, as: 61.1% of the public do not rely on it for this, and statistically its role is above the average.
2- The audio radio is an essential means to raise concepts awareness of the occupational safety and health for workers in the state of Khartoum, and comes as the second channel after direct personal communication
3- There are positive statistically significant indicators that EL-mihan radio's interest in developing awareness of occupational safety and health concepts for workers in the state of Khartoum.
4/ The research confirmed the important role of radio as a means of mass communication, with distinctive characteristics in raising health awareness in general, and it is an appropriate means to raise awareness of the concepts of preventive safety and occupational health for workers. There is a positive statistically significant relationship for radio with health awareness, and that it can be effective in this field, according to experts’ opinion, through interactive programs that involve the target audience, and by hosting specialists, those responsible for health sectors and institutions concerned with preventive safety and occupational health, and allocating appropriate time spaces, To disseminate the concepts of occupational safety and health, with various forms of radio technical treatment of related topics.
The researcher built on the results and conclusions ten recommendations and proposals, focused on activating and strengthening the role of El-mihan Radio in raising awareness, guidance, and direction, focusing work on the aspect of spreading the concepts of occupational safety and health, and developing the level of its services technically and literally, in form and content

The research hypotheses are based on the fact that following scientific methods in the process of administrative leadership leads to achieving institutional excellence, as well as establishing a culture of participation that contributes to achieving institutional excellence. The research followed the historical method, the descriptive-analytical method, and the case study method.
The research reached a number of results, the most prominent of which are: the ministry's leadership's keenness to keep pace with modern technological developments, as well as the ministry's leadership seeking to establish a culture of participation in decision-making, as well as the Ministry's adoption of the Ministry's work on the teamwork method in order to make a qualitative leap in performance. The aim of the research is to demonstrate the importance of the practical model for da'wah, to clarify the importance of application in spreading the call, and to show that the biography of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was and still is a practical model.
The researcher followed the descriptive, analytical and deductive approach, and relied on sources, references, the comprehensive library and the Internet in collecting scientific material.
The research contains four chapters, and each chapter contains three sections.
The first chapter, the basics of research and previous studies, the second chapter, the theoretical framework, the third chapter, the necessary qualities of the preachers, the fourth chapter, the effect of applying these qualities in spreading the call. The conclusion included the findings, recommendations, sources and references.
This research concluded with the most important results: The model practical application is stronger and more effective in spreading the call. Because it is my work embodiment of it and affects all groups of society. The preacher is the one who invites people by his actions, not by saying, and if he starts by himself. The biography of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, represents an inexhaustible aid for the preacher, in which he finds everything he needs in his vocation. Among the recommendations of the research: the preachers should apply the values, principles and etiquette of Islam and bring them out from the realm of theory into the realm of application and practice. The preacher must work with his brothers in the field of advocacy. With the weapon of knowledge and to save the intention with the deeds he offers, and to avoid hypocrisy and courtesy in the truth.

The Impact of COVID-19 on Health Worker’s Mental Health in Low Resource Setting in AL amal Hospital Khartoum State, Sudan June 2021

Health care workers exposed to COVID-19 might be at increased risk of developing mental health problems.
Aim
The study aimed to explore the other factors which affect the mental health of health workers and during the pandemic in Alamal hospital.
Methods:
This was a cross-sectional web-based survey conducted between June 11 to June, 21. A total of 80 health workers participated in the study. Anxiety and depression were measured using a 14-item Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS: 0–21) and insomnia was measured by using a 7-item Insomnia Severity Index(ISI: 0–28). Chi-square and correlation analysis was done to determine the risk factors of mental health outcomes.
Results:
Overall, 66.3% of health workers had symptoms of anxiety, 80.0% had depression symptoms and 58.8% had symptoms of insomnia. Stigma faced by health workers was significantly associated with higher odds of experiencing symptoms of anxiety (.034), depression (.059)while inadequate precautionary measures in the workplace was significantly associated with higher odds of exhibiting symptoms of depression (.042). Doctors were more likely to experience mental health disorders symptoms than other health workers.
Conclusion:
The study findings revealed a considerate proportion of anxiety, depression and insomnia symptoms among health workers during the third phase of the pandemic in alamal national hospital. Health workers facing stigma, and those reporting inadequate precautionary measures in their workplace were more at risk of developing mental health outcomes. A focus on improving mental wellbeing of health workers should be immediately initiated with attention to reduction of stigma, ensuring an adequate support system such as personal protective equipment, and family support for those with history of mental health problems
